Aujeszky`s disease virus 국내분리주 접종자돈의 병리발생에 관한 연구: 1. 병리조직학적 및 전자현미경적 관찰

This study was conducted to elucidate the pathogenesis of Aujeszky`s disease virus(ADV) by histopathologic examination. The first Korean ADV isolate, which was isolated from piglets with clinical signs of Aujeszky`s disease in Yangsan(YS) county, Kyungnam province, was inoculated into 32 days old piglets with a dose of 10(5.9)TCID50/mℓ through intranasal or intramuscular route. These piglets were sacrificed at intervals of every 24hrs for 8 days. The virulence of YS strain was determined by the observation of clinical signs, gross findings, and histopathologic changes in tissues. The virus recovery test was performed from brain, spleen, lung and tonsil in cell culture. The pathogenesis of YS strain was determined by the observation of histopathologic lesions in CNS and neurorial tracts. The major clinical signs were fever, anorexia, dyspnea, constipation, tremor, ataxia, circling movement, hindleg paralysis and salivation. The clinical signs were more severe in piglets of the group inoculated intranasally than those of the intramuscularly inoculated gorup. Lymphocytopenia was detected on day 5 to day 6 postinoculation (PI). The ADV was recovered from the tissue homogenates of tonsil, lung, spleen and cerebrum in cell culture. The highest virus titer was detected from tonsil between day 6 and day 7 PI. Reddish sublobar consolidation foci were scattered in the apical and cardiac lobes of lung. Although yellowish necrotic foci were detected in tonsil and liver, hemorrhagic lesions were mainly observed in heart, kidney and lymph nodes. Histopathologically, degeneration and necrosis of nerve cells, nonsuppurative meningoencephalitis, nodular gliosis and perivascular cuffings were observed in CNS. Multifocal fibronecrotic foci were observed in lung, liver, lymph nodes and spleen. The major pathologic changes were detected in the midbrain, pons and medulla oblongata. Eosinophilic intranuclear inclusion bodies were mainly observed in epithelia and/or macrophages of tonsil, liver, lung, spleen and submandibular lymph nodes, and neurons of brain, respectively. Observation of viral particles at various stages of replication were possible from the endothelial cells of the alveolar capillaries and tonsillar crypt epithelia by transmission electron microscope.

We studied the best parameter to differentiate preoperatively between malignant ovarian tumors and benign ovarian tumors. From January 1988 to December 1992, 244 patients of ovarian tumor were treated with surgery at Chonnarn University Hospital. Patients diagnosed as malignancy by histopathology were 26.2%(64 patients), As the diagnostic parameter, we used age, ultrasonography, tumor markers, CT or MRI. The results were obtained as follows: 1. The predictive value of ultrasonographic examination for ovarian cancer was 73.1%. 2. The predictive value of seren CA-125 level for ovarian cancer was 69.1%. 3. The predictive value of combination af ultrasonographic examination and serum CA 125 level for ovarian cancer was 90%. 4. The predictive value of combination of the age older than 40 years, ultrasonographic examination and serum CA-125 level for warian canrer was 92.3%. 5. The predictive value of comhination of three tumor markers(CA-125, CEA and CA 72-4), ultrasonographic examination, CT and MRI for ovarian cancer was 94.6%. Finally, we could preaperatively most exactly differentiate between malignant ovarian tumors and benign ovarian tumors by use of age, three tumor markers(CA-125, CEA and CA 72-4) and ultrsonography, CT or MRI.
Colon Delivery of Prednisolone Based on Chitosan Coated Polysaccharide Tablets

Colon drug delivery is advantageous in the treatment of colonic disease and oral delivery ofdrugs unstable or suceptible to enzymatic degradation in upper Gl tract. In this study, multi-layer coated system that is resistant to gastric and small intestinal conditions but can be easilydegraded by colonic bacterial enzymes was designed to achieve effective colon delivery ofprednisolone. Variousiy coated tablets containing prednisolone were fabricated using chitosanand cellulose acetate phthalate (CAP) as coating materiais. Release aspects of prednisolonein simulated gastrointestinal fluid and rat colonic extracts (CERM) were investigated. Aiso,colonic bacterial degradation study of chitosan was peformed in CERM. From these results, athree layer (CAP/ChitosarCAP) coated system exhibited gastric and small intestinal resis-tance to the release of prednisolone in vitro most eHectively. The rapid increase of predniso-ione in CERM was revealed as due to the degradation of the chitosan membrane by bacterialenzymes. The designed system could be used potentially used as a carrier for colon deliveryof prednisolone by regulating drug release in stomach and the small intestine.

자본시장이 국제화되고 안정화됨에 따라 지금까지 과세를 유보해 왔던 비상장 주식 양도소득에 대해서도 1991년부터 과세형평의 원칙에 의해 과세하기 시작하였으며 향후에는 자본시장 육성이라는 정책적 측면에서 과세를 유보하던 상장주식 양도소득에 대해서도 타소득과의 과세형평 등을 위하여 과세하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 이와같은 상장주식 양도소득의 과세 대상으로 전환에 따른 과세의 기본 방향을 제시하기 위하여 자본이득세 소득에 대한 이론적 고찰 및 선행연구, 주식양도소득에 대해 과세하고 있는 나라들의 사례, 우리나라의 증권시장관련 세제의 현황 및 문제점 등을 연구 분석하여 상장주식 양도차익의 합리적 과세방법을 제안하려고 하였다. 연구분석한 결과를 토대로 하여 상장주식 양도차익에 대하여 다음과 같은 과세방안을 제안하고자 한다. 첫째, 당위성으로 보면 모든 상장주식거래에 대해 과세를 하여야 하지만 증권시장에 미치는 충격을 최소화하고 새로운 과세제도가 올바로 정착되기 위해서는 일정 규모 이상의 거래에 대해서만 과세하다가 자본시장 안정화 정도에 따라 점진적으로 과세대상을 확대해 나가는 것이 바람직하다. 둘째, 종합과세 방식으로 과세할 경우 투자자의 세부담이 급격히 늘어나고 이에 대한 조세저항이 일어날 가능성이 있으므로 비상장주식의 경우 같이 신고분리과세를 원칙으로 하는 것이 바람직하다. 그러나 과세초기에는 신세제 시행의 편의 및 이자, 배당 등의 타소득과 과세형평을 유지하기 위해 원천징수 분리과세를 제한적으로 시행하는 방안도 고려해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 부동산 소득 등과 같이 보유기간에 제한을 두어 투기성향이 있는 양도소득에 대해서는 고율과세를 하고 건전한 자본시장의 육성측면에서 장기보유를 유도하기 위해 장기보유특별공제제도의 도입도 고려해야 할 것이다. 그리고 인플레이션에 따른 가공이득의 과세 문제를 해결하기 위해 인플레이션에 대한 조정도 이루어져야 할 것이다.
