        경혈 및 경락 안마자극 프로그램이 적용된 안마의자 사용이 수면의 질에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the massage program stimulating the acupuncture points and meridians on the improvement of sleep quality. Methods: 16 subjects suffering from sleep disorders were recruited and the massage program was conducted 3 times a week for a month. VAS (Visual Analog Scale) and KPSQI (Korean Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) were collected through questionnaires, and salivary cortisol concentration test and HRV (Heart Rate Variability) were also used to evaluate the effect. The collected data were analyzed by independent statisticians. Results: VAS and KPSQI values decreased significantly after 4 weeks of massage chair application. There was no significant difference in salivary cortisol concentration and HRV test results. In the group with normal HRV test results and salivary cortisol concentration, the change of VAS and KPSQI values was not significant, while the group with abnormal range showed a statistically significant decrease. Conclusions: The massage chair program stimulating meridians according to Korean medicine theory was effective in improving sleep quality. Massage of acupoints and meridians through a massage chair is expected to be useful as an adjunctive therapy in addition to standard Korean medicine therapy.

        갱년기장애 및 폐경기후증후군 한의표준임상진료지침 개발을 위한 한의사의 인식과 치료에 관한 실태조사

        Objectives: This study was aimed to develop a Korean medicine clinical practice guidelines (CPG) of Climacteric and Postmenopausal Syndrome Methods: We conducted a questionnaire survey targeting Korean medicine doctors belonging to the Association of Korean Obstetrics and gynecology by e-mail and analyzed the answers. On October 18, 2016, we sent questionnaires to 583 people, and on October 31, 2016, we sent questionnaires to 581 people again. A survey ended on November 15, 2016. A total of 56 responded. Results: 1. 91.07% of respondents knew the concepts and contents of CPG, and all respondents agreed about the necessity of CPG. 2. Most common symptom of climacteric and postmenopausal syndrome that 65.75% of the respondents answered was the hot flush 3. To diagnosis a climacteric and postmenopausal syndrome, 69.64% of the respondents used pattern identification diagnosis mainly. 4. 36.84% of the respondents answered that herbal medicine and acupuncture are the most effective treatments for climacteric and postmenopausal syndrome. The most commonly used herb medicine was Kamisoyo-san. Conclusions: We figured out Korean Medicine doctors' recognition of Korean medicine clinical practice guideline, clinical diagnosis, treatment on climacteric and postmenopausal syndrome to make the contents of the CPG reflecting the clinical situation. Further research will be needed in the future.

        경혈 및 경근 안마 프로그램이 적용된 안마의자 사용이 요통에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of acupoint and meridian muscle massage given by automatic massage chair. Methods : We recruited 30 patients with back pain who met inclusion criteria. Two weeks were given as a waiting period, and the massage intervention was applied 12 times for 4 weeks. The programmed automatic massage chair was used to provide effective stimulus on acupoints and meridians for 20 minutes. We used Visual analog scale(VAS) and Korean Oswestry Disability Index(KODI) to quantify pain and function. We also recorded patients' all of vital signs and abnormal reactions during the trial to asses to assess safety. Results : Two participants dropped out due to personal reasons and 28 participants completed the clinical trial. We found that the degree of back pain (VAS, KODI) decreased significantly after the trial. As a result, VAS score decreased from $6.44{\pm}0.85$(Visit 2) to $4.59{\pm}1.52$ (Visit 14)(p<0.001), and KODI score was also reduced from $14.79{\pm}5.13$(Visit 14) to $9.04{\pm}4.52$ (Visit 2) (p<0.001). Also, we did not find any adverse effects in this study. Conclusions : We found that the acupoint and meridian muscle massage can effectively decrease back pain. This proves that the massage program designed by Korean medicine can be a good option to patients with back pain. However, further study with controlled design is still needed to verify its effectiveness.

        전자기 연속 주조법을 이용한 의료용 타이타늄 합금 제작에 관한 연구

        Electromagnetic continuous casting (EMCC) was used to fabricate Ti-6Al-4V alloys with properties suitable for medical applications. Ti-6Al-4V alloy ingots fabricated by EMCC were subjected to heat treatment, such as residual stress removing (RRS), furnace cooling after solution treatment (ST-FC) and water-cooling after solution treatment (ST-WC), in order to obtain characteristics suitable for the standard. After component analysis, the microstructure and mechanical properties (tensile strength and elongation) were evaluated by ICP, gas analysis, OM, SEM, a Rockwell hardness tester and universal testing machine. The Ti-6Al-4V alloy ingot fabricated by EMCC was fabricated without segregation, and the lamellar structure was observed in the RRS and ST-FC specimens. The ST-WC specimen showed only martensite structure. As a result of evaluating the mechanical properties based on the microstructure results, we found that the water-cooled heat treatment condition after the solution treatment was most suitable for the Ti-6Al-4V ELI standard.

        Shading devices perform an important role in reducing cooling load and solar radiation. To choose suitable shading devices, building characteristics need to be considered. However, there are no clear methods available for choosing shading devices. It just depend on aesthetic preference or designer"s intuition for selection. The purpose of this study is to present the qualitative and quantitative factors for choosing shading devices and propose the decision making chart composed of main list. To evaluate the shading performance through the decision making chart, four-types of shading devices commonly applied to the building are selected. The main list is derived from the factor which considered the characteristics of buildings. Proper shading devices were selected for an office building evaluation. Through the decision making chart, we obtain the shading devices according to the orientation. The simulation was conducted to evaluate the annual energy consumption and daylight illumination to confirm the effectiveness of the shading devices.

        차폐면적비를 고려한 외부 가변차양 제어 알고리즘 개발

        An external movable shading device is installed on an envelope to control light and thermal environments. This device is typically used to improve a visual comfort by blocking direct solar radiation, rather than limitedly applied to control a thermal environment. This paper proposes a shaded fraction control algorithm, which can be applied to external movable shading devices, to satisfy visual comfort and reduce heating and cooling load at the same time. The shaded fraction and profile angle are set for controlling parameter. The optimized shaded fraction is derived by considering glare, illuminance, heating load and cooling load through decision process of a control algorithm. Finally, allowable range of movements is determined by applying the optimized shaded fraction. Energy simulation is performed by applying shading control method such as energy reduction, glare protection, visual comfort. The simulation result confirms that the three control methods are satisfied to prevent glare and effective in energy savings than control methods proposed in previous studies.

        미용전공 대학생의 교육과정 중요도 및 만족도에 관한 융복합 연구

        최근 국내 뷰티산업은 K-Culture의 관심과 인기에 힘입어 다양한 직업군으로 발전하여 성장하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 4년제 미용전공학과 교육과정에 대한 학생들의 중요도 인식과 이에 따른 교육과정 만족도가 중요도와 일치하는지에 대한 연구를 통하여 중요도와 만족도 간의 영향을 규명해 보고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 국내 서울 소재의 4년제 대학교 미용전공학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 교육환경 중요도는 1학년, 2학년, 3학년 집단이 4학년 집단보다 높은 평균치를 보였으며 또한 1학년, 2학년 집단보다 3학년 집단이 가장 높은 평균치를 보였다. 또한 교수 중요도는 1학년, 2학년의 저학년보다 3학년, 4학년의 고학년 집단이 교수 중요도의 평균치가 높았다. 마지막으로 교육 및 서비스 중요도는 1학년과 3학년이 2학년과 4학년 집단보다 상대적으로 높은 평균치를 보였다. 둘째 교육과정 만족도는 1학년과 4학년 집단보다 2학년 3학년 집단의 만족도가 높았으며, 교육과정 만족도, 교수 만족도, 교육 및 서비스 만족도 모두 4학년 집단이 1학년, 2학년, 3학년 집단보다 낮은 만족도를 보였다. 셋째, 교육환경 중요도는 피부전공집단이 메이크업집단 보다 높은 평균치를 보였으며, 교수 중요도 요인도 피부전공집단이 메이크업전공집단 보다 통계적 유의하게 높은 평균치를 보였다. 한편 교육 및 서비스 중요도 요인에서는 통합전공집단이 메이크업전공, 네일전공집단 보다 높은 평균치를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합해 보면 서울소재의 4년제 뷰티전공학과에 재학 중인 대학생들의 경우 교육과정에 대해 대체적으로 매우 중요하다고 인식하고 있지만, 현재 학교생활을 포함한 교육과정에 만족은 중요도보다는 낮다는 것을 알 수 있다. 전국에 4년제 미용전공대학교는 다양하게 분포되어 있지만 서울소재의 4년제 미용전공대학교를 선택한 이유를 결과로 도출해 보았을 때, 교육과정을 중요하게 생각하기 때문이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 4년제 대학의 미용전공학과에서는 학생들의 교육과정에 대한 만족감을 높여줄 수 있는 방안을 모색하여 앞으로 미용관련 교육과정 정립에 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Recent trends in the domestic beauty industry have greatly contributed to economic development thanks to the interest and popularity of K-Culture, including K-POP and K-drama, while the beauty industry has also grown into a diversified item and a job group. The purpose of this study is to identify the impact between importance and satisfaction through a study on the importance of students in the four-year beauty engineering curriculum and whether the resulting satisfaction level of the curriculum is consistent with the importance. As a research method, a survey was conducted on students at the Seoul-based four-year beauty college in Korea. The research results and contents are as follows. The importance of the educational environment was higher than that of the first, second, and third grade groups than the fourth grade groups, and also the third grade groups showed the highest average. In addition, the importance of teaching was higher than that of the first and second graders, and the third and fourth graders had higher than the average of the importance of teaching. Finally, the importance of education and service was relatively higher for first and third graders than for second and fourth graders. Second, the satisfaction level of the curriculum was higher than that of the first and fourth grade groups, and the satisfaction level of the curriculum, the satisfaction level of the professors, and the satisfaction level of the education and service were all lower than that of the first, second and third grade groups. Third, the importance of the educational environment was higher than that of the makeup group, and the importance of the professor was also higher than that of the makeup group. Meanwhile, in terms of the importance of education and service, the integrated major group showed a higher average than the makeup major and nail major group. The results of this study show that university students attending four-year beauty-related universities in Seoul are generally aware of the importance of the curriculum, but their satisfaction with the curriculum, including school life, is lower than the importance. There are various four-year beauty colleges in the country, but the reason why they chose Seoul So-jae"s four-year beauty college is because they think the curriculum is important based on the results.
