        일부 인쇄회로기판 납땜근로자들의 눈, 호흡기, 피부의 증상에 대한 조사연구

        목적 : 이 연구는 납점작업자를 대상으로 납점작업으로 유발될 가능성이 높은 눈, 호흡기, 피부 등의 증상호소율 및 노출강도에 따른 관련성을 파악하기위해 수행되었다. 방법 : 연구참가자 146명중 연구목적에 적합한 20명을 제외한 126명을 대상으로 '눈이 가렵고 충혈됨', '코가 가렵거나 파가움', '재채기', '콧물'. '코막힘' , '목이 따끔거림' , '목에 무언가가 걸려있는것 같음' , '갑자기 연속적인 기침을 함' , '운동 시에 다른 사람에 비해 숨이 가쁨', '숨을 쉴 때 쌕쌕하는 소리가 남', '가래가 끓음', '손이나 안면에 가려움을 느낌' , '안면에 여드름이 날' '손이나 안면에 붉은 반점이 남' 등 14가지 증상에 대한 경험유무와 혈중연농도, 납점작업의 건강위험요인에 대한 지식상태 등을 조사하였다. 결과 : 조사된 14가지의 증상 중, '갑자기 연속적인 기침을 함'이 하루 납점시간 4시간 이상인 군아서 4시간 미만인 군보다 유의하게 증상호소율이 높았으며, 다른 증상의 경우 하루 납땜시간에 따라 유의한 결과를 보이지 않았다. 납땜작업의 건강위험요인에 대한 질문에 12.8 %가 플럭스에 의한 건강위험을 지적하였다. 전체 대상자의 평균 혈중연농도는6.05 rg/dL였으며, 히고치는 15.50 rg/dL이었다.결론 : 납땜작업자에게 호흡기 증상의 위험이 높을 가능성이 있으며, 납땜작업의 건강위험에 대한추가적인 연구와 납점작업자들을 대상으로 납점작업에 의해 유발될 수 있는 건강장해에 대한 적극적인교육 및 홍보활동을 필요로 한다. Objectives : This study was conducted to evaluate the prevalence of ocular, respiratory and skin symptoms among solderers and to investigate the relationship between symptom prevalence and exposure intensity. Methods : We analyzed 126 eligible participants out of a population of 146 male solder-ers who completed the symptom questionnaires. Fourteen symptoms including 'itchy and red eyes', 'itchy or prickly nose', 'sneezing', 'rhinorrhea', 'blocked nose', 'prickly throat', 'foreign body sensation in throat', 'sudden bouts of coughing', 'exertional breathlessness', 'wheezing', 'sputum production', 'itchy face or hands', 'acneiform erup-tions on the face' and 'red spots on the face or hands' were contained. Blood lead levels of all the 126 participants were tested and the participants' own assessments of the health risk of soldering were collected. Results : Of the 14 investigated symptoms, 'sudden bouts of coughing' was significantly more prevalent in solderers who worked 4 hours or more a day than those who worked less than 4 hours a day, as for the other symptoms, there were no significant differences in the prevalences related to daily soldering hours. 2.8% of the solderers considered the risk of flux exposure to be serious. The mean blood lead bevel was 6.05 μg/dL (maximum 15.50 μg/dL). Conclusions : Soldering may increase the risk of respiratory symptoms. Further invert tigations on the hazards of soldering processes are warranted and solderers should be educarted on these hazards.

      • 참여적 리더십이 목표몰입에 미치는 영향: 성장욕구강도에 의해 조절된 리더신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 참여적 리더십이 구성원들의 리더에 대한 신뢰를 매개로 목표몰입에 미치는 영향에 대한 효과성을 검증하고 리더신뢰의 매개효과가 구성원의 성장욕구강도에 의해 조절되는 메커니즘을 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 자기 보고형 설문방식의 측정으로 나타날 수 있는 동일방법편의( common method bias )를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 종속변수는 시차를 두고 별도로 측정하였으며, 직무상황 에서 정서 상태를 표현해주는 긍정정서와 부정정서를 직급과 함께 통제변수로 채택하였다. 국내 300인 이상 규모의 다양한 업종의 기업에 근무하는 직장인들로부터 획득된 375부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었다. 연구결과 참여적 리더십은 구성원들의 목표몰입과 리더신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 리더신뢰는 목표몰입에 정( + ) 의 영향을 미쳤다. 리더신뢰는 참여적 리더십과 목표몰입과의 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하였고, 성장욕구강도는 리더신뢰와 목표 몰입 간 관계를 부( - ) 적으로 조절하는 역할을 하였다. 특히 참여적 리더십이 목표 몰입에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 리더신뢰의 매개효과는 성장욕구강도에 의해 조절되는 것으로 나타나 조건부 간접효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 참여적 리더십을 발휘할수록 구성원들이 리더를 더 신뢰하게 되고 이를 통해 목표몰입 수준이 향상된다는 것을 실증적으로 검증함으로써 상대적으로 연구가 부족했던 참여적 리더십과 목표몰입간 메커니즘을 규명하였다. 또한 성장욕구강도의 단순 조절효과뿐만 아니라 조절된 매개효과를 밝힘으로써 성장욕구강도의 역할을 보다 전체적이고 통합적인 관점에서 탐색하였고 그동안 조절변수로서의 유의성이 혼재되어 왔던 성장욕구강도에 관한 연구를 확대하였다는 데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of participative leadership on the goal commitment by mediating trust in leader and to identify the mechanism by which the mediator effect of trust in leader is moderated by the growth needs strength. In this study, the dependent variable was measured separately with time lag as a method to solve the common method bias that can be shown by the self-report type survey method, and positive emotions and negative emotions expressing emotional states in job situations were employed as control variables along with rank. A total of 375 questionnaires were collected from employees who work for companies in various industries with more than 300 domestic employees. The results showed that participative leadership had a positive effect on the goal commitment and trust in leader, and trust in leader had a positive effect on the goal commitment. Trust in leader played a partial mediation the relationship between participative leadership and goal commitment. Growth need strength played a negative moderation the relationship between trust in leader and goal commitment. Particularly, mediating effect of trust in leader is moderated by growth need strength in the process of participative leadership influencing goal commitment and conditional indirect effect was confirmed. This study examined the mechanism between participative leadership and goal commitment that were relatively lacking in research by empirically verifying that the more participative leadership leads to the more trust in leader and the higher the level of goal commitment. The crucial value of this study is to investigate the role of growth need strength as a whole and integrative view by clarifying not only the simple moderation effect of growth need strength but also the moderated mediating effect. It is meaningful that the study on the growth need strength which has been mixed with the significance as a moderating variable is expanded.

        협력의 선행요인과 경계조건에 관한 연구 : 형평 민감성, 참여적 리더십, 권력거리의 역할

        비대면 방식의 효과적인 조직 운영이 요구되는 경영 환경에서 조직 내 구성원 간 협력의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 특성 활성화 이론을 토대로 구성원 개인 수준에서협력의 선행요인과 경계조건을 밝히고자 하였다. 협력의 선행요인은 호혜 규범의 개인 차이에 관한 특성으로서 형평 민감성을 설정하고, 경계조건은 사회적 요인으로서 참여적 리더십과 조직적요인으로서 권력거리를 검토하였다. 연구 가설의 검증을 위하여 종업원 규모가 300인 이상인 국내 기업에 근무하는 직장인들로부터 수집한 294부의 설문지를 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 형평 민감성과 협력 간 주효과는유의하였다. 둘째, 참여적 리더십의 조절효과는 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 참여적 리더십과 권력거리의 조절된 조절효과는 유의하였다. 특히 조절된 조절효과의 분석 결과에서는 구성원의 참여 기대 수준(권력거리)과 실제 참여 수준(참여적 리더십)의 차이에 관한 선행연구들의 함의가 확인되었고, 이에 더하여 보다 심층적인 결과가 밝혀졌다. 즉 형평 민감성과 협력의 관계에서 ‘결정균형’ 의 긍정적인 영향력이 검증되었고, 결정균형의 두 유형(높은 결정균형, 낮은 결정균형)에 관한 차별적 효과가 새롭게 발견되었다. 본 연구는 형평 민감성 이론을 적용하여 형평성에 대한 선호도의 개인 차이가 협력에 미치는영향을 실증적으로 규명하였고, 형평 민감성과 협력의 관계에서 사회적 원천(참여적 리더십)과 조직적 원천(권력거리)에 의한 복합적 효과를 밝힘으로써 협력의 선행요인과 경계조건에 관한 기존연구를 확장하였다. 연구 결과와 관련하여 이론적⋅실무적 시사점과 향후 연구 방안을 제시하였다. The importance of cooperation among members of the organization is further emphasized in a management environment where effective non-face-to-face organizational operations are required. Based on trait activation theory, this study sought to identify the antecedents and boundary conditions of cooperation at individual level. Equity sensitivity, which means the characteristics of individual differences in reciprocity norms, was set as the antecedents of cooperation, and the boundary condition was reviewed for participative leadership as a social factor and power distance as an organizational factor. To verify the research hypothesis, 294 copies of the questionnaire were used collected from office workers at domestic companies with 300 or more employees. As a result of the analysis, the main effect between equity sensitivity and cooperation was significant. Second, the moderating effect of participative leadership was not significant. Third, moderated moderation effect of participative leadership and power distance was significant. In particular, the analysis of moderated moderation effects confirmed the implications of prior studies on the difference between the expected level of participation (power distance) of members and the actual level of participation (participative leadership). In addition, more in-depth results have been revealed. In other words, the positive influence of ‘decisional equilibrium’ in the relationship of equity sensitivity and cooperation has been verified, and the discriminatory effect on the two types of decisional equilibrium (high decisional equilibrium, low decisional equilibrium) has been newly discovered. This study empirically identified the effect of individual differences in preferences for equity on cooperation by applying equity sensitivity theory. And this study expanded the existing research on antecedents and boundary conditions of cooperation by revealing the complex effects by social sources (participative leadership) and organizational sources (power distance) in the relationship of equity sensitivity and cooperation. The theoretical and practical implications and future research suggestions were presented.

      • 참여적 리더십이 발언행동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 참여적 리더십이 심리적 안전감을 매개로 발언행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 메커니즘을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 자기보고형 설문방식의 측정으로 나타날 수 있는 동일방법편의(common method bias)를 해결하기 위하여 종속변수는 시차를 두고 별도로 측정하였고, 직무상황에서 정서 상태를 표현해주는 긍정정서와 부정정서를 직급과 함께 통제변수로 채택하였다. 국내 300인 이상 규모의 다양한 업종의 기업에 근무하는 직장인들로부터 획득된 337부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었다. 연구결과 참여적 리더십은 구성원들의 심리적 안전감과 발언행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 심리적 안전감은 발언행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 심리적 안전감은 참여적 리더십과 발언행동 간 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하였고, 성장욕구강도는 참여적 리더십과 심리적 안전감 간 관계를 정(+)적으로 조절하는 역할을 하였다. 특히 이와 같은 성장욕구강도의 조절효과는 심리적 안전감에 의해 매개되는 것으로 나타나 조건부 간접효과(조절된 매개효과)가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 참여적 리더십을 발휘할수록 구성원들의 심리적 안전감이 증가하게 되고 이를 통해 발언행동이 향상된다는 것을 실증적으로 검증함으로써 상대적으로 연구가 부족했던 참여적 리더십과 발언행동 간 메커니즘을 규명하였다. 또한 성장욕구강도의 단순조절효과와 더불어 조절된 매개효과를 정량적이고 구체적으로 밝힘으로써 조절변수로서의 성장욕구강도에 관한 의미를 재해석하고 보다 심층적인 연구의 가능성을 확장하였다는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to identify the mechanism of participative leadership affecting voice behavior through psychological safety. In this study, the dependent variable was measured separately with time lag as a method to alleviate the common method bias that might appear in the self-report questionnaire measurement, and positive emotions and negative emotions expressing emotional states in job situations were employed as the control variables together with the rank. A total of 337 questionnaires were collected from employees who work for companies in various industries with more than 300 domestic employees. The results showed that participative leadership had a positive influence on the psychological safety and voice behaviors of the members, and psychological safety had positive influence on the voice behavior. Psychological safety played a partial mediation in the relationship between participative leadership and voice behavior, and growth need strength played a positive role in moderating the relationship between participative leadership and psychological safety. Particularly, moderating effect of growth need strength was mediated by psychological safety, and conditional indirect effect(mediated moderating effect) was confirmed. This study examined the mechanism between participative leadership and voice behavior, which were relatively lacking in research, by empirically verifying that the psychological safety of the participants increased as the participant leadership demonstrated. In addition, it is meaningful to reinterpret the significance of growth need strength as a moderating variable by expanding the possibility of research in depth, by quantitatively and concretely describing mediated moderating effect in addition to simple moderating effect of growth need strengt.

        심근효소 상승 유무에 따른 목맴 환자들의 임상적 특성

        Purpose: This study aimed to recognize the frequency of near-hanging patients with elevated Troponin-I (Tn-I), to obtain information necessary for treatment and prediction of prognosis by analyzing the clinical feature of near-hanging patients, and to evaluate the relevance of elevated Tn-I to abnormal result of other cardiacrelated examinations. Methods: A retrospective review for the near-hanging patients, clinical record was conducted at two urban training hospitals between April, 2001 and December, 2011. We divided included patients into two groups, which one with elevated Tn-I level (Tn-I≥0.1ng/dL) and one without it, and compared the differences in initial vital signs, cardiac enzyme tests, an electrocardiogram, echocardiography, chest X-ray, and the clinical outcomes. Results: A total of 39 patients were included, out of them, 14 patients showed rise in Tn-I level. The length of hospital stay and ICU hospitalization was more prolonged in the patient group with elevated Tn-I level than non-elevated group. As well as the incidence of endotracheal intubation and abnormal findings in echocardiography or chest X-ray was higher in the Tn-I elevated group, which is statistically significant. Conclusion: The rising of serum Tn-I level in near-hanging patients were not uncommonly observed. We believe that the cardiac-related test including Tn-I is necessary for near-hanging patients, and those who are shown abnormal result in cardiac-related test may need close observation and intensive care.         참여적 리더십이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 : 조직동일시와 직무열의의 순차적 직렬다중매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to validate the mechanism in which participative leadership affects job performance in order to obtain implications for the mechanism driving job performance, a change in the paradigm for performance management, and the newly required leadership role in a business environment with increasing uncetainty. To this end, it was intended to identify the direct effect between participative leadership and job performance, the indirect effect through each of organizational identification and job engagement, and the sequential serial multiple mediating effect through organizational identification and job engagement. This study attempts to explain the mechanism by which participative leadership influences employee’s job performance through the Social Exchange Theory. This study proposed a research model in which a leader exerts participative leadership, leading to changes in the attitudes and thinking of members through psychological motivation for the members, and ultimately affecting job performance. Since each member's inner psychology is different, the same leadership behavior of a leader can generate different mediating effects for each member. Therefore, this study attempts to verify the mediating effect of organizational identification and job engagement to clarify the mechanism by which participative leadership influences employee's job performance through parameters. The survey was conducted on employees working in various industries and analyzed using PROCESS macro (Hayes, 2013). The reliability and validity of the measurement tools were enhanced through preliminary survey, and the timing of the measurement of dependent variables was separated to overcome the common method bias. In addition, position, positive emotions, and negative emotions were applied as control variables. As a result of the study, direct effect was not significant between participative leadership and job performance. Second, participative leadership reinforces organizational identification and confirmed the indirect effect of improving job performance. Third, it was confirmed that participative leadership reinforces job engagement and improves job performance. Fourth, it was confirmed that the serial multiple mediating effect of participative leadership on job performance through organizational identification and job engagement sequentially was significant. In other words, it was found that participative leadership reinforces organizational identification, which in turn reinforces job engagement and has a positive effect on job performance. This work contributes to the expansion of existing leadership research by empirically identifying the mechanism between participative leadership and job performance. In the future study, it is possible to expand participative leadership research by expanding the application of various mediating and moderating variables, and it will be possible to contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of participative leadership through comparative studies between each variable. The theoretical and practical implications for the research results, limitations of the research, and future research tasks were presented.

        선천성 내반슬에 대한 추나요법 및 내반슬 교정장치 사용 증례보고

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy of Chuna and Stylex device treatment in patients with genu varum. Methods 2 patients (21/male, 40/female) with genu varum were recruited in this study. Chuna treatment at pelvic, and stylex device treatment at both legs were applied to all participants. Outcomes were assessed using Q-angle (Quadriceos angle), TFA (Tibiovemoral angle), Distance of both sides patella. Results 1. Distance of both sides patella were decrease in all case. 2. Q-angel and TFA were decrease in case 1. but slight invrease in case 2. Conclusions This study showed that Chuna and Stlyex divice treatments could be used as an effective method for decrease distance of both sides patella. but Q-angle and TFA need more research on whether proper assessment as a measure of genu varum.         참여적 리더십이 대인관계 시민행동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 참여적 리더십(participative leadership)의 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 참여적 리더십과 조직구성원들의 대인관계 시민행동 간의 관계에서 구성원의 목표몰입의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 국내 종업원 300인 이상 기업에 종사하는 283명의 조직구성원들을 대상으로 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 연구모형과 가설을 검증하였다. 본 연구결과에 의하면, 참여적 리더십이 구성원의 목표몰입에 정(+)적인 관계가 있고 목표몰입을 완전매개로 하여 조직구성원들의 사람중심형 대인관계 시민행동과 과업중심형 대인관계 시민 행동에 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로 연구결과에 따른 이론적/실무적 시사점과 본 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of participative leadership and to analyze the mediating effect of the subordinate s goal commitment in the relationship between participative leadership and interpersonal citizenship behavior. The research model and the hypothesis were verified by using the structural equation model for the 283 members of the company with more than 300 employees. According to the results of this study, there is a positive relationship between participative leadership and goal commitment of the subordinate, and the relationship between the person-focused interpersonal citizenship behavior and task-focused interpersonal citizenship behavior . Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of this study, limitations of this study, and future research directions are presented.

      • 참여적 리더십과 창의적 행동의 관계

        본 연구는 참여적 리더십(participative leadership)과 조직 구성원들의 창의적 행동(creative behavior) 간의 관계에서 집단지성(collective intelligence)의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 종업원 300인 이상의 국내 기업에 종사하는 직장인 중 상사를 둔 구성원 309명을 대상으로 SPSS PROCESS macro를 이용하여 연구모형과 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 참여적 리더십은 조직 구성원들의 창의적 행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여적 리더십과 구성원들의 창의적 행동 간 집단지성을 매개로 하는 간접적인 영향이 확인되었다. 이를 통해 참여적 리더십과 창의적 행동 간 집단지성의 완전매개효과가 입증되었다. 연구 결과에 대한 함의가 논의되었으며 이론적·실무적 시사점과 향후 연구 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of participative leadership and to analyze the mediating effect of collective intelligence in the relationship between participative leadership and creative behavior of subordinates. The research model and the hypothesis were verified by using the SPSS PROCESS macro for 309 employees among the employees who work in domestic companies with more than 300 employees. As a result of the study, participative leadership has positive direct effects on the creative behaviors of subordinates, and indirect positive influence through collective intelligence has been confirmed. This proved the complete mediating effects of collective intelligence between participative leadership and creative behavior. The theoretical and practical implications of these results are discussed and suggestions for future research are suggested.
