        진동만과 가막만에 서식하는 잘피 개체군의 생장 동태 및 탄소고정량 추정

        Since seagrasses in the coastal and estuarine ecosystems achieve high levels of production, they require high inorganic carbon and nutrient incorporation. Thus, seagrasses may play a significant role in carbon and nutrient cycling in the coastal and estuarine ecosystems. To examine growth dynamics of Zostera marina L. environmental factors such as underwater irradiance, water temperature, and salinity, and biological parameters such as shoot density, biomass, shoot morphology, and leaf productivity were measured in two bay systems (Jindong Bay and Gamak Bay) on the southern coast of Korea. While underwater irradiance did not show distinct seasonal trend, water temperature at both sites exhibited clear seasonal trend throughout the experimental period. Shoot density increased dramatically during winter due to the increased seedlings through germination of seeds in Jindong Bay and due to the increased lateral shoots in Gamak Bay. Eelgrass biomass increased during winter and decreased during summer. Maximum biomass in Jindong Bay and Gamak Bay was 250.2 and 232.3 g dry weight m–a2, respectively. Carbon incorporation into the eelgrass leaf tissues was estimated from productivity and leaf tissues carbon content. The calculated annual carbon incorporations at the Jindong Bay and Gamak Bay sites were 163 and 295 g C m–`2 y–`1, respectively. This high carbon incorporation into seagrass tissues suggests that seagrass habitats play an important role as a carbon absorber in the coastal and estuarine ecosystems.

        최전의 경포대 제영과 예술적 모방의 규범

        모방은 그것이 비록 도습의 오명을 낳을지라도 누구에게나 너그럽게 허용될 만한 한 가지 사유를 가진다. 그것은 예술적 표현의 완성을 바라는 인류 공동의 뜻이다. 실제로 우리가 명편으로 일컫고 명구로 외우는 작품들의 대개는 모방에 모방을 거듭 더하고 어느덧 창신에 이르는 예술적 도야의 노력에서 나왔다. 이러한 이유에서 모방에 기초한 공동체적 창조 활동의 예술사적 의미를 전혀 인정하지 않거나 아예 몰각하는 관점을 우려할 만하니, 최전의 「제경포」를 도작의 하나로 지목한 이익의 비평은 과실이 반드시 여기에 있다고 할 것이다. 최전은 가도와 배적 및 손광헌의 작품을 거쳐서 위야의 작품에 이르고 또한 도잠과 전기 및 위응물의 작품을 거쳐서 유종원의 작품에 이르는 제가의 언어와 의경을 그 격식과 함께 두루 보고 배우되 마침내 시인의 품격을 창신하는 데까지 나아갔다. 최전의 고유성은 곧 시인의 품격에 있으니, 풍진을 모르고 백년을 사는 무리의 사이에서 문득 벗어나 누천년에 걸치는 시간과 공간의 범주를 자유롭게 노닐던 그의 언어와 의경은 그야말로 진정한 환골과 탈태의 징표가 되어 백대의 찬사를 불렀다. 최전의 「제경포」를 우리의 옛 사람들이 그토록 높여서 애호한 결정적 이유는 시인의 품격에 있었다. Imitation seems to have a reason to be allowed leniently to everyone, although it may produce the stigma of slavish copying. That reason may be that people naturally seek to perfect artistic expression. In fact, most literary works that we cite as famous and memorize phrases were generated through continuous efforts of artistic elevation, undergoing numerous rounds of imitations and innovations. This said, it is rather worrisome, if one refuses to recognize or completely ignores the artistic meaning of collective creative activities based on imitation. Here lies the fault of Lee Ik’s criticism of Choe Jeon’s A Chant for Gyeongpo Scenery, calling it plagiarism. Choe Jeon learned about poetic language and imagery from the works of We Ya, which inherited Ga do, Bae Jeok, and Son Gwangheon. He also learned from the works by Yu Jongwon, which inherited the styles of Do Jam, Jeon Ki, and Wi Eungmul. But in the end, he managed to develop a poetic style of his own. What was quite unique about him was his personal style and dignity as a poet. He escaped singularly from the crowd of people who lived their lives without knowing what the worlds of wind and dust meant, and wandered around freely spanning thousands of years, unbound by time and space. Therefore, his poetic language and imagery became a true symbol of perfect imitation, earning praise across all generations. The decisive reason for the acclaim of his work was his personal style and class as a poet.

        구제역 바이러스를 대체할 모델 바이러스 선별

        구제역 바이러스 연구가 BSL-3 시설에 제한되기 때문에 여러 가지 소독제나 항바이러스 제제에 대한 효력 및 효능 평가가 쉽게 이루어질 수 없다. 따라서 구제역 바이러스와 계통학적으로 유사한 bovine rhinovirus (BRV)와 human rhinovirus (HRV)의 특성을 열, pH 그리고 여러가지 소독제를 이용하여 평가하였다. 그 결과 구제역 바이러스의 성상과 매우 흡사한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 BRV와 HRV는 구제역 바이러스를 대체할 수 있는 모델 바이러스로 이용이 가능하다. Researchers have comparatively fewer opportunities to conduct experiments on foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV), owing to the limited availability of biosafety level 3 facilities. Bovine rhinovirus (BRV) and human rhinovirus (HRV), which are genetically closely related to FMDV, have been evaluated in this study as model viruses for FMDV. To discover whether BRV and HRV have similar physicochemical properties as FMDV, virus susceptibility tests have been performed in different physical (pH and heat) and chemical (acidic/alkaline solutions and commercial disinfectants) conditions in vitro. Our data revealed that the physicochemical characteristics of BRV and HRV were nearly similar to those of FMDV.

        심층 신경망을 이용한 TBM 데이터 기반의 굴착 지반 예측 연구

        암반 및 연약지반을 포함한 다양한 지반 조건에서 TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) 터널링이 활용되고 있다. 굴착 성능을 높이기 위해서 지반 조건에 따라 최적으로 장비를 운영해야 하며, 이를 통해 공기단축을 통한 비용 절감 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 하지만 시추 조사를 통해 획득한 지반 정보는 시추공 사이 불확실성이 존재하므로, 실시간 최적 운전에 부족함이 있다. 본 연구에서는 지반의 불확실성 문제를 해결하고자 5초마다 기록된 TBM 데이터를 활용하여 굴착 지반 예측시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 싱가포르 현장에서 획득한 화강암의 풍화도를 고려하여 암반, 토사, 복합지반 세 가지로 지질로 재분류하였고, 실시간으로 도출되는 기계 데이터로 이를 예측하고자 한다. 현장에서 획득한 TBM 데이터에 대해 이상치 제거, 정규화, 특성 추출 등의 전처리 방법을 적용하였고, 지질을 분류하기 위해 6개의 은닉층을 가진 심층 신경망(Deep Neural Network, DNN)을 활용하였다. 10겹 교차검증을 통해 분류 시스템을 평가한 결과, 평균 75.4%의 정확도를 확인하였다(총 데이터 388,639개). 본 연구를 통해 지질 불확실성을 감소시키고, 지반 조건에 따른 실시간 최적 운전에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. Tunnel boring machine (TBM) is widely used for tunnel excavation in hard rock and soft ground. In the perspective of TBM-based tunneling, one of the main challenges is to drive the machine optimally according to varying geological conditions, which could significantly lead to saving highly expensive costs by reducing the total operation time. Generally, drilling investigations are conducted to survey the geological ground before the TBM tunneling. However, it is difficult to provide the precise ground information over the whole tunnel path to operators because it acquires insufficient samples around the path sparsely and irregularly. To overcome this issue, in this study, we proposed a geological type classification system using the TBM operating data recorded in a 5 s sampling rate. We first categorized the various geological conditions (here, we limit to granite) as three geological types (i.e., rock, soil, and mixed type). Then, we applied the preprocessing methods including outlier rejection, normalization, and extracting input features, etc. We adopted a deep neural network (DNN), which has 6 hidden layers, to classify the geological types based on TBM operating data. We evaluated the classification system using the 10-fold cross-validation. Average classification accuracy presents the 75.4% (here, the total number of data were 388,639 samples). Our experimental results still need to improve accuracy but show that geology information classification technique based on TBM operating data could be utilized in the real environment to complement the sparse ground information.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to give an account of the effects of the Korean herbal medicine therapy which is based on the Sasang constitutional medicine for the patient who has suffered from Soeum-disease(少陰病). 2. Methods The subject is a 73-year old woman who has the symptoms caused by sequella of cerebral infarction and depression mood which are headache, dizziness, ostalgia, chilling, anorexia, general weakness. 3. Results We have diagnosed her as Soeumin(少陰人), and have prescribed Kwankae bujaijung-tang(官桂附子理中湯). 4. Conclusions The consequence is the accompanied headache, dizziness, ostalgia, chilling, anorexia, and general condition has improved.

        하치조신경 전달 마취 시 알칼리화 된 리도카인의 마취 효능에 관한 임상적 연구

        Inferior alveolar nerve block using lidocaine is the most frequent local anesthetic method in the dental treatment, but clinically it is not always successful. The 2% lidocaine cartridge has been used commonly in dental anesthesia. It contains vasoconstrictor and antioxidant, which presents low pH which provides chemical stability and longer shelf life. But alkalinized local anesthetics has less tissue trauma, easier dissociation of the non-ionized base which penetrates nerve sheath, rapid onset and more intensity. In this study, in inferior alveolar nerve block, alkalinized lidocaine using sodium bicarbonate (experimental group) is compared with plain lidocaine (control group) about injection pain, anesthetic onset, duration and postinjection discomfort. In inferior alveolar nerve block, alkalinized lidocaine using sodium bicarbonate showed lower injection pain. There was significant difference statistically from plain lidocaine(p=0.019). Comparing with plain lidocaine, alkalinized lidocaine produced more rapid onset (lip & pulp anesthetic onset), there was no significant difference(p>0.05). but there was boundary significance (0.05<p=0.094<0.1). Alkalinized lidocaine produced higher anesthetic success rate than plain lidocaine, there was significant difference (p=0.016). There was no significant difference in duration and postinjection discomfort between alkalinized and plain lidocaine(p>0.05). These results suggest that addition of sodium bicarbonate to 2% lidocaine(1:100,000 epinephrine) for inferior alveolar nerve block is more effective for reduction of injection pain and onset time.

        발성장애 평가 시 /a/ 모음연장발성 및 문장검사의 켑스트럼 분석 비교

        Background : Cepstral analysis which is obtained from Fourier transformation of spectrum has been known to be effective indicator to analyze the voice disorder. To evaluate the voice disorder, phonation of sustained vowel /a/ sound or continuous speech have been used but the former was limited to capture hoarseness properly. This study is aimed to compare the effectiveness in analysis of cepstrum between the sustained vowel /a/ sound and continuous speech. Methods : From March 2012 to December 2014, total 72 patients was enrolled in this study, including 24 unilateral vocal cord palsy, vocal nodule and vocal polyp patients, respectively. The entire patient evaluated their voice quality by VHI (Voice Handicap Index) before and after treatment. Phonation of sustained vowel /a/ sample and continuous speech using the first sentence of autumn paragraph was subjected by cepstral analysis and compare the pre-treatment group and post-treatment group. Results : The measured values of pre and post treatment in CPP-a (cepstral peak prominence in /a/ vowel sound) was 13.80, 13.91 in vocal cord palsy, 16.62, 17.99 in vocal cord nodule, 14.19, 18.50 in vocal cord polyp respectively. Values of CPP-s (cepstral peak prominence in text-based speech) in pre and post treatment was 11.11, 12.09 in vocal cord palsy, 12.11, 14.09 in vocal cord nodule, 12.63, 14.17 in vocal cord polyp. All 72 patients showed subjective improvement in VHI after treatment. CPP-a showed statistical improvement only in vocal polyp group, but CPP-s showed statistical improvement in all three groups (p<0.05). Conclusion : In analysis of cepstrum, text-based analysis is more representative in voice disorder than vowel sound speech. So when the acoustic analysis of voice by cepstrum, both phonation of sustained vowel /a/ sound and text based speech should be performed to obtain more accurate result.

        학교안전교육의 실태분석과 안전교육매뉴얼 개발에 관한 연구

        학교안전매뉴얼의 필요성은 최근의 학내에서 발생하고 있는 안전사고의 증가세에서 알 수 있듯이 사고의 유형은 학교내외의 인적사고, 교통, 화재, 폭팔 등 다양하게 발생 할 수 있는 가능성과 함께 학교내의 안전사고는 예측 할 수 없는 위험성을 안고 있다. 또한 최근의 불법침입에 의한 불특성 다수를 겨냥한 폭력이 다수 발생 학부모나 교육관계자에게 그 위험을 알리고 있다. 학교안전매뉴얼은 전례 없는 획기적인 개념의 학생안전 교육의 방법으로서 교직원 및 학생과 학교의 종사자 전부에게 비상시에 대응적 측면에서 피난등 안전확보 조치와 상시 안전사고를 예방차원에서의 교육을 바탕으로 안전의식가치관 향상을 위하여 위험에 대한 판단방법을 위한 교육과 위험물사용 기본지식을 주입시키고 관련시설에 대한 안전 Check List 활용과 사용방법 실습 그리고 시설물에 이르기까지의 내용을 담고 있다. 따라서 학교안전매뉴얼은 학내외에서 발생하고 있는 각종사고로부터 예방차원의 안전교육을 위한 지침서로서의 역할과 발생 후의 신속한 대응을 위한 여러 유형을 제시함과 동시에 학내시설 및 위해 요소에 대한 평가와 대략적인 안전시설평가, 그리고 그에 따른 공간요건을 분석하여 기존 시설물 안전관리상태와 신규시설물 설치와 이용 시 안전 확보를 위한 방법을 제시하는데 중요한 지침서로서 평가되어 진다고 판단된다. It is necessary to hold the school safety manual because recently, the safety-related accidents occur frequently in schools. Accidents can occur inside of schools as well as out of schools, and they can be classified with human accidents, traffic accidents, fire accidents, and explosion accidents. Safety-related accidents occurring in the school are dangerous because nobody can predict them. Illegally infringing violence, targeting unspecified and a lot of people, informs the parents and persons concerned to education of danger. School safety manual, never precedented before, describes epoch-making educational methods for students' safety. It describes safety security such as refuging ways at an emergency, the way to recognize danger for elevated safety based on prevention education, the use and practice of checklist for related facilities, and the implements and facilities for school personnels and students. So, the school safety manual is an important guidance for safety education at the level of prevention from various accidents which occur inside the school as well as out of the school. It presents a variety of prompt response after an accident. At the same time, it checks facilities and dangerous factors in schools and facilities for safety, and analyzes special factors based on them. So it will present the status of safety management of existing facilities and implements, the installment of new facilities and implements, and the way to secure safety for use.
