Data Protection in Clouds using Two Stage Encryption
Pallav Sharma,Varsha Sharma,Sanjeev Sharma,Jitendra Agrawal 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.8 No.4
Cloud Computing has been an emergent technology that has opened the space for virtualization, as it provides many computational services and storage services over the Internet with the help of a browser. Cloud computing’s core comprises of services like platform, infrastructure and software as a service. The unpredicted boom in cloud computing is driven by its simple economic benefit. It helps in reducing capital expenses and minimizes operating expenses. This move however, has increased a major concern about the protection of data, as against the traditional system the data is now stored online and is far easily exposed than we realize. This raises a major security issue for data protection. Many techniques for protection of data have been proposed so far. However, the best available option till date is to encrypt user data before storing it over the cloud environment and decrypting it again before handing the data back to the cloud user. In this paper, we introduce a more efficient and stronger encryption process that allows a cloud service provider to protect user data more efficiently.

Isoflavonoid production in cell cultures of Pueraria tuberosa as influenced by an angiospermic parasite, Cuscuta reflexa, was studied. During the time course, maximum isoflavonoid content was recorded when Cuscuta elicitor was added on day 15 of culture. Among various concentrations of elicitor tried, $1g\;l^{-1}$ of Cuscuta elicitor was found to be the most effective. The optimized elicitation conditions were used in vessels of varying capacity where maximum yield of ${\sim}91mg\;l^{-1}$ of isoflavonoid was recorded in a 2-l bioreactor which was about 19% higher than the control cultures. In this case, puerarin content increased up to $11mg\;l^{-1}$ which was 580% higher that the value recorded in the control cultures. In the bioreactor, 8 days of elicitation was optimal for the high accumulation of isoflavonoid, giving productivity of ${\sim}4mg\;l^{-1}\;day^{-1}$. The study showed persistent high isoflavonoid yield even during scale-up. Use of a preparation of Cuscuta reflexa as an elicitor is reported for the first time. The increase in isoflavonoid content was elicitor dose-dependent and can be explored to trigger high yields of isoflavonoid/secondary metabolites in production.

An easy to prepare aluminium pillared interlayered clay (PILC) has been developed as a stable, recyclable and heterogeneous catalyst to promote the one-pot three component synthesis of a-aminophosphonates under solvent-free conditions using grindstone chemistry. Utilization of mild reaction conditions, clean conversion and greater selectivity under grinding conditions along with effortless separation, and purification of reaction products make this process extra attractive.

Studies on the removal of copper by adsorption on modified sand have been investigated. The adsorbentwas characterized by XRD, FTIR and SEM. Removal of Cu was carried out in batch mode. The values ofthermodynamic parameters namely DG0, DH0 and DS0 at 25℃ were found to be -0.230 kcal-1 mol-1,+4.73 kcal-1 mol-1 and +16.646 cal K-1 mol-1, respectively. The process of removal was governed bypseudo second order rate equation and value of k2 was found to be 0.122 g mg-1 min-1 at 25℃. Theresultant data can serve as baseline data for designing treatment plants at industrial scale.
