저자등은 인슐린의존형 당뇨병환자에서 임신중에 병발한 당뇨병성 케톤산증을 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. IDDM is an autoimmune disease resulted from beta cell destruction and insulin deficiency, and developed mostly in children and puberty. Ketoaddosis remains one of the most senous complications that can occur in the pregnant diabetic. A 26-year-old woman, gravida 1, para 0, was admitted at 32 weeks gestation because of fever lasted for 6 days. She had been treated with insulin pump during the pregnancy. Blood sugar was well controlled before admission, and the etiology of her ketoacidosis was urinary tract infection and no insulin-intake. DKA was treated with fluids and intravenous insulin. Urinary tract infection was treated with antibiotics, based on culture test. Healthy newbom was later delivered by cesarean section due to fetal distress. We experienced a case of DKA in pregnant woman and report it with a review on literature.

In this paper. we describes the speed control of induction motor by vector control using DSP TMS320F240 that has the remarkable characteristics of motor control. We use a space voltage vector PWM inverter and a PI controller that is stable of transient response characteristics in a speed controller and a current controller of d-axis and q-axis. We try computer simulation about the speed control including clock wise and counter clock wise in induction motor using direct drive system attached the arm on shaft when it works by periodic variation load. So that. we verify the validity of speed control by the experiment.

It is expected that Elderly Long term Care Insurance(ELCI) has an effect on environment of old people's welfare in Korean aging society. In the concrete, ELCI enormously influences on the formation of the whole infrastructure on old people's welfare and brings to a focus on sharing with a country and a local community as well as their family about not only nursing their disease like dementia or palsy but also caring them who need long term, by the principle of social solidarity. The aim of this study is sharing the interest and the comprehension about old people's welfare, examining of the present condition on ELCI, and suggesting some problems and remedies of ELCI for the stable management. Besides, this study examines the system and the characteristics of ELCI that will be carried out from July 1, 2008, and its details were national and public social insurance. Because ELCI is a national policy, however, there must be various preparations to carry out its stable management. To manage stably ELCI, therefore, this study searched for the many-sided financial resources raising, the investigation of a universal service, the construction of its establishments and infrastructure, and the participation of a whole nation based on the public confidence. To manage successful ELCI, first, there must be a constant interest in some countries concerning with ours through dispatch of specialists, second, there must be the construction of the network of both a local establishment and a home and of the system for both the harmonious communication and the information exchange, third, there must be an approachment of both the prevention and the rehabilitation in order not to waste of the cost, and forth, there must be the feedback about its problem.

When fixed-lighting principles and techniques are properly applied, the visibility provided on these public ways can provide economic and social benefits to the public. Fixed lighting of public ways for both vehicles and pedestrians can create a nighttime environment in which people can see comfortably and can quickly and accurately identify objects on the roadway being travelled. Roadway lighting can improve traffic safety, achieve efficient traffic movement and promote the general use of the facility during darkness. This paper describes estimation of horizontal illuminance by actual measurement at main streets in Jejusi. We try to evaluate Jejusi Roadway Lighting Conditions for modeling by computer simulation.

2차원 바코드를 위한 데이터 부호화 알고리즘 설계

In this paper, we propose a new data encoding algorithm for a two-dimensional bar code system. In general, the one-dimensional bar code is just a key which can access detailed information to the host computer database. But the two-dimensional bar code is a new technology which can obtain high density information without access to the host computer database. We implemented the encoding algorithm for Data Matrix bar code which is the most widely used among the many kinds of two-dimensional bar codes in the field of marking using Digital Signal Processor (TMS320C31). The performance of the proposed algorithm is verified by comparing the imprinted symbols on the steel surfaces with the codes which are decoded by a bar code reader.

The goal of educational facility lighting is to provide in a visual environment for both student and instructor that is supportive of the learning processes. Lighting must also be visually comfortable and be responsive to the psychological and emotional needs of learners. This paper presents study on actual illumination environment of college in order to figure out illumination problems. Furthermore, it attempts to suggest an optimum design of Lecture room illumination through computer simulation. We try to attain models of optimum lighting design Lecture room illumination under the illumination plan which is based on illumination maintenance and uniformity ratio that K.S. illumination standard sets.

The possible risks of ELF electromagnetic fields on electric power facilities for the human body, is a growing concern for the society. In recent years, we have had many civil application about electromagnetic fields according to increasing of construction of electric power facilities. This paper describes human body effect by regulation management and the guidelines of human body protection of electromagnetic field. We try to evaluate the effect of electromagnetic fields by actual measurement at electric power facilities in Jeju.

부산지역 산성강우의 특성과 주영향인자 해석에 관한 연구

Acid rain was strongly raised in regional air pollution problems. All of researchs have been focused in plt tendency in a limited area. But, chemical composition data are important because of the control strategy are also necessary to reduce source emission from various air pollution sources. Longtime may be helpful to evaluate acid rain effect to regional area for a long time. We have accumulated acid data from Sep. 1993 to Jan. 2003. In this study, data which was given from Sept., 1993 to 2000 is measured pH and EC, analyzed cations anions by ion chromatography. All of analyzed data were calculated to fit average and standard by SAS package.

증권시장에서 판매원 윤리의식의 결정요인

This research addresses the determinants of salespeople's ethical awareness(SEA) in stock market. The suggested model include several factors such as environmental uncertainty(volatility and diversity), customer orientation, ethical climate and perception of the ethical awareness of supervisor. Some hypotheses that show the relationship between SEA and the factors are suggested. To attain these objective of this research, samples from salespeople were collected. For the analysis of data, reliability test, validity test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and frequency analysis were used with SPSS WIN package. the results show that environmental volatility, customer orientation(3 factor, 1 factor), organization's ethical climate, affect SEA, however, environmental diversity and customer orientation(2 factor, 4 factor) don't work. And, as hypothesized, SEA generally had positive impacts on customer relationship quality(customer's trust and satisfaction).
