        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the smoothing methods and to find optimal smoothing parameter. The used smoothing methods are cubic smoothing spline. digital filter and wavelet. At first. Using the cosine function and noise function. theoretical data were made. Each smoothing methods with various parameters were applied to the data which were made with normally distribed noise and equally distributed noise, and the various speed ratios and the relative angles between before and after of impact. Next time we use the method with optimal parameter to the experimental data. according to the speed ratio and the relative angle between before and after of impact. 1. The optimal smoothing method was not specific to the state of impact. So. there are the other factor as well as the speed ratio and the relative angle between before and after of impact to specify the state of impact. 2. Variation of parameter of smoothing according to the state of impact was large on spline method and digital-filter method. but it was small on wavelet method. So, wavelet method can be used to smooth the various kinds of data without cautions.

      • 물리적 현상을 고려한 움직임 궤적의 평활화 방안

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the smoothing error of data before and after impact in sports movement according to smoothing methods based on physical inspect. The used smoothing methods are cubic smoothing spline. digital filter and wavelet and the technique to separate data before and after impact and to smooth the each data separately and the technique to skip data in smoothing process. At first. Using the math functions. theoretical data were made. Each smoothing methods with various parameters were applied to the data which were made with the various speed ratio and the relative angle between before and after of impact. Next time we use the method with optimal parameter to the experimental data, according to the speed ratio and the relative angle between before and after of impact. The results of this study were as follows: 1. It is effective to separate data at impact point and to smooth each data. Especially this is expected to have good result for velocity before and after impact. But, padding technique needs the accuracy of digitizing data before and after impact. 2. Sampling speed of data was important to obtain the accurate results. More skipping digitizing data. the error is larger. But the result to use 5-data before and after impact and skip randomly in the other data was nearly identical to the result to use all data for smoothing. 3. Spline method and digital-filter method of variation of parameter were large according to the state of impact and the separation technique, skip technique. but it was small on wavelet method. So, wavelet method can be used to smooth various kinds of data without cautions.

      • 인슐린 비의존형 당뇨병 환자에서 혈장 Endothelin-1농도의 변화

        Endothelin(ET) is a 21-residue peptide originally isolated from the cultured porcine endothelial cells. There are at least three genes for endothelin:endothelin-1(ET-1), endothelin-2(ET-2), and endothelin-3(ET-3). Endothelins are present in various human biological fluids including plasma, urine, breast milk, and saliva and have been found elevated plasma ET concentrations in patients with diabetes mellitus, Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis due to chronic renal failure, patients with acute myocardial infarction, and patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Endothelial cell damage is suspected to occur in diabetic patients and may be one important cause of angiopathy, a major complication in diabetes mellitus. The elevation of ET in diabetic patients may be a marker of, and further exacerbate, their vascular disease. We measured the levels of ET-1 in plasma of 50 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) and 25 normal subjects by radioimmunoassay. The plasma ET-1 concentration (mean±S.D.) in NIDDM was 6.461 A2.510 f㏖/ ㎖, and was significantly higher than in normal subjects (4.567±1.155f㏖/㎖) (P<0.05). The plasma ET-1 concentration (mean±S.D.) in diabetic retinopathy group( 7.15±2.454 f㏖/ml) was significantly elevated than those in otherwise uncomplicated groups (5.348±2.390 f㏖/㎖)(P<0.01). The correlation between any clinical parameters and plasma ET-1 levels in NIDDM was not significant, In conclusion, this study suggest that the elevated levels of ET-1 in diabetic patients may be play a important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic complications.

      • 일부 전문대 응급구조학생의 응급구조전문직관의 변화에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to identify the change of perceptions related to E.M.T. profession of E.M.T. student and to provide the basic data for development of curriculum. The subjects of the survey were 216 students from 3 junior college by questionnaire from November 25 to November 29. 1996 in Kwang-Ju, Cheong-Ju, and Kong-Ju. The results were analyzed using the SAS and can be summarized as follows : 1. The view on profession was a statistically significant difference inspecial knowledge & skill training (t=-1.686, P<.001), high income (t=-0.753, p<.05) 2. The view on competence as a E.M.T. was a statistically significant difference in sufficient professional knowledge on the E.MT (t=-1.144. p<.001).own s health (t=-0 808, P<.001), sincerity and responsibility (t=-1.429. p<.01), satisfaction and effort (t=-1.335, p<.01) , boundary of affairs (t=-1.356, p<.01) 3. The view on E.M.T. profession was a statistically significant difference inprotect of pt. life & to relieve the pain (t=-2.388, p<.001) 4. The view on necessary knowledge of E.M.T. was a statistically significant difference in patient assessment (t=-2.168, p<.001), ACLS (t=1.678, p<.001), hemorrhage & shock (t=-3.252, p<.001), trauma (t=-4.284, p<001), cardiopulmonary disturbance (t=-2.897, p<.001), acute abdomen(t=-4.284, p<.001), neonatal disease(t=-4.032, p<.001), OBGY disease(t=-4.151, p<.001), emergency delivery (t=-2.825, p<.001), infectious disease (t=-2.930, p<.01), environmental emergency (t=-3.123, p<.05), recording(t=2.22, p<.05) 5. The view on ideology of E.M.T was a statistically significant difference in belief & faith (t=-2.344, p<.001), knowing of own (t=-2.142, P<.01) humanity (t=-2.581, p<.05), knowing of patient (t=-2.079, p<.05)

        The LCF properties for R=0 as tension-tension and R=-1 as tension-compression were examined in DA alloy718. While the hysteresis loops composed of ?ε_(t), ?ε_(p) and ?σ were figured with similaity in both of R=0 and R=-1, the loops of R=0 were continuely going down along the stress axis during cyclic fatigue progressing. It was caused by Bauschinger effect, which includes a tendancy for stress recovering as an amount of compression stress. The phenomena of cyclic softening in both of R=0 and R=1 seem to be caused by planar slip of dislocations, which was accompanied by shearing the γ'/γ" precipitates during the cyclic fatigue test.

        Objectives : Acupuncture is expected to have somewhat like the efficacy parallel increasing activity of immune system in Western modern medicine. There, already, are many animal researches on activating effect of acupuncture for the immune system in peripheral organs. So, we carried out this experiment to see whether acupuncture has controlling effect on interleukin-6(IL-6) activity in rat's brain. Methods and Results : We had topical application of IL-6(1U-1pg, 10㎕) on brain of rat. It reduced afferent sensory transmission to the primary somatosensory(SI) cortex from periphery. Whereas, electrical stimulation(ES, 2Hz, 1.5V, 15min) of ST36(足三里) with application of IL-6 prominently activated afferent sensory transmission. ES of non-acupoint(proximal tail) with IL-6 showed suppression of afferent transmission. ES of ST36 without IL-6 application also exerted facilitation of afferent transmission to the SI cortex. Conclusions : Electoacupuncture(EA) on ST36 has noticeable influences on modulating activation of IL-6 in central nervous system, which do major role in immune system.

        당뇨병성 신증 환자 20예에서 복합한약전탕액이 신기능에 미치는 영향

        Diabetic Nephropathy is one of the major causes of chronic renal failure. It is a common microvascular complication and clinically defined as the presence of persistent Proteinuria. We studied the effects and change of the renal function of Complex Herbal medication of the 20Diabetic Nephropathy patients. We measured the initial levels of Total Protein, Creatinine Clearance Rate(Ccr), Serum Creatinine(Serum-Cr), Urine Creatinine(Urine-Cr) and HbA1C on admission and followed up the level changes of Total Protein, Ccr, Serum-Cr and Urine-Cr on discharge. The results are following : Complex Herbal Medication does not cause the renal toxicity. The longer hypertension period is, the higher Serum-Cr level and Urine-Cr level. In an older age group, Urine-Cr is lower. 4.From the "Deficiency in Origin and Excess in Superficiality(本虛表實)“points of view, Complex Herbal Medication improves the Serum-Cr in Diabetic Nephropathy patients. According to this results, it could be suggested that Complex Herbal Medication does not cause the renal toxicity in Diabetic Nephropathy patients and intensive controls of blood sugar, blood pressure and Complex Herbal Medication prevent the renal failure in Diabetic Nephropathy patients with early stage of Microalbumiuria.

        옥수수주정박의 급여가 산란계 생산성에 미치는 효과

        A layer feeding trial was conducted for 10 weeks to investigate the effects of the addition of corn distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS) to layer diets on the laying performance, egg qualities, and yolk fatty acid composition. Nine hundred Hyline Brown layers, 24 weeks of age, were randomly allotted to 20 replicate laying cages, 45 birds per replicate. There were four diet treatments (0, 10, 15, and 20% DDGS), and five replicates per treatment. All experimental diets were prepared to contain iso-protein (17%) and iso-calorie (TMEn 2,780 kcal/kg). The use of DDGS up to 20% level in layer diets did not exert any influence on feed intake, laying rate, total egg mass, mean egg weight, and feed conversion ratio. DDGS did not exert any influence in weight of egg, breaking strength, and color of eggshell. The albumen height and Haugh unit was not influenced by DDGS addition. The yolk color was significantly increased by DDGS supplementation. As the DDGS level increased, the oleic acid content decreased, and the linoleic acid increased (P<0.05). The degree of saturation of yolk fatty acids was not affected by dietary DDGS. The inclusion of DDGS up to 20% in layer diets resulted in the decrease of feed cost per kg without any effect in the laying performance. In conclusion, the use of DDGS up to 20% level in layer diets could replace corn and soybean meal without any harmful effect on the laying performances.

      • 철근 또는 강판을 이용한 철근콘크리트 전단벽의 휨성능개선에 관한 실험연구

        The purpose of this paper is to study retrofit methods for improving the flexural capacity of RC shear wall. Four RC shear wall specimens are designed and strengthened by using reinforcement or steel plate. Cyclic loads are applied to the specimen under constant axial force. Test result shows that the strength and ductility of specimen is improved when it is strengthened using reinforcement or steel plate. The specimen retrofitted by using steel plate shows high ductility. However the strength contribution of one is not much. It is shown that the most effective method is both to install the additional flexural reinforcement and to confine the ends of wall.

        The Purpose of this study is to suggest the effectively Psychological Program that compare and analyze the Player's Psychological condition and Athletic Accomplishment among EEG feedback training for 8 weeks on golf Player. The subjects of this study were 16 golf Player, and separated 2 Group. They have examined Golf Rounding test(Driving Accuracy. Green in Regulation, Putting, Score) at pre and post. For the statistical test. the Paired t-test and independent t-test were conducted. The results of the study are as follows. The EEG feedback training group was significantly differences in Driving Accuracy,(t=-8.871, P<.001) Putting(t=2.333, P<.05) and Score(t=4.117, P<.001), also the Control group was significantly differences in Green in Regulation(t=-5.978, P<.001) and Score(t= 2.516, P<.05). But the EEG feedback training group was not significantly differences in Green in Regulation(t= -1.338, P>.05). also the Control group was not significantly in Driving Accuracy(t=-2.290, P>.05) and Putting(t=-1.413, P>.05).
