Ribosomal DNA의 ITS영역 염기서열 분석에 의한 기주특이적 독소 생성 Alternaria spp.의 계통분류학적 유연관계

기주특이적 독소 생성 Alternaria spp.와 비병원성 A. alternata의 계통분류학적 유연관계를 규명하기 위하여 기주특이적 독소 생성 Alternaria 6균, 비병원성인 A. alternata 그리고 비교균으로서 소형포자를 형성하는 A. brassicicola, 대형포자를 형성하는 A. solani의 ribosmal DNA의 5.8S를 포함한 ITS영역의 염기 서열을 분석하였던 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Alternaria spp.의 rDNA ITS영역의 염기서열 크기는 548∼562bp였으며 5.8S rDNA에서는 비교종간에 서로 일치하였고 ITS I에서는 종간 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다. 2. 기주특이적 독소 생성 Alternaria spp.의 rDNA의 ITS영역의 염기서열은 비병원성인 A. alternata의 염기서열과는 서로 일치하였으나 A. brassicicola와는 3%, A. solani와는 7%의 염기서열 차를 보였다. 3. 기주특이적 독소 생성 Alternaria spp.는 비병원성 A. alternata와 진화적으로 매우 가까운 유연관계를 나타내었다. The regions of internal transcribed spacer(ITS) including 5.8S ribosomal DNA(rDXA) from six host-specific toxin(HST) producing Alternaria spp. nonpathogenic A. alternata. A. solani and A. brassicicola were sequenced to assess their relationship in taxonomy. There was no difference in the sequences of ITS including 5.8S rDNA among the HST-producing Alternaria spp. and nonpathogenic A. alternata. However, the sequences of HST-producing Alternaria spp. were different from those of A. solani and A. brassicicola by about 7% and 3%, respectively. These results suggest that HST-producing Alternaria spp. are evolutionarily very close to non pathogenic A. alternata although they have host-specific pathogenecity.

Metarrhizium anisopliae(Metschn.) Sorok이 생산하는 Biopolymer YU-122의 생산과 그 특성

토양으로부터 분리한 Metarrhizium anisopliae (Metschn.) Sorok이 생산하는 biopolymer를 정제하여 분석하고, 그의 생산조건을 검토하였다. 탄소원으로 mannitol, 질소원으로는 polypepton을 사용했을 때 가장 많은 biopolymer를 생산하였고 K_2HPO_4 및 CaCl_2를 첨가함으로서 생산량이 더욱 증가하였다. 또한 이 biopolymer를 정제하여 그 분자량과 구성성분을 검토한 결과 Metarrhizium anisopliae(Metschn.) Sorok이 생산하는 Biopolymer YU-122는 분자량이 1.7×10 exp (6)이고, C, H의 구성비가 1:2이며 미량의 N이 검출되었으나, 주 구성성분은 glucose와 galactose의 환원당으로 이루어져있는 전혀 새로운 biopolymer인 것으로 나타났다. To produce biopolymer, Metarrhizium anisopliae (Metschn.) Sorok was cultured in a medium containing glucose 1.0%, sucrose 2.0%, soluble starch 1.0%, yeast extract 0.5%, polypeptone 0.5%, K_2HPO_4 0.1%, MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.02%. The culture broth was centrifuged and the polymer was harvested by adding methanol to the culture supernatant. When three times of methanol was added, the polymer was coagulated and precipitated. Then it was further purifued through successive SK-1B, SA-20P, HP-20 column chromatographies. This polymer was designated as Biopolymer YU-122. C:H ratio of this Biopolymer YU-122 was 1:2 and small amount of N is detected by CHN analyzer. Glucose and galactose are main components of this polymer. Average molecular weight of this biopolymer was 1.7×10 exp (6) by Sepharose 4B gel permeation chromatography. Optimal condition for biopolymer production was investigated. When 5% of mannitol was used as a carbon source, and polypepton as a N source, highest productivity of biopolymer was achieved. C/N ratio as nutrient was also a major factor in polymer production and its optimal ratio was 3.

토양에서 클로르피리포스의 동력학적 거동

We have investigated physicochemical characteristics and behavior of chlorpyrifos(CPF) in the agricultural soil, soil + dry waste food(DWF) and soil +manure. Experiments were accomplished biological degradation of samples loaded with chlorpyrifos in incubator at 27℃ during 30days in laboratory. In this study, Sample containing soil + manure has shown to be better biological degradation than sample of soil + DWF. The kinetics of chlorpyrifos oxidation catalyzed by agricultural soil, soil + DWF, and soil + manure can be described by Henri-Michaelis-Menten equation, V=(Vmax)/( Km+ C), where Vmax is the maximum velocity and Km the concentration of the substrate(C) corresponding to an initial(V) half of Vmax. The value of Vmax and km is 0.0588㎍CPF/g.soil.hr and 7.3529㎍CPF/g.soil in agricultural soil, 0.0601㎍CPF/g.soil∙hr and 4.4117㎍CPF/g.soil in the soil loaded DWF and 0.0890㎍CPF/g.soil∙hr and 4.2818㎍CPF/g.soil in the soil added manure. Therefore the order of Vmax. were Manure> DWF> Agricultural soil.

애니메이션광고의 유형별 사례분석 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze of the Animation AD effects in advertising field. This paper shows that Animation AD appear to the present conditions in Korea. And to investigate relationship Animation and Advertising . The frame of analyzing in this study have five Animation AD type. For each type of Animation AD; Cell Animation AD, Stop motion Animation AD, Drawing Animation AD, Synthesied Animation AD, and Computer Animation AD. This paper presents some useful guidelines in strategic and manufacture techniques in advertising field. Concurrently, the perspectives of this study should be a practical approach for application of actual manufacture technique. The implication of this study is a starting point for the deeper understanding of the Animation AD effects in advertising field.

청소년자원봉사자의 효율적인 관리방안에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the volunteer activities of the youth. Todays society has an increasing demand and necessity for voluntary service, youth volunteer activities which have become a major social educational issue. These activities were expected to contribute to increase of public benefits and rebuilding of community as well as ego-realization and promotion of social mind of the youth. Thus in order to activate the youth volunteer activities, it is necessary to understanding, education and evaluation of youth volunteer activities.

심한 저칼륨혈증을 동반한 갑상선 중독성 주기성 마비 2례

Thyrotoxic periodic paralysis occurs primarily in Orientals with an overwhelming male preponderance and a higher association of specific HLA antigens. Clinical manifestations include onset after high carbohydrate ingestion or heavy exertion with progressive symmetric weakness leading to flaccid paralysis of the extremities and other muscle groups, lasting several hours. Other precipitating facters include trauma, infection, administration of epinephrine, thyroid hormone, or corticosteroid. If hypokalemia is present, potassium administration may help abort the attack. Although propranolol can be efficacious in preventing further episodes, the only definitive treatment is euthyroid state. The pathophysiology is still controversal, but reflects altered potassium and calcium dynamics as well as certain morphologic characteristics within the muscle unit itself. We discribed two patients with thyrotoxic periodic paralysis who had a no familial history of paralysis and had a decreased level of serum potassium during attack.

The purpose of this study is to review of the Post-Modernism impact in advertising. This paper shows that Post-Modernism appear to the background in advertising field. In doing so, the differences of the Post-Modernism Advertising and traditional advertising poing out. The frame of analizing in this study have two perspectives. One is the formalistic perspective in Post-Moderism Advertising. The other is the symbolic perspective in Post-Modernism Advertising. The former have six sub-type in advertising. The letter have five sub-type in the field. This paper presents some useful guidelines in strategic and manufacture techniques in the advertising field. Concurrently, the perspectives of this study should be a practical approach for application of actual manufacture technique.

Supra Pubic Catheter를 施行한 腦卒中 患者 1例에 對한 證例報告

According to the literary study on catheterization of bladder in one case of patient with C.V.A. who was treated by supra pubic catheterization, the results were as follows. 1. If not immediately treat ischuria, emergency disease, very great danger to life can happen by loss of kidney function. So we must treat ischuria instantly by consideration of treatment from the factor. 2. Catheterization of bladder generally acted in emergency room, is emergency treatment only in the lower part of urethral obstruction. 3. Catheterization of bladder was put on record in Son Saimiao's Qianjinyaofang, which is the first book on it. It had been developed by Luo Qianyi, Zhang Jiepin, and Wang Dao. 4. Ancient times, an urethral catheter was made of green onion leaf, pig bladder, goose feather and so on. 5. Nelaton is catheterization of bladder in functional or momentary ischuria. Indwelling catheterization is treatment keeping in urethral canal for a long time. 6. Supra pubic catheterization is a surgical operating catheterization when urethral catheterization is impossible, is very easy and can decrease risk of infection. 7. After catheterization, for decreasing risk of the infection, a complication of catheterization, it is must be taken precedence, ascetic treatment, constantly management and sterilization, anti-biotic medication. 8. At times, increasing patient of emergency disease, as C.V.A etc., the needing of catheterization of bladder is increasing also for preventing infection and bed sore by ischuria and incontinence of urine. Therefore a specialty knowledge and skill about it is necessary.

휴리스틱 체계적 모델을 통한 관광행동의 이해

This paper aims to introduce the heuristic systematic mode and propose some implications that should be actively utilized in understanding tourist behavior. Heuristic systematic model is a theory that drawing conclusions through an intuitive way of thinking , rather than in the absence of a clear clue status on the basis of reasonable thinking. In everyday situations, we have many cases that the decision through an intuitive way of thinking than rational thinking through a decision . Tourist behavior in many cases decisions through intuitive thinking like this. But look came ahead of the leading tourism research through action research to understand the rational way of thinking is understood to consist of continuous action by the irrational mindset is not carried. In other words, in order to understand the irrational behavior by thinking in understanding the tourism action it should be to understand the heuristic systematic model prior , and should use them actively to understand the tourism behavior.

비교광고의 효과성에 관한 연구

This study examined the effectiveness of comparative advertising. In the purpose of providing the various useful information more than any other forms of advertising for many consumer, comparative advertising has made great progress. Today, in Korea, The comparative advertising has been increased and made so many social issues. Previous research has supported that direct comparative advertising is more effective in low-share brand than indirect comparative advertising or noncomparative advertising. Also, Previous research on the persuasive impact of comparative advertising has produced inconsistent results and the effects of comparative advertising having been discussed in both positive and negative aspect. Since research on comparative advertising is still rather young, any recommendation which are made to management ought to be treated as tentative guidelines rather than as definitive statements of message strategy.
