Streptozotocin으로 유발된 당뇨병쥐의 신경전도속도에 대한 Evening primrose oil (EPO), Vit.C, Vit.E의 약물효과

The effects of evening primrose oil (EPO). Vit.C and Vit.E on nerve conduction velocity (NCV) in streptozotocin -induced diabetic rats were investigated. 5 weeks- diabetes caused 27±0.5 % reduction in sciatic motor conduction velocity as compared with normal control. Dietary supplement of 5% EPO. 125mg/kg Vit.C. and lg/kg Vit.E prevented significantly the development of the motor nerve conduction velocity deficit about 21±0.5, 21±0.5, 26±0.5% respectively. The total serum cholesterol and triglyceride were decreased by administration 5% EPO. Vit.C, and Vit.E as compared with diabetic control. However, the serum glucose was not decreased by administration 5% EPO. 125mg/kg Vit.C but the serum glucose was decreased by administration lg/kg Vit.E as compared with diabetic control.
영지 액체 배양의 Wall Growth에 미치는 Polyacrylic Acid의 첨가 효과

This study was carried out to screen the effective polymeric additives preventing wall growth during mycelial submerged cultivation of Ganoderma. ludicum. Effects of additives on mycelial growth and exo-polysaccharide (EPS) production in flask culture and jar fermenter system under 3 different pH processes were investigated, and changes of mycelial morphology were also examined. From flask culture of G. lucidum wish additives of different concentrations, 0.1%(w/v) polyacrylic acid was effective for EPS production. As the polyacrylic acid of 0.1%(w/v) was added in medium, wall growth of G. lucidum mycelium grown in jar fermenter system could be protected. The addition of 0.1%(w/v) polyacrylic acid to medium was also improved the mycelial growth and EPS production in the later of submerged culture G. lucidum and no changes of mycelial morphology were observed.

A study on the removal of Pb ion from Pb-contaminated soil was carried out, using ex-situ extraction process. Tartaric acid (TA) and iminodiacetic acid sodium salt (IDA) as a washing agent were evaluated as a function of concentration, reaction time, mixing ratio of washing agent and recycling of washing agent. TA showed a better extraction performance than IDA. The optimum washing condition of TA and IDA were in the ratio of 1 : 15 and 1 : 20 between soil and acid solution during 1 hr reaction. The total concentrations of Pb ion by TA and IDA at three repeated extraction, were 368.8 ppm and 267.5 ppm, respectively. The recovery of Pb ion from washing solution was achieved by adding calcium hydroxide and sodium sulfide, form the precipitation of lead hydroxide and lead sulfide, and optimum amounts of sodium sulfide and calcium hydroxide were 7 g/ℓ for the TA washing solution and 4 g/ℓ , 5 g/ℓ for the IDA washing solution, respectively. The efficiency of recycle for TA and IDA washing solution were 78.8%, 95.1% and 89.2%, 96.6%, at third extractions under Na_2S and Ca(OH)_2, respectively.
바이오안전성에 대한 세계적인 동향 : 유전자변형 생물체(LMO)를 중심으로

현대 분자생물학의 발달에 따른 유전자변형 생물체의 개발은 시간과 경제적으로 전통적인 육종의 한계를 많이 극복하고 있으며 세계적으로 유전자변형생물체의 개발이 빠른 속도로 진행되고 있다. 유전자의 변형에 따른 환경의 파괴, 인체에 대한 위해 가능성 때문에 바이오안전성의정서가 채택되는 등 세계적으로 바이오안전성에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 바이오안전성은 유전자특성분석, 환경위해성평가, 인체위해성평가 등 3단계의 평가에 의해서 이루어지며 최종적으로 인체와 환경에 해를 끼칠 가능성이 있는 유전자변형생물체를 규제하기 위해서 이루어진다. 우리나라도 최근에 바이오안전성에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 바이오안전성 평가체계가 확립중이다. The development of molecular biology enabled us to overcome the restrictions of conventional breeding system and the number of genetically modified organisms are dramatically increasing. The possibility of the genetically modified organism's risk on human health and environment caused concerns on the biosafety. Biosafety test contains gene characteristics analysis, health safety test, and environmental risk test. The final aim of these tests is to prevent the commercialization of genetically modified organism which have possible risk on human health and environment. Biosafety evaluation system is being built in Korea.

As commonly known, The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, made up of approximately 35,000 engineers, is the premier public construction organization in the world. The Corps, the worldwide and unique organization, has the multi-functions like civil works projects, water resources management, environmental protection, disaster response as well as military construction. To meet national and military requirements , the Corps has developed various systems. As the key systems, the PMBP (Project Management Business Process) is an innovative way to solve increasingly complex problems and then to achieve the Corps’ vision.and Partnering system and Construction Quality Management for Contractor , developed by UASCE, also are the significant construction management tools in worldwide. Many Korean construction contractors have verified their high constructability in the overseas. On the contrary, they can’ t meet the customer’ s needs sufficiently in the country and the reason may be caused from the absence or inadequate project management system. Therefore, this article provides the overview of the USACE and partnering system and lays emphasis on the USACE’ s CQM system. The desirable way to meet the customer’ s needs in projects should be mainly aimed at systematic business process. Some future-oriented suggestions to improve the construction quality management conclude this article.
전사적 프로젝트경영을 위한 건설 프로젝트관리 성숙도 모델(CPM3)개발에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is focused on developing a CPM3(Construction Project Management Maturity Model) in order to resolve the issues resulted from OPM3`s application to the construction project. The CPM3 is designed to evaluate not only technical competences represented by process but also behavioral competences and contextual competences. Prior to the development of new model, the opinions of the experts were surveyed in the manner of Delphi method to verify the applicability of the concept of this study. The applicability of the evaluation components were analyzed through the comparison with CME of USACE, the premier public construction organization in the world, and CM Evaluation Act of ROK Government. The theoretic backgrounds of the model are as follows: CMBOK (Construction Management Body of Knowledge) of CMAA(Construction Management Association of America) and PMBP(Project Management Business Process), an innovative way of USACE were benchmarked as the standard of technical process.

This study was to examine the golf swing data depending on whether the shoulder injury. To provide basic data on the rehabilitation process in order to identify the mechanism for the shoulder muscles damage. The total 8 subjects including korea professional golfers were selected for the study. The following conclusions by analyzing swing data during the golf drive & iron swing of professional golfers. In the Shoulder injury and not according to the data analysis of the drivers Swing. it showed a statistically significant from club head speed & launch angle, In the shoulder injury and not according to the data analysis of the irons swing. it showed a statistically significant from club head speed, height & launch angle. These results shown that In the future, it analyzed the data according to the swing and not a muscle injury in the upper & lower limb, golf swing is required by the need to establish a material that can predict in advance. This damage to the muscles that are throwing find mobilized during the golf swing, appears to be helpful in rehabilitation and strength training, the proposal to explore the future overall balance swing mechanism.
접촉 스테이지 구동시 PR유체 유막 두께의 정성적 분석

The parallel contact mechanism between mold and target is the on of most important issues for the imprinting system. It is influenced by precision level of the imprinter, the waviness of mold and target and the stage motion for alignment. The uniformity of PR fluid thickness should be maintained for imprinting quality, and the ununiformity of PR fluid thickness is caused by unstable pressure distribution. In this study, we captured film shape of PR fluid film with the image processing method under several motions of contact stage. It is expected to get the information of pressure distribution by measuring the film thickness of PR fluid.
