      • 글 속에서 사건의 중요도와 인지적 흥미가 그 사건의 회상에 미치는 영향

        Interest can be conceptualized as an emotional state which results from stimuli imterpretation and comprehension, and also as motivator which leads an individual to a specific behavior, although it is generally accepted that interest plays an importance role interpreting stimuli, selecting information, deciding processing priority, and allocating attention in the process of learning and cognition, there has been no systematic approach on the effect of importance and cognitive interest within the field of cognitive psychology. Two experiment were conducted in order to test the event recall on importance of a event and cognitive interest in a story. In Experiment, it was found that 'seductive detail' is vary important role on the story recall and important information recall for the event very well. 본 연구는 글 속에서 사건의 중요도와 인지적 흥미가 그 사건의 회상에 미치는 영향에 대한 것이다. 중요도와 흥미도는 글을 읽는 독자의 이해와 기억에 영향을 미치는 주요소로서 기존의 연구에서 중요도와 흥미도가 높은 글을 내용을 보다 많이 회상한다. 그러나 중요도와 흥미도가 일치하지 않는 경우에는 예상 밖의 결과를 얻었다. 즉, 흥미롭기는 하지만 중요하지 않은 정보의 경우 중요정보와 간섭을 일으켜 오히려 중요정보의 회상을 방해하는 것이다. 이처럼 두 요인을 함께 조작한 연구에서는 흥미가 글 이해와 회상에 더 강한 예측변인으로 작용하는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 글을 읽는 독자가 느끼는 중요도와 흥미도가 글 이해와 기억에 미치는 영향에 대한 Hidi 등(1982)과 Gamer 등(1989)의 결과를 재검증하였고(실험 1), 깊은 수준의 처리가 흥미롭지 않은 중요정보의 회상을 증진시킬 수 있는 지를 검증해 보았다(실험 2). 실험 1에서는 중요도와 흥미도를 각각 조작하여 4가지의 실험 조건을 만들고, 각 조건에서 회상량을 보았다. 실험의 결과 흥미로운 중요정보는 흥미롭지 않은 중요정보보다 회상량이 많았고, 예상했던 흥미로운 사소장보가 흥미롭지 않은 중요정보보다 망각이 더 빨리 되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 실험 2에서는 실험 1과 동일한 재료를 사용, 보다 깊은 수준의 처리를 가능하게 하는 2가지 조작조건(요약, 돌발조건)이 통제조건과 비교해서 차이가 나는 지에 대한 것이었다. 실험 2의 결과 2가지 조작조건 중 요약조건에서의 흥미롭지 않은 중요한 정보의 회상이 통제조건의 회상량보다 많다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

      • Sr·페라이트 본드자석의 자기 특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we mention the magnetic properties of Sr ferrite bonded magnet. In order to compose Sr ferrite, first, a little CaO, SiO2, Na2Si3 and A12O3 are added to SrO n·Fe203(n=5.9). Then, the composition is calcinated at 1225℃ under N2 environment for1 hour with addition of PVA 6wt% solution. The carbon coating method increase grinding effect on powder fabrication. To fabricate anisotropic Sr ferrite bonded magnet 82∼92wt% of Sr ferrite and polyamide12 are kneaded and then 0∼12kOe of magnetic field is allied. On magnet fabrication, an optimal condition of injection mold is obtained under the injection temperature 250℃, the injection pressure 120㎏/cm², the magnetic field 8kOe and magnetic field applied time 8sec. As the results of experiments, we obtain (BH)max=2.09MGoe properly on anisotropic bonded magnet which is fabricated by using injection mold method in magnetic field.

      • 카올린에서 추출한 Silica로부터 탄소 환원질화에 의한 질화규소의 합성

        Nitriding behavior of the mixtures of amorphous silica extractracted from San Chung White kaolin and activated carbon Were studied by varying the carbon content, reaction temperature, and time under N₂atmosphere. Experimental results obtained from XRD, SEM and TEM indicated that the nitridation of the mixtures initiated below 1200℃ and mullite, silicon oxynitride, β-Sialon, β-SiC, and α-and β-Si₃N₄were identified as reaction products. Optimum nitridation condition of extracted silica were as follows. 1. Carbon/Extracted silica (in weight ratio)=3. 2. Reaction temperature; 1350℃ 3. Reaction time ; above 1hour.

      • CMOS 연산 증폭기 및 비교기 회로의 자동 설계

        The paper describes a CMOS analog circuit design tool, K_ACD(Kumoh_Analog Circuits Designer), and design results. The K_ACD was developed for automatic design of fundamental analog circuit blocks such as comparator, unbuffered OP AMP, and buffered OP AMP. For given specifications and process parameters, it computes bias currents, transistor sizes, voltage gain, and power dissipation, then SPICE simulations are automatically carried out. Some design examples show usefulness of the K_ACD in analog circuit designs.

      • 경막 외 스테로이드 주사에 반응 없는 추간판성 요통에 대한 추간판 내 시술 효과

        Objective: To determine the effect of intradiscal therapy with discography in patients with back pain of no effect using epidural steroid. Subject and methods: Thirty patients with herniated nucleus pulposus (HNP) who had not have any improvement using repeated epidural steroid were studied. Degree of disc degeneration, provocation pain and intradiscal pressure were evaluated in 41 discs. Intradiscal triamcinolone was injected to degenerated discs and intradiscal electrothermal therapy (IDET) was performed to the patients who had no improvement using intradiscal steroid. Patients were asked to report pain according to a visual analogue scale (VAS). Results: Thirty of 41 discs showed significant degeneration. In 19 of 30 (63.3%) patients, VAS was reduced over 50% after intradiscal steroids. Low intradiscal pressure without provocation pain and ruptured discs were significantly higher in these patients (p<0.05). After IDET, 8 of 9 patients noted over 50% reduction of VAS. Conclusions: In patients with discogenic back pain combined with radicular pain, intradiscal therapy according to discography may be helpful in patients with no improvement using epidural steroid.

        안면비대칭 환자에서 하악의 측방변위와 두개관형태 사이의 연관성

        This study was intended to perform the relationships between mandibualr lateral deviation in facial asymmetry patients and morphology of the cranial vault. In 30 patients(males 14, female 16) using submento-vertical cephalograms that were taken in the pre-operaticve state and posteroanterioir cephalograms that were taken in centric occlusion before, immediate and long term after surgery. 1. Mean mandibular deviation was about - 3.12°and mean of absolute measurement was about 2.50°on the submento-vertical cephalograms. 2. On the submento-vertical cephalograms, there was no significant difference between non-deviation and deviation side but it had tendency that deviation side was larger than non-deviation side on the frontal portion of cranium(Y10 to Y6) and deviation side was samller than non-deviation on the temporal portion of cranium(Y5, Y-1 to Y-5). 3. Mean mandibular deviation was about 1.40°and mean of absolute measurement was about 3.95°on the posteroanterioir cephalograms. 4. There was statistical significance on the influence of surgical change(PT2A-PT1A) to the relapse(PTLA-PT2A)(p<0.05). The more increasing of the change, the more relapse on the posteroanterioir cephalograms. 5. There was no statistical significance on the influence of degree of mandibular deviation to morphology of the cranium on the submento-vertical cephalograms. But it had tendency that the more mandibular deviation, the larger the non-deviation side on the anterior cranium and deviation side on the posterior cranium(p>0.05). 6. There was statistical significance on the influence of the degree of mandibular deviation on the posteroanterioir cephalograms to the difference between non-deviation and deviation side. The more increasing of mandibular deviation, the larger the non-deviation side on the Y4 to Y-6(p<0.05). 7. There was no statistical significance on the influence of difference between non-deviation and deviation side to the relapse on the posteroanterioir cephalograms. But it had tendency that the more increasing of the differece between non-deviation and deviation side, the more increasing the relapse on temporal of cranium.

        In this study, a fiber-optic bundle sensor has been developed using water-equivalent organic scintillating fibers for photon beam measurement. Beam penumbra and percent depth doses(PDD) are measured according to the depth of the photon beam. This sensor has many advantages such as high resolution, real-time measurement and ease of calibration over conventional radiation measurement devices.

        Cadmium sulfate thin films were deposited by the chemical bath deposition method using tartaric acid and triethanolamine as acomplexing agent. Deposition Parameters such as pH, temperature,deposition time and concentration of the reactant species were optimizedso as to obtain reflecting, good adherent uniform thin films on the glasssubstrate. Reaction mechanism of the thin film formation is also reported.The crystallographic structure and the crystallite size were studied by theX-ray diffraction pattern.       • FBAR 소자 등가회로 해석 및 설계

        The typical dimensions of microwave filters are similar to the wavelength at their operating frequency processing a barrier to overall system miniaturization. By using the piezoelectric effect to generate acoustic modes the velocities and thus the wavelengths are reduced by about four orders of magnitude. Thin film bulk acoustic resonators (FBAR) devices exploit this effect and with dimensions of hundreds of microns offer a compact and attractive alternative. So, two-step modeling process was used for optimizing FBAR resonator and filter performance. A physical simulator based on the Mason model was used to determine the resonator. Optimization for FBAR filters has been performed using the serenade simulation program.
