This study provides an in-depth comparison of various risk assessment models widely used in modern industry and proposes the most suitable models for offshore wind power risk assessment, focusing on the characteristics and requirements of the offshore wind power industry. The selection of the assessment models is based on various factors, such as the purpose of risk assessment, the stakeholder requirements, and the characteristics of offshore wind power. This study emphasizes the importance of using a combination of different risk assessment models in situations of high uncertainty. Using model-based systems engineering, risk assessment module is designed and implemented with traceability from requirements to detailed functionality. The risk assessment module supports organic conversion between risk assessment models to assess the risks of offshore wind power generation. The functionality and usability of the offshore wind risk assessment module were verified through the evaluation and the field test.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In the tire industry, indoor accelerated life tests as regulations have been performed to ensure tire durability performances instead of outdoor field test. The finite element method has been widely used to minimize real test time and cost, but prediction method for accelerated life test had hardly been made in the past. This study presents a rational methodology to predict the tire’s failure life at the steel belt edge region due to high speed regulation test. Based on the finite element analysis and fatigue characteristic of rubber material, a method to determine exact failure time is proposed. The steady-state rolling analysis by FEM to get strain energy density range(Δ<I>SED)</I> at the steel belt edge region and fatigue test of rubber compound to obtain Δ<I>SED</I>- number of cycle (<I>N<SUB>f</SUB> </I>) curve were used. Pattern shape on the tire is one of the most interested area for the tire designer, because it is important component which is related with a lot of performances and also should arouse customer's interest. Especially, the behaviour of tread pattern block is one of basic reference that estimates wear performance, breaking performance, and cornering performance, etc. To estimate this behaviour of pattern block, block stiffness values have often used in the pattern shape design step. In this study, numerical and analytical approach are introduced and compared to estimate block stiffness of pattern, and we study on the method to apply block stiffness to pattern shape design. And by applying this method to simple pattern block, we investigate the relation between block stiffness and tire stiffness by tread pattern.
사회적기업 예비 창업가의 창업행동에 미치는 영향요인 연구 : 사회적지지, 정부신뢰, 사회적기업 창업의도를 중심으로

본 연구는 사회적기업 예비 창업가가 사회적기업 창업행동을 하는데 있어 사회적지지, 정부신뢰, 사회적기업 창업의도의 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사회적기업 창업 관련 교육 수강자, 사회적기업가 육성사업 참여자 등 사회적기업 창업 관심자를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였고, 단순회기분석을 통해 검증하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적지지의 하부요인 중 정서적지지와 물질적지지는 사회적기업 창업행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정부신뢰의 하부요인 중 일관성, 공정성은 사회적기업 창업행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적기업 창업의도의 하부요인 중 창업의도, 기회발견은 사회적기업 창업행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과로 첫째, 사회적기업 예비 창업자에 대한 교육 및 보육 지원사업 설계 시 창업자에 대한 심리지원이나 사업개발비, 사무공간 등 물질적 지원이 긍정적이다. 팀워크 훈련, 협업 경험 제공 등을 제공하여 조직력에 의한 경쟁력 확보로 생존 가능성을 높임으로써 정책효과를 극대화 할 것이다. 둘째, 정부와 사회적기업간 상호의존을 인정하고 신뢰자본으로 발전할 수 있는 노력이 서로에게 필요할 것이다. 정부가 사회적기업 관련 안정적 행정 전달체계를 구축 할 때 사회적기업 창업행동에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째, 사회적기업 관심자에 교육이나 지원사업 설계시 마인드 제고 프로그램과 함께 아이템 선정, 비즈니스 모델 등 창업에 있어 구체적인 방법론을 제공할 때 사회적기업 창업행동에 긍정적 영항을 미칠 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of social support, government trust, and intention to start a social enterprise on the social enterprise startup behavior of prospective entrepreneurs. To this end, a questionnaire was conducted for those interested in starting a social enterprise, such as those who took education on social enterprise startups and participants in the social entrepreneur fostering project, and verified through simple regression analysis. The result is as follows. First, among the sub-factors of social support, emotional support and material support were found to have a positive effect on social enterprise startup behavior. Second, among the sub-factors of trust in the government, consistency and fairness were found to have a positive effect on social enterprise start-up behavior. Third, among the sub-factors of the social enterprise startup intention, the startup intention and opportunity discovery were found to have a positive effect on the social enterprise startup behavior. As a result of this study, first, when designing education and business incubating support projects for prospective social enterprise founders, psychological support for founders, business development expenses, and material support such as office space are positive. By providing teamwork training and collaboration experience, the policy effect will be maximized by increasing the possibility of survival by securing competitiveness through organizational power. Second, it will be necessary for each other to acknowledge the interdependence between the government and social enterprises and to develop into trustworthy capital. When the government establishes a stable administrative delivery system related to social enterprises, it will have a positive effect on social enterprise start-up behavior. Third, when providing specific methodologies for entrepreneurship such as item selection and business model along with a mind-raising program when designing education or support projects to those interested in social enterprises, it will have a positive impact on social enterprise startup behavior.
