      • 인체 공중 동작 시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발

        A comprehensive simulation software package was developed in C base on the work done by Yeadon et al.(1990) and Kwon (1993a) in the aim of making it easy to apply the experimental simulation technigues to the human airborne movement studies. This package consists of 3 programs: simulation variable computation program (PREP), simulation program (SIM) and the 3-dimensional graphic program (3DMAN). All programs are driven by an easy-to-use menu system and written compatible to KWON3D Motion Analysis Package Version 2.1 (Kwon, 1993b). Program PREP consists of 4 menus: `Edit Data´, `Prepare´ `Angular Momentum´ and `Optimization´. The `Edit Data´ environment is an editor for the lengths of the segments and body lines. The `Prepare´ menu computes the internal orientation angles of the segments while the `Angular Momentum´ menu computes the mean airborne angular momentum of the body and other initial conditions such as the initial position and velocity of the body CM and the initial external orientation of the body. The `Optimization´ menu performs angular momentum optimization proposed by Kwon (1993a). A geometric 15-segment body model - Yeadon-Kwon model (Kwon, 1993b) - with at most 38 degrees of freedom including 3 external orientation angles (somersault, inclination and twist angles) was employed to compute the simulation variables. SIM consists of 2 menus: `Edit Angles´ and `Simulate´. The `Edit Angles´ environment is an editor for the internal orientation angles of the segments. Users can intentionally manipulate the internal orientation angles for the simulation of modified trials. The program displays time-angle curves segment by segment. The `Simulate´ menu actually performs simulation. The initial conditions can be directly manipulated in the program menu environment. The simulation program was tested by several theoretical configurations to screen out the flaws in the theory and to isolate coding mistakes. The simulated results were compared with the predicted results and the program showed good agreements between the simulated results and the theoretical predictions. The simulation program was then applied to several gymnastic maneuvers and springboard dives for testing. 3DMAN was developed in the extension of the traditional `Stick Figure´ graphics. The program is segment-oriented and the 3-D shape of each segment is defined defined independently in a graphic model file to allow the users to use different body models with different, combinations of segments. The model file was designed easy to edit so as to allow the users to change the graphic model easily to meet their specific needs. The graphic model file can be edited using any text editor such as `EDIT´ of DOS. Once the `3-D Graphics´ option is activated followed by the registration of the graphic model files, the program draws the 3-D shapes of the segments whose model files are registered. All the graphics-related menus including registration of the segment graphic model files are accessible within the graphic environment.

        탈석회화골분진과 폴리에틸렌을 이용한 대용골에 관한 실험적연구

        Advances in craniofacial surgery have stimulated the interest in physiology of osseous transplantation. Numerous works have been made to understand physiology of bone graft. In the bone graft, many researches have been focused to solve the following problems; First, the shortage of donor site. Second, variable degree of resorption. Third, limitation of shaping of bone graft. This study was undertaken to evaluate the morphogenic properties of bone substitute and its fate after 6 months of implantation to the back of experimental animal. Bone substitutes were prepared by filling of demineralized bone power to the inner space of porous polyethylene block. Size of the porous polyethylene block was 10 ×10 ×7mm and that of inner space was 7 × 7 × 4mm. Experimental group consisted of implantation of bone substitute into the musculatoure of back of adult New Zealand White rabbits. Control groups were divided into 2 groups : namely group 2 which has inner space of porous polyethylene block without demineralized bone powder and group 3 which has neither innerspace nor demineralized bone powder but only porous polyethylene block. Rib bone between each implant was considered as an another group (group 4) for a reference of isotope uptake. ????Tc-MDP uptake and histomarphometric evaluation with light microscope showed induced osteogenesis of demineralized bone powder within the inside of porous polyethylene. At 1 month after implantation, composites didn't make significant difference from control groups. From 2 months to 6 months, radioisotope uptake increased with sharp curve(1.69 at 2 months, 3.35 at 4 monts and 4.53 at 6 months) and number of osteocytes, osteoblasts, chondrocytes and chondroblast also increased with steep line(3.3 at Zmonths, 27.6 at 4months, 95.4 at 6 months), while control groups could not show any evidences of induced osteogenesis and better incorporartion. The results of this study suggested that creation of osteogenic composites of porous materials and osteoinductive bone powder can be one of the rational approach to solve the problems of bone graft.

        공적 노인요양보장제도에 관한 법적 연구

        Due to development of medical science, the average lifetime of human beings and elderly population have increased and risen for last several decades. However, with decreasing tendency of the birth rate and the productive population, and of core and one child family, the possibility of the home elderly care service has been decreasing even more. If the lifetime of human beings becomes longer, the phenomena as such will be deepened. Furthermore, there are lacks of facilities for elderly care services and heavy burdens of the carecosts and with rapid rising of medical fees for elders, the financial burdens of the health insurance has been increasing. Under these circumstances, those old adults who live remotely from their siblings or who do not have any siblings to care them at all should have to experience many difficulties in order to make living alone both physically and psychologically. And when we see the families who render long-term care services for their elders, they also should put up with many difficult situations that include physical labors, mental stress as well as economic burdens. If such burdens as that last long, their elderly nursing care services will either become inattentive or be unaffordable to care their elders any longer, In the end, this may result in a worsening relation among family members. Now is the time to share the roles in order to solve the problems relating to the elderly care services that occurred due to the industrialization among household and society, and also the nation as well. We can alleviate the burdens in connection with elderly population and the care services for them through introduction of the social long-term care insurance, and also we can lessen the financial burdens of the medical insurance and problems of the financial management that brings about confliction in the society. Germany has experienced some good effects and results in terms of employment creation by introduction of the social long-term care insurance. These are caused by an increase of the old population for whom we need to render the social long-term care services, and the manpower in the field of social long-term care services accordingly have been benefited by increased opportunities for employments Presently our nation is experiencing a severe unemployment problem. If we introduce the social long-term care insurance system. It may be of a help to reduce the unemployment rate as an ancillary effect.

        This study has an aim to solve the reasonable analysis of civic activities that are caused by the core of the city and related to establishment and land use of urban area, specially a megalopolis. In order to analyze the system of civic activities and function and mechanism of the core of the city, this study gives those definitions including civic establishments and their linkages and investigates not only the genesis of civic activities, but also the speculation of systems and patterns of civic activities. The occurrence of concentration of civic activities defined civic functions has origin in firstly, accessibility into the core of the city and the convenience caused by the location of diversified establishments, secondly, opportunities acquired diverse contacts of activities and thirdly, a spatial charm, goodwill, retained usually from the location. The underlying systems of activity, which result in varying patterns of civic land use, are organized around establishments, classified by kinds of business. These establishments, in turn, are the units for analysis of civic land use. This study proposes the classification of business applicated to analyzing civic activities in consideration of the location of activity and pattern, the linkage among the activity and usual classification. And in order to establish the basic structure of analyzing civic activities, there are proposed the indices as follows : L.Q., CBII, CBHI, IBII, IBHI, F.S.D.U., T.P.D.U., R.P.D.U., E.P.D.U., U.P.D.U,. This study concluded T.P.D.U. = R.P.D.U. + E.P.D.U. + U.P.D.U.

        The main purpose of the study is to develop a computer program in the personal computer which calculates numerically the inflow from the rainfall and displays the inflow hydrograph on a CRT. The computer programs, which were developed for the inflow forecasting of the short-range, employed the storage function method. The program which computes the inflow from the rainfall would be applicable effectively both to planning the daily/weekly power generation and to operating the dam for the flood control. The inflow calculated by the computer program gave a good agreement with the actual inflow for the Choon Chun and the Cheong Pyung dam.

      • Higenammine이 심근의 활동전압 및 수축에 미치는 영향

        In order to investigate the action mechanism of higenamine on cardiac muscle cells, the isometric contraction and transmembrane action potential in rabbit papillary muscle preparations taken out from tight ventricles were observed. The isometric contraction and action potential were recorded in the control Tyrode solution and higenamine-Tyrode solution in which the preparations were kept beating (1 Hz.) for about 30 minutes to get stable data. The resting membrane potential, amplitude of action potential amplitude of overshoot potential, time of repolarization to 60%, 90% of the amplitude of action potential and the first derivatives of potential recorded transmembrane action potential in control Tyrode solution and higenamine (2.5×10^-7gm/ml) Tyrode solution in which showed about 130%-150% of positive inotropic effect compared with those controls. The following results were obtained. 1. Higenamine showed no effects on the time-to-peak tension. 2. Higenamine showed almost no effects on resting membrane potential, amplitude of action potential and overshoot potential. 3. Higenamine significantly shortened to repolarize 60% or 90% of the action potential from 218ms and 264ms in the controls to 200ms and 246ms respectively. (p<0.005) Therefore. the maximum values of the first derivatives of potential variations (- Vmax) in the plateau phase an d repolarization phase were also significantly increased from 16.3V/sec in the control groups to 17.3V/sec in the higenamine-treated groups. The above results which showed positive inotropic effect and simultaneously shortening of action potential duration by higenamine suggest possible involvement of the increase of slow inward current.

        The formation of charge transfer complex between iodine and aniline in CHCl₃CHCl₄: CH₂Cl₂(1:1), CH₂Cl₂have been studied kinetically by using conductivity method. The initially formed outer charge transfer complex was transformed into a inner charge transfer complex. The pseudo first order rate constants and activation entropy are affected by solvent dielectric constant. The second order rate constants for the decomposition of the outer charge tranfer complex (first order in aniline and in the outer charge transfer complex) depend on the aniline concentration. The ease with which the transfermation proceeds depends on the relative magnitudes of the enthalpy of formation of the outer charge transfer complex as well as aniline concentration.
