      • 홈쇼핑 기업과 소비재 중소기업의 해외 동반진출에 관한 사례연구

        우리나라의 지속적인 경제발전과 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 대기업과 중소기업의 간의 균형 잡힌 발전이 필요하다. 이에 대중소기업간 상생 및 해외 동반진출에 대한 관심이 높으며, 정부에서도 여러 가지 지원정책을 늘리고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 홈쇼핑 기업과 소비재 중소기업의 해외 동반진출에 관한 인터뷰를 통해 홈쇼핑의 특수성을 고려한 효율적인 유통대기업과 중소기업의 해외 동반진출 확대 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 해외 동반진출을 하고 있는 3개의 홈쇼핑 기업을 대상을 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 홈쇼핑 기업은 소비재 중소기업의 해외 판로 개척에 도움이 되며, 자원과 역량이 부족한 중소기업에게 경영 및 마케팅 역량을 활용할 수 있게 해준다. 홈쇼핑 기업이 소비재 중소기업을 지원하기 위해 영상을 제작하거나 언어를 번역해주기도 하며, 무역 통관과 관련된 서류를 지원해주기도 한다. 또한 시장개척단을 구성하여 해외시장 정보 제공 등의 지원을 한다. 그렇지만 아직까지는 홈쇼핑 기업에게 해외 동반진출이 주는 실질적인 혜택이 미미하기 때문에 장기적으로 서로 win-win할 수 있는 전략이 필요하다. 이를 위해 해외 동반진출을 독려할 수 있도록 실질적인 혜택을 제공해야 하며, 궁극적으로 CSV 개념을 실천할 수 있도록 해야 한다. There must be a balanced development of both conglomerates and small and mid-sized companies in order to secure constant economic growth and competitive edge of South Korea. Accordingly, high expectations are being placed on win-win growth and joint overseas expansion of conglomerates and small and mid-sized companies. This study seeks efficient ways to promote joint overseas expansion of major retailers and small and mid-sized companies considering the distinctiveness of home shopping by conducting interviews about joint overseas expansion of home shopping companies and small and mid-sized consumer goods companies in South Korea. Home shopping companies contribute to opening up overseas markets for small and mid-sized consumer goods companies, and allows them to make use of business and marketing competencies that they lack. Home shopping companies also produce visual materials or provide language translations, and help draw up documents for customs clearance in trading. They also form market development teams and provide information about the overseas markets. However, since the actual benefits from joint overseas expansion are minor for home shopping companies, there is a need for a strategy for win-win growth of both parties in the long run. To this end, it is necessary to provide substantial benefits to encourage joint overseas expansion and ultimately implement the concept of creating shared value (CSV).

        데페록사민 전처치가 토끼 심근경색 크기의 감소에 미치는 효과

        Background: Reperfusion of ischemic myocardium has been postulated to result in a specific oxygen radical mediated tissue injury. Iron may liberate during ischemia and we hypothesized that administration of the iron chelator, deferoxamine during ischemia would result in improved recovery after postischemic reperfusion. Purpose: To test whether iron-catalyzed processes contribute to myocardial necrosis during ischemia and reperfusion, deferoxamine was administered to block iron catalyzed hydroxyl radical formation in rabbits. Methods: Eleven rabbits were divided into two groups : control group (n=5) and deferoxamine pretreatment group (n=6). The left circumflex coronay artery was ligated for 30 minutes and reperfused for 180 minutes. Area at risk (AR) was measured by non-stained area with methylene blue injection into left atrium after left circumflex coronary artery ligation. Infarct size was measured by weighing after triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining. Heart rate was measured using electrocardiographic recording and systemic blood pressure was monitored by pressure transducer connected to the catheter in the left ventricle. Results: 1. There was no significant difference of heart rate and blood pressure in deferoxamine pretreatment group compared with control group. 2. There was significant decrease of serum iron concentration after continuous infusion of deferoxamine compared with serum iron concentration before ligation of coronary artery(P<0.05). 3. There was no significant difference of area at risk between control and deferoxamine pretreatment group. 4. Area at necrosis to area at risk was significantly reduced in deferoxamine pretreatment group compared with control group(P<0.05). The results suggest that deferoxamine infusion prior to coronary artery occlusion has a significant benefit in reducing infarct size in this model.

        서울시 아동을 대상으로 한 주의력결핍과잉행동장애의 선별기준에 대한 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate a cut-off value for screening children with ADHD in community based sample using the Korean Child Behavior Checklist (K-CBCL) and the Korean ADHD Rating Scale (K-ARS). Methods : Children aged 6 to 8 (n=661) participated in this study. The K-CBCL and the K-ARS were used as the screening instruments. Diagnoses were confirmed through the Diagnostic Interview Schedule for Children Version Ⅳ (DISC-Ⅳ). Results : Of the 189 subjects who underwent the DISC-Ⅳ, 26 subjects were diagnosed as ADHD. In the K-CBCL, scores in the attention problems, externalizing problems and total behavioral problems were positively correlated with the total score of the K-ARS. The K-ARS-Parent version (K-ARS-P) and above three scales in the K-CBCL showed significant screening validity in the ROC curve analysis. The reasonable level of sensitivity, specificity, and negative predictive value were obtained in the total scores ≥90^(th) percentile in the K-ARS-Parent and ≥60T scores in the K-CBCL attention problems. The optimal level of specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were obtained when combined the K-CBCL (≥60T scores in the attention problems and ≥63T scores in the total problems) and the total scores ≥90^(th) percentile in the K-ARS-P. Conclusion : The combined use of the K-CBCL and the K-ARS-P may serve as useful screening methods for ADHD children.

        Profile^(Ⓡ), ProTaper™ 및 K^(3TM) Ni-Ti파일의 과기구 조작이 치근단공 변위에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 ProFile, ProTaper 및 K^(3)를 이용하여 과잉 기구 조작에 의해 근관 성형 시 근관의 만곡형태와 Ni-Ti 파일의 종류에 따라 치근단공이 어떻게 변위 되는지를 비교 분석하고자 시행되었다. 본 실험에서는 레진모형근관으로 J자와 S자의 근관 형태가 재현된 ENDO-TRAINING BLOC을 사용하였다. 근관 성형 기구로는 ProFile^(®), ProTaper™, K^(3TM)를 사용하였다. 총 60개의 레진모형근관을 사용하였으며, 사용된 레진모형근관 및 Ni-Ti 파일의 종류에 따라 10개씩 6개의 군으로 나누어 근관성형을 시행하였다. 근관 성형 전·후 이미지를 Image-analyzing microscope 100X를 이용하여 얻고 Photoshop 7.0 프로그램을 이용하여 중첩하였다. 이미지 분석 프로그램을 이용하여 근관 성형 전·후 치근단공의 중심으로부터의 직경 변화량과 면적을 측정한 결과 만곡된 근관의 성형시 치근단공이 주로 만곡의 외측으로 변위됨을 나타내며 ProFile이 ProTaper나 K^(3) 보다 통계적으로 유의성이 있게 작은 변화량을 나타내어 근관성형시 바람직한 기구임을 시사한다. This study was done to evaluate transportation of the apical foramen after 0.5 mm overinstrumentation by ProFile, ProTaper and K^(3) in simulated resin root canal. Sixty simulated resin root canal with a curvature of J and S-shape were divided into two groups. Each group consisted of three subgroups with 10 blocks according to the instruments used: ProFile^(®), ProTaper™, and K^(3TM). Simulated resin root canal was prepared by ProFile, ProTaper and K^(3) with 300 rpm by the crown-down preparation technique. Pre- and post-instrumentation apical foramen images were overlapped and recorded with Image-analyzing microscope 100X (Camcope, Sometech Inc, Korea). The amounts of difference in width and dimension on overlapped images were measured after reference points were determined by Image Analysis program (Image-Pro^(®) Express, Media Cybernetic, USA). Data were analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney U-test. The results suggest that ProFile showed significantly less canal transportation and maintained original apical foramen shape better than K^(3) and ProTaper.

        ^60Co γ-선 조사에 의한 TBP 추출제의 방사선 분해 특성

        방사성 액체폐기물에 함유되어 있는 방사성 핵종의 회수 및 처리에 사용되는 용매 추출제인 tributyl phosphate(TBP)를 인위적인 방법인 ^60Co γ-방사선을 조사시킨 다음 TBP 및 분해생성물을 기체 크로마토그래피-질량 분석법, 액체 크로마토그래피-질량 분석법, 핵 자기공명법(^31P-NMR), 이온 크로마토그래피, 적외선 분광법으로 측정하여 방사선 분해 생성물의 종류와 농도를 정량분석하고, TBP 추출제의 방사선 분해 특성에 대해 기술하였다. 실험결과로부터 TBP는 방사선에 의해 TBP에 결합되어 있는 3개의 butyl 기가 한 개씩 순차적으로 분해되거나, 두 개, 또는 3개의 butyl 기가 동시에 떨어지면서 TBP→HDBP→H_2MBP→H_3PO_4가 생성되는 반응기구로 분해되는 것으로 생각된다. This study was carried out to evaluate the radiation stability of tributyl phosphate (TBP) extractant by irradiation of ^60Co γ -rays. The degradation products of TBP leads to a decrease of extraction yields and/or formation of the third phase in the solvent extraction system of radioactive waste. TBP was irradiated with ^60Co γ -rays and the degradation products were analysed with gas chromatography - mass spectrometer (GC-MS), liquid chromatography - mass spectrometer (LC-MS), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer, ion chromatography (IC) and infrared (IR) spectrometer. It was found that the major degradation products from gamma radiolysis of TBP were dibutyl phosphate (HDBP), monobutyl phosphate (H_2MBP) and phosphoric acid. The main radiolysis pathway of TBP may be decomposed to the H_3PO_4 by losing on3 butyl radical step by step in subsequent reactions or losing two~tree but radicals simultaneously like the following ways, that is TBP→HDBP→H_2MBP→H_3PO_4.

        근관 밀폐도에 미치는 도말층 및 상아질 접착강화제의 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate effects of smear layer and dentin primers on the sealing ability of root canals. 126 extracted human teeth with single, straight canals and mature apices were used. The Samples were first classified into six groups as follows : presence of smear layer; absence of smear layer; Scotchbond Bond Multi-Purpose; All Bond 2; Mac Bond 2; Clearfil Liner Bond 2. A Positive control was also established. All teeth except the control group were then obturated with thermoplasticized gutta-per-cha and AH26. Electrochemical and dye penetration technique were later used to evaluate the degree of microleakage through the root canal. Seventy teeth were then immersed in a 1 % potassium chloride solution and An external power supply(DC 10 V) was then applied to the circuit for the electrochemical microleakage test. The degree of Microleakage was determined over period of 28 days before being evaluated. In total, 48 teeth were submitted to the dye infiltration technique. All specimen were suspended in 2 % methylene blue dye for 1 week before being longitudinally split. The degree of dye infiltration was measured under a stereomicroscope at×10 magnification and evaluated. The results were as follows: 1.Apical microleakage increased throughout the test period in all group and one group having a smear layer showed a dramatic increase under electrochemical test (p<0.05). In the group having smear layer, the degree of apical microleakage was the highest, and the microleakage was much higher than in the smear layer removed group in electrochemical test (p<0.05). Scotchbond Multi-Purpose, All Bond 2, Mac Bond 2 and Clearfil Liner Bond 2 showed lower microleakage than one group having smear layer. The All Bond 2 and Clearfil Liner Bond 2 treated groups showed the lowest microleakage in electrochemical test (p<0.05). 2.There was no significant difference between the experimental groups in dye penetration technique. These results suggested that the removal of the smear layer from root canal and concomitantly the application of dentin primer into root canal could improve the sealing ability of root canal obturation, 1

        수소손상 검출과 평가기술

        산업현장에서 수소는 설비를 손상시킬 수 있는 주원인 중의 하나이며, 종종 설비를 파괴시키는 사고를 발생시킨다. 수소손상에 의한 결정립계의 공동 또는 미세균열은 강재의 파괴인성과 강도를 떨어뜨리는 원인이 되고, 따라서 과거 제한적인 방법으로 수소손상을 평가하기 위한 시도가 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 초음파를 적용하여 수소손상을 검출하고 평가하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 미세조직시험에 의해 확인된 시험편을 이용하여 초음파의 속도와 감쇠계수를 구한 결과, 수소손상에 의해서 초음파 속도는 감소하고 감쇠는 현저하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 수소손상을 검출하기 위한 신뢰성 있는 평가법을 제시하였다. The presence of hydrogen in industrial plants is a source of damage. Hydrogen attack is one such form of degradation and often causing large tube ruptures that necessitate an immediate shutdown. Hydrogen attack may reduce the fracture toughness as well as the strength of steels. This reduction is caused partially by the presence of cavities and microcracks at the grain boundaries. In the past several techniques have been used with limited results. This paper describes the application of an ultrasonic velocity and attenuation in hydrogen damage. Ultrasonic tests showed a decrease in wave velocity and an increase in attenuation. Such results demonstrate the potential for ultrasonic nondestructive testing to quantify damage. Based on this study, reliable recommendation is suggested to detect hydrogen attack.

      • 特定有害産業廢棄物의 適正管理에 關한 硏究

        The specified industrial wastes increased 26% annually during the last 5 years from 1984 to 1988 in Korea, and the special treatment and proper management are required. The effective methods are studied on the process of generation, keeping, transportation, and treatment/disposal for specified industrial wastes and materials. Also, in this paper, the author describes the plans to develop the public disposal facilities and manage specific industrial waste properly in Korea.
