        복합적층원통셸의 좌굴거동

        The objective of this study is to investigate effects of prebuckling on the buckling of laminated compostie cylindrical shells. Both axial compression and lateral pressure are considered for laminated composite cylindrical shells with length to radius ratios. The shell walls are made of a laminate with several symmetric ply orientations. The study was made using finite difference energy method, utilizing the nonlinear bifurcation branch with nonlinear prebuckling displacements. The results are compared to the buckling loads determined when membrane prebuckling displacements are considered.

      • 脾胃의 氣機升降의 生理·病理·治法에 대한 考察 및 臨床例

        氣의 升降은 생체에서지의 가장 중요한 형태이다. 협의의 의미로 氣의 升降운동은 脾胃의 升降운동으로 요약할 수 있다. 그러므로 脾胃의 升降은 氣의 생리적인 운동에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 臟腑의 치료효과를 제고하기 위해서 본 눈문은 臟腑의 생리, 병리, 치료면에 있어서 氣의 升降의 중요성을 연구하였다. 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 脾胃의 생리는 脾主升과 脾主降이다. 2. 臟腑의 생리와 병리는 脾胃의 升降과 관련된 五臟六腑의 氣機와 관련되어 있다. 3. 脾胃의 병리상태는 升淸降濁의 정상적인 생리가 이루어지지 않는 상태이다. 4. 병리적인 脾胃의 升降은 升降太過, 升降不及, 升降反作으로 분류할 수 있다. 5. 脾胃病의 치료관건은 氣의 升降을 조절하는 것이다. 6. 脾胃升降失調의 치료는 氣의 升降을 조절하여 和胃柔肝시키는 치법 등을 사용하여 원인과 증상에 따라 치료한다. The function of ki (氣) is ascending and descending (升降) , which is the fundamental formality of the vital energy. If we interpret it in a narrow sense, the ascending and descending (升降) of ki (氣) is that of Biwi (脾胃). Therefore the ascending and descending(升降) of Biwi (脾胃) is very important in physiological function of ki (氣). For increasing the efficiency about the treatment of Jang Bu (臟腑 internal organs), this study was to investigate the importance of the ascending and descending (升降) of ki (氣) on the physiology, pathology and treatment of Jang Bu (臟腑 internal organs). The condusion could be summarized as follows: 1. The physiology of Biwi (脾胃) is that Bi (脾) sends clarity (food essence) upward and Wi (胃) sends disested food downward. 2. The physiology and pathology of Jang Bu (1lJlJ1f internal organs) is associated with the ascending and descending (升降) of Biwi (脾胃) and the vital function of Jang Bu (臟腑 internal organs) has casual relation with the ascending and descending (升降) of Biwi (脾胃). 3. The pathology of Biwi (脾胃) is the disturbance of the ascending clarity (升淸) and descending turbidity (降濁). 4. The pathological ascending and descending (升降) of Biwi (脾胃) is classified into the excess, deficiency and reaction of the ascending and descending. 5. The point of treatment Biwi (脾胃) disease is the regulation of the ascending and descending (升降) of ki(氣). 6. The method of treatment about the disturbance of the ascending and descending (升降) of Biwi (脾胃) is to replenish and elevate ki (氣), check upward perverted flow ki (氣) and regulate Wi (胃), soothe Gan (肝) and regulate Wi (胃) etc. according to the cause and symptom.

      • Thermocouple을 이용한 Buchanan Plugger 표면의 온도상승 분석

        This study was performed to confirm the actual temperature rise on the surface of Buchanan plugger by evaluating the temperature rise on the surface of it, the peak temperature of pluggers of various size using thermocouple. The heat carrier system 'System B Heatsource' (Model 1005, Analytic Technologies, USA) and the Buchanan pluggers of F, FM, M and ML sizes are used for this study. The temperature was set to 200 which Dr. Buchanan's "Continuous wave of condensation" technique recommended on digital display and the power level on it was set to 10. The touch mode was used. Five thermocouples were placed in direct contact with the surface of each size of Buchanan's pluggers at 1 ㎜ increments from the tip to the 4 ㎜ length of shank. Each thermocouple was secured with cyanoacrylate adhesive and orthodontic resin block. The two wire leads of each thermocouple were connected to the appropriate channels of Data Logger. This was configured to simultaneously record input from the five thermocouples. The heat control spring was touched for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 seconds, and the temperature rise on the surface of the pluggers were measured at 1 sec intervals for more than 5 seconds with an accuracy of 0.01. Ten trials was determined for each plugger. The average of temperature rise and standard deviation was calculated for each size of plugger. The data were statistically analyzed by one-way ANOVA to determine their significance. The results as follows. 1. The position at which the temperature peaked was approximately at 1∼2㎜ far from the tip of Buchanan plugger (p<0.01). 2. The peak temperature was 215.25±2.28℃ in F plugger, 185.94±2.19℃ in FM plugger, 169.51±9.12℃ in M plugger, and 160.79±1.27℃ in ML plugger and the peak temperature was highest in F type and followed by, in descending order, FM type, M type. ML type showed the lowest peak temperature (p<0.01). This results suggest that the actual temperature on the surface of the pluggers does not correlate well with the temperature set on digital display. Heat concentrates around the tip. The larger plugger reveals lower temperature rise relatively.

        기능성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자에서 편도 절제술 전 후의 Pharyngeal airway, hyoid bone, head posture에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 거대 편도를 가진 기능성 III급 부정 교합자의 구개 편도 절제술 전후의 인두강, 설골, 두부 위치의 변화 양상에 대해 알아보기 위해 단국 대학교 부속 치과 병원 교정과에 내원한 남녀 환자 42명을 대상으로 연구하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. Enlarged tonsil을 보이는 기능성 3급 부정교합자는 1급 부정교합자보다 혀는 전방에 위치하고 설골은 하방에 위치한다. 2. Tonsillectomy 후에 편도 절제술전과 비교하여 혀는 후방에 위치하고, nasopharynx은 증가 양상을 보이며, 설골은 상, 후방에 위치하며 counterclockwise rotation 양상을 보인다. 3. Tonsillectomy 후에 nasopharynx depth 변화와 하악 전치 경사도, 혀의 수직적 변화와 cranial base에 대한 hyoid axis, hyoid의 수직적, 수평적 변화와 두경부 경사도, 두경부 경사와 하악 전치간에 95% 유의수준으로 상관성을 보인다. 4. Tonsillectomy 후에 설골 장축의 counterclockwise rotation시 hya-NL의 감소와 nasopharyx의 증가를 보이고, 혀의 거상시 hya-NL의 감소를 보이며, 혀의 후방위치시 h-hl의 증가와 hya-ba-n의 감소를 보인다. This study was carried out in order to find out the changes of the pharyngeal airway, hyoid bone and head posture before and after tonsillectomy in functional class III malocclusion patients. For this study, 21 Angle`s class I patients and 21 Angle`s class III patients, totally 42 subjects were chosen. The results were as follows; 1. In comparison to Class I group, tongue was more anteriorly and hyoid bone was more inferiorly positioned in functional Class III group. 2. In comparison to pre-tonsillectomy, tongue was more posteriorly positioned and larger nasopharynx depth was shown in post-tonsillectomy. In post tonsillectomy, the hyoid bone was displaced posteriorly and superiorly and counterclockwise rotation was shown, 3. The level of significance for the correlations shown was 5 percent (p<0.05) indicating that: The change of nasopharyx depth was correlated to the inclination of lower incisors. Vertical change of tongue posture was correlated to the hyoid axis change. Vertical change of hyoid bone was correlated to the horizontal change of hyoid bone, craniocervical inclination. The change of craniocervical inclination was correlated to the inclination of lower incisors. 4. After the tonsillectomy, counterclockwise rotation of hyoid axis was associated with decrease of hya-NL and large nasopharyngeal airway. High posture of the tongue was associated with decrease of hya-NL. Posterior posture of the tongue was associated with increase of h-hl, and decrease of hya-ba-n.

      • 방사선 펄스 계측 및 분석시스템에 관한 연구

        An objection of this study is to develop a measuring circuits and a analytic system for radioactive pulses. The proposed system consists of a pulse detection units for neutrons and gamma-rays, a programmable high voltage supply unit and a digital signal processor. Gamma-ray detection circuit can count pulse up to 10,000[pps]. The pulse detection parts consists of an active integrator, a pole-zero circuit, and a 3-stage amplifier of 60[dB], and its frequency bandwidth is from 37[Hz] to 300[kHz]. Also, pulse height distribution in accordance with pulse counts is important data in analyzing radioactive pulses. In this study, A/D converter (12[bit], 100[ns] and DSP [TMS 320C31-60) are used to analyze the pulse height, and the analytic system is designed to be operated in PC-base. Radioactive pulse has superior penetration ability to all kind of materials, and it is also possible to evaluate the soundness of electrical insulation materials by analyzing the pulse counts and/or pulse height distribution.

      • '광물의 감정' 멀티미디어 학습 프로그램의 개발

        고등학교 지구과학 '광물의 감정' 내용에 대한 컴퓨터 보조학습 프로그램이 16 bit IBM-PC 기종에서 학습할 수 있도록 한국형 저작도구(KAS)로 개발되었다. 이 프로그램은 하이퍼텍스트 및 인터럽트 기능 등을 이용하여 만들어 졌으며 학습자가 혼자서 학습할 수 있는 반복 연습형이다. 그리고 이 프로그램은 학습자와 컴퓨터와의 상호작용 효과를 고려하여 제작되었다. 'Judgememt of Minerals' Muitimedia program is developed as an helping tool for the content of high school earth science with 16 bit IBM-PC compatible computer using 'KAS(Korea Authoring System) Ver.3.0'. This program is Drill and Practice type for individual study through, hypertext, interupt functions. And the program is considered to the reciprocal action effect between learner and computer.

        The six kinds of natural factors(It refers to wind, cold, summer-heat, dampness, dryness and fire.) is constantly moving to maintain the balance of whole climate of one year. Four seasons are the largest mediation of whole climate of one year. The cold and the heat have the relationship of mutual intervention. The dampness and the dryness have it also. In this process they raise various climate appearance. And that various climate appearance influence the whole lives on the earth. This paper is concerned with the classification of them.

        열전대(thermocouple)를 이용한 Buchanan Plugger 표면의 온도상승 분석

        구강외과 수술용 스텐트 기반 영상유도 수술 시스템의 개발

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to develop a stent-based image guided surgery system and to apply it to oral and maxillofacial surgeries for anatomically complex sites. Materials and Methods : We devised a patient-specific stent for patient-to-image registration and navigation. Threedimensional positions of the reference probe and the tool probe were tracked by an optical camera system and the relative position of the handpiece drill tip to the reference probe was monitored continuously on the monitor of a PC. Using 8 landmarks for measuring accuracy, the spatial discrepancy between CT image coordinate and physical coordinate was calculated for testing the normality. Results : The accuracy over 8 anatomical landmarks showed an overall mean of 0.56±0.16 mm. The developed system was applied to a surgery for a vertical alveolar bone augmentation in right mandibular posterior area and possible interior alveolar nerve injury case of an impacted third molar. The developed system provided continuous monitoring of invisible anatomical structures during operation and 3D information for operation sites. The clinical challenge showed sufficient accuracy and availability of anatomically complex operation sites. Conclusion : The developed system showed sufficient accuracy and availability in oral and maxillofacial surgeries for anatomically complex sites. (Korean J Oral Maxillofac Radiol 2009; 39 : 149-56)
