        This study is aimed to find ways to analyze the current nighttime use of mountainside Mt.Bomunsan Park and thereby, to increase the efficiency of mountainside parks situated in urban areas, by case-studying other similar parks whose nighttime use has been facilitated. Also, the study focused on identifying diverse leisure activities for urban citizens to enjoy at night at such parks. First, the Mt.Boumunsan Park area was analyzed in its current nighttime use, space by space, to learn how the park is used by the public at night. Second, other parks whose physical environment is similar to that of Mt.Boumunsan Park were case-studied so that the result could be reflected on the operation of Mt.Boumunsan Park. Third, revitalization suggestions were made for the visit to Mt.Boumunsan Park during nighttime so that they can be referred to as basic data when planning and designing a park in the future for more efficient spacing. It is anticipated that when planning and designing is under consideration to improve Mt.Boumunsan Park, it is better to devise, after taking into account the local government's financial status and the public opinions, a short-and mid-term plan will better serve citizens than a non-feasible long-term master plan.

        Development of Ferrite/Bainite Bands and Study of Bainite Transformation Retardation in HSLA Steel During Continuous Cooling

        The development of banded structure in HSLA steel during continuous cooling has been systematicallystudied using dilatometry and microstructural observations. At low cooling rates (<10 °C/min), the micro-structure contains alternating bands of ferrite and a mixture of pearlite and bainite. At higher cooling rate(>10 °C/min), the formation of pearlite is suppressed, and the corresponding microstructure consists ofbanded ferrite and bainite. Dilatometric analysis indicates that as ferrite and pearlite transformation at lowrates (or ferrite transformation at higher rates) completes, Manganese (Mn) and Carbon (C) concentrationin austenite can retard the bainitic transformation and result in the transformation stagnancy phenomenon. The magnitude of retardation and the bainite morphology are affected by Mn and C concentration. Theincreased cooling rate decreases Mn and C content in bainite, and then the length of the stagnant stagedecreases and bainite morphology changes from lower bainite to acicular ferrite.

      • The Research on network Losses Allocation of Power Market based on Improved REI Network Numerical Equivalence

        The main purpose of this paper is how to allocate network losses of power market, and takes this as objective function of this paper. Then we have conducted an in-depth analysis and discussion to the commonly-used algorithm of network losses allocation of each country. On this basis, we have chosen power flow tracking algorithm, and carried on in-depth analysis, then found out the shortcomings and areas for improvement. For the shortcomings, we have introduced REI network numerical equivalence method, and applied it to the improved power flow tracing algorithm of this paper. Moreover, we have verified four-node and three-machine nine-node network system, and proved the rationality of the model. Therefore, the proposed method in this paper was applied to bidirectional network losses allocation model. Generator and load undertook network losses of each electronic component according to certain proportion. In this paper, complex power flow tracing algorithm was applied to four-node system and the western U.S. power grid WSCC three-machine nine-node system, verifying the validity and correctness of this algorithm.

      • Nonlinear Analysis Chaotic Characteristics of Leak Signal of Pipeline based on Reconstructed Phase Space

        The In this paper, nonlinear analysis is used to study the possibility of chaotic behavior of pipeline pressure signal. Based on real-time data of pipeline leak monitoring system, oil pipeline pressure signals have been verified to be chao system by analyzing the chaotic characteristic of pressure time series. Six typical measured data of pipeline pressure are selected and reconstructed to the higher phase space. And then the largest Lyapunov exponent of each data is calculated to test and verify the chaotic characteristics of the pressure signal. For pipeline leakage fault diagnosis, the approximate entropy (ApEn) has been applied to extract the nonlinear and chaotic characteristics. By calculating the ApEn of normal, operation and leakage signals, the results indicate that the value ranges of three kinds of signals are above 0.35, below 0.025, and from 0.025 to 0.35. And the identification rate of pipeline leakage has been reached 90.0% only based on ApEn, which provide more effective basis for the classification and identification of chaotic characteristics of the pressure signal.

        Economic Growth and Environmental QualityA Case Study from Industrial Sulfur Dioxide Provincial Panel Data in China

        The Environmental Kuznets Curve Hypothesis postulates an inverted-U shaped relationship between GDP per capita and various pollutants. Pollutants emission increases up to a certain level as income goes up; after that, it decreases. This paper investigates the relationship between industry pollutants taking industrial sulfur dioxide omission as example, and economic growth by using province-panel data set from 1989 to 2004 in 28 provinces of P. R. China. The result shows that the EKC hypothesis may be supported in the case of industrial sulfur dioxide, and the GDP per capital of turning point is about RMB 13,548 (at 1978 price). Except Shanghai, all the provinces GDP per capital in this study are less than RMB 13,548, indicating the amount of industrial sulfur dioxide emission will be increasing in the near future. To realize sustainable development and pollutants abatement, the central and local government should adopt an integrated strategy to protect environment.

        CHISELED NICKEL HYDROXIDE NANOPLATES GROWTH ON GRAPHENE SHEETS FOR LITHIUM ION BATTERIES

        The morphologies and structures of Ni(OH)2–graphene hybrid materials were tailored by using different mineralizers in this work. It was revealed that the synergic effects of the highly oxidized graphene sheets and the mineralizers played a crucial role in controlling the morphology and structure of the nanocomposites, and Na2CO3 is a very effective mineralizer for growing chiseled 2D nanoplates of Ni(OH)2 on graphene sheets. When produced with NaOH, fragmental Ni(OH)2 crystals with irregular shapes erratically decorated on graphene sheets. In contrast, chiseled Ni(OH)2 hexagonal nanoplates grown on graphene sheets were obtained when Na2CO3 was used as the mineralizer. These unique 2D–2D nanoarchitectures with higher contact area between the nanocrystals and graphene substrate can increase the interfacial interaction and then efficiently improve the structural stability of the composite material, thus exhibiting an enhanced Li storage capacity and excellent cycling performance of 562 mAh g-1 after the 36th cycle.

        Transcriptome analysis of Δmig1Δmig2 mutant reveals their roles in methanol catabolism, peroxisome biogenesis and autophagy in methylotrophic yeast Pichia pastoris

        Two catabolite repressor genes (MIG1 and MIG2) were previously identified in Pichia pastoris, and the derepression of alcohol oxidase (AOX) expression was realized in Δmig1 or Δmig1Δmig2 mutants grown in glycerol, but not in glucose. In this study, genome-wide RNA-seq analysis of Δmig1Δmig2 and the wild-type strain grown in glycerol revealed that the expression of numerous genes was greatly altered. Nearly 7% (357 genes) of approximately 5276 genes annotated in P. pastoris were significantly upregulated, with at least a two-fold differential expression in Δmig1Δmig2; the genes were mainly related to cell metabolism. Approximately 23% (1197 genes) were significantly downregulated; these were mainly correlated with the physiological characteristics of the cell. The methanol catabolism and peroxisome biogenesis pathways were remarkably enhanced, and the genes AOX1 and AOX2 were upregulated higher than 30-fold, which was consistent with the experimental results of AOX expression. The Mig proteins had a slight effect on autophagy when cells were grown in glycerol. The expression analysis of transcription factors showed that deletion of MIG1 and MIG2 significantly upregulated the binding of an essential transcription activator, Mit1p, with the AOX1 promoter, which suggested that Mig proteins might regulate the AOX1 promoter through the regulation of Mit1p. This work provides a reference for the further exploration of the methanol induction and catabolite repression mechanisms of AOX expression in methylotrophic yeasts.

        Selective and Fast-Response Fluorescent Probes for Hypochlorite and their Application

        It is extremely important to develop selective and sensitive fluorescent probes for the detection of hypochlorite (HClO/ClO?). Herein, two ESIPT-based fluorescent probes (BS1 and BS2) were designed and prepared for the fast determination of HClO. The probes exhibited excellent specificity towards HClO and showed the rapid and huge fluorescent responses. Moreover, the probes BS1 and BS2 could sensitively detect HClO in the range of 0?100??M with the low detection limits of 87 and 106?nM, especially. Besides, the success of practical application in water samples and test strips suggested that the synthetic probes may be effective tools for the detection of hypochlorite in environmental samples.
