        新都市 商業지역 開發手法에 관한 연구 : 盆唐 신도시를 중심으로 Focused on the New Town 'Bundang' Area in Korea

        New-Town 'Bundang' has important historical values in urban design and new-town development process. However, it has raised lots of problems such as over-supply of commercial and business areas, and the mono-function as bed-town, etc. The main purpose of this study was to analyze the actual development methods in the commercial areas of Bun-Dang from 1998 through 2000. It also aimed to find out the reasons why it has been left being undeveloped and to seek plan implementation for the existing and future new town development. The research found that the lot allocations of the commercial and business function were over-supplied by the political and economic consideration. More than half of the distributed areas was remained being undeveloped and even vacant buildings in commercial areas. There are the problems of inclined distribution and ambiguous hierarchial planning in the commercial districts. Due to the difference of the location and the development uses, the actual situation of each district is diverse. Based upon the findings, the future research defined the problems and opportunities for the improvement of commercial area in New Town 'Bundang' development case.

      • 카올린으로부터 용융 Al의 SiO₂에 대한 선택적 침식을 이용한 Al₂O₃-Al 복합체의 제조

        ½By the use of selective corrosion reaction of molten Al with the SiO₂, Al₂O₃-Al co-continuous ceramic-metal composite was prepared. The optimum conditions to provide maximum value of the mechanical properties such as flexual strength' and fracture toughness has been investigated. The preform was formed at 250㎏/㎝²pressure, fired at 1400℃, and subsequently soaked for 1 hour. The preform corroded with molten Al at 1000℃ for 24 hours had the highest value of mechanical properties. This material showed the bulk density of 3.25g/㎤, 4-point MOR of 280 Mpa, and ?? of 8 MPa. ??. The calculated relative density of the final product consisted of about 50 wt% of aluminum was approximately above 97,5%. If the content of alumina, which provides stiffness, was increased, flexural strength of this material will be greatly imporved. Then the practical applications for brake rotors, piston crowns, cylinder liners, etc. would be expected.

      • 무기혼화재를 첨가한 황토모르타르의 특성에 관한 연구

        Loess has been used as construction material of Korean-style house for floor and wall application. The loess could be environmental and health friendly material while using as construction material. But, use of loess was avoided because of its drawbacks such as cracking while drying and low compressive strength due to its porous structure. In order to use the loess as construction material, these drawbacks must be overcome. The main aim of this work was to reveal how to make loess mortar showing a high compressive strength and no drying shrinkage. We examined the structural change of the bodies composed of loess, gypsum, fly ash, lime, Portland cement in order to confirm the reactions by interpreting the physical properties. The optimum composition of mixture was 33 wt.% of loess powder, 9,85 wt.% of soil stabilizer, 7wt% of gypsum and 50.15wt% of sand. The dried body, which has above composition, showed 121.6 kg/㎠ of compressive strength, 0% of drying shrinkage, 12.0㎝ of flow test and 1.65 of specific gravity. Ettringite and C-S-H gel formed from soil stabilizer and gypsum contribute to enhance the compressive strength of dried loess mortar bodies.

        설계방식과 주거질 지표에 따른 공동주택 계획기준 개선연구 : 현상설계방식을 중심으로 Focused on Design Competition Method

        This study is aimed at evaluating the current multi-family housing projects under the site planning criteria by examining its application and design process to improve the current criteria. In order to assess the application of the current site planning criteria, two competition schematic designs were compared each other on the same land area. The research found that facilities such as retail shop, security posts, maintenance office, nurseries and libraries were not provided according to the current site planning criteria. In addition, it showed that parking lots and other community facilities did not follow the current site planning criteria but rather changed based upon individual needs. When evaluating the criteria in lieu of the number of residents and unit size, the study found that a block with more residents and smaller unit size (block A) less stringently adhered to the site planning criteria, comparing with a block that has larger unit size and less residents (block B). In order to strengthen the current site planning criteria, seven quality indicators were examined for the evaluation of the competition schematic design by per floor space and per housing unit, verifying that good design also scored well on every quality index. It was also maintained that the need to review the current criteria scope of resident and unit size, along with module size was important for the qualitative housing design.

      • 팽이 톱밥 人工栽培時 培地微生物相의 經時的인 密度變化

        팽이 재배에 있어 가장 큰 문제 중의 하나는 雜菌에 대한 汚染, 특히 細菌에 의한 피해가 극심하므로 作業段階와 栽培過程 전반에 걸쳐 培地徵生物相의 經時的인 密度變化에 따른 雜菌의 培地內 流入時期를 조사하여 汚染菌의 發生消長을 알아보기 위해 現地農家에서 시험해 본 결과 接種후 培養室에서 菌絲培養을 시작한 5일후부터 細菌이 檢出되기 시작하여 菌긁기전까지 약 25일간 0.5∼3.1×10⁴cfu/g의 密度를 보였으나 經時的인 密度增加는 없었고, 菌絲培養이 끝난 뒤 菌긁기직후부터 細菌의 密度는 118.3×10⁴cfu/g으로 급격히 높아졌으며 子實體生育 기간동안에 시간이 경과함에 따라 密度가 현저하게 증가되는 경향을 나타냈다. 이는 培養室 안으로 흐르는 空氣를 통하여 甁內로 細菌이 流入되고 또한 菌긁기 직후 培地表面에 灌注하는 물과 加濕機에서 噴霧되는 물粒子가 細菌의 密度增加에 절대적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단되므로 이때가 細菌性褐斑病菌에 感染되기 가장 용이한 시기로 생각된다. 眞菌은 菌긁기후 子實體生育 기간동안 1.17∼7.87×10⁴/g의 密度로서 菌絲培養 기간동안의 密度보다 다소 높게 檢出되었으나 대체로 經時的인 密度增加는 보이지 않았으며, 放線菌은 거의 검출되지 않거나 菌絲培養 후 5일째부터 다소 검출되기 시작했으나 밀도가 매우 낮았고 經時的으로도 증가되지 않았다. One of the most serious problem on the Enoki mushroom cultivation is the infection by pathogenicitic microorganisns, especially bacterial diseases causing serious economical losses in the mushroom production. It was carried out to find the tendency of the development of mushroom diseases by temporal changes and variation of the densities of media microflora through the cultivation periods and working stages in a mushroom farm. According to the results, several bacteria were detected from the fifth day after the inoculation and incubation of mycelium in the incubation room, and the density of bacterium was 0.5∼3.1×10⁴cfu/g media for 25 days before the inoculum-removing, although there was no increment of the density. Since the inoculum-removing after the spawn run, the density of bacterium was rapidly increased as 118.3×10⁴cfu/g media, and was significantly increased by time during the growth period of fruitbodies. It was hypothesized that it is the most suitable period for the pathogen infection because the bacterium might be introduced by the air in the incubation-room, and the increment of bacterium density might be affected by moisture supplied through watering or humidifier in the growing room after the inoculum-removing. Fungi were detected as the density as 1.17∼7.87×10⁴/g media and the density was slightly higher than that during the incubation period of hyphae, although there was no significant increment. Generally, the density of Actinomycetes was disregardfully low, or Actinomycetes were hardly ever found, although there was found some 5 days after incubation hyphae in few cases.

      • 물라이트로 부터 용융 알루미늄의 치환 반응에 의한 Al₂O₃-Al 복합체의 제조

        Al₂O₃-Al composites were produced by displacement reaction method, which was carried out by immersing the mullite preform which was prepared by cutting and polishing the commercial sintered mullite in molten aluminum. The change of physical and mechanical properties such as bulk density, porosity, water absorption, 4-point MOR, hardness, fracture toughness of Al₂O₃-Al composites with the variation of the reaction temperature and time were investigated. Microstructure and the phases of this composite were also investigated by SEM and XRD analysis. A1₂O₃-Al composites which was produced at 1000℃ for 24 hours showed porosity of 2.07%, water absorption of 0.35%, bulk density of 3.43g/cm3, 4-point MOR of 287.97MPa, hardness of 593.6kg/mm2 and ?? of 8.64MPa·??. The microstructure of this composites showed three dimensionally co-continuous of alumina which provides wear resistance and high stiffness and aluminum which acts as a toughening phase. The exact shape of the preform is retained and a net-shaped A1₂O₃-Al composite was produced.

        Various traffic problems, such as accident, congestion, etc., are caused by the change of industrial structure, expansion of economic scale, growth of living standard, and motorization. Especially, traffic accident brings our affection because of numbers of fatalities and casualties to our livers and properties. We, human being, can only control the influence factor of disasterous traffic accident. Therefore, this study focuses on the study of analyzing the influence factor to nonassaulted and assaulted drivers by using Logistics Regression Analysis.

      • 알루미나/Mo 복합체의 미세구조와 파괴인성에 미치는 제3상 첨가의 영향

        In order to improve the fracture toughness of alumina-Mo composite, three-component systems has been studied : Al₂O₃-Mo-CeO₂, Al₂O₃-M0-(TZ-2Y), and Al₂O₃-Mo-(Ce-TZP). The particle size and volume fraction of Mo in alumina were fixed at 0.6㎛ and 5 vol.%. The microstructural change and the fracture toughness of these systems were analyzed. When the Ce-nitrate as CeO₂source was added, Mo and Ce-β-alumina were observed in the alumina matrix. When 2 mole% of Ce-nitrate was added as colloidal form, the composite showed a maximum fracture toughness(about 5.8MN/m?). However, standard deviaton of fracture toughness was large because of the nonhomogenity of the microstructure. On the other hand, when Ce-nitrate was added as solution, the higher the Ce-nitrate content, the lower the fracture toughness of the composite. When the TZ-2Y was added, Mo, ZrO₂(m), and ZrO₂(t) were observed in the alumina matrix. This composite showed a maximum fracture toughness(about 5.2MN/m) at 15 vol.% of TZ-2Y. When the Ce-TZP was added, Mo, Ce-β-alumina, ZrO₂(m), and ZrO₂(t) were observed in the aluminal matrix. This composite showed a maximum fracture toughness(about 6.3MN/m?) at 30 wt.% of Ce-TZP. This value is larger than that of hot pressed alumina/0.6 ㎛-5 vol.% Mo composite(about 6.1MN/m?).

      • 제한효소인 Sdi Ⅰ을 생성하는 Streptomyces 분리 균주의 수리동정

        제한효소인 Sdi I을 생산하는 한 균주(Streptomyces sp.264)를 토양으로부터 분리하여 형태적 관찰 및 수리동정을 실시하였다. 50여개의 분류 단위 형질을 분석하였고, 이 실험 결과를 TAXON program에 적용하여 종의 수리동정을 실시하였다. 그 결과 분리균 sp.264는 Streptomyces의 제 19주군집에 속하는 Streptomyces diastatochromogenes의 한 균주로 동정되었다. Numerical identification was applied for Streptomyces sp.264, an isolate producing a new restriction endonuclease Sdi I. The restriction enzyme would appear to be an isoschisomer of Xho I. Fifty taxonomic unit characters were tested and the data obtained were analyzed numerically by using the TAXON program. The isolate was identified to be the jamor cluster 19 of Streptomyces and best matched to S. diastatochromogenes. It was, therefore, concluded that the isolate was identified to be a member of Streptomyces diastatochromogenes.
