        추황배(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai cv. Chuhwangbae) 과피로부터 1종의 Sterol과 3종의 배당체 화합물의 단리·동정

        본 연구에서는 배의 유용성 증명을 위한 일환으로 배의 화학성분을 분자수준에서 밝히고자 하였다. 이에 배 과피 MeOH 추출물을 용매분획하여 얻은 EtOAc-산성 분획과 EtOAc-중성분획을 대상으로 Sephadex LH-20, silica gel, 그리고 ODS colmn chromatography와 HPLC를 이용하여 정제 및 단리하였다. 그 결과, EtOAc-산성 분획과 EtOAc-중성 분획으로부터 각각 2종씩의 화합물을 단리하였다. 단리된 화합물 1-4는 1H- 및 13C-NMR 분석을 통하여 각각 (S)-(+)-2-cis-abscisic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (화합물 1), 1-[4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl]phenyl ethanone(piceoside, 화합물 2), β-sitosterol (화합물 3), 그리고 β-sitosteryl 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (화합물 4)로 동정되었다. 단리된 3종의 배당체 화합물(화합물 1, 2, 4)들은 본 연구에 의해 배로부터 처음 동정되었으며, 화합물 3은 추황배로부터 처음 동정되었다. 본 연구결과가 배 함유 성분연구는 물론 배의 기능성 해명 연구에도 추후 중요한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다. We isolated and identified antioxidants from acidic and neutral ethyl acetate fractions of the peel of pear (Pyrus pyrifolia N. cv. Chuhwangbae). We isolated 4 compounds from the methanol extract, by using 3 different types of column chromatography (Sephadex LH-20, silica gel, and octadecylsilane) and preparative HPLC. We identified the isolated compounds as (S)-(+)-2-cis-abscisic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (compound 1), 1-[4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl]phenyl ethanone (picroside, compound 2), β-sitosterol (compound 3), and β-sitosteryl 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (compound 4) by nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. We are the first to report the identification of compounds 1, 2, and 4 from pear.

        단상 유도형 동기 전동기(LSPM)의 특성해석에 관한 연구

        가전분야에서의 전동기 효율향상을 통한 에너지 소비절감 효과는 상당히 크지만 이를 위한 전동기의 설계/해석 기술 확보가 아직은 미흡한 상태이다. 이에 따라 유도형 동기전동기가 제안되었지만, 유도형 동기 전동기는 유도전동기와 통기전동기의 특성을 동시에 가지고 있어, 해석 및 설계가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 냉장고 압축기용 전동기인 단상유도전동기를 대처할 수 있는 단상 유도형 동기전동기를 이용해 파라미터에 따라 특성이 어떻게 바뀌는가에 대해 서술하였다. 그에 따라 단상유도전동기의 정상상태 특성을 해석하고 제안모델의 성능을 기존모델과 비교하고 실험하여 해석결과의 신뢰성을 검증한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 제안모델의 기존 고정자 형상이나 권선 스팩을 유지하고 회전자의 형상이나 구조만을 변경시켜 성능향상을 도모하였다. 해석방법으로는 전자장 수치 해석적인 방법으로 널리 이용되고 있는 유한요소법(Finite Element Method : FEM)을 이용하였다. Electric motor efficient improvement from home appliance field is important to the effect reducing the energy consumption. But the electric motor design/analysis technology is still insufficient. Specially the electric motor design/analysis technology of satisfying characteristic of both the induction motor and the synchronous motor such as Line start permanent motor. Therefore the electric motor design/analysis technology is urgently demanded reliability. This paper proposes the sing1e-phase line-start permanent magnet motor to develop the motor it with be able to alternate the sing-phase induction motor it is a refrigerator compressor motor. The sing-phase induction motor is analyzed in the steady state. And we have a certification test to compare our single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor with the sing-phase induction motor. In order to improve the performance, the stator of the single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor is same as the stator of the sing-phase induction motor and changes the rotor form and has the permanent magnet. It used the Finite Element Method(FEM) which is widely used with electronic-magnetic field numerical analysis method.

        항고형암제의 활성평가를 위한 in vitro 삼차원 암세포 배양계의 확립

        For the efficient determination of activity against solid tumors, an in vitro tumor model that resembles the condition of in vivo solid tumors, is required. The purpose of this study was to establish a rapid culture method and viability assay for an in vitro 3-dimensional tumor model, multicellular spheroid (MCS). Among 12 human cancer cell lines, a few cell lines including DUD-1 (human colorectal carcinoma cells) formed fully compact MCS which was adequate for in vitro viability assay. DLD-1 MCS showed steady growth reaching 700 pm diameter after 11 day culture. DUD-1 cells grown as MCS showed significant increase in G_(0)/G₁ phase compared to the monolayer cells (73.9% vs 45.7%). but necrotic regions or apoptotic cells were not observed. The cells cultured as MCS showed resistance to 5-FU (10.3 fold higher IC_(50)) compared to monolayers. however, tirapazamine (a hypotoxin) showed similar activity in both culture systems. In summary, MCS may be a valid in vitro model for activity screening of anticancer agents against human solid tumors and also exploitable for studying molecular markers of drug resistance in human solid tumors.

        Locoregional recurrence is the most common type of recurrence in surgical operation of gastric adenocarcinoma, and peritoneal dissemination is one of the most difficult problems in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherapy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. In this study, Mitomycin C (MMC)-activated charcoal (CH)-alginate (ALG) beads were prepared by the mixtures of CH particles adsorbed with MMC as an anti-cancer drug and aqueous alginate solution. The alginate is recognized as biodegradable, nontoxic, and biocompatible. The release of MMC from the beads in 0.1 M Tris buffer was stable and continuous until about 1 week. The MMC-CH-ALG beads can be applied in the peritoneal cavity for intraperitoneal chemotherapy since they provide a good adhesiveness on the tissue and controlled release pattern of the drugs.

      • 산성오염물질에 대한 실내 ·외 농도 비교

        The purpose of this study was to quantitatively determine the indoor infiltration of pollutants of outdoor origin. The relationship between indoor and outdoor air is dependent, to a large extent, on the rate of air exchange between these two environments. Mean indoor/outdoor ratios measured from this study were: 1.15 for PM??(d??<2.5μm); 1.00 for SO₄??; 0.52 for NO₃??; and 0.67 for NH₄??. INdoor PM? concentration were greater than outdoor levels. However, indoor concentrations of NO₃?? and NH₄?? were less than outdoors. In the case of SO₄??, the indoor and outdoor concentrations were similar. Indoor concentrations of PM??, SO₄?? and NO₃?? were dependent upon the outdoor concentrations. The NO₃?? and NH₄?? deposition velocities calculated were 0.16 and 0.09cm/sec, respectively.

      • 食用獨活의 生態에 關한 硏究 : 越冬前 地下莖의 芽數와 翌年發生 莖數와의 相關 Correlation between the number of crownbuds in autumn and the number of stalk produced in the following season in chonnam area

        全南地方에 있어서 食用獨活의 地下莖에는 翌春에 嫩莖이될 芽(crown bud)가 形成되여 있으나 翌年度에 發芽되는 莖數와의 相互關係를 알고 收穫期間의 決定의 資料를 얻고자 全南地方의 推定 收穫 限界期라고 生覺되는 5月 下旬까지만 莖을 除去하고 그 以後부터서 가을 霜降時까지 그대로 放任한 區와 嫩莖이 發達한 直前의 月末까지(7月末日) 收穫하였다가 그 後 부터서 霜降까지 그대로 放任한 區等의 3個의 試驗區를 亂塊法 三反覆으로 試驗하였으니 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 前年度 가을에 芽數와 翌年 發生 莖數와의 높은 相關을 認定할 수 있었다. 2. 收穫 期間이 가장 길었던 7月末 까지의 收穫區는 越冬前 根群을 調査한 結果 根群 發生이 不良하여 減收의 原因이 되였다. 3. 發生 莖數는 越冬前의 芽數와 多小 關係가 있는 것 같으나 收穫期의 長短이 더욱 큰 影響을 주었다. 4. 全南地方의 收穫 限界期는 5月 末日까지로 보는 것이 좋을 것 같다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the ecological characteristics of Japanease udo in Chonnam area. During the summer and autumn poriod after the previous year cutting crownbuds of Japanease udo which is edible spears in the following spring are formed. This study was made to dertimine the relationship between the number of corwnbuds in the previned and the number of ber of stalks produced in the following season. The results obtained were as follows: previous num- 1. There was a highly positive correlation between the sum of spears and stalks produced. 2. The plots harvested until the end of July were caused low yield due to the poor development of root system. 3. The number of stalks produced were slightly correlated with the crownbuds of previous year but the length of the harvesting period were influenced severely. 4.         In order to investigate the conformations and configurations of N-N and N-C single bond of α·β-unsaturated hydrazones, i, e acetaldehyde phenylhydrazone, acetaldehyde methylhydrazone, cinnamic aldehyde methlhydrazone and cinnamic aldehyde phenylhydrazone were synthesized. The raction of αβ-unsaturated hydrazones, whose structures were determined by the anisotropic effect of benzene as N-H π-complex and spin-spin coupling constants of each proton. Both the experimental results and calculations showed that N-phenyl group in the molecule does not almost give the anisotropic effect to each proton.
