The study was conducted to evaluate the difference of life style, subjective symptoms and health cognition depending on the Sasang Constitution in the industrial workers. The results were as follows ; Constitutional distribution among exposed group were Tae-eum In(38.4%), So-eum In(35.2%), and So-yang In(26.4%) and it was turned out that Tae-eum In took a higher portion of Sasang constitution than other constitutions in technician workers. 'Exercise' and 'Obesity' were found most in Tae-eum In, In So-eum In there were many 'Normal' weight and 'Having digestive disorders' were found most in So-eum In. There were no significant difference in the health cognition among the constitutions. The closer to 'normal' weight, the higher prevalence in 'having' concern about health condition and the more 'normal' condition in sleeping, the higher prevalence of 'having' self-confident in present health.

The effects of dietary calcium, magnesium on the serum cholesterol concentration in rabbit was studied for a period of 21 days using isocalories and isonitrogenous basal diet. It is investigated that the serum cholesterol level lowering 10-30% by feeding with calcium and magnesium containning diet was performed. There was no effect for the total protein, but there was some sort of effect for albumin and globulin. Particulary, the beta-globulin concentration was decreased by calcium and magnesium containning diet. It is, also, investigated that there is almost no effect for the electrolytes concentration transport and phenomena in the cell through magnesium and calcium containning diets.
Ti-Ni-Cu 합금의 B2??B19 변태에 수반되는 형상기억특성과 격자변형과의 관계

Lattice deformation associated with the B2?? B19 transformation in Ti-Ni-Cu shape memory alloys have been calculated by using lattice parameters of the parent and martensite phases obtained from X-ray diffraction. The transformation elongaton and hysteresis associated with the B2?? B19 transformation were examined in relation to the calculated lattice deformation, and the following was found. Cu-content dependence of the transformation elongaton originates from that of the lattice deformation. The decrease in transformation hysteresis with increasing Cu-content originates from the decrease in the normal component of the lattice deformation.

Shape memory characteristics of a thermo-mechanically treated Ti-40Ni- 10Cu (at%) alloy have been investigated by means of electrical resistivity measurement, differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction and thermal cycling test under constant load, and then were compared with those of a solution treated Ti-40Ni-10Cu alloy. The following results are obtained. (1)The transformation occurs in two stage, i. e., B2↔B19↔B19', in both the thermo-mechanically treated and solution treated conditions. (2)Both the B2↔B19 and B19↔B19' transformation start temperatures are increased by thermo-mechanical treatments. (3)The transformation hysteresis and maximum recoverable elongation associated with the B2↔B19 transformation is increased from 11K to 16K and from 3.2% to 3.7% respectively, by thermo-mechanical treatments.

Transformation temperatures and shape memory effect of Ti-Ni-Cu-Fe shape memory alloys have been investigated by means of electrical resistivity measurements, X-ray diffraction and thermal cycling tests under constant load, and then compared with those of Ti-Ni-Cu alloys. Transformation temperature decreases largely with increasing Fe content, while the transformation behaviour does not change (B2-B19-B19'). The critical stress for slip deformation increases largely by adding Fe to Ti-Ni-Cu ternary alloys.

The crystal structure of a Ti-Ni hydride formed by electrochemical hydrogenation in a Ti-48Ni-2Al (at%) alloy has been investigated by electron microscopy and diffraction, and was found to be a body centered tetragonal whose lattice parameters were a=0.62nm and c=1,24nm, hydrogen atoms being located at (000) and (1/2 1/2 1/2) of the unit cell. Orietation relationship between the parent(B2) and hydride lattice was 〔100〕?//〔100〕?, (001)?//(001)?. Irrespective of whether the electrochemical hydrogenation was made in the parent state or martensitic state, the obtained hydrides were identical in crystal structure and similar in morphology. 1/2-extra reflections previously often observed in the parent state of TiNi alloys (including 0 0 1/2, 1/2 1/2 0, 1/2 1/2 1/2 and 0 1/4 2/4 reflections) were found to be due to the formation of the hydride.

This study was to develop and to suggest a lesson plan for the area of 'Human Development and Family Relationship' in home economics for junior high school, based on Thelen's'Group Investigation Model', Group investigation model by Thelen was developed from the theory that the education with special purpose such as societic knowledge is a method to lesson one's conflict. This study further developed from three main concepts : inquiry, knowledge and activities of learning group. This model can be used for any age and any subjects in order to solve the arised problems, rather than to accept pre-organized and pre-decided information. This study is organized around activities for seeking and practicing the rages of action to create dispersal home. First, one unit 'Understanding of Family' was chosen that concerns and suitable for group investigation model Second, From the chosen chapter and problem were analyzed organized. Third, the chosen problem were re-analyzed, then a model lesson for group investigation was proposed.
측백물추출액과 들깨기름이 토끼의 혈장성분 변화에 미치는 영향

The effect of Thuja Biotae water extract on lipid composition, blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride and lipid hydroperoxide was studies in rabbits. In the animal fed Thuja Biotae water extract. blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride and lipid hydroperoxide was lower values than the control group. The lipid composition of plasma was not great differencies, but palmitic acid C?? was very elevated with higher than 50%, n-3/n-6 ratio was higher than 0.3 and P/S ratio washigher than 4.0. It assumed that Thuja Biotase water extract affected the blood glucose, cholesterol and triglyceride level lowering.

The effect of dietary- milk casein, magnesium and calcium on the total cholesterol level of Rabbit was examined using isocaloric and isonitrogenous diets. The gain in body weight, liver weight, blood sugar, magnesium and calcium in relation to cholesterol level was studies. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The gain in body weight (g/day) of Rabbit was 23.21 for control, 28.57 for A, 24.29 for B and 23.21for C groups. 2. Liver weight (g) of Rabbit for the control, A.B and C group were 30.4, 5, 35.3, 3, 30.5, 5 and 35.4, 3, respectively. 3. Serum cholesterol levels(㎎/100㎖ serm) of the control, A,B and C groups were 71.55, 57.5, 73.5 and 84.3, respectively. 4. Liver cholesterol levels (㎎/100㎖ liver fats) of the control A,B and C groups were 255.0, 675.4, 257.8 and 540.3, respectively. 5. The contents of magnesium in serum for control was 5.61㎎%, for A, 12.l6㎎%, for B, 8.51㎎% and for C groups 9.73㎎%. 6. The contents of calcium in serum for control was l6.31mg%, for A, 35.67㎎%, for 8, 29.66㎎% and for C groups, 25,65㎎%. 7. The contents of blood glucose ㎎/100㎖ blood of the control, A,B and C groups were 70.3, 100.5, 96.4, and 88.5, respectively. 8. According to the regression and correlation coefficient in blood components of Rabbit, there are negative correlation between calcium, and liver cholesterol, and there are negative correlation between calcium, magnesium and serum cholesterol.
