        이 연구는 급증하는 1인 가구의 증가로 기존의 혼자 사는 주거 형태에서 서로의 필요, 조건에 따라 세분화하여 룸메이트를 찾을 수 있는 ‘룸메이트 매칭 플랫폼 서비스’ 제안에 목적이 있다. 이러한 서비스는 부동산 애플리케이션에 적용하면 적합하다고 판단하였고, 국내 부동산 시장의 수요를 더욱 충족시킬 수 있는 서비스라고 여겨진다. 이 연구를 통하여 향후 4차 산업 혁명으로 더 커지는 국내 부동산 애플리케이션 서비스를 중심으로 1인 가구의 초기 사회 진출을 위한 방법을 확대하고, 적합한 주거환경의 활성화에 도움이 되고자 한다. 이 방식은 기존의 스마트 폰에서 함께 지낼 룸메이트를 찾는다는 단순 방향에서, 다양한 조건을 가지고 우선순위를 두어 필터로 걸러내어 찾는 보다 효과적인 룸메이트 찾기 방식이다. 이 연구를 발판으로 국내 부동산 시장 활성화가 더욱 커질 수 있길 기대하며, 급증하는 1인 가구 서비스 발전의 기초자료로 활용되고자 한다. The study is aimed at proposing a roommate matching platform service which can find roommates according to the needs and conditions of each other in the form of existing single living with the surge of single - person households. These services are considered to be suitable for real estate applications and are considered to be a service that can better meet the demand of the domestic real estate market. Through this research, I intend to expand the method for the advancement of one person s household into the early social life centered on the domestic real estate application service, which is getting bigger due to the 4th industrial revolution in the future, and help to activate suitable living environment. This method is a more effective way to search for roommates by searching for a roommate to stay together on an existing smart-phone, filtering it by prioritizing it with various conditions. We hope that this study will help to revitalize the domestic real estate market and will be used as basic data for the rapid growth of single-person household services.

        유아 발달 수준 검사 개발 연구

        This study is Research Task supported by National Education Assessment Institute in 1996. 「Developmental Level Test in Early Childhood」 is standardized assessment instrument examining validity and reliability developed by researchers. Subjects were 3,136 preschooler(age : 4.0∼7.0) sampled in National area. This assessment instrument consist of 77 items(for teacher) and 67 items(for parent). Data reveals that Construct Validity and Content Validity is high(p<.01). Data, employing factor analysis, reveals that a seven-factor solution is the best fit for the Developmental Level Test in Early Childhood. Cronbach α is .98(for teacher). This analysis indicates that This Instrument is acceptable for general use in Korea.

      • BOD 센서 개발에 관한 연구(Ⅱ)

        생물학적 산소요구량인 BOD는 오수의 오염정도 특히 분해 가능한 유기물 함유량의 정도를 측정하는데 널리 사용된다. 그러나 일반적으로 BOD 측정은 20℃에서 5일간 반응시켜야만 결과를 얻을 수 있으므로 시간이 많이 걸리고 상당한 기술을 필요로 하기 때문에 보다 신속하고 재현성이 좋은 BOD 측정법의 개발이 요구된다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 미생물을 전극에 고정화하여 BOD 센서를 만들어 상품화 하고자 한다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 내용과 범위로 수행하였다. 1. 저렴하고 실용화할 수 있는 전기화학 디바이스 개발 이들 각 부분을 별도로 제작한다든가 구입할려면 많은 비용이 필요하므로 어느 실험실이나 기관 내에 PC(personal Computer)가 모두 있으므로 PC에 장착하여 BOD 측정을 할 수 있는 기판을 만들었다. 2. 용존산소 측정장치 개발 미생물이 유기물질을 감지하여 변화된 산소의 양을 측정하는 용존산소 측정장치 개발 3. 미생물의 장기 활성 유지 방법 고안 미생물은 생명을 가지고 있으므로 오랫동안 활성을 가지려면 생명을 유지 할 수 있도록 조건을 만들어 보관하여야 한다. 4. BOD5 값과 제작한 장치로 측정한 BOD 값의 비교 일반적으로 BOD측정은 20℃에서 5일간 반응시켜야만 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 이때 얻은 BOD5 값과 제작한 장치로 여러 가지 당류와 식품공장 폐수 그리고 섬유공장 폐수의 BOD 값을 비교하므로서 제작한 장치의 정밀도와 신뢰도를 비교하였다. 1. The development of the low price, high reliable and useful electrochemical device Biosensors are measurement sensors consisting of the receptor part which is immobilized biocatalytic material(intact microbian cells) was deposited on electrode surface and other transducer part, which are sensitive to many physicochemical parameters. The manufacture and purchase of each part is very expensive. In this research, we made the semiconductive board to attach a personal computer to measure BOD. By utilizing this apparatus, rapid, simple and reliable BOD measurement was achived without another equipment. 2. The development of apparatus measuring dissolved oxygen. This dissolved oxygen(DO) meter is suitable to measure BOD 3. The new method to maintain activity of microorganism for long time. As microorganism have the life, in order to keep activity of it for long time. We must sustain the suitable condition for surrival of microorganism. 4. The compared BOD5 with BOD which is measured by the manufactured apparatus. The conventional BOD test requires five days, 20℃ for incubation as the compared BOD5 with fiber and food plant waste water's BOD. We can confirm the precision and reliability of manufactured apparatus.

        Compomer의 치면처리방법에 따른 전단 결합 강도에 관한 연구

        To evalutate the change in shear bond strength according to dentin surface treatment, 4 materials were divided into control group(A) and experimental group(B). Group A was treated according to the instruction of manufacture. Group B was treated with 32% phosphoric acid. After dentin surface treatment, each material was bonded and stored in 100% humidity during 7 days, and then, the shear bond strength was evaluated. The results were as follows : 1. In the case of treatment according to the instruction of manufacture, the shear bond strength according to material showed Z-100 to be highest with 12.42 MPa, Compoglass had the lowest shear bond strength with 4.23 MPa and there was significant difference between Compoglass and Z-100, Dyract (p<0.01). 2. The group treated with 32% phosphoric acid showed lower shear bond strength than that of the group treated according to the instruction of manufacture but there was no statistical significance. 3. As a result of observation under SEM, the fracture pattern was a mixture of cohesive and adhesive failure in group 1, and there was more adhesive failure in group 2, and in group 3 and 4 there was cohesive failure of material or tooth structure. From the results above Dyract showed shear bond strength levels between resin and resin-modified glass ionomer but Compoglass showed much lower shear bond strength than that of resin-modified glass ionomer thus indicating that even though they are the same type of material they show evident differences in physical properties. And it is thought that the treatment of dentin surface with phosphoric acid did not increase the shear bond strength, unlike enamel.

      • 담관 결찰 시 혈장 빌리루빈 농도와 GPT 활성도의 ICG 농도에 대한 상관관계

        Plasma clearance rate of indocyanine green (ICG) is the most important parameter to evaluate the hepatic reserve function for liver resection. To study the relationship between ICG concentration and bilirubin concentration or GPT activity in plasma, we determined these parameters before and after the ligation of bile duct. we ligated the bile duct of rats to induce hyperbilirubinemia and high GPT activity. Before and after the ligation (one day. three days. or fourteen days). we sampled 0.5 ml blood from portal vein to determine the concentration of bilirubin and GPT activity. After removing the ligation. we injected indocyanine green (0.5 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/ml) for 30 seconds through portal vein and sampled 0.5 ml of blood from the abdominal vein to determine ICG concentration after 15 minutes. From these data, we calculated the correlation coefficient. We calculated statistical significance of these parameters of different days after the ligation and the significance between two correlation coefficients. We confirmed the linearity too. All of these parameters were significantly higher than those before ligation(p<0.05). However GPT activity showed peaks after one day, while the concentration of bilirubin and ICG showed peaks after 3 days. The correlation coefficient was 0.884 between the concentration of ICG and bilirubin, but 0.721 between the concentration of ICG and GPT activity. These correlation showed significant linearity with p<0.001 and significant difference with p<0.05. These results suggest that ICG clearance can be negatively influenced by bilirubin concentration more than by GPT activity in the plasma. Therefore, care should be taken in determining the hepatic reserve function by ICG clearance rate for patients with hyperbilirubinemia.

        The various types of enzyme have been coupled to ion-selective electrodes for the development of enzyme membrane electrodes. The tissue and organ of animals and plants contained a lot of variant enzymes. A bioselsoective membrane electrode which employs slices of Wistar rat liver was studied that the effect of pH, kinds and concentration of buffer solution, temperature and thickness of slice in order to optimize electrode response. The longstability, the response time and slope of wistar rat tissue glutamine selective membrane electrode was evaluated.

      • 지체 부자유인의 스포츠 센타 이용이 생활체육 만족도에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated the perception and satisfaction of facilities, leaders, and activity programs among the physically handicapped. Specially, the focus of the study was to examine the relationship between the use of sport centers (e.g., frequency, duration) and the users' satisfaction of participating in the program. The subjects of this investigation were 102 person with orthopedic disabilities, (52 male, 50 female) living at K and S city utilizing sport centers for the disabled. For this survey, 19 questions concerning sport facilities, 12 questions concerning instructors and 10 questions concerning programs were selected. These questions were based on the questionnaire by Han, Woojin (1994). These questions were made into 5 Likert Scale Questions. The survey was made into two parts. First, eight questions on various circumstances of the subjects, such as sex, age, occupation, educational background, monthly salary, frequency of facility utilization, and duration of facility utilization. Second, the degree of satisfaction at the facilities (main facilities, direct auxiliary facilities, indirect auxiliary facilities and athletic instruments), instructors (traits of instructor, teaching abilities and teaching methods) and programs (operation of programs and effects of programs) for the disabled at the facilities in which one participates were prepared into 41 questions rated on a Likert scale of 1 to 5, with 1 representing dissatisfaction and 5 representing satisfaction. For the survey, partially or incompletely answered questionnaires were excluded. Only sincerely answered questionnaires were used and coded for statistical treatment, Regression utilizing SPSS/PC" package. The results indicated that occupation, education, and monthly salary of the users contributed significantly to the satisfaction of participating in "sports for all" activities. In addition, only the frequency of use was found to be a significant variable predicting the users' satisfaction.

        It is shown that the rose of sharon receptacle tissue can serve as an effective biocatalyst in the construction of a potentiometric membrane electrode with response and selectivity for arginine, Electrodes using this tissue in conjunction with NH_(3) gas sensing probes yield good response to arginine in 1 X 10^(-1)M to 10^(-3)M range and retain activity for at least 2 weeks. The arginine-selective membrane electrode using tissue slices of the rose of sharon have good selectivity when operated at an optimum pH 8.0, 25℃, 20um thickness of slices and in 0.1M phosphate buffer solution.

        전치부의 발육 결함 및 교정 후 탈회 병소의 심미적 개선을 위한 resin infiItration

        어린이 영구전치의 법랑칠 발육 결함이나 고정성 장치에 의한 교정치료 후 탈회 병소는 흔히 심미적 문제를 유발한다. 본 연구는 상악 전치부에 위 원인에 의한 탈회로 인하여 백반양 병소를 보이는 21명 어린이의 38개 치아를 대상으로, 최근 비침습적인 방법으로 소개된 resin infiltration 기법을 적용하고, 병소의 색조의 임상적 개선 효과를 비교, 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 1주 후 색조가 개선된 병소는 발육 결함 병소의 25%, 교정 탈회 병소의 61%로 나타났다. 2. 발육 결함 병소의 40%, 교정치료 후 탈회 병소의 6%에서는 시술 전후의 색조변화를 관찰할 수 없었다. 3. 법랑질 발육결함 병소에서는 시술 직후 보다 1주 후에 더 많은 색조 변화를 관찰할 수 있었다. 결과적으로 일부 증례에서는 색조의 극적인 개선이 관찰되었으나, 또 일부 증례에서는 변화가 거의 나타나지 않았는데, 이는 병소 깊이의 차이에 기인한 것으로 사료되었다. The prevalence of developmental defects of enamel and lesios by post-orthodontic decalcification has been reported with increasing frequency. Even though there have been increasing interests and clinical challenges in esthetic improvement of these lesions, few of studies were reported for using non-invasive approach which is a very significant matter for child and young adults. This study was conducted to assess clinical effect on the improvement in color of these lesions via resin infiltration method developed as minimum invasive technique for white spot. For the 38 maxillary anterior teeth with calcification problem. the changes in color between before- and after- infiltration treatment, were evaluated and summarized as following. 1. A week after infiltration, 25% of developmental defects and 61% of decalcification lesions were improved in color as the value of ΔE below 3.7. 2. 40% of the developmental defects and 6% of decalcification lesions showed no significant change. 3. The developmental defects showed more remarkable changes in color 1 week after infiltration rather than immediately after the treatment. From our study results, it is considered that the amount of color improvement depended on the depth of lesion. In other words, for the lesion having more depth than the depth infiltrant resin can penetrate into, infiltration treatment showed no significant effect. Therefore, for clinical indication of resin infiltration treatment, further research on precise measurement technique of lesion depth is strongly required.

        초등학생의 Molar Incisor Hypomineralization 유병률과 제1대구치 치아우식증 및 수복상태 조사

        Molar Incisor Hypomineralization(MIH) have recently gained intensive research interests and various clinical trials. Most prevalence, etiology, treatment studies in MIH were carried out in the European countries, and data from the Korean were seldom. This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of MIH and the status of dental caries and treatment on the first permanent molars in primary school children. For this study, 1.344 primary school students in Busan and Ulsan cities were examined directly the permanent incisors and first molars. The results of the survey were as follows: 81 MIH cases were identified among 1.344 cases. The prevalence of MIH in this group of children was 6.0%. Children with MIH showed a significantly higher DMFT value for permanent teeth than children without MIH. The mean number of decayed, missed, and filled in 1st permanent molars(DMFT index) was 1.17. The rate of children with restoration on 1st permanent molar was 13.6% and the sequence of restoration materials was as follows: composite resin, amalgam, gold inlay. Molar Incisor Hypomineralization(MIH)에 관하여 최근 많은 연구적 관심이 집중되고 여러 임상적 대처방법들이 제시되고 있다. 이미 세계적으로는 MIH의 빈도, 병인, 치료 등에 관한 많은 연구보고가 있었으나, 우리나라에서는 이에 대한 관심이 아직 미미한 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구는 초등학생의 MIH 유병률과 제1대구치 우식 및 치료 실태에 대하여 조사할 목적으로 시도되었다. 부산 및 울산광역시에 거주하는 1,344명의 초등학생을 대상으로, 상하 제1대구치와 전치부를 직접 시진하여, MIH 유병률, 제1대구치 우식경험지수와 치료 상태를 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 총 1,344명 의 조사 대상 중 81명에서 MIH가 나타나, 유병률은 6.0%를 보였으며, MIH에 이환왼 어린이의 제1대구치 우식경험지수는 비이환군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(P<0.05) 한편, 제1대구치 우식경험지수는 1.17개로 나타났다. 조사 대상 제1대구치의 13.6%가 수복되어 있었고, 수복재 별로는 복합 레진, 아말감, gold inlay의 순이었다.
