高 Mn鋼의 冷間加工에 의한 物性的인 變化와 機械的性質에 관한 硏究

Austenite series high Mn-steels have a good wear-resistance but its preferred precipitation along the grain-boundary is the weakest point. Authors have studied on the prevention of preferred precipitation along the grain-boundary by the cold-working. Cold-working ranging from 10% to 30% was carried out in the liquid nitrogen atmosphere. Wear-resistance by cold-working was increased in 0.06-0.2㎎/113㎟ than the age-hardened materials. This can be explained by the effect of cold-working which induces the phase-transformation and cause to fine the grain-boundary.

The combustion synthesis of titanium carbide from elemental powders has been experimentally studied as following. 1) All the products synthesized by SHS method were nearly pure TiC powders. The lattice constant was increased with increasing C/Ti atomic ratio, however, at about 0.8 C/Ti atomic ratio the lattice constant reached a plateau of 4.325Å. 2) The combustion of titanium and carbon powders was accompanied by the evolution of gases having steady state combustion mode with propagation rate of 10㎜/sec. at 2600℃. 3) The size distribution of the product was relatively wide in the range of 2㎛ and 40㎛.

<P><B>ABSTRACT</B></P><P>Hypoxia and limited vascularization inhibit bone growth and recovery after surgical debridement to treat osteomyelitis. Similarly, despite significant efforts to create functional tissue‐engineered organs, clinical success is often hindered by insufficient oxygen diffusion and poor vascularization. To overcome these shortcomings, we previously used the oxygen carrier perfluorooctane (PFO) to develop PFO emulsion‐loaded hollow microparticles (PFO‐HPs). PFO‐HPs act as a local oxygen source that increase cell viability and maintains the osteogenic differentiation potency of human periosteum‐derived cells (<I>h</I>PDCs) under hypoxic conditions. In the present study, we used a miniature pig model of mandibular osteomyelitis to investigate bone regeneration using <I>h</I>PDCs seeded on PFO‐HPs (<I>h</I>PDCs/PFO‐HP) or <I>h</I>PDCs seeded on phosphate‐buffered saline (PBS)‐HPs (<I>h</I>PDCs/PBS‐HP). Osteomyelitis is characterized by a series of microbial invasion, vascular disruption, bony necrosis, and sequestrum formation due to impaired host defense response. Sequential plain radiography, computed tomography (CT), and 3D reconstructed CT images revealed new bone formation was more advanced in defects that had been implanted with the <I>h</I>PDCs/PFO‐HPs than in defects implanted with the <I>h</I>PDCs/PBS‐HP. Thus, PFO‐HPs are a promising tissue engineering approach to repair challenging bone defects and regenerate structurally organized bone tissue with 3D architecture.</P>

Background/Aims: Therapies of functional dyspepsia (FD) are limited. DA-9701 is a novel prokinetic agent formulated with Pharbitis semen and Corydalis Tuber. We aimed to assess the efficacy of DA-9701 compared with itopride in FD patients. Methods: Patients with FD randomly received either itopride 50 mg or DA-9701 30 mg t.i.d after a 2-week baseline period. After 4 weeks of treatment, 2 primary efficacy endpoints were analyzed: the change from baseline in composite score of the 8 dyspeptic symptoms and the overall treatment effect. Impact on patients`` quality of life was assessed using the Nepean Dyspepsia Index (NDI) questionnaire. Results: We randomly assigned 464 patients with 455 having outcome data. The difference of the composite score change of the 8 symptoms between the 2 groups was 0.62, indicating that DA-9701 was not inferior to itopride. The overall treatment effect response rate was not different between the groups. When responder was defined as ≥ 5 of the 7 Likert scale, responder rates were 37% of DA-9701 and 36% of itopride group. Patients receiving DA-9701 experienced similar mean percentage of days with adequate relief during the 4-week treatment period compared with those receiving itopride (56.8% vs 59.1%). Both drugs increased the NDI score of 5 domains without any difference in change of the NDI score between the groups. The safety profile of both drugs was comparable. Conclusions: DA-9701 significantly improves symptoms in patients with FD. DA-9701 showed non-inferior efficacy to itopride with com - parable safety. (J Neurogastroenterol Motil 2015;21:414-422)
Analysis of STS Fault Current with Minimization Method of STS Turn off Delay Time

This paper deals with the analysis of fault current occurred in a power system including STS, PCS, and load, which are the part of a microgrid. In case of utility side short circuit fault a huge current may flow through a STS, which results in a severe power quality problem in the microgrid. Therefore, minimization of the fault current and STS breaking time is essential to obtain high power quality. The basic concept of the minimization method is described and the STS fault current magnitude is analyzed with the considerations of power, current direction, etc. The results can be used for the design of a high power quality power system including STS and PCSs.
