그림책은 언어와 그림이라는 두 가지 서로 다른 매체가 결합하여 의미를 전달하는 독특한 의사소통의 수단이자 글과 그림이 어우러진 새로운 예술형식이다. 또한 그림책은 어린이가 접하는 최초의 책으로 오늘날 많은 어린이에게 보편화된 교육매체이다. 따라서 본 논문은 어린이와 그림책을 교육 인간학적 관점에서 체계적으로 이해하고, 그림책을 통해 어린이 존재의 사고 특징을 고찰하고자 하였으며, 이에 근거하여 어린이 그림책의 교육인간학적 의의를 탐색하고자 하였다. 그림책에 반영된 어린이 사고의 특징을 살펴보면, 어린이는 물활론적 사고, 환상적 사고, 모험적 사고를 하는 존재로서, 어린이의 다양한 사고는 유기적 결합에 의해 상호연관을 가지며 발달해감을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 어린이 그림책의 교육인간학적 의의를 제시하면, 우선 어린이 그림책은 어린이에 대한 깊은 이해가 가능하게 하였으며, 어린이에게 풍부한 경험을 제공한다. 또한 어린이 그림책은 어린이의 관계형성에 기여하며, 어린이의 주체적인 자아형성의 토대를 마련해 준다. Picture books are a unique communicative tool and a new kind of art in which letters and pictures are combined. Picture books are also a popularized educational medium in teaching children how to read. Therefore, the picture book is, for children, a literary, artistic, and educational resource. This study explores the strategies of how picture books can be used for children`s education by understanding the essential characters of picture books and the relationship between children and picture books. The study finds that children engage in animistic, fantastic and adventurous thinking. Through analyzing the characteristics of children`s thinking reflected in children`s books, the study finds these three characteristics are interwoven and children`s thinking develops in this interwoven relationship. The educational-anthropological significance of children`s picture books is as follows: Firstly, picture books enable educators to understand children and to show a concrete direction of children`s education. Secondly, picture books provide an aesthetic experience to make children aware of beauty. They also serve as a foundation for children`s relationships and shape each child`s independent self. The author suggests this is the educational task of the picture books. In order to promote the authentic education of children through picture books, it is crucial to recognize the educational importance of the picture book. It is also necessary to foster an environment that is conducive for children to read picture books and to encourage self-motivated reading. It is necessary to study various aspects of children`s picture books in order to produce good quality picture books.

Background: Mutation of Gs protein subunit (gsp oncogene), detected in about 30∼40% of growth hormone (GH)-secreting pituitary tumors, is associated with an increased long-acting somatostatin analog octreotide sensitivity. However, the mRNA expression of somatostatin receptor (sst) was not changed in the GH-secreting pituitary tumor, regardless of whether they were gsp oncogene positive or negative. This suggests that the expression of genes coding for G_i2α, Pit-1 and the other factors involved in the regulation of secretory activity in somatotrophs is likely to be altered in gsp oncogene positive tumors. We observed the impact of the gsp oncogene on the expression of the genes coding for Gi2, Pit-1 and sst (2&5) in GH-secreting pituitary tumors. Methods: The GH response to octreotide was examined in 13 acromegalic patients before transsphenoidal adenomectomy. Genomic DNA and RNA were extracted from fresh frozen tumor tissues. PCR was performed to amplify and sequence the region between codon 184 and 251 that includes exons 8 and 9 of the Gs gene. Sst2, sst5, G_i2α and Pit-1 mRNA levels were measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. Results: Sst2 and sst5 mRNA transcripts were detected in all tumors (7 gsp +, 6 gsp-). The amount of sst transcripts varied considerably varied between the tumors. There were no significant differences in sex, age, tumor size, grade or basal GH levels. Pit-1 and sst2 mRNA levels were not different. In contrast, G_i2 mRNA levels were significantly higher in gsp (+) while sst5 mRNA levels were higher in gsp (-). Conclusion: These data suggests that gsp oncogene may increase Gi2α levels but decrease sst5 mRNA levels. However, Pit-1 and sst2 mRNA expression may not be affected by gsp oncogene. The increased expression of the G_i2α gene might be an inhibitory compensatory response to the action of gsp oncogene

본 논문에서는 전화선을 통해 사랑이 발성한 음성을 저장, 학습하여 사용자가 다시 그 내용을 발성할 경우 자동적으로 이를 인식하는 시스템을 설계, 구현한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템은 신경 회로망과 동적 시간 정합법을 이용하는 하이브리드 형태의 시스템으로, 특징 파라미터로는 필터 뱅크 계수를 사용하였으며 필터 뱅크 계수의 차원수를 줄여 처리 속도를 빠르게 하기 위한 방안으로 자기 조직화 지도를 사용하였다. 또한 자기 조직화 지도에 대응하여 동작하는 상부 인식기로는 소규모 고립단어 인식에 적합한 동적 시간 정합법을 채택하였다. In this study, we design and implement the system which learn a speech registered by people through telephone network and recognize it automatically when a user repeats it. What we have done in this study is to make hybrid type system which uses a neural network and a dynamic time warping. We performed a summary end point detection by using Rabiner & Sambur method which was a corrected form, using only log energy, as end point detection of a speech. We used filler bank coefficient as a feature parameter and self organization feature map to make its proceeding fast by decreasing filter bank coefficient. We took a dynamic time warping which was proper for recognizing small isolated words as an upper recognition system which is against self organization feature map.

This paper introduces a development of an electrical stimulator for auditory stimulation. The electrical stimulator is useful in neurotological diagnosis, audiological evaluation, candidate selection for cochlear implantation, optimal device selection and decision making of MAP strategy for severe-to-profound hearing impaired persons. The development was based on sound parameters of auditory brainstem responses and auditory electrophysiological characteristic such as effective firing of auditory nerve and recording evoked potentials during refractory period of neuron. Besides pulse parameter could adjustable by programming for more varied electrical stimulation evoked response audiometry. Using the electrical stimulator, electrical square pulse was applied to promontory, and electrically evoked auditory brainstem response and electrically middle latency response were successfully recorded in cats.
공명초음파분광법을 이용한 광컨넥터용 결합소자의 비파괴 검사

본 연구의 목적은 비파괴 평가방법인 공명초음파분광법(RUS)을 사용하여 세라믹제 페롤과 볼렌즈의 결함과 형상오차를 평가하는 것이다. RUS시스템은 스펙트럼에너라이저,파워 엠플리파이어,압전진동자센서와 지지프레임으로 구성되어진다. RUS 시스템에 의한 페롤과 볼렌즈의 비파괴평가를 위해 본 연구에서는 각 시험편에 대한 공진주파수를 측정하였으며,측정된 공진 주파수의 비교분석에 의해 결함의 유 · 무를 판별하였다. 그 결과 페롤의 경우,크랙을 갖는 페롤의 공진주파수 대역이 양품페롤의 공진 주파수 대역보다 고주파대역으로 이동함을 알 수 있었으며,볼렌즈의 경우,시험편 질량이 감소함에 따라 공진주파수 대역이 고주파 대역으로 이동함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 볼렌즈의 공진주파수가 측정되는 대역을 예측할 수 있는 파라메타인 β를 설정하여 그 결과를 고찰하였다. The objective of this paper is to evaluate the defect and shape error of a ceramic ferrule and ball lens by Resonant Ultrasound Spectroscopy(RUS) method. RUS system is consisted of spectrum analyzer, power amplifier, PZT sensor, and support frame. For nondestructive evaluate by using RUS system, first of all, we measured the natural frequency of each specimen, and we decided on the shape and size of flaw by measured natural ferquencies. And then, in the case of ferrule, natural frequency bandwidth of ferrule with crack was higher than acceptable ferrule. As mass of ball lens decreased, natural frequency bandwidth was shifting to high-frequency range. Thus, we discussed on the relationship between β and mass of ball lens, which β is parameter that we can predict measurable natural frequency bandwidth of ball lens.

It has been documented that periodontopathic bacteria are also implicated in endodontic infections. 16S rDNA gene-directed PCR was to examine the prevalence of periodontopathic bacteria including Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans (Aa), Prevotella intermedia (Pi), Prevotella nigrescens (Pn), Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg), Porphyromanas endodontalis (Pe), and Treponema denticola (Td) in the root canals of 36 endodontically infected teeth having apical lesions with or without clinical symptoms like pain, swelling, and fistula. 1. In 36 infected root canals, most frequently detected bacterial species was Pg (61.1%), followed by Td (52.8%) and Pe (38.9%). 2. Of 36 infected root canals, Aa was detected in 6 canals (16.7%) of the teeth, all of which showed clinical symptoms. 3. Of 36 infected root canals, Pi and Pn Were found in 4 (13.9%) and 5 (33.3%), respectively. Notably, prevalence of Pn in the symptomatic teeth was 50.0%. 4. One of black-pigmented anaerobic bacteria (BPB) including Pi, Pn, Pe, and Pg was detected in all of the teeth that showed pain or especially swelling but not fistula. It was, however, found that prevalence of BPB in the asymptomatic teeth or the teeth with fistula was only 40%. 5. Pe and Pg were detected in the teeth regradless of the presence or absence of symptoms. High prevalence of BPB in the symptomatic teeth but low in the asymptomatic teeth suggested that BPB may play an important role in the pathogenesis of periapical lesions.

This study was designed to investigate potential endocrine disrupting effects of several industrial wastewater effluents discharged from cosmetic, plaiting, paint, textile industry using EROD bioassay and E-Screen assay The results of E-screen assay showed that textile industrial wastewater could act as a full agonist and cosmetics and plaiting industrial wastewater could act as a partial agonist On the contrary, the wastewater discharged from paint industry did not show any estrogenic effect Estrogenic activity in the effluents of cosmetic and paint industrial wastewater was lower than that in the influents indicating that the wastewater treatment process minimized the effects of discharges on water quality Despite of these results, it was recognized that wastewater treatment was not always minimize toxic impact In this study, increased estrogenic effect was observed in the effluents of plating and textile wastewater, and EROD activity was increased in the effluents of cosmetic and plating wastewater.

Acute myocardial infarction after a bee sting is a very rare process. Among proposed mechanisms, vasospasm of the coronary artery ㅑs the most probable mechanism. Many mediators are included in the venom of wasps, and those mediators have vasoconstrictive properties and may constrict the coronary artery. Furthemore, those mediators have thrombogenic properties that lead to thrombogenesis in the coronary artery and aggravate myocardial ischemia. Epinephrine, commonly used in the management of anaphylactic shock, may further aggravate myocardial ischemia, We experienced two cases of acute myocardial infarction after a bee sting. In the first case, we could find no underlying abnormalities of the coronary vessel because the patient died during coronary angiography. In the second case, the electrocardiogram showed inferior wall myocardial infarction, but only mild stenosis of the right coronary artery was seen in coronary angiography.
