        유아교육의 미디어 리터러시 개념화와 개정 누리과정에서 교사의 역할 탐색

        본 연구는 미디어 리터러시의 개념을 정리하여 유아교육에서 미디어 리터러시에 대한 개념화를 하고, 개정 누리과정에서 제안하고 있는 유아교사의 역할과 연계해 보는 연구를 탐색하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 1차적으로 선행연구 자료들을 분석한 후 자료들에서 제시한 미디어 리터러시의 개념과 개정 누리과정 유아교사의 역량을 연계하여 구성하였고, 2차적으로 이 자료를 바탕으로 교육부(2019)의 개정 누리과정에서 제시하고 있는 유아교사의 역할과 연계하는 과정을 거쳤다. 그 결과 첫째, 유아교육에서 미디어 리터러시의 미디어 활용 영역에는 접근/활용/탐색, 지식, 기술/매체사용능력 등의 구성요인이, 미디어 분석 영역에는 정보처리, 구성/제작, 지식·기술·태도 지원, 성찰, 분석, 평가, 비판적 이해, 문제해결력 등의 구성요인이, 미디어 문화 영역에는 소통, 사회문화적 이해, 참여, 책임, 공유, 협업과 네트워크, 감상과 향유, 윤리 행동, 정보화 관심, 생성(창조), 창의적 표현 등으로 구성하였다. 둘째, 미디어 리터러시 구성요인에 따라 개정 누리과정에서 제시하는 교사의 역할과 연계하여 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 유아교육에서 미디어 리터러시 교육의 방향을 제고하는 데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to suggest exploring on understanding conceptualization and role of teacher on Media Literacy in Young Children. This study was composed by first analyzing the data of previous research and then dividing the concept of media literacy suggested by the data and the competency of early childhood teachers in the revised Nuri course. Second, based on this data, the Ministry of Education (2019) It went through a process in connection with the role of early childhood teachers suggested in the revised Nuri course. As a result, first, it was composed access/application/Exploring, knowledge, skill/media using ability in Media application contents, data(information) processing, composition/ production, knowledge,/skill/attitude assistant, introspection, analysis, assessment, critical comprehension, and problem-solving in Media analysis contents, communication, social culture comprehension, participation, responsibility, sharing, collaboration and network, appreciate and enjoyment, ethical behavior, Interest in informatization, creation, and creative expression in Media culture contents. Second, It was derived in connection with the role of the teacher presented in the revised Nuri curriculum according to the constituent factors of media literacy. Through the results of this study, it is meaningful to improve the direction of media literacy education in early childhood education.

        놀이중심 유아교육과정의 계획, 실행, 평가의 내용과 과제에 대한 탐색

        본 연구는 2019 개정누리과정 내용을 바탕으로 놀이중심 유아교육과정의 계획, 실행, 평가에 대한 내용과 과제를 탐색하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구를 통해 놀이중심 유아교육과정의 계획, 실행, 평가 내용에 대해 내용을 해석하고, 교사의 어려움을 제시하고, 과제를 제안하고자 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 놀이중심 유아교육과정의 계획에서 의도된 교육 설계 없이 교사의 전문성과 자율성만을 기초로 교육을 계획하기에는 다소 어려움이 있다. 놀이중심 유아교육과정 계획이 설계되기 위해서는 유아의 요구와 특성을 반영하고, 교육공동체의 교육과정을 설계할 수 있도록 교사의 역량 강화가 필요하다. 둘째, 유아 존재의 유능성을 믿고 교육과정을 실행하는 것은 어려운 일이나, 교육의 변화에 맞도록 놀이를 이해하고 배움을 지원하기 위해 교사의 다양한 교수학습방법과 적절한 놀이 지도가 필요하다. 셋째, 유아의 놀이 자료를 효율적으로 다양한 방식으로 기록하여 평가한다는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니나, 의미있다고 판단되는 자료를 선별하여 기록하는 평가에 대한 교사의 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. 그러므로 놀이중심 유아교육과정에 적합한 유아교사의 역량을 강화하는 장학, 연수, 행ㆍ재정적 지원이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to suggest exploring on understanding latent meanings and tasks of planning, implementation and evaluation in the play-centered curriculum for young children on revised Nuri curriculum, Through this study, we discussed the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the play-centered curriculum and proposed ways to overcome the difficulties of teachers. As a result, first, it is somewhat difficult to design an education plan based on the professionalism and autonomy of teachers without the intended education plan in the planning design of the play-centered curriculum. In order for the design of the play-centered curriculum of planning, teachers reflect needs and characteristics of young children, and teachers should have competencies for ‘curriculum with communal involvement’. Second, it is difficult to plan and implement the curriculum by believing in the competence of the existence of young children, but various teaching methods and proper play-guidance by teachers are needed to understand and support play to suit the changes in education. Third, while it is not easy to efficiently record and evaluate data in various ways during play, it is essential for teachers to continue to study the evaluation of observing young children and selecting and recording deemed meaningful while observing young children. In conclusion, it is necessary to provide training, scholarship, administrative and financial support to strengthen the capacity of infant teachers suitable for the play centered curriculum.

        The Effect of Saeteomin's Selective Attributes of North Korean Tteok on the Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the selective attributes of North Korean Tteok, examine and articulate the causal relationship between selective attributes, satisfaction and repurchase intention, and sug-gest practical implications for management. Method: In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the data were collected using Saeteomin, who have their experiences in purchasing Tteok as a sample group. A nationwide survey of 400 Saeteomins was conducted from January 2022 for about 4 weeks. As a result, 370 copies(effective rate of 92.5%) were used for the empirical analysis. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and simple(multiple) regression analysis were performed for the analytical methods of the collected data. Results: The research results and implications through the empirical analysis are presented as follows. First, as North Korean Tteok's selective attributes, the 4 factors of price, taste, nostalgia, and diversity were derived. Second, among the selective attributes factors, diversity, taste, and nostalgia turned out to have a positive effect on satisfaction. Through which, in order to increase satisfaction after purchasing North Korean Tteok, it is neces-sary to stimulate the nostalgia of North Korean Tteok for the consumers, develop various types, and manufacture Tteok that improves health and taste. Third, among the selective attributes factors, diversity and taste turned out to have an effect on repurchase intention in a positive direction. Through which, in order to induce the con-sumers to repurchase North Korean Tteok, it is necessary to promote and manufacture various North Korean Tteoks and make products that emphasize health and unique taste of North Korean Tteok. Fourth, satisfaction turned out to affect repurchase intention in a positive direction. That is, in order to increase the repurchase rate, North Korean Tteok must have manufactured the products that increase satisfaction with nostalgia, variety, and taste. Conclusion: This study sought to examine and articulate the North Korean Tteok's selective attributes of Saeteomin, but an in-depth North Korean Tteok investigation was insufficient given the lack of data and infor-mation on North Korean Tteok, and studies on such are insufficient. Hence, it can be said that future research is necessary to study the ways to enable the Korean people to consume and purchase North Korean Tteok with interest.

        Prevalence and Risk Factors of Adolescents Smoking: Difference Between Korean and Korean-Chinese

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare smoking prevalence and risk factors of smoking between Korean and Korean-Chinese middle school students. Methods: Data was collected from seventh and eighth grade students from 12 schools in Korea and 6schools in China. Descriptive statistics, Chi-square test, and t test were performed. Results: For data analysis 10,002 usable surveys were utilized. The smoking prevalence was higher in Korean-Chinese students than in Korean students. Risk factors, such as father smoking, friends smoking,gender, grade, academic achievement, alcohol use, and family income were associated with current smoking, and the differences in the two samples were significant. Korean-Chinese students were more likely than Korean students to have friends who smoked and a father who smoked. Smokers had a significantly higher rate of friends smoking, father smoking, and alcohol use. Korean-Chinese male students smoking prevalence was more than three times higher than Korean students. Korean students could sense a more anti-tobacco atmosphere in their environment. Korean-Chinese students were more likely than Korean students to perceive that it was easy to buy cigarettes and to smoke cigarettes in a public computer room. Conclusion: These results highlight the differences of smoking prevalence and risk factors between Korean-Chinese students and Korean students. The findings may help health educators and researchers to better understand adolescent smoking and risk factors cross culturally and aid in the development of more effective education programs, which could lead to preventing tobacco use among these populations.

        Implementation of Content-based Instruction in English as L2: Globalization or Quality Downgrading of Higher Education in Korea?

        The purpose of this paper is to show that verb to noun conversion in Papiamentu can be accounted for straightforwardly within the framework of Optimality Theory (Prince & Smolensky, 1993; McCarthy & Prince, 1995). To this end, I assume after Pater (2000) that a single constraint can be multiply instantiated in a constraint hierarchy, and each constraint may be indexed to apply to a particular set of lexical items. This approach is shown to capture distinctions between generality and exceptionality of tone and stress patterns in Papiamentu conversion in terms of the interaction between markedness and faithfulness constraints. I specifically claim that the lexically indexed faithfulness constraint BASE-IDENTITYP outranks the markedness constraints NOUN STRESS and NOUN TONE, which in turn rank above the general faithfulness constraint BASE-IDENTITY. It is shown that with the constraint ranking, all the tone and stress patterns that occur in deverbal nouns can be given a unified, satisfactory account. The analysis argued for in this paper makes better predictions than a traditional approach

        Digital Storytelling

        The purpose of this study is threefold. First, is purports to examine the context in which learners are situated today with reference to their learning style from the perspective of a new learning theory, contextual constructivism. Second, is aims to discover EFL learners' adaptability to and their perception of digital storytelling as a new learning tool by means of a digital storytelling project and a questionnaire survey. Third, it intends to detect from the perspective of instructor, how digital storytelling could be appropriately implemented as a contextual construction tool into an EFL grammar class. This study is carried out on the bases of literature review, case study, and questionnaire survey. In this study are drawn the following implication; 1) in the context of this participatory web culture L2 learners are readily adaptable to digital storytelling as a learning technology, even as novices; 2) consciously learned L2 grammar rules get readily textualized in context of their narrative story; 3) digital storytelling is perceived as a learning experience of fun, creation and problem-solving; and 4) digital storytelling serves as a mutually beneficial tool for both L2 educators and learners in L2 acquisition.

        Exploring the Relationship between Metaphoric Competence and Language Proficiency

          The purpose of this experimental study is threefold: first, to explore the relationship between metaphoric competence (MC) and language proficiency (LP) of nonnative speakers; second, to examine any significance in correlations in connection with what metaphor is and how it is comprehended and third, to put forward a few pedagogical considerations for development of MC in a L2 context. Ninety-five individuals subdivided into three groups of native and nonnative speakers form the subject of this study. Four test measures are constructed to assess the subjects" MC and LP. The findings of this correlational study are as follows: There is no correlation between MC and LP in the representative group of nonnative speakers (NNS). However, one group of NNS living and studying in the target culture displays a convincingly strong correlation, indicating that MC must be acquired through experiencing the culture firsthand. Neverthless, the other NNS group demonstrates an unexpectedly strong positive correlation in one test of metaphoric competence, implying that the linguistic cues of the verb- phrase (VP)-focused metaphors must have helped with their interpretation of the concept structures. This study provides empirical evidence that MC in L2 should be deliberately taught in class from the cognitive hypothesis especially where L2 is spoken.
