일제 강점기하 광주시 도시개발의 주요 내용에 대한 고찰에 목적을 두고 있으며 연구시점은 다음과 같다. 일제강점기하의 ①시가지개발의 시행동기, 공간의 질과 관련된 제도/수법의 배경에 대해 고찰하고, ② 당시 주요사업내용 가운데 광주부 부영주택, 갱생주택지구(학동8거리: 2009.2 주거환경정비에 따른 소멸)의 계획특징에 대한 평가를 시도. 주요어: 일제 강점기, 조선시가지계획령, 시구개정사업, 구획정리사업 This is focused on the urban development of Gwang-ju city during the Japanese ruling era and the gist of the article is like as follows: ①Considering enforcement motivation of urban development and the background of a system which is related to space quality and method during Japanese Colonial era. ② Trying to evaluate about characteristics of Hak-dong 8 streets in Gwangju and Gwangju-Bu municipal dwelling housing which are the parts of main project at that time. 지속가능한 주거환경조성·정비 방향 : 주택지 생활환경정비를 중심으로

도시화의 진행에 따라 기 조성 축적된 사회자본의 역할은 중요하고 특히 담당해야 할 기능 또한 다양해지고 있는 경향이다. 이 때문에 생활환경과 관련된 항목에 대한 지속적 개선이 이루어지고 있으나 행정의 각 실과별로 항목개선이 중복적으로 이루어지는 경향이 강해 모든 시책을 종합적으로 검토할 필요성이 있다. 중복투자 등의 방지를 통한 행정효율화를 제고하기 위해서는 지구별 환경특성 및 지구별 행정목표를 명확히 하는 것이 필요하기 때문에 본 논문은 이를 위한 환경항목의 유형화 및 유형별 환경항목의 설정에 대한 기초적 검토를 도모하였다. 향후 기초적 검토에서 벗어나 논리성과 실용성을 겸비한 환경지표의 개발이 과제라 할 수 있다. According to urbanization progress, there are tendencies that the existing social-capital’s roles became important and especially functions that to be taken go diverse. So, continuos improvements related to housing environment are carried. Synthetically all the policies are investigated. Because there is strong trend that each administrative branches correlation with duplicated improvement of provisions. To promote efficiency of administration through preventing of duplicate investment, examines about environment-materialize and fixations of each environment provision make clear to region by definiteness of environmental characteristic and executive goal. Hereafter, escaping from the basic examination, environmental index with logicality and practicability needed to be developed.

광주광역시 가로시설물의 디자인현황 및 개선과제

부가적 성격을 지닌 도구로서 가로시설물은 임기응변적으로, 또 유연하게 어떤 문제·상황에 즉응적 으로 대응 할 수 있다는 이점이 지닌 한편, 부가된 도구 자체가 새로운 문제를 발생시키는 결점도 동시에 존재한다. 이러한 단점을 최소로 줄이는 한편, 가로환경과의 조화 및 가로시설물의 기능을 극대화시키기 위한 방편으로 다음 3가지 과제에 대한 신중한 접근이 필요한 시점이다. ① 시설물 설치 부녁 상호간의 조정과 통합시킬 수 있는 시스템 구축이 중요하며 ② 연계가능한 시설의 경우 통합과 군집화를 극력 도모할 필요가 있고 ② 테마파크의 마스코트적인 형태 화려한 색상 장식 등 가로시설물에 대한 이해와 오해가 동시에 병존하고 있어 이를 풀어가는 것이 당면과제라 할 수 있으며, 이를 위해서는 시설제작자, 설치자(행정체 등)‘ 통행인(이용자) 각각이 문제의식을 지니고 제안하는 형태가 가장 바람직하다고 할 수 있다. As a tool of additional character, street furniture have benefits that they can deal with any problems or situations by rolling with a punch and extemporaneously. On the other hand ,it has drawback that it might cause new problems. It is time to approach the next following three reform measures to reduce drawbacks and maximize functions of street furniture and harmony with street environment. ① It ’s important to build up a system that can unify and regulate between facilities-installation departments ② In case of possible to connect, using every means in onc’s power to unify and gather ③ Because, coexistence of understanding and misunderstanding about street furniture such as theme-park's mascotic figure , florid color and decoration, sorting out these problems are the urgent things. So, desirable solut:ons are facility makers, installer(the civil authorities), pedestrian(user) have critical mind and make proposal.

역사적 유물 및 전통건축물 보존 활용방향

There are strong tendencies to dismantle the existing bu'ildings for economic reasons and replace it for a new land under calling for further consideration about historical scenic beauty and traditional city view. As a necessary consequence, these things have produced a messy space such like historical scenic beauty, traditional city view and a new section of a city are inharmonious. In the future , when we are confronted with making and repairing a city, it should be considered to add new age on a existing image of historical scenic beauty and traditional city view. ① Contribution to recovery of community emotion ② Formation and reinforcement of social solidarity ③ Promoting a effect of education ④ Contribution to create a circumstance of settlement for developing a dwelling culture ⑤ Revitalizing a region. 역사적 경관·전통 시가지 경관에 대한 고찰이 미미한 상태에서 경제성만을 우선시하여 기존 건물 의 철거를 통해 새로운 땅으로 치환하려는 건설경향이 강하다고 할 수 있다. 그 결과 역사적 경관, 전통시가지 경관과 신시가지 경관이 부조화를 이룬 혼돈스런 도시공간형태를 만들어 내고 있다. 향후 주택지조성과 정비에 즈음하여 역사적 경관·전통시가지 경관과의 조화 혹은 기존의 이미지에 새로운 이미지를 더해가는 것이 필요하며 이를 위해서는 다음과 같은 점에 유의하여 진행할 필요가 있다. ① Community 의식회 복에 기여 ② 사회적 연대감의 형성 및 강화 ③ 교육효과의 제고 ④ 주거문화 창달을 위한 정주환경조성에 기여 ⑤ 지역 활성화

일제강점기하 광주시 주택지의 공간구성과 변용 : 도시계획사업지구의 가구, 택지의 물리적 특성을 중심으로

광주시의 도시 및 주택에 관한 연구는 전통주택을 포함하여 상당한 축적이 이루어지고 있으며, 최근에는 원도심지역의 재생, 활성화 등을 위한 고밀도 정비 등을 취급하는 내용도 증가하고 있다. 본론에서는 일제강점기하에서 광주시의 발전과정 가운데 특성을 지닌 가구 및 가구내부를 구성하는 요소가운데 개체성을 지닌 택지와 관련하여 충장로1-5가의 연도택지특성, 궁동구획정리지구, 경양매립지를 조사대상지로 선정하여 조사 분석하였으며 향후 기성주택지의 정비방향이나 과제를 검토하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. 주요어: 일제강점기, 택지전면/택지깊이, 가구장변/단변, 구획정리, 시구개정사업, 구획정리사업 Gwang-ju city is making research into housing, city and it accomplished a great deal in traditional house as well. Recently, it is an upward trend that contains details such as high-density organization for invigoration and vitalization of old downtown in the study. In the body, we selected Kyoung-yang landfill, Kungdong readjustment area and housing-site's features of Chungjang 1st to 5th streets as subjects. Those are related housing sites which have individuality that composed housing and interior in the development process of Gwang-ju city under Japanese Colonial Era. This paper would contribute to organizing or problem-solving of existing residential section in the future. A Study on Stock Selection Strategy Based on Random Forest Algorithm

Now there are nearly 4,000 stocks in China's A-share market. Faced with a large amount of financial data generated every day, traditional fundamental analysis and technical analysis have been unable to cope. The development of information and technology has made quantitative investment popular among investors and has gradually become a hot spot for economic and financial. By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the main data mining methods, this paper uses the CSI 300 as the stock selection pool to construct the factor library of the technology factor, growthfactor, value class factor and scale factor, and establishes the factor indicator by random forest algorithm. The quantitative stock selection model is analyzed and it is expected to provide investors with efficient and scientific stock selection methods in the actual investment environment
