      • 多次元尺度를 이용한 地域百貨店 포지셔닝 硏究

        The department stores in Korea, which represent the existing distribution industries, face a structural turning point. Especially, such environmental changes seriously threaten the department stores in Kwangju. In addition the big department stores and discount stores in Seoul opened or will open their branch shops in Kwangju, and so the keen competition of local industries is expected. If the big department stores with rich fund and advanced management know-how establish their branch shops in local areas, the status of existing local department stores will lowered as much. Therefore, the local department stores need to analyze and examine all conditions of competitors as well as their own current conditions and levels. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the department stores have been recognized by consumers as a pre-stage for facing the environmental changes, to schematize the consumer's preference for department stores in Kwangju spatially and to connect the properties which compose the image of a department store based on the perceptual position and competitive relations which the consumers recognize for four department stores (Garden, Songwon, Shinsegae and Funny) in Kwangju as research objects, and then to find the strength and weakness of a department store. This study uses PC-MDS program to grasp the competitive relations among department stores and make a positioning map. As a result of examining the matrix data about customers' responses for the degree of similarity of four department stores by each couple with a KYST analysis, Shinsegae and Songwon are superior to Garden and Funny. In addition, in order to interpret the axis (dimension) of scheme from KYST, this study abstracts 12 properties which compose the images of department stores and performs a PROFIT analysis, and furthermore consumers are asked to choose their preferred department stores in three conditions (gift purchase, dress purchase, and A/S and disposal of returned goods) and then this study conducts PREFMAP analysis. The result suggests that the consumers recognize Shinsegae and Songwon as the best department stores. Finally, the results of this study show the perceptual position of four department stores in Kwangju schematically and propose the position of the most ideal department stores, and this study suggests the direction of strategy for positioning of department stores in Kwangju, as a pre-stage to understand how the department stores are recognized by consumers, in order to cope with the environmental changes.

        동일한 시료에 대한 국내 기관간의 STR 분석결과 비교 : STR 유전자좌 분석법의 표준화 설정을 위하여

        This paper described a collaborative exercise intended to see what kinds of short tandem repeat (STR) loci are used in different DNA typing laboratories in Korea and to compare their results for the demonstration whether uniformity of DNA profiling results from different laboratory could be achieved in Korea Laboratories were asked to test five tissue DNAs using methods routinely used in each laboratory and to report the results to the coordinating laboratory. The exercise demonstrated that each laboratory was using different STR loci for the typing with different STR numbers,2 VNTRS,36 STRs and amelogenin in total, and the direct comparison of the results from all the laboratory for the 18 loci could not be done as only one laboratory submitted typing results. Among 21 loci for which several laboratories submitted typing results, results for 14 loci were the same and results for the other 7 loci were different depending on the participating laboratory. D1S80, F13A01, D16S539, D21S11, D18S51, D3S1744 were the loci with different typing results. Even in the cases where commercial kits were used, the results were not the same depending on the machines used, that is the capillary electrophoresis or the gel based electrophoresis. The reason for the different results, points about the standardization of the methods arid the profiling data were described.

      • 분광 앨립소미트리를 이용한 유리기판 위의 박막 분석

        Spectroscopic ellipsometry 은 다양한 물질의 광학적 특징을 연구할 수 있는 강력한 기술이다. 현재 실리콘 웨이퍼 위의 박막 분석에는 그 효율성이 확실히 입증되어 있다. 그러나 현재 산업은 유리 기판위의 박막을 분석하기를 원하고 있다. Ellipsometry로 투명기판을 분석하기 위해서는 후면 반사에의한 비간섭성 효과를 고려해야 한다. 기존의 반사공식을 투명기판의 비간섭성을 고려하여 수정하였다. 투명기판 위의 샘플과 scratch를 낸 같은 샘플을 측정 분석하여 정확성을 확인하였다. 수정된 반사공식을 이용하면 디스플레이와 같은 투명재료를 이용하는 곳에 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대되고 있다. A Spectroscpic ellipsometry is very strong technology to study optical properties of many materials. It has already substantiated a analytic efficiency about thin films above wafers to be made of silicon. However, the current industry needs thin films analyzed on a glass. When we analyze a glass using a ellipsometry, we have to consider a efficiency of incoherence due to reflect at the back side. So then, we slightly altered the original formula. We compared a scratched sample with a sample on the glass, because off getting a exactitude. Our technical development, using the changed formula, is expected the useful utilization in a part of using gIasses such as display.

Dielectric constant and dielectric loss decrease with increasing frequency when temperature is constant, and increase with increasing temperature.

        한국전자제조기업에서의 경쟁전략, 경쟁우선순위의 전략적 적합성에 관한 실증연구

        This study tries to examine the strategic fit of competitive strategies and competitive priorities in domestic electronic firms' manufacturing strategy. The strategic fit is accepted as a major factor in explaining the difference of firms' productivity performances. To set up strategic fit model, the previous research on manufacturing strategy model has been examined thoroughly. Based on proposed model composed of competition environments, core competences(competitive advantage and value chain), competitive strategies and competitive priorities, stepwise multiple regression was used as exploratory method to find significant types of internal strategic fit. The test results show that core competences(especially competitive advantage) have more impacts on competitive strategy than competition environments. In addition, there exist the significant types of strategic fit between competitive strategies and priorities. That is, differentiation strategy takes delivery priority and focusing takes flexibility.

        ‘바람’의 개념에 대한 초등학생들의 인식도와 오개념 유형 분석

        This study is aimed at investigating the patterns of the misconception of 'wind' taught in the science subjects of elementary curriculum and its formation process, correcting them anddeveloping them into right conception. In order to conduct this research, 107 students in urban and 100 students in rural are chosen among 6th grade elementary school students in Jeju province. The earth unit about 'wind' in the elementary science textbook are analyzed, and questions about scientific conception and their misconception are chosen. The followings are the analyzed results through survey. According to the results from students' misconception about the concept of 'wind' throughthe survey, more than 30% of students seem to show the misconception in the 7 questions outof 18 questions. The reasons of the misconceptions were classified into an immature cognitive development, difference in experience of individual, generalization by hasty decision and deduction, difficulty of question, textbook and so on. When urban students and rural students are compared, the urban students have a higherrate of misconception. The reason why students have such a high rate of misconception is that the rural students usually get knowledge through 'their own experience', and the urbanstudents normally get knowledge through 'private academic school, some books and so on.' Itmeans their surroundings have a great impact on their concept formation. When the differences of misconception between both gender about 'wind' are analyzed,female students have a higher rate of misconception. Male students are likely to have moreinterest in science than female students, so they have more chances to do kinds of outdooractivities than them. 본 연구는 초등과학 지구영역의 ‘바람’에 대한 개념 정도와 오개념 유형을 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 제주도내 시지역과 농촌지역 초등학생 207명(남학생 103명, 여학생 104명)을 연구대상으로선정하였다. 검사도구를 개발하기 위하여 초등과학의 ‘바람’과 관련된 단원을 분석하여 과학적 문항과 오개념 문항들을 추출한 다음, 설문 조사를 통하여 그 자료를 통계 분석하였다. 주요 결과를보면, 전체학생에서 50% 이상의 오답율을 갖고 있는 문항은 5개로 나타났으며, 지식출처는 ‘과학시간 때 선생님에게 배워서’가 가장 높게 나타나 학교 교육 환경이 주로 영향을 미치고 있음을 알수 있었다. 또한 남학생 그룹과 여학생 그룹간의 비교에서는 총 18개의 문항 중 3개의 문항에서남학생과 여학생 간에 개념 정도에 있어서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 남학생은 여학생보다 자연환경에 접할 기회가 많고 활동이 많아 ‘바람’에 대한 과학적 개념이 높다고 판단된다. 그리고 도시학생과 농촌학생 간의 비교에서는 도시학생들이 농촌학생들보다 비교적 오답이 더 높게 나타났다. 문항별로 분석해 보면 지식위주의 문항에서는 도시학생이, 자연에서의 경험을 바탕으로 하는 문항에서는 농촌학생들이 높은 과학적 개념을 가졌다. 본 연구에서 ‘바람’에 관한 개념의 대부분이 자연현상에 관한 내용이므로 가시적으로 느끼기에는 어려움이 많고 정의적 속성도 인지될 수 없는 추상적인 것으로 인하여 오답이 높게 나타났다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 일선에서 지도하고 있는 교사들은초등학생들이 갖고 있는 ‘바람’에 관한 오개념의 유형을 잘 파악하여 이를 교정하려는 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다. 이를 위해서 교사는 가급적 가시적인 탐구활동이나 여러 가지 예를 통한 이해,모둠별 학습을 통한 토의, 개념변화를 위한 적절한 갈등 유발 등의 학습을 진행하여 해소시켜 나가야 할 것이다.

        초등 영재학생을 대상으로 한 지층과 화석 관련 STEAM 프로그램이 학업성취도, 창의적 문제해결력 및 과학적 태도에 미치는 효과

        In this study, a geology classroom STEAM(science, technology, engineering, art, and math) program was developed based on a ‘Fossils and strata’ unit of 4th grade science. The purpose of the study was to determine the impact on academic achievement, creative problem solving abilities, and scientific attitude of gifted students. Through the analysis of the ‘Fossils and strata’ unit in the 2009 revised curriculum, a STEAM program was developed. And, a new geology experiment apparatus was invented so that students can easily perform laboratory experiments. Results of the STEAM program in 9 gifted and talented education classes in J Province, Korea. The gifted students increased significantly in academic achievement, creative problem solving abilities, and scientific attitude. The educational implications of a geology classroom STEAM program that has proven effective for gifted students, are discussed.

        PAR model 155 VSM has been installed in order to measure magnetic moments in the range of 10? to 10 ? emu for magnetic field from -18to 18KG at the temperature between 77K and 1050 K by means of the following self-made accessories :coolant system, vacuum system, and liguidN? dewar.       • 이명과 청각민감증을 동반한 편측 고음 급추형 감각신경성 난청의 청각 재활

        In case of the hearing impairment with tinnitus and increased sound sensitivity, it is known that the patients tend to appeal the psychologically oriented social handicap rather than communication disability. The audiologist who is responsible for such patients in aural rehabilitation should pay special attention to the counseling techniques inducting tinnitus retain therapy (TRT), ear protector, noise generator, or specific acoustic training based on dose cooperation and rapport. And then the audiologist should try to lessen their reaction to the tinnitus by using a hearing aid. This therapies tries to focus not a total approach but a treatment to lessen the severity of tinnitus. This paper as a case report that a unilateral sharply slopped sensorineural hearing impaired person with tinnitus and increased sound sensitivity by using four channel digital signal processing (DSP) hearing aid with programming increment at low level (PILL).

        주파수의존형 전자근관장측정기의 개발과 정확도에 관한 연구 : 전압차 자동보정형 VOLTAGE DIFFERENCE COMPENSATING TYPE

        The purpose of this study was to develop an accurate frequency-dependent type apex locator. To compensate the impedence differences of different canal contents, voltage differences were pre-measured and stored for saline, HOsb1/2O_2 and NaOCI. The circuit was adjusted to recognize the different voltages of each solution, thereby the machine could automatically compensate the voltage differences. In the process of this study, the following informations were observed. 1. Most stable apical reading was obtained at 500Hz and 10kHz. 2. There were no differences in accuracy among three different frequency types, sign wave, triangular wave and rectangular wave (p>0.05). 3. Before the compensation of voltage differences, saline, H2O2 and NaOC1 showed different readings at the apex even with the frequency-type (p<0.05). 3. After compensating the voltage difference, the accuracy was enhanced from +0.42 to +0.32 in H2O2 (p<0.05), from -0.34 to -0.12 in NaOC1 (p<0.05).
