현대는 「디자인시대」라고 일컫고 있듯이 디자인은 오늘날 상품의 표상으로서 뿐만 아니라 마케팅 수단으로서 매우 중요시 되고 있다. 앞으로 다가올 새로운 세기의 특징은 일명 「문화의 세기」가 될 것 이라고도 한다. 이러한 문화상품의 경쟁력은 디자인이 좌우할 것이다. 디자인(design)을 의장이라 번역 하고 자유경제체제에서는 이를 합법적으로 기업의 독점을 허여하는 제도가 의장제도이다. 디자인을 법적으로 관념화 하여 산업재산권으로 인정하고 이에 대하여 독점배타적 권리를 부여하여 보호하는 것이 의장법이다. 의장의 성립요건 내지 구성요건에 관하여 의장법 제2조 제1호를 중심으로 물품성·형태성·시각성·심미성의 네가지 요건으로 분석, 고찰하여 보았다. 이 네가지 요건은 각자 독립성을 지니고 있지만 상호간 연관되어 하나의 의장이 성립된다. 이 네가지 요건을 상호연관시켜서 해석하고 고찰하여야 할 것인데, 그렇게 하려면 보다 깊이 있는 미학적 지식이 바탕이 되어 탐구되어야 마땅할 것이다. 새로운 21세기의 전환기를 맞이하면서 의장제도도 변화의 모습을 보일 것이란 생각이 든다. 현대는 「디자인 시대」라고 하기도 하고, 새로운 세기는 문화의 세기가 될 것이라고 말하기도 한다. 더욱이 사이버마켓(cyber market)이 등장한면서 전자상거래(electronic commerce)시대가 도래하면 상거래의 주체도 공급자 중심에서 수요자 중심으로 무게중심이 이동할 것이다. Background : This study was performed to know the effect of mulching materials on the growth and root characteristics of Platycodin grandiflorum Ridix. Methods and Results : Platycodin grandiflorum Ridix was treated by with biodegradable film, rice husks, and sawdust, non-mulching (hand weeding). To measure the fresh weight and length, thickness and the number of fine root of the Platycodin grandiflorum Ridix roots harvested in October. Root length appeared in the biodegradable film and sawdust were 27.5 and 26.7㎝ longest, rice husks was the shortest 22.0㎝. Diameter at the thickest showed 30.9 ㎜ in biodegradable film, the following phrase appeared sawdust and rice husks application. The number of fine-root was investigated in biodegradable film most piece 36.0. Fresh weight, which is directly related to yield were biodegradable film to 130 g the highest in the number of fine-root and the longest root length. Systemic sclerosis as a connective tissue disease could affect all internal organs of the body and could also manifest as a cutaneous lesion. Cardiac involvement leading to cardiac manifestations in systemic sclerosis patients is not rare. However, cardiac amyloidosis combined with systemic sclerosis is extremely rare. Although there were no definite treatment options in this case, symptomatic treatment is the cornerstone of the management plan. In this case report, we described a correct diagnosis and symptomatic medical care of early reactive cardiac amyloidosis with systemic sclerosis and summarize the current state of the relevant literature. This paper examines how firm productivity reflects different FDI patterns among Korean multinational firms. Using the fact that there exist several countries with income-levels higher than Korea, we build a model in which heterogeneous firms in a low-income country decide on the optimal entry modes for serving high-income countries. By allowing firms to use subsidiaries, not only to serve the local market, but also export to other countries, our model shows that a firm's entry decision depends on its own productivity level and transportation costs between countries. Using Korean firm- and plant-level data, we categorize firms by their entry modes and use the logit model to link firms' entry modes with their productivity and transportation costs. Our empirical results are consistent with theoretical implications. We show that more productive firms engage in outward FDI in countries that incur high transportation costs from home. Among FDI firms, we find that under high transportation costs between foreign countries, more productive firms only engage in local sales, while firms with high productivity levels conduct local sales and export sales to third countries if transportation costs are low between foreign countries.
The purpose of this work was to study the effects of electron beam irradiation on development and reproduction and evaluate the DNA damage in Plutella xylostella. Adults and pupae of P. xylostella were irradiated with 30, 50 and 100 Gy electron beam. Hatchability and fecundity of adults declined as increased irradiation doses. When pupae were irradiated with 100 Gy, fecundity of emerged adults significantly decreased and no eggs hatched. However, the adults longevity and emergence of pupae did not change. Assessment of DNA damage in cells obtained from adults and pupae of P. xylostella was carried out using single-cell electrophoresis (comet assay). Electron beam-radiated adults and pupae showed that tail length and percentage of DNA damage at all the doses were significantly larger than the control batch. Our results suggest that electron beam induces sterility through the DNA damage and this technique could contribute to analytical identification of an effective disinfestation and quarantine treatment.
Background : This study was performed to know the effect of organic fertilizers on the growth and root characteristics of Platycodin grandiflorum Ridix. Methods and Results : As basal fertilizer were treated before transplanting Platycodin grandiflorum Ridix with chemical fertilizer(Super21, 21-17-17, Namhae Chemical), mixed organic fertilizer, bacterial cultures and fermented oil cake, manure in each trial of nitrogen based on 3 ㎏/10a criteria. To measure the fresh weight and length, thickness and the number of fine root of the Platycodin grandiflorum Ridix roots harvested in October. Root length appeared in the mixed organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer were 25.3 and 24.0 ㎝ longest, oil cake was the shortest 15.3㎝. Diameter at the thickest showed 26.6 ㎜ in chemical fertilizer, the following phrase appeared bacterial cultures and mixed organic fertilizer application. The number of fine-root was investigated in mixed organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer most pieces 20.0 and 17.0. Fresh weight, which is directly related to yield were mixed organic fertilizer to 55.7 g the highest in the number of fine-root and the longest root length. Conclusion : For the increasing the yield that Pharmacological effect, organic fertilizer is effective to increase the number of fine-root high which high contented with saponins.
