        Culture is an accumulation of beliefs, values, attitudes, and meanings transmitted through generations and learned in a specific society, this is called socialization. The main purpose of this study is to investigate collision factor of tourism culture and examine the solution way. Based on the documentary study, this paper was surveyed the factor of tourism culture collision through the field research and analyzed regression analysis through SAS program. As a result, solution of tourism culture collision is considered to be solved through deviation of that think own. Also, the solution is available through the spirit of tolerance

      • 직류전동기 위치제어용 Neuro-Fuzzy 제어기 설계

        This paper describes a scheme that the fuzzy logic controller(FLC) compensates for variable load while a neural controller holds the control of the DC motor using pre-learned information without relearning. FLC can be used effectively to minimize the variable loading effects in the positon control of DC motor. The proposed controller consists of FLC, which is added in parallel to neural controller. The proposed controller has implemented with low cost DSP processor (ADSP-2105) in order to be directly applicable in the industrial field and the results show the proposed scheme is very effective to attain good cntrol characteristics under the variable load condition.

      • Acetate와 Glucose가 혼합되어 있는 배지에서 성장하는 당근 현탁배양 세포의 diauxic growth

        우리는 이제까지 bacteria와 yeast 등에서 관찰되어 온 diauxic growth 현상이 식물에서도 관찰되는지에 대해 연구해왔다. 우리는 이미 단자엽(벼) 현탁배양을 acetate와 glucose 가 혼합되어 있는 배지에서 성장시켰을 때 diauxic growth 현상이 있음을 보고하였다 (1). 우리는 쌍자엽식물에서도 diauxic growth가 관찰되는지 알아보기 위하여 당근의 현탁배양을 이용하여 연구하였다. 당근의 현탁배양세포를 glucose와 acetate가 혼합되어 들어있는 배지에서 성장시켰을 때 diauxic growth가 관찰되었다. Diauxic growth의 첫 번째 성장기에 acetate를 사용하고 두 번째 성장기에 glucose를 사용한다. 첫 번째 성장기에 있는 세포는 [^14C]acetate를 흡수하지만 [^14C]glucose 는 흡수하지 못했다. [^14C]glucose 흡수는 두 번째 성장기 세포에서 관찰할 수 있었다. 벼의 현탁배양 세포와 마찬가지로 당근의 현탁배양세포도 acetate를 일차적인 탄소원으로 사용하는 diauxic growth가 관찰되었다. We have been investigating acetate-glucose diauxic growth in plant. It was reported that rice (monocotyledon) suspension cells were exhibited diauxic growth on acetate (10 mM) and glucose (10 mM) medium (1). To investigate diauxic growth in dicotyledoneous plant, carrot (Daucus carota L.) suspension cells were grown on acetate and glucose medium Suspension culture of carrot exhibited diauxic growth when grown in a medium containing both acetate and glucose as carbon sources. Preferential utilization of acetate was observed in the initial growth phase of diauxic growth, whereas the second growth phase occured at the expense of glucose. Cells harvested during the first growth phase exhibited a capacity uptake of [^14C]acetate but not of [^14C]glucose. A capacity for [^14C]glucose uptake was expressed during the second growth phase. Like in rice suspension cells, in carrot suspension cells acetate was used as the primary carbon source during the acetate-glucose diauxic growth.

        The king Woo(禹) was eventually born in Suk(石). In Soososa(隨巢子), Woo was born in Gonsuck(崑石). while 『Yeoksa XI (繹史) 卷十一』 and 『Whoinamsa(淮南子)』 「soomoohoon(修務訓)」 said that Woo was born in Suk. According to the book. A Commentary written by Kohyu(高誘). Sookee(修己) who was the mother of the king Woo. was inspired in Suk and bore the infant king Woo by incising her chest. In the writing of Doonkabkaesando(遁甲開山圖), when the king Yo (堯) ruled the whole country, there was a great flood, and many people were drowned. One night, when Yeojuk(女狄) carried the clean water, she picked up a stone that looked like a jewel, and it pleased her. She, then, swallowed the stone by accident which it caused her became pregnant and brought forth the king Woo after fourteen months' gestation. Therefore, the king Woo was buried in Whoikee(會稽) in a royal tomb made with stone. Daewoo (大禹) was the legendary ancestor of Ha(夏) country. He ruled Sahae(四海) well which was vast and included Kooyi(九夷), PaIjuck(八狄), Chilyoong(七戎), and Yookman(六蠻). By the way, in Hadokwalgisang(河圖括地象), the king Woo also controled a part of Sahae, and it was approximately seven thousand kilometers from east to west and five thousand fifteen kilometers from south to north.

      • NC선반 기어박스의 기어열 : 축계 진동해석 Spindle System for an NC Lathe Gear Box

        In this study, two mathematical models are first constructed to analyze vibration characteristics of a gear train - spindle system of an NC lathe gear box. One is a lumped parameter model which is used for calculating natural frequencies of the torsional vibration, the other is a finite element model for analyzing lateral vibration and critical speeds of the spindle system. In addition, this study examines some possible resonance conditions such as gear mesh frequencies, IX shaft rpm frequencies over whole operating speed range, and so on. The results may be helpful to design a machine tool gear box with low noise and vibration.

      • 여행업의 브랜드이미지 평가요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to establish a brand-image differentiation strategy in the travel industry through examining the difference between brand-image preference in travel enterprises and evaluation factor in the travel industry. First of all, factor analysis is done with 13 factors to find out brand-image evaluation factor in the travel industry and consequently, 13 brand-image evaluation factors are classified into 4 factors.(easiness, preference , differentiation, product-relation) There are significant differences according to the demographic characteristics such as gender, age, income, education as a result of the factor analysis with these 4 factors on brand-image evaluation factor in the travel industry. The marketers who deal with travel marketing must make an effort developing better brand-image to avoid similarity from other travel products perceived by customers and to make better customer preferences.

      • 국내도매여행업 브랜드의 이미지 포지셔닝에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate positioning of the brand image in travel industry. To achieve the purpose of this study, theoretical and empirical study was used. In review of theoretical background, basic concepts and strategy of brand image positioning were studied. Based on the theoretical studies and previous studies, brand image attributes were chosen. An empirical study was conducted with cases of Hana Tour, Freedom Travel Service, Mode Tour, High-Sense Travel Service, Lotte Tour, Hanjin Travel Service. And a list of questions in five categories-brand similarity, perception for attributes, brand image preference, importance for attributes, and personal characteristics of respondents-were constructed and tested. In this research 8 brand images attributes was discussed, they are easiness of remember, easiness of pronunciation, familiarity of brand, good thoughts of brand, freshness(newness) of brand, speciality(originality) of brand, an attribute in connection with product price, an attribute in connection with product quality. The ultimate objectives of this study is to suggest the effective direction to set up a brand positioning strategy by using brand images. But this study had limits on sampling was extracted six travel agencies because of time limitation. Therefore, the more systematic and continuos study should be executed to overcome those kind of limits.

      • 선반 기어박스의 기어열 - 축계 진동 해석 및 저감에 관한 연구

        In this study, torsional and lateral vibrations of a gear box transmission system were analyzed theoretically using some mathematical models and examined to determine the causes of its excessive vibrations. As the results, it was found there exist possibility of resonance between gear mesh frequencies and lateral vibration mode of the transmission shaft during the third shifting mode operation. In order to avoid this resonance, we proposed changing the arrangement of gears on the transmission shaft. The measured vibration levels of the improved gear box were dramatically reduced. These results may be helpful to design a machine tool gear box with low noise and vibration.

      • 천연항균성 물질을 이용한 Vibrio vulnificus의 살균 및 독소생성 억제효과

        생선회용 해산물에 오염되어, 생식한 경우 발생되는 패혈병의 원인균주인 Vibrio vulnificus의 생육 및 독성생성을 억제할 목적으로 천연 항균제인 Grapefruit종자추출물(GPSE)을 이용하여 그 항균효과를 검토하였다. In vitro 시험결과, Vibrio vulnificus에 대한 GFSE의 생육최소저해농도는 50~100 ppm 정도이었으며, Vibrio vulnificus 균체세포틀 100 ppm 농도의 GFSE 용액으로 처리하고 전자현미경 촬영시료로 조제하여 촬영한 후, 미생물형태을 무처리대조구와 비교, 검토한 결과, GFSE 처리로 세포막 기능이 파괴되어 세포내용물이 균체외부로 유출되어 균체의 생육이 억제되고 균체내부가 빈 ghost 형태의 균체수가 증대되어 GFSE의 항균효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 한편, 생선회용 해산물에 GFSE를 근육주사하고 Vibrio vulnificus를 접종한 수조내에서 사육하여 채취한 어육부를 마쇄하여 일정량씩을 표준사료에 첨가해서 통닭용 병아리를 실험동물로 하여 사양실험을 실시한 결과. 체중증가율, 단백질이용효율, 혈청내 효소활성, 혈청의 주요성분함량 등에 있어서, GFSE 처리수조내에서 사육한 해산물을 첨가한 시료시험구의 경우, 무첨가사료처리구와 비교할 때 뚜렷한 차이를 목격할 수 없었으며, GFSE 첨가에 따른 실험동물의 성장저해 또는 독성현상을 유발하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 아울러, 각 처리구에서 사양한 해산물의 어육부에 오염된 Vibrio vulnificus의 균수를 측정한 결과, 250ppm 이상의 GFSE 처리구에서는 Vibrio vulnificus를 전혀 검출할 수 없었다. To prevent food-poisoning outbreaks by Vibrio vulnificus the antimicrobial efficacy of grapefruit seed extract (GFSE) was examined. Minimal inhibitory concentration (in vitro) for the microorganism was found to be 50~100 ppm. Transmission electron micrographs of Vibrio vulnificus showed the biocidal action of this natural antimicrobial agent would be related to specific respiratory effect coupled with the destruction of permeable function of microbial cell membrane. After Anguilla japonia GFSE-injected to the body was incubated in the seawater contaminated by Vibrio vulnficus the fish meats were taken up, mixed with control diet and used as a diet in the feeding experiment. In this experiment the effect of GFSE treated with fish muscle on body weight protein efficiency ratio, serum enzymes and serum blood component of broiler chicks was investigated. It is proved from this study that there is neither Vibriosis nor toxicity associated with GFSE itself and fish meats treated with it when it is injected to the fish body at a level of 250 ppm or less.
