      • 염도별로 절인 배추를 이용한 김치의 품질

        소금절임시 바람직한 소금농도를 결정하기 위하여 10, 15, 20 및 25%의 저농도에서 고농도에 이르는 소금물용액에서 조직의 염농도가 3%가 될 때까지 절인 배추를 이용하여 김치를 담근후 숙성기간에 따른 pH, 산도, 김치의 색상 및 관능적 품질변화를 조사해 보았다. 그 결과 20%와 25%의 고농도에서는 조직의 염도가 3%에 도달하였을 때까지의 시간이 각각 7.5시간과 4.5시간이 소요되어 단시간 절임이 가능한 반면 10%와 15%에서의 절임은 각각 24시간과 12시간이 소요되었다. 소금농도별 절임배추로 담근 김치조직의 조직감은 고농도 단시간 절임이 저농도 장시간 절임에서 보다 대체적으로 양호하였으나 고염도 쪽에서는 숙성 중ㆍ후반기에 이르러 경도가 낮아지는 경향을 보였다. 그러나 관능검사에서의 아삭거리는 맛은 숙성전반에 걸쳐 20% 소금물에 절인 김치가 3.58~3.96으로 거의 변화가 없었으며 종합적인 맛에도 20% 김치가 숙성동안 보통이상의 수치를 나타내었다. This study was conducted to obtain the desirable salting condition for the fermentation of kimchi. The Chinese cabbage was salted at 10, 15, 20 and 25% brine at 20℃, and fermentation temperature of kimchi was 10℃. To evaluate the quality of kimchi, pH, acidity, color, texture and sensory quality during fermentation were investigated. Texture of the kimchi tissue salted for short term with 20~25% brine was generally good. But, that of the kimchi was suddenly softening at later fermentation periods.

      • 土壤栽培에 있어서 질소 및 칼리의 施肥水準이 오이의 生育, 收量 및 無機成分吸收에 미치는 影響

        Cucumbers were grown at 5 levels of Potassium and Nitrogen to stuudy the effect of N,k concentration on growth, yield and content of mineral elements. 1. Growth and yields were increased in N treatment with 16g per plant, and wrer increase in K treatment with 16me per liter. 2. The content of mineral elements of in leaves were higher N teatment than K treatment in content of T-N and Mg, and content of P was high in K treatment. 3. The content of mineral of petiole, fruit and Xyleme sap. were detected. The content in Xyleme sap, was most in N treatment all content expect of NO₃-N. NO₃-N and K were contented a lot in petiole Ca was contented a little in fruit. In K treatment, No-N and K were contented a lot in petiole, and the others were contented in Xyleme sap. Ca was contented a little in fruit. 4. The content of mineral in soil was detected in N and K treatment content of mineral was a little after than before treatment P while in case of P content was higher before treatment 5. absorption of water in cucumber plants was increased in N treatment with 8g per plants, while decreased in the K treatment 8 me per plant. The contents of chlorophyll was increased as the levels of Nitrogen was increased in N treatment, however, decreased on young leave as the level of Poassium was incresed in K treatment.

      • 고춧가루의 증자와 이를 이용한 김치의 품질

        김치담금재료 중 미생물이 많이 오염되어 있는 고춧가루를 증자법으로 살균하였을때의 문제점을 조사하여 보완함과 아울러 이 방법으로 처리하여 얻은 고춧가루를 이용하여 김치를 담구었을때의 품질변화를 조사하였다. 고춧가루를 증자법으로 살균한 결과, 120℃에서 10분이상 증자하면 총균수와 대장균은 검출되지 않았으나 고춧가루의 색상이 검게 변하므로 증자용수의 pH를 달리하여 증자한 결과 pH 10으로 조정된 증자수로 10분간 증자하였을때가 L^(*), C^(*)값이 높았으며 Hab˚는 10분까지는 거의 변화가 없어 무처리와의 색상차가 거의 없었다. pH 10으로 조정한 증자용액으로 10분간 증자한 고춧가루로 담근 김치의 pH는 발효전반에 걸쳐서 대조구보다 높은 pH를 보였다. 색상은 증자처리구가 대조구에 비해 L^(*), Hab˚값이 낮고 C^(*)가 높아서 숙성전기간동안 밝은 붉은색을 띠었다. 미생물수는 증자처리구가 전 발효기간을 통해 총균수와 젖산균수가 다소 적었다. 신맛은 대조구는 발효 10일째에 보통이상 신맛을 보였으나 증자처리구는 발효 15일째에도 보통이상의 신맛을 보였다. 매운맛은 대조구와 증자처리구의 뚜렷한 차이가 없었으며 숙성전기간동안 보통이하의 값을 나타내었다. 종합적인 맛과 육안적으로 본 품질은 숙성전기간 동안 대조구에 비해 증자처리구가 높게 나타났다. In order to enhance the shelf-life and quality of kimchi, kimchi was fermented with steamed red pepper powder. And the quality was evaluated by sensory test and measurement of microflora, color, pH and titratable acidity. Total cell count and E. coli of red pepper powder steamed at 120℃ for over 10minutes were not detected. But the color of red pepper powder was turned into darkness. So, steamed red pepper powder by various pH of steaming water showed effective pH and steaming time were 1 and 10minutes, respectively. Thus, pH of kimchi made by steamed red pepper powder for 10minutes, using steaming water adjusted pH 10, was gradually decreased after 10 days of fermentation. The L^(*) and Hab˚values of the kimchi with steamed red pepper powder were higher than control products during overall fermentation but C^(*) value was lower. The number of microbe of kimchi using steamed red pepper powder was decreased that of control products. Sensory test of the control kimchi revealed a strong sour taste after 10days of fermentation. In comparison, the kimchi with steamed red pepper powder revealed a sour taste only after 15days of fermentation. The overall taste of kimchi with steamed red pepper powder showed better than that of control kimchi throughout the fermentation periods. This experiments showed that the quality of kimchi made by steamed red pepper powder can the best at 15th day of fermentation.

        자아존중과 의복행동간의 상관연구 : 성인 남녀를 대상으로 For Adult Males and Femalse

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between self-esteem and demographic variables of adult males and females upon clothing behaviors. The questionnaire were admistered to 249 unmarried females, 202 married females, 228 unmarried males, 179 married males in Pusan. The data was analyzed statisitically using to Pearson's correlation, t-test, Multiple regression. The major findings of this research can be summarized as following; 1. There was significant relationship between the self-esteen and Conformity, Modesty, Management of the clothing behavior subscales. There was significant relationship among the clothing behavior subscales except Interest-Modesty, Conformity-Aesthetics, Conformity-Fashion, Modesty-Psychological dependence and Modesty-Aesthetics. 2. There was significant difference in the self-esteem and all clothing behavior subscales except Conformity according to sex. 3. There was significant diference in Interest, Psychological dependence, Fashion, Conformity and Modesty according to marriage status. 4. Sex and school career have significant effect on the self-esteem. Sex have significant effect on Importance, Interest, Modesty, psychological dependence, Aesthetics, Management and Fashion. School career significant effect on Conformity and income effect on Fashion. 5. Sex and school career have sgnificant effect on the self-esteem as intervening variables, the clothing behaviors as dependent variables. Sex, age, school career and income have significant direct effect on the clothing behavior subscales.

      • 소의 受精卵 移植에 관한 硏究 : II. 性成熟 過程의 처녀우의 多排卵 誘起와 受胎에 관한 硏究

        This experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of superovulation on the ovarian response and embryo production of young and matured heifers. The possibility of mon-surgical recovery from the young heifers and transfer of recovered embryos to the mature recipients was also investigated. A total of 8 heifers(5 heads of Holstein, 2 Heads of Korean Native Cattle(KNC)and one head of Angus×Hereford crossbreed)were devided into 2 groups by their age. Young heifers(Group I)were 7∼10 months old and mature heifers(Group II)were 12∼18 months old. Group I and II were superovulated with muscular injection of 1,000 or 2,000 IU Pregnant Mare's Serum Gonadotrophin(PMSG)on day 10∼12 of estrus cycle followed by muscular injecion of 25mg Prostaglandin F ₂α(PGF₂α) 48 hours later. Heifers were artificially inseminated or copulated 2∼3 times with the interval of 12 hours while they were in heat. The embryos were collected non-surgically on day 6 of estrus cycle. The results obtained from this study were summarized as follows: 1. The average number of corpus lutea(CL) by the superovulation treatment was much greater in Group 11(9.2)than in Group 1(3.2) 2. The average number of unruptured follicles by the superovulation treatment was much greater in Group II(6.8)than Group I(1.0) 3. The interval to onset of estrus after PGF₂αinjection was longer in Group I(44.2 hours)than in Group II(31.8 hours).

      • 참외의 接木裁培에 관한 硏究

        Experiments wer conducted to investigate of rootstocksk on the growth, yield and quality of oriental melon cultivars and to find out problems associated with successful growing of grafted seedlings. Major results can be summarized as follows. 1. The percentage of healthy plants, sintozwa and chamtozwa were 100, while hongtozwa and chambak were less than 11.8. 2. The growth of oriental melon was promoted by non-grafted and sintozwa root stock. 3. Soluble solid contents of non-grafted and chamtozwa rootstock were hight than sintozwa rootstock. 4. Glucose and Fructose contents of sintozwa rootstock was hihter than chamtozwa rootstock. Whereas, sucrose contents of non-grafted was hiher than sintozwa, chamtozwa rootstock. 5. Grafting onto sintozwa rootstock increased the contents of most mineral element except Ca in the leaves.

        일선 경찰공무원의 직무스트레스 수준 및 유발요인 분석

        본 연구는 일선 경찰공무원의 직무스트레스의 수준과 이를 유발하는 요인들에 대해서 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 설문조사는 대구지방경찰청 산하의 경찰공무원을 대상으로 하였다. 직무스트레스 수준을 측정하기 위한 하위변수는 경찰공무원의 심리적 긴장감이나 초조감 정도, 육체적 피로 정도, 업무로 인한 건강상의 문제 경험정도, 조기 출퇴근 의도, 출근기피 정도, 이직의도, 짜증이나 화를 내는 정도, 집중력저하 정도 등을 포함하였다. 그리고 직무스트레스를 유발하는 요인과 관련해서는 요인분석 결과를 토대로, 조직내 인간관계 요인, 인사관리 요인, 조직관련 요인, 물리적 환경 요인, 업무능력 요인, 개인적 성격 요인, 직무특성 요인, 업무관련 성격 요인이라는 여덟 가지 요인을 중심으로 논의를 행하였다. 분석의 결과, 직무스트레스 수준과 관련해서는 육체적 피로감 정도, 업무로 인한 건강상의 문제 경험정도, 심리적 긴장감이나 초조감 정도, 조기 출퇴근 의도, 집중력 저하정도 등의 요소들이 중간수준 이상의 수치를 나타내고 있다. 그리고 유발요인과 관련해서는 인사관리 요인, 물리적 환경요인, 직무특성 요인 등의 평균값이 비교적 높은 수치를 나타내고 있다.

      • Fe^(3+)-Thiourea Redox 계에서 Nylon 66에 Vinyl계 Monomer의 Graft 공중합에 관한 연구(第1報) : Methyl methacrylate의 graft 공중합

        The graft copolymerization of methylmethacrylate onto nylon 6.6 fibers was investigated in aqueous solution using the ferric chloride - thiourea redox system as the initiator. The rate of grafting was determined by varying the monomer, initiator, and thiourea, the acidity of the medium. The graft yield increases with increasing the initiator concentration up to 2.0×10^-3M/L and thereafter it slows down. The rate of grafting increases with on increase of thiourea concentration. The percentage of grafting increases with on increase of the monomer concentration.
