      • 蛇酒의 遊離 아미노酸 分析

        韓國産 蛇酒에 관한 계속적인 硏究의 세번째 實驗으로서, 여름철에 포획하여 담금한 毒蛇酒, 殺母蛇酒 및 能蛇酒等 3種의 蛇酒中 遊離 아미노酸을 아미노酸 自動分析計로 測定하여 定量的으로 檢索하였다. 1. 蛇酒의 遊離 아미노酸 組成은 3種에서 모두 lysine, histidine, arginine, aspartie aid, threonie, glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, yrosine, phenylalanine 等 14種의 아미노酸이 確認 檢索되었고 毒蛇酒와 能蛇酒에서는 3種, 그리고 殺母蛇酒에서는 5種의 미확인 물질이 있었다. 2. 蛇酒의 種類에 따라서는 遊離 아미노酸 含量에 큰 差異는 없었다. Methionine은 3種의 蛇酒에서 각기 含量이 가장 많았고 aspartic acid는 毒蛇酒와 能事酒에서 흔적량으로 나타났다. 蛇酒를담금한 材料의 포획시기에 따른 아미노酸 組成의 變化에 대하여는 앞으로 더 검토할 과제이다. 3. 蛇酒의 遊離 아미노酸 組成은 生蛇湯 및 穀酒의 組成과 相異하였으며, tryptophan을 제외한 모든 必須 아미노酸을 含有하고 있었다. 4. 蛇酒의 獨特한 風味는 蛇酒의 遊離 아미노酸 組成과 깊은 관계가 있었다. This study is the third study on Korean snake wines. Free amino acids in snake wines(50v/v% alcohol extracts of Dok-sa, Salmo-sa and Nung-sa)were determined by JLC-6AH NO 310 fully automatic amino acid analyzer. 1. Three kinds of snake wine were all composed of 14 free amino acids: lysine, histidine, arginine, aspartic acid, threonine, glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, valine, me thionine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine and phenylalanine. There are 3 kinds of unknown amino acid in Doksa ju and Nungsa ju and 5 in Salmosa ju. 2. Three kinds of snake wine were almost identical in free amino acid contents. Methionine was proved to be highly contained in each of three snake wines and trace amount of aspartic acid in Doksa ju and Nungsa ju. 3. Amino acid composition of snake wine was considered having relation to the season the snake was captured. 4. Snake wine was dissimilar in amino acid composition as compared with those of snake soup and other popular wines. 5. Charateristic flavor of snake wine was closely connected with the composition of the free amino acids in it.

      • 발포폴리스티렌비드를 사용한 경량골재 콘크리트의 패널적용을 위한 실험적 연구

        Because lightweight concrete with expanded polystyrene beads has properties of low density, low heat conductivity, it can be used in lightweight structural material and heat insulation layer. But application of this material in buildings is insufficient yet. One of application in building is panel, like non-structural partition used inside, has low compressive strength. So the purpose of this study is to lead the fundamental data to improve low strength of lightweight concrete with polystyrene beads by mixing silica fume and curing methods for application to dry lightweight panel of building, which is based on the mechanical property of lightweight concrete using polystyrene beads, and to examine suitability of polystyrene beads as composition material of panel from the above result. Unit volume weight of fresh concrete is 0.5-0.61t/m³ in EPSB substitution rate 70% and 0.27 -0.33t/m³ in EPSB substitution rate 80%, and compressive strength as increase of silica fume substitution rate is increased but, batch in EPSB substitution rate 80% has low compressive strength rate. Compressive strength by curing method was higher by high temperature(60˚C, seal up).

      • 오르비톨 유도체의 알킬화에 관한 연구

        Boron trifluoride etherate on silica catalyses the condensation of olivetol with 4,4-dimethyl-2-cyclohexene-1-ol ; in contrast to parallel reactions with boron trifluoride etherate in solution the products obtained undergo intramolecular cyclisations. The linkage occurs between carbon 3 of the 4,4-dimethyl-2-cyclohexene-1-ol and the postion 2' or 4' of the olivetol. It is shown that alkylation of olivetol take place preferentially at the C-4' position and monoetheric position.

      • Polyurethane Foam을 이용한 방향족 유기 화합물의 흡착에 관한 연구

        This study discribes liquid-solid extraction for the adsorption of aromatic compounds in aqueous media by using polyurethane foam (OPP foam). As a result, the following conclusion has been obtained. 1. The adsorption behaviors of the aromatic compounds on OPP foam are likedly caused to Van der Waals attraction between the organic molecule and OPP foam matrix, as well as due to hydrogen bond and dipole-dipole interaction between the functional groups of organic molecules and hydroxy or amide group of foam matrix. 2. The Kd values are influenced by the several factors such as molecular weight. pKa. polarity. pH medium, salting out effect of electrolyte and the effect related to the addition organic solvent.

      • IMT-2000 교환기에서의 서비스 교환 자원 관리 기능 설계 및 구현

        IMT-2000 is a third generation mobile telecommunication system, which aims to provide multimedia services under muti-environments and global roaming services over the world. The objective of this paper is to propose the design and implementation schemes of the service switching resource library function (SSRL) in the IMT-2000 MSC. To propose these schemes, we first introduce a SSF functional model architecture and interworking relationship between its functions. For design schemes, we second propose the structure of SSRL and it interface with other functions. Subsequently, we define the libraries and database for SSRL. Finally, we implement the SSRL functionality by the design of detail data structure of the libraries and database and by the SDL flow diagrams for operational algorithms of the SSRL.

      • 生蛇湯의 有效成分에 關한 硏究(Ⅰ) : 生蛇湯의 遊離 아미노酸 分析 Analysis of Free Amino Acids in Snake Soup

        生蛇湯의 有效成分에 關한 계속적인 硏究의 일환으로 生蛇湯의 遊離 아미노酸 組成을評價하고자 아미노酸 自動分析計를 使用하여 殺母蛇湯의 遊離 아미노酸을 定量的으로 檢索하였다. 1. 殺母蛇湯은 7種의 遊離 아미노酸이 확인되었는데 이들 아미노酸 組成을 보면 phenylalanine의 含量이 가장 많았고, 다음은 glycine, alanine, histidine의 順이었고 methionine 및 lysine은 비교적 含量이 적었으며, glutamic acids는 흔적량으로 검출되었다. 또한 chromatogram이 5種의 未確認 peak가 나타나 있었다. 2. 殺母蛇酒의 遊離 아미노酸含量은 殺母蛇의 酸加水分解物 및 殺母蛇酒에 비하여 현저히 적었다. 3. 生蛇湯의 遊離 아미노酸 組成은 生蛇湯의 獨特한 風味에 중요한 구실을 한다. This study have been carried out to evaluate the composition of the free amino acids in the snake soup. The free amino acids of snake soup were quantitatively determined by JLC-6AH NO. 310 fully automatic amino acid analyzer. 1. Seven amino acids were found out in salmosa soup. Considering the free amino acid composion of Salmosa soup, amino acids abundant in content were phenylalanine, glycine, alanine, histidine and methionine in order. Lysine was poor in content, and glatamic acig was indentified trace amount. There are 5 unknown peaks on the chromatogram chart. 2. The free amino acids in Salmosa soup were remarkably poor in content, comparin ?? with those in Salmosa ju and acid hydrozate of Salmosa. 3. It is convinced that the characteristic flavor of Salmosa soup was attributed to the freeamino acids in it.

      • 유기염기에 의한 방향족 무수물의 중합

        Tetrahydrophthalic anhydride was spontaneously polymerized and decarboxylated by methyl imidazole. The polymerization was found to occur through formation of a charge-transfer complex, which was detected by UV-spectrophotometer. By fractionating the polymer by gel filtration, a polymer containing a little imidazole group was separated. This showed that homopolymer of tetrahydrophthalic anhydride was prepared. The chemical structures of the polymers were investigated.

      • 피페라진 유도체의 合成에 관한 硏究

        (±)N-[3-(t-Butyldiphenylchlorosilanyl)(2-oxazolidinonyl)carbonyl] piperazine(10) and N-Dimethyl-3-(4-t-butyloxycarbonylpiperazinyl-1-carbonylmethyl)-N-(ρ-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl) amino propionate(16) were synthesized as for new piperazine derivatives. Synthetic reaction of (±)N-[3-(t-butyldiphenylchlorosilanyl)(2-oxazolidinonyl)carbonyl] piperazine(10) was followed ; monobenzylation of(±)malic acid, crutius rearrangement of triethylamine and diphenylphospholylazide, TBDPS protection of sodium hydride and TBDPS-chloride, hydrogenation of catalyst of 10% Pd/c DCC coupling of 4-dimethylamino pyridine, deprotection of BOC. Yield of (±)N-[3-(t-butyldiphenylchlorosilanyl)(2-oxazolidinonyl)carbonyl] piperazine(10) identified by nmr peaks, was 88%. Synthetic reaction of N-dimethyl-3-(4-t-butyloxycarbonylpiperazinyl-1-carbonylmethyl)-N-(ρ-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl), amino propionate(16) was followed ; PNZ protection of ρ-nitrobenzylchloride, amination of triethylamine base and ethylchloroformate, alkylation of sodium hydride base, deprotection of PNZ. It was very difficult to separate the end product. Yield of N-dimethyl-3-(4-t-butyloxycarbonylpiperazinyl-1-carbonylmethyl)-N-(ρ-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl)amino propionate(16) identified by nmr peaks, was 89%. Key point of these synthetic reactions was the seletion of protecting groups. The protection groups depended entirely on the derivatives attaching at the rear of pyrazine ring. The best one was BOC group.

      • 킬레이트 수지에 의한 금속이온 흡착에 관한 연구

        The selective adsorption of metal ions by chelating agent-treated resin was studied in aqueous media. The resin was prepared by the treated conventional anion exchange resin, Dowex 1-X8(48 to 80 mesh) with chelating agent containing sulfonic groups such as 1, 2 -dihydroxy benzene- 3, 5 disulfonate(Tiron). The stability of the resin was markedly influenced by the pH of the media. The optimum conditions for the adsorption of metal ions were determined with respect to the pH, shaking time and mixture solution of metal ions. Under the optimum condition the other of the adsorption of metal ions is as follows: Fe(Ⅲ), Cu(Ⅱ), Ca(Ⅱ), Mg(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), and Zn(Ⅱ) are little. The total capacities of the resins in Fe(Ⅲ) were found 37. 98㎎/gr in the condition of pH 3 and in Cu 6.86㎎/gr in the condition of pH 3.5.

      • 4,5α-epoxy-3,6-dimethoxy-α-n-butyl-α,17-dimethyl-6,14-ethenomorphinan의 합성에 관한 연구

        Conformation with a hydrogen bond between the C_6 methoxyl and C_19 hydroxyl group among Diels-Alder adducts of thebaine and thebaine derivatives makes the molecule more rigid. To examine this hypothesis, new compound eliminated the intramolecular hydrogen bonding as a factor in determining the active conformation of the alkyl chain were available. A compound which the C_19 hydroxyl group has been replaced by a hydrogen has been synthesized as follows: Thevinone 3 has been prepared from thebaine by means of Diels-Alder reaction. Primary alcohol 7 has been prepared from Ketone 3 via epoxide 5 and aldehyde 6. This alcohol 7 underwent reaction with mesyl chloride to afford mesylate 8. Further reaction afforded 4, 5 α-epoxy-3, 6-dimethoxy-α-n-butyl-α, 17-dimethyl-6, 14-ethenomorphinan by displacement with propyl lithium cuprate.
