        중국의 인터넷 문학그룹(웨원)의 성장 요인과 플랫폼의 발전: 코로나19 팬데믹 이후 성장 요인의 지속성

        중국의 인터넷 문학은 다른 인터넷 엔터테인먼트처럼 성장하여왔다. 양적으로 인터넷문학의 독자가 증가하여 왔고 인터넷문학 기업의 수익도 증가하여왔다. 질적으로 그 동안 인터넷 문학 플랫폼의 발전이 괄목할 만하고 콘텐츠의 지적재산권(IP) 진출도 다변화하고 있다. 이러한 추세는 코로나19 팬데믹 이후에도 지속되고 있다. 본 연구는 중국 인터넷 문학의 성장요인을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중국 인터넷 문학 시장의 70퍼센트 이상을 점유하는 웨원그룹을 사례로 한다. 연구방법은 웨원그룹에 대한 인터넷 자료와 문헌조사를 통해서 설립 전 단계, 설립 과정과 성장 과정을 분석하여 성장 요인을 찾는 것이다. 웨원그룹의 성장 과정은 크게 4단계, 즉 웨원그룹의 설립 전 단계(2002년-2015년2월), 출범기(2015년3월-2017년11월), 웨원그룹의 상장과 성장기(2017년 11월-2020년 1월), 코로나19와 텐센트 그룹 직접관리로의 전환(2020년 1월-)으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 웨원 사례연구를 통해서 얻은 인터넷 문학의 성장요인은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 최대의 플랫폼 그룹인 텐센트의 진출이다. 중국 최대의 플랫폼 기업이 진입함으로써 기존의 인터넷 문학사이트의 합병을 통해서 기존 생태계의 이점을 활용할 수 있게 되었다. 둘째, 중국에서 인터넷 문학을 개시한 성다문학을 인수한데다가 콘텐츠의 양적·질적 경쟁력을 제고시켰다는 점이다. 셋째, 고도의 플랫폼 기능을 토대로 고객의 취향에 맞게 플랫폼을 잘 구성했다는 점이다. 넷째, 텐센트 계열사와의 전략적 제휴이다. 다섯째, 원 소스 멀티유스로 지적재산권 활용에 성공적이었다는 점이다. Chinese internet literature has grown like any other internet entertainment. The volume of readers of internet literature has increased and the profits of internet literature companies have increased. Qualitatively, the development of internet literary platforms has been remarkable and diversifying the entry of content into intellectual property rights (IP). This trend continues even after Covid-19. This study aims to explore the growth factors of Chinese internet literature. To this end, the Yue Wen Group, which controls more than 70 percent of the Chinese internet literature market, is a case. The research method is to analyze the pre-establishment stage, establishment process and growth process through the internet data or literature on the Yue Wen Group to find growth factors. Yue Wen Group"s growth process was largely divided into four stages: the pre-establishment phase of Yue Wen Group (2002–February 2015), the launch period (March 2015–November 2017), the listing and growth period of Yue Wen Group (November 2017–January 2020), and Covid-19 and the transition to direct management of Tencent Group. The growth factors of internet literature obtained from the Yue Wen case study are as follows. First, Tencent, China"s largest platform group, is entering the market. With the entry of China"s largest platform company, the merger of existing internet literature sites has allowed it to take advantage of the existing ecosystem of Tencent. Second, it acquired Shengda Literature, which started internet literature in China, and also enhanced the quantitative and qualitative competitiveness of contents. Third, based on high-level platform functions, the platform is well organized to suit customers" tastes. Fourth, it is a strategic partnership with Tencent affiliates. Fifth, it was successful in using intellectual property rights with one-source multi-use.

      • 吳德功《觀光日記》探析

        台灣彰化縣文人吳德功(1850-1924)所著《觀光日記》, 寫於明治三十三年(1900), 當時台灣兒玉源太郎總督擧辦了揚文會, 邀請全台灣具有生員(卽秀才)以上身分的台灣文人與會, 目的說要網羅台灣俊傑之才, 發揚儒家文明敎化, 這本《觀光日記》, 便是記載吳德功參與這場盛會的所見所聞。這本書除了是一本日記體遊記, 具有文學的價値外, 它的內容同時記錄了揚文會的點點滴滴, 以及日本政府爲了宣揚新敎育、新學術所安排的産業觀光活動, 從這些內容可以看到日本政府擧辦揚文會的政治目的與手段, 這是此書在史料上的另一項學術價値。此外, 吳德功在參與揚文會的去程與回程中, 記錄了交通輸運的工具和路線, 以及沿途的地理景觀和人文風情, 這有助於讀者了解日治時期台灣的民間風光與交通槪況, 這有地學上的助益和貢獻。綜合上述種種的特點, 此書的硏究有其必要性和價値性, 値得我們予以關注。 The sightseeing diary written by Te-kung Wu (1850-1924), a scholar in Changhua County, Taiwan, was written in 1900 when Kodama Gentaro, Governor of Taiwan held Yang Wen Hui (a conference to raise the profile of scholars and promote the civilization) and invited the scholars from Taiwan who were above the rank of Xiucai (i.e. the scholars who had passed the imperial examination at the county level). the purpose was to recruit Taiwan's outstanding talents and promote Confucian civilization. This Sightseeing Diary is a record of what Te-kung Wu saw and heard during this grand gathering.Apart from being a diary-style travel book with literary value, the contents of this book also record the little bits and pieces of the Yang Wen Hui and the industrial sightseeing activities arranged by the Japanese government to promote new education and new learning. From these contents, we can see the political aims and means of the Japanese government to hold the Yang Wen Hui, which is another academic value of this book in historical materials.In addition, Te-kung Wu recorded the transportation tools and routes, as well as the geographical landscape and cultural customs along the way during his trip and return trip to Yang Wen Hui, which helps readers to understand the folk scenery and traffic situation in Taiwan during the Japanese rule, and is of geological help and contribution. In view of the above-mentioned characteristics, the study of this book is of necessity and value and deserves our attention.

      • Research on Decoupling and Driving Factors of Industrial Ecosystem in Jiangsu Province

        Industrial sectors have resulted in a large amount of pollution. Environmental degradation problem requires more indepth research on relationships between different sectors' economic output and pollutant emissions. This paper analyzes the relationship between industrial economy and ecology. On the basis of it, the driving factors of industrial sectors' pollution emissions are analyzed. Firstly, decoupling elasticity of industrial sectors in Jiangsu province during 2004-2013 is analyzed by Tapio decoupling model. And then, the industrial sectors are classified into three types according to the different decoupling elasticity. Finally, the three types of industrial sectors' driving factors of industrial solid waste output are decomposed by LMDI method. The results show that: industrial sectors in Jiangsu province are divided into strong decoupling sectors, weak decoupling sectors and expansive negative decoupling sectors; economic development significantly promotes the increase of industrial solid waste output of all sectors; technology improvement and industrial structure largely decrease industrial solid waste output of strong decoupling sectors and weak decoupling sectors; however, technology improvement accelerates industrial solid waste output of expansive negative decoupling sectors; the role of industrial structure factor changes from restraint to promotion of expansive negative decoupling sectors.

        Enhancing Astaxanthin Accumulation in Haematococcus pluvialis by Coupled Light Intensity and Nitrogen Starvation in Column Photobioreactors

        Natural astaxanthin mainly derives from a microalgae producer, Haematococcus pluvialis. The induction of nitrogen starvation and high light intensity is particularly significant for boosting astaxanthin production. However, the different responses to light intensity and nitrogen starvation needed to be analyzed for biomass growth and astaxanthin accumulation. The results showed that the highest level of astaxanthin production was achieved in nitrogen starvation, and was 1.64 times higher than the control group at 11 days. With regard to the optimization of light intensity utilization, it was at 200 μmo/m2/s under nitrogen starvation that the highest astaxanthin productivity per light intensity was achieved. In addition, both high light intensity and a nitrogen source had significant effects on multiple indicators. For example, high light intensity had a greater significant effect than a nitrogen source on biomass dry weight, astaxanthin yield and astaxanthin productivity; in contrast, nitrogen starvation was more beneficial for enhancing astaxanthin content per dry weight biomass. The data indicate that high light intensity synergizes with nitrogen starvation to stimulate the biosynthesis of astaxanthin.

        Effects of Modafinil on Behavioral Learning and Hippocampal Synaptic Transmission in Rats

        Purpose: Modafinil is a wake-promoting agent that has been proposed to improve cognitive performance at the preclinical and clinical levels. Since there is insufficient evidence for modafinil to be regarded as a cognitive enhancer, the aim of this study was to investigate the effects of chronic modafinil administration on behavioral learning in healthy adult rats. Methods: Y-maze training was used to assess learning performance, and the whole-cell patch clamp technique was used to assess synaptic transmission in pyramidal neurons of the hippocampal CA1 region of rats. Results: Intraperitoneal administration of modafinil at 200 mg/kg or 300 mg/kg significantly improved learning performance. Furthermore, perfusion with 1mM modafinil enhanced the frequency and amplitude of spontaneous postsynaptic currents and spontaneous excitatory postsynaptic currents in CA1 pyramidal neurons in hippocampal slices. However, the frequency and amplitude of spontaneous inhibitory postsynaptic currents in CA1 pyramidal neurons were inhibited by treatment with 1mM modafinil. Conclusions: These results indicate that modafinil improves learning and memory in rats possibly by enhancing glutamatergic excitatory synaptic transmission and inhibiting GABAergic (gamma-aminobutyric acid-ergic) inhibitory synaptic transmission.

      • Quality of Life for Patients with Esophageal/Gastric Cardia Precursor Lesions or Cancer: A One-year Prospective Study

        Background: The current study examined health-related quality of life (QoL) for patients with esophageal/gastric cardia precursor lesions or cancer before and after treatment to facilitate improved prevention and treatment. Materials and Methods: Patients with different stages of esophageal/gastric cardia lesions completed two QoL questionnaires, EORTC QLQ-C30 and supplemental QLQ-OES 18, before primary treatment, and at 1, 6 and 12 months after treatment. Results: Fifty-nine patients with precursor lesions, 57 with early stage cancer, and 43 with advanced cancer responded to our survey. Patients with precursor lesions or early stage cancer reported better QoL overall than those with advanced cancer before treatment (p<0.01). Global QoL scores before treatment and at 1 month after treatment were $71{\pm}9$ versus $69{\pm}9$ (p>0.01), $71{\pm}8$ versus $61{\pm}11$ (p<0.01), $67{\pm}11$ versus $62{\pm}9$ (p<0.01) for three stages of lesions. At 6 months after treatment, some QoL measures recovered gradually in precursor lesion and early cancer patients, while some continuously deteriorated in advanced cancer patients. At 12 months, all QoL scores were comparable to baseline for patients with precursor lesions (p>0.01), while global QoL, social, pain, and insomnia scores for early stage and advanced cancer were inferior to corresponding baseline levels (difference between means>5, p<0.01). At this time point, compared with patients with early stage cancer, those with advanced cancer showed worse QoL with all function and most symptom measures (p<0.01). Conclusions: Patients with precursor lesions or early stage esophageal/gastric cardia cancer show better QoL than those with advanced cancer. This indicates that screening, early diagnosis and treatment may improve the QoL for esophageal/gastric cardia cancer patients. Target intervention and counseling should be given by health care providers during treatment and follow-up to facilitate QoL improvement.

        Design of Micro Biopsy Device for Wireless Autonomous Endoscope

        Well-established technology that provides assistance from outside the patient may soon give way to alternative approaches that bythe wireless robotic mechanisms inside the patient through natural orifices. For this study, two kinds of micro biopsy mechanisms weredeveloped for capsule endoscope which could traverse the gut environment automatically. This mobility allows the biopsy device tomove to the area of interest to sample specific tissues. Based on the medical and mechanism considerations, we concerned on designprecise biopsy jaw with sufficient cutting force, and the biopsy process should be safe, repeatable and visible. The lead-screw linkagesystem that actuated jaw of biopsy allowing for large force production. Using one micro-motor, the biopsy process was carried outquickly by three motions: stretching to sampling point; bite and cutting off; withdrawing into capsule body with the sample. With thecontrol and vision system, the biopsy process could compete automatically. The robot was capable of traversing in the gut environmentwirelessly and had been successfully used to biopsy gut tissue in vitro. In addition, experimental analysis of the biopsy mechanismshowed good results towards more elaborate tissue manipulation in the future.

        Steel Bridge Construction of Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge

        The 55-km-long Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge (HZMB) is the world's longest sea-crossing bridge, connecting Hong Kong with Zhuhai and Macao at the mouth of the Pearl River Estuary in China, comprising 22.9-km-long steel bridges. HZMB is the leading steel bridge in China, with top-level manufacturing and installation technology. This paper outlines the steel bridge construction experiences of HZMB to provide comparisons for the construction of other long sea-crossing steel bridges at home or abroad. The main considerations of construction constraints, scheme selection, structural and aesthetic design of HZMB are presented, and the following points related to new strategies in the steel bridge construction of HZMB are elaborated: (1) construction quality assurance, (2) automatic manufacturing technology, (3) large segment off shore installation, (4) eco-friendly paint (content limitation of volatile organic compounds) and new multifunctional inspection gantry, and (5) Guss Mastic Asphalt steel deck pavement system. The successful implementation of those strategies shows that the steel bridge construction of HZMB promotes improvement in the overall construction and management level of the Chinese bridge industry. The advanced experience of HZMB has opened up broad prospects for the design and construction of off shore bridge engineering in China.

        Antifungal Activities of Anthocyanins from Purple Sweet Potato in the Presence of Food Preservatives

        Effects of anthocyanins from purple sweet potato (APSP) against the fungal growth of Geotrichum candidum and Candida albicans were assessed. Response surface methodology was applied for optimization of proportions of sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, and APSP. Optimum concentrations against G. candidum were 0.300 mg/mL of sodium benzoate, 0.290mg/mL of potassium sorbate, and 13.9mg/mL of APSP. Optimum concentrations against C. albicans were 0.380 mg/mL of sodium benzoate, 0.240 mg/mL of potassium sorbate, and 3.56 mg/mL of APSP. APSP exhibited enhanced antifungal properties in the presence of food preservatives.
