IEEE 802.11 PSM을 적용한 다중 홉애드 혹 네트워크에서 우회경로의 최소화

이동 애드 혹 네트워크는 기반 망의 도움 없이 모바일 노드의 자유로운 참여와 이탈에 의해 임시적인 네트워크를 구성하기 용이하다. 이러한 모바일 노드는 한정된 에너지에 의존한다. 그래서 무선 애드 혹 네트워크에서 에너지와 관련된 문제들이 중요한 연구과제로 다루어진다. 모바일 노드의 에너지 소비를 줄이기 위해 IEEE 802.11 PSM를 적용한 다중 홉 애드 혹 네트워크 모델에 대해서 최근 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. IEEE 802.11 PSM은 단일 홉 애드 혹을 가정하고 제안되었다. IEEE 802.11 PSM을 다중 홉 애드 혹 네트워크에 적용을 하게 될 경우 경로설정 메시지를 받지 못한 모바일 노드에 의해 우회하는 경로가 발생하게 된다. 우회하는 경로는 전송지연뿐만 아니라 모바일 노드의 에너지 소비를 증가시키게 된다. 본 논문에서는 경로 설정 메시지를 전송받지 못한 모바일 노드에 의해 발생하는 우회하는 경로를 최적의 경로로 재설정하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 모바일 노드는 자신의 송수신 범위에 있는 노드들의 데이터를 엿들을 수 있다. 무선 매체는 동일한 대역을 사용하는 모든 모바일 노드에 의해 공유되어진다. 이러한 매체의 특성을 이용하여 모든 모바일 노드들은 우회경로를 감시하고 우회경로가 발생하였을 경우 자신의 라우팅 테이블의 정보를 수정하거나 이웃한 모바일 노드에게 라우팅 업데이트 요청 메시지를 보내어 최적의 경로로 재설정하게 된다. 우회경로를 최적의 경로로 재설정함으로써 전송지연과 불필요한 에너지 소비를 줄일 수 있었다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안 알고리즘을 수행하기위한 오버헤드는 무시할 수 있을 정도로 작다는 것을 알 수 있었다. It is easy to implement a temporary network with a mobile ad-hoc network in which mobile nodes have without using a infrastructure network. They depend on their limited power. Recently, it is a hot issue to save the energy in a mobile ad-hoc network because a mobile nodes have a limited energy. Research of IEEE 802.11 PSM was proposed in a single hop ad-hoc assumption. If IEEE 802.11 PSM is applied to multi hop ad-hoc network, non-optimal paths will be generated by the mobile nodes which didn't receive a message of routing request. Non-optimal paths increase not only a network latency but also energy consumption of mobile nodes. Reconfiguring algorithm of non-optimal paths caused by the mobile nodes which didn't receive a message of routing request is proposed in this paper. A mobile node can overhear the data in his range. A wireless medium is shared by all mobile nodes using the same bandwidth. All mobile nodes lookout the non-optimal paths with these properties of a medium, if non-optimal path is generated, optimal reconfiguring will be accomplished by modifying routing table of itself or sending a request message of routing update to nearby nodes. By reconfiguring the non-optimal paths to optimized ones, network latency and energy consumption was decreased. It is confirmed to ignore the overhead caused by a algorithm presented in this paper through the result of the simulation.

N/A A clinical study was performed on 13 cases of leiomyosarcoma of the gastrointestinal system admitted to Inje Medical College, Pusan Paik Hospital, from 1981 to 1990, and the following results were obtained. 1) The locations of the leiomyosarcoma were the stomach (4 cases), the duodenum (4 cases), the jejunum (2 cases), the rectum (2 cases), and the ileum (1 case), in order of frequency. The age distribution was wide, from 12 years to 70 years, and the average age was 46 years. The ratio of male-to-female was 8:5, the male being 8 cases and the female 5 cases. 2) The most common symptom was gastrointestinal hemorrhage, 9 cases out of 13, and the duration of illness varied, from 3 days to 5 years, but was not closely related to the severity of illness. 3) The incidence of leiomyosarcoma of the gastrointestinal system compared with other malignant tumors in the same period was about 0.8%, the stomach 0.3%, the small intestine 22.6% (the duodenum 26.7%, the jejunum 22.2%, the ileum 14.3%), and the rectum 1.1%, which was consistent with other monographs. 4) All 13 cases underwent surgical intervention, and postoperative chemotherapy was done on 4 cases in which the regimen was VAC (Vincristine, Adriamycin, Cyclophosphamide). Postoperative radiotherapy was done in 1 case. In brief, leimyosarcoma of the gastrointestinal system was most frequent in the small intestine, gastrointestinal hemorrhage was the commonest clinical symptom, the duration of illness was mainly less than 1 year, all age groups were involved; and the overall incidence was less then 1% of the gastrointestinal malignancy.

Primary cutaneous CD30-negative large T-cell lymphoma without prior concurrent mycosis fungoides represents a distinct group of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma with an aggressive clinical behavior. Primary cutaneous CD30-negative large T-cell lymphoma is a rare disorder which represents only about 5% of primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. A 51-year-old woman presented with a rapid growing, ulcerative plaque on the right lower leg of 2 years duration. Histologically, it showed diffuse infiltrates with a predominance of medium-sized to large pleomorphic lymphocytes in the dermis and subcutaneous fat layers, which stained positively with CD3 and negatively with CD20, CD30, CD56 on immunohistochemical staining. There was no evidence of extracutaneous metastsis.
