이 논문은 2005년 일본 개호보험개혁논의에 있어서, 가장 중요한 쟁점이 되고 있는 두가지 문제를 집중적으로 검토하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 그 첫째는, 장애인에 대한 개호서비스 제공과 지원을 목적으로 한 장애인지원제도와 주로 노인의 개호서비스 제공과 지원을 목적으로 하여 시행되고 있는 개호보험의 양자를 통합하는 것이 옳은지 아닌지, 통합환다면 어떻게 통합하는 것이 바람직한지 하는 문제이다. 두번째의 문제는 개호보험제도의 재정적인 지속가능성을 확보하기 위하여 필요한 대안이 무엇인가 하는 것이다. 재정적 지속가능성을 확보하기 위한 대안으로서 이 논문이 검토하고 있는 것은, 개호예방시스템의 확립, 개호보험급여의 억제, 개호보험보험료지불 연령층의 확대 등이다. The two most controversial issues are intensively analyzed in the discussing the reform of the Care Insurance system in 2005. Firstly, it studied whether the integration of two separate systems, assistance system for the disabled and the care insurance system, is more effective and what is the most desirable way if they are to be integrated. Secondly, it seeks alternatives to secure a fiscal sustainability of the Care Insurance program. Several alternatives are discussed to ensure financial sustainability, including settling of preventive system from care needs, limitation of care insurance benefit provision, extension of insurance premium contributer`s age, and soon.

Specimens of the genus Orobdella Oka, 1895 from Korea, including various locations in the Korean Peninsula, were identified as Orobdella tsushimensis Nakano, 2011. Phylogenetic analyses using mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit 1 (COI), ND1, tRNACys, tRNAM<SUP>et</SUP>, 12S rRNA, tRNA<SUP>val</SUP>, and 16S rRNA markers show that the newly collected specimens form a monophyletic group with the known O. tsushimensis specimens. The genetic distance of COI of these specimens was in the range 0.4-6.6%. These results confirm that the newly collected specimens belong to O. tsushimensis. This is the first record of the genus Orobdella from the Korean Peninsula.
Improvement of Bonding Driver and Application to Parallel Processing on Commodity PC Cluster

We have studied various methods for improving the performance of PC clusters. Most of them have used special hardware, non standard protocols, so that need special added library and complex programming, tending to raise their cost and to spoil their flexibility. To solve their problems we propose improving of Bonding driver. This improvement have a good influence on some kinds of parallel applications on commodity PC clusters without costing a great deal, using comparatively simple method where distribute sending frames to multiple Network Interface Cards (hereafter NICs) on a round-robin basis. This means divide communication loads equally between multiple NICs attached to each PC. We measured the maximum bandwidth and parallel performance for the PC cluster with Gigabit Ethernet. A result shows our proposal method improves the bandwidth and the performance of several parallel benchmarks in comparison with the system using single NIC (hereafter 1NIC) and existing Bonding driver (hereafter Bond). The bandwidth comes up to 1,249Mbps which is 1.33 times and 1.47 times faster than those of 1NICand Bond. The bandwidth of Bond cannot even reach that of 1NIC. The results of SP and BT in NAS Parallel Benchmarks (NPB) come up to 1,715 Mop/s and 5,264Mop/s which are 1.81 and 1.63 times faster than 1NIC, 1.17 and 1.15 times faster than Bond respectively.
The Effect of Soybeans on the Anovulatory Cycle

We treated 36 outpatients, suffering from secondary amenorrhea, who had no menstruation or no ovulation formore than 6 months before consulting our clinic. After polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, and other ovarian dis-orders that require medical treatment had been ruled out through smear test examinations of the uterine cervix and uterinemyoma, ovarian tumor, and endometriosis had been checked for with ultrasonography and serum CA-125, the subjects beganto take 6 g/day of black soybean in micropowder form for 6 months (S group). We estimated the ovular improvement of the-ses patients, observing basal body temperature (BBT) and follicular development with ultrasonography during the menstrualcycle as the indexes for ovulation and compared them with 34 patients with no treatment (C group). In the S group, improvedovulation was seen in 12 patients, four patients became pregnant, and three patients had anovular menstruation within 3 monthsafter starting to take soybean powder. The periods of first ovulation were 66. 12 days. After ovulation started, all subjectshad regular menstruations and ovulation, with more than a 7-day high phase in BBT. On the other hand, in the C group, im-proved ovulation was seen in two patients, and two patients had anovular menstruation. In conclusion, black soybean has thepotential to improve the anovular menstrual cycle.
