        생태시의 교육적 적용과 실천 가능성

        본 논문은 현대 문명에 대한 비판정신을 보여주는 이하석 시의 창작 방법론이 어떻게 전개되고 있으며, 이를 수업 현장에서 활용하여 그의 시가 지향하는 생태학적 관점과 실천적 가치에 대해 전망해보려는 것이다. 이성중심주의의 세계관과 물질문명은 20세기 이후 인류의 삶을 위협하게 되었고, 이러한 위기의식을 바탕으로 생성된 생태학적 사고방식은 전지구적 차원에서 다양하고 실천적인 차원으로 확대되고 있다. 생태시는 현대 자본주의 문명의 징후와 배경 속에서 탄생한 역사적 산물로서 생태학적 대안을 모색하는 동시에 문학의 새로운 기능을 작품 속에서 역동적으로 추구하고 있다. 그런 점에서 생태시의 출발은 먼저 환경에 대한 냉철한 인식에서 출발한다. 이하석의 시들은 현대문명에 대한 관찰과 비판정신을 바탕으로 시적 태도의 다양성을 보여주고 있다는 점에서 교육적 활용도가 높은 텍스트이다. 오늘의 사회 현실에서 타자에 대한 배려와 관용, 평화로운 삶의 지향점을 강조하는 생태시 교육은 적합한 대안이라고 생각한다. 이하석 시에 구현된 생태학적 관심과 기법을 통해 학습자는 시읽기의 즐거움과 함께 생태현실에 대해 다각적으로 토론, 사유할 기회를 가질 것이라고 생각한다. 이 모두는 자연과 인간의 공존과 융화라는 생태학적 사유의 최종 지향점으로 수렴될 것이다. This paper is to expect Lee, Ha-seok’s ecological perspectives and practical value that he pursues by looking at how his poetry’s creative methodology that had criticism of modern civilization is developed, and using it in a class field. Ecological transition is a significant change in the humanities and social theory in the 20th century along with the linguistic transition that took place at an early this century. It has become an important issue to be looking at a global level as it continues the positive changes and spread up not as an ideological dimension but as a practical dimension. As a social historical product based on modern capitalist civilization, ecological poetry internalize the new dynamics of the literacy and social as an aesthetics of the work. In that sense, the start of the ecology starts from an awareness that the environment is polluted. Lee, Ha-seok’s poetry is high in educational utilization as it shows the diversity of attitudes based on sober observation and critical spirit towards the modern civilization. In the social reality of today, ecological education that highlights the consideration and tolerance of others, and orientation of peaceful life is considered a suitable alternative. Through ecological concerns and techniques implemented in Lee, Ha-seok’s poetry learners will have a opportunity to discuss and think about in diverse views with a joy of reading a poetry. All of these will be converged as a jfinal orientation for ecological reasons of nature and human coexistence and harmony.

        동일한 시료에 대한 국내 기관간의 STR 분석결과 비교 : STR 유전자좌 분석법의 표준화 설정을 위하여

        This paper described a collaborative exercise intended to see what kinds of short tandem repeat (STR) loci are used in different DNA typing laboratories in Korea and to compare their results for the demonstration whether uniformity of DNA profiling results from different laboratory could be achieved in Korea Laboratories were asked to test five tissue DNAs using methods routinely used in each laboratory and to report the results to the coordinating laboratory. The exercise demonstrated that each laboratory was using different STR loci for the typing with different STR numbers,2 VNTRS,36 STRs and amelogenin in total, and the direct comparison of the results from all the laboratory for the 18 loci could not be done as only one laboratory submitted typing results. Among 21 loci for which several laboratories submitted typing results, results for 14 loci were the same and results for the other 7 loci were different depending on the participating laboratory. D1S80, F13A01, D16S539, D21S11, D18S51, D3S1744 were the loci with different typing results. Even in the cases where commercial kits were used, the results were not the same depending on the machines used, that is the capillary electrophoresis or the gel based electrophoresis. The reason for the different results, points about the standardization of the methods arid the profiling data were described.

      • 질소 시비량이 트리티케일의 수량및 사료가치에 미치는 영향

        질소 시비가 whole crop silage용 도입 트리티케일의 수량 및 사료가치에 미치는 영향을 검토하여 양질 다수확을 할 수 있는 적정 시비량을 구명하고자 실험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 질소 시비량에 따른 초장은 처리간 유의성이 인정되지 않았다. 2. 청예, 건물수량 및 건물율은 질소 시비량의 증가에 의해 유의하게 md가되었고, 품종간 경향도 일정하였다. 3. 조단백질, 조지방 조회분, NFE 함량은 질소 시비량의 증가에 따라 유의하게 증가되었으나 조섬유 함량은 감소되어 반대의 경향을 보였다. 4. TDN 함량은 질소 시비량의 증가에 따라 유의하게 증가되었고, TDN 수량도 유의하게 증가되었는데 10a당 20㎏ 시비구가 12㎏ 시비구에 비해 평균 100㎏ 이상 높았다. Effects of nitrogen fertilization on the forage yield and feed value of the introduced triticale plants for whole crop silage were studied to determine the nitrogen dosage which could fulfill both of high yield and quality. 1. The heights of triticale plants were not effected by the nitrogen applicstion rates statistically. 2. The increase of nitrogen application rates increased the fresh and dry weight and dry/fresh weight ratio of triticale plants. All varieties showed the same trend. 3. Contents of crude protein, lipid, and ash and NEF in triticale plants were increased with increase of nitrogen fertilization rates. The contents of crude cellulose showed the reverse trend. 4. TDN contents increased with increase of nitrogen rates. TDN yield at 20㎏ N/10a application was 100㎏/ha higher then those at 12㎏ N/10a application.

      • 춘파형 Triticale의 재배특성에 관한 연구

        본시험은 춘파형 Triticale의 재배특성 및 이용성을 규명하기 위하여 대부분 도입품종인 SULIN외 20품종을 공시하여 안성산업대학교 전작실험포에서 실시하였는데 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 청예사료로 이용가능한 파종후 70일과 90일에 우수한 초장을 보인 품종은 PHTSP1/2, PRAG46/2, SZ4/4, UZOR, SULIN, 춘추호밀 등이었다. 2. 파종후 일수에 따른 엽수의 변이는 70일까지는 전품종이 증가하였고 90일에서는 대부분 감소하였으나 PRAG46/2, R71/5 등의 만생종은 계속 증가하였다. 3. 대조구품종인 춘추호밀보다 생체중과 건물중이 파종후 70일과 90일에서 우수한 성적을 보인 품종은 5개 정도 되었다. 4. 본시험에 공시된 품종의 출수기 차는 10일정도 였으며 대조품종인 춘추호밀은 중간정도에 속하였다. 5. 숙기가 춘추호밀보다 따르면서 종실중이 높고 생체중과 건물중이 높은 품종이 선발되어 이들은 교배모본으로 유용할 수 있게 되었다. The growth characteristics of various spring triticale varieties and their usability for feed was determined in Korea. Field experiment was conducted using twenty one varieties, most of which were introduced-ones including Chunchuhomil, as a control variety in the experimental field of Ansong National University at 1995. 1. The plant height 70 and 90 days after sowing, which is the critical growth characteristics as used for green fodder, was high in five varieties such as PHTSP1/2, PRAG46/2, SZ4/4, UZOR, and SULIN 2. The leaf number of most varieties increased upto 70 days after sowing and then decreased at 90 days after sowing, while the late maturing varieties such as PRAG46/2, and 71/5 showed continuous increase up to 90 days after sowing. 3. Five varieties such as S50RI, PHTSP1/2, GABO, R70/2, and R-3 showed hight fresh and dry weight at 90 days after sowing them Chunchuhomil.

      • FMS에서 그룹형성에 의한 그룹내 가공부품투입순서/그룹간 가공순서결정 모델

        This study aims to develp an algorithm to connect group formation problem with part releasing sequence in groups and group precessing sequence among groups under the hierachical operation structure in flexible manufacturing systems(FMS). For group formation, rank order clustering(ROC) algorithm is used and this algorithm is programmed by using the macro functions of QUATTRO, one of the spreadsheet packages. The part releasing sequence in groups and group processing sequence among groups are solved by the heuristic approach and 0-1 integer programming using Hanuning distance. As a case study, the effectiveness of the proposed FMS operation procedure is shown through numerical examples.

      • 토끼에서 enrofloxacin과 enrofloxacin acetate의 比較藥物動態學

        This study was designed to examine the in vitro antibacterial activities and pharmacokinetics of enrofloxacin acetate (ENFXA) and enrofloxacin (ENFX). Two enrofloxacins had wide spectrum antibacterial activities against Gram positive and negative bacteria, and mycoplasma, showing potent antibacterial activities with low MICs (0.05-3.33 ㎍/㎖ for Gram positives, 0.002 ㎍/㎖ for Gram negatives and 0.02 ㎍/㎖ for mycoplasma). In order to investigate the profiles of two formulations of enrofloxacin we studied comparative pharmacokinetics of them in rabbits. Five rabbits were given 5 ㎎/㎏ body weight of each enrofloxacin formulation intravenously (i.v.) and orally (p.o.) in a cross-over study. Pharmacokinetic parameters of both formulations were calculated by the use of PCNONLIN, a computer program. Their bioavailibility in rabbits, the means of the area under the curve (AUC). After oral administration of each formulation in rabbits, the mean elimination half-lives (t_1/2,ke) were 3.25h (ENFX) and 4.32 h (ENFXA), and mean AUC 4.27 ㎍·h/㎖ (ENFX) and 6.21 ㎍·h/㎖ (ENFXA). Both enrofloxacin formulations seemed to have good tissue distribution and penetration as indicated by large volume of distribution: 4.76 1/㎏ for ENFX and 7.23 1/㎏ for ENFXA. With the results obtained in this study, ENFXA could be used in place of ENFX in rabbits.

      • Fosfomycin의 항균효과 및 capillary electrophoresis에 의한 측정법에 관한 연구

        Fosfomycin, a low molecular antibiotic, is to be easily synthesized, therefore to be possibly used in veterinary sectors due to econimic reasons. In this study, we determined the antibacterial activities of fosfomycin against some domestic animal-origin pathogens, and its combined effects with some important antibacterials available. We also compared detection methods of fosfomycin from various measuring instruments. The results obtained through this experiment were as follows: 1. Antibacterial activities of fosfomycin against the pathogens used in this experiment were appeared fairly low. We found the antobacterial activities depanded on the kinds of media and the addition of some material thereins, which suggests the importance of appropriate medium so as to judge the antibacterial activity of fosfomycin. 2. Fosfomycin showed varying antibacterial effects in combination with other antibacterials, which should be taken into consideration when combining other antobacterials especially in the clinical settings. Of the combined antivacterials, fosfomycin had synergistic effects in combination with amoxicillin but antagonistic effects with oxytetracyline. 3. Conventional detection methods using HPLC, GC and spectrophotometer were not appropriate to measure fosfomycin. Capillary electrophoresis by the way of the indirect ultraviolet detection method was good enough to detect fosfomycin in the range of expected concentration in tissues, with the limit of quantitation (LOQ) of 1.25 ㎍/㎖. We recommend the eletrophoresis method could be used to detect fosfomycin, thereby being able to set the optimal dosage for animals and providing the measures in relation with the residual concentration in the meat.
