        언어,교육 : 한국어에 나타나는 "진실" 표현 어휘의 담화표지 기능 연구

        A Corpus-based Study of the Truth-related Words in Korean Used as Discourse Markers. Kim, Taeho & Jeong, Seon-yeong . 2012. Studies in Cross-cultural studies. This study investigates how the truth-related words in Korean, which were originally noun or adverb with ``truth`` related meaning, can be used as discourse markers with the functions such as ``emphatic marker``, ``attention getter``, or ``hesitation marker``, and it argues that such functions of the discourse markers are the result of grammaticalization process. That is to say that the truth-related words have acquired new functions as discourse markers from their corresponding lexical items as a noun or an adverb through grammaticalization process. In this study, we demonstrate that the truth-related words tend to appear sentence-initially or sentence-medially when they are used as discourse markers. We also show that they are most likely to be used as emphatic marker because of the lexical meaning of the truth-related words. Finally, we state that truth-related words differ from one another in where they appear and what function they are used with.

        If life is a struggle for existence in which the fittest survive, then strength is the ultimate virtue, and weakness the only fault. Goot is that which survives, which wins; but is that which gives way and fails. Men who could think clearly soon perceived what the profoundest minds of every age had known; that in this battle we call life, what we need is not goodness byt strength, not humility but pride, not altruism but resolute intelligence; that equality and democracy are against the grain of selection and survival; that not masses but geniuses are the goal of evolution; that not "justice" but power is the arbiter of all differences and all destinies. -So seemed to Friedrich Nietzsche. That morality, as well as theology, must be reconstructed in terms of the evolution theory; and that the function of life is to about "not the betterment of the majority, who, taken as individuals, are the most worthless types." but "the creation of genius." the development and elevation of superior personalities. Here then were two contradictory valuations of human behavior, two ethical standpoints and criteria: a Herren-Moral and a Herden-Moral-a morality of masters and morality of the held. The former was the accepted standard in classical antiquity, especially among the Romans; even for the ordinary Roman, virtue was Virtus-manhood, courage, enterprise, bravery. But from Asia, and especially from the Jews in the days of their political subjection, came the other standard; subjection breed humility, Helplessness breeds altruism-Which is an appeal for help. Humility is the protective coloration of the will to power.

        포스트모더니즘 복식 칼라에 나타난 해체주의적 경향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate how the Post-modernism social cultural pattern has been reflected in collar of costume. In the classes social, collar in costume is the expressive medium of ideology and status symbol such as Passium of ancian Ezypt and Byzantin collar which is examined religion belif. The conspicuous function of collar can be examed as the ruff collar. which is the expressive medium of self-confidence, but the whisk collar and the flat collar means decline the authorized conspicous function. In the cultural pattern of Post-modernism, collar in costume presents the coexistence of double-sides value such as androgyny, dividinism and eclecticism. For example, the tailored collar or shirt collar in women's suit with delicate materials express the self-confidence, energy and intelligence, and the round collar or the draped collar in men's suit with rough material express the sensibility and liberty. In the deconstructivity through breaking the basis form of the collar; callar can be transformed in to sleeve, cape or hat on occasion. In conclusion, the function of collar changes by the cultural pattern and expresses the spirit.

        F. W. Nietzsche의 「權力에의 意志」에 關한 硏究

        This thesis attempts to elucidate what is the will to power, that is the nature of human's inner power of life, to contrast Nietzsche's theory of value with the previous theories of value, and to confirm that Nietzsche's theory of value is an alternative to the previous theories. In this thesis, the programme of study is the following : firstly Nietzsche's central thought is understood exactly, while Nietzsche's original texts are analyzed minutely. Secondly it is pointed out that the previous thoeries of value have some disadvantages, which had to bring out some ill effects. Finally it is proposed that Nietzsche's theory of value as Revaluation of All Values is to be an alternative. The results of our study in this thesis are as follows : Nietzsche regarded the will to power as a barometer of evaluation. On the basis of the biological principle Nietzsche's philosophy is to build a system of value with the law of power which is the energy of life. It brings out the revaluation of all values as a collapse or destruction of the old value system, which was emphasized in the Christian thought or the rationalistic thought. It breaks down the previous theory of value at a stretch. And it has an immense influences on the modern thought to try to establish a new order of value. Nietzsche's philosophy explains the developmental process of society or history in a dynamical relation of powers. For the most part it bases on the Darwin's theory of organism. Following the Darwinism, the phenomena in society or history are only a representation of power, the Will to Power. If the system of human order is not different from that of animal, all of the moral values mean a relation of value which is decided by the powers. And then, as the social dynamic t\relation like the amount or course of power must be a measure which prescribes the good and evil, Nietzsche tries to explain a morality of masters and a morality of the herd in the biaxial structure of power such as ascending and descending of the Will to Power.

      • 조속기 삼중화 출력모듈 설계에 관한 연구

        This paper presents the design of fault-tolerant governor system. There are a lot of troubles in the system of power plant. Also, they occasionally occur in turbine governor system. Therefore, we consider development of the fault-tolerant governor control system about fault detection, fault containment, fault location, fault recovery and fault masking. To construct to system using TMR(triple modular redundancy), we design digital output module with voter, analog output module with voter and flux summing module. Consequently, we achieved good response from simulation of the proposed output module of TMR governor system. We will apply it to the Gas Turbine No. 3 Unit in Cheju Power Plant.

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of molding time on the early growth of tobacco plant. The results were summarized as follows. In molding treatment, plant height, stem diameter, largest leaf area, and adventitious root were larger twice than once. In molding time treatments, the growing characters of tobacco in compromised mulching were better early than late but those in pit-covered mulching were not different. At interaction of molding time and time, the early growth of tobacco plant was better early and twice molding treatments than late and once molding treatments.

        J. Dewey의 經驗의 再構成에 關한 硏究

        Dewey's experience is not the perception gained by some sensuous intuition but the experience in the sitution that is closely connected with the human life. The experience in situation implies the interactive experience between organism and situation, and it follows that the situation and interaction goes with a matter of doing. The classical empiricists did not acknowledge the recognition that is based on the experience as a true philosophical one. They see that recognition by experience is no more than a certain knowledge with reflectivity and probability. But Dewey enlarged the the conception of experience to a maining of all the doings of our human beings in a certain historical and social circumstances. In Dewey, experience is that of field of life and situation. Experience in situation is not a passive but a dynamic action. Im Dewey's empirical thought, change is emphasised more than permanence, growing is more desirable than stagnation. The final object of the change is progressive improvement of man's actual life. By Dewey's empirical thought, experience is instrument to improve environments. The error committed by the traditional British "experience" was a noncritical attitude that there existed fundmental elements, and it falled in recognizing the necessity of abstract hypotheses and subjective reflection in which essential value lies. Dewey's experience is experience itself, not above nor below or outside. According to his, the world is an organism. So, all the contradictory parts in the world are, in fact, integrated by some process, in which the interaction is leading priciple. His theory of interaction was influenced by Hegelian logic, Darwinian evolutionism, Jamesian behaviorism. To Dewey, experience is considered an instrument to solve the problematic situations which arise when human beings confront with their environment. We thus reach a definition of experience; It is that reconstruction or reorganization which adds to the meaning of experience and which increasses ability to direct the course of subsequent experience.

        J. Dewey 哲學에 있어서의 社會思想에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this article is to draw out the implication of the interaction and transaction for Dewey's general theory of experience. In his various books he mentioned that interaction takes place in the full situation of organism-environment. The basic characteristic of things of Nature is 'interaction'. This is to say that things do not merely act ; they react or interact and in this interaction the onward movement of nature is carried out. To learn to be human is to develop through the give-and-take of communication an effective sense of being an individually distinctive member of a community ; one who understands and appreciates its beliefs, desires and methods, and who contributes to a further conversion of organic powers into human resources and values. But this translation is never finished. The keynote of democracy as a way of life may be expressed, it seems to me, as the necessity for the participation of every mature human being in formation of the values that regulate the living of men together : which is necessary from the standpoint of both the general social walfare and the full development of human beings as individuals. Liberalism has to assume the responsibility for making it clear that intelligence is a social asset and is clothed with a function as public as is its origin, in the concrete, is social cooperation.

      • 組織目標의 構造的 本質

        Organizational goal is one of the most important subjects in organizational theories and practices. But there has still been confusions in the theory of organizational goals. In order to reduce those confusions, I was going to present a macro framework to theory of organizational goal by a normative approach. Organizational goal consists of the ideological and the concrete factual factors. In chapter 2, three major perspectives on the systems theory was investigated for the preliminary analysis of the organizational goal's ideological facet which was planned to be discussed in chapter 4. Chapter 3 was focused on developing the conceptual elements of goals in general and on delving into their structural interrelatedness. The means-ends chain is such a basical concept in this study that its structural hierarchy was intensively analyzed by several conceptual constructs previously developed in section 1 of this chapter. In chapter 4, the structural hierarchy of organizational goals based on the humanistic viewpoint was examined using the conceptual constructs analyzed in the foregone chapters. And normative functions of orgainzational goals to the organizational activities was also studied for the research cooperation with the behavioral approaches. I came to the conclusion that the establishment of the humanistic structure of organizational goals based upon the rational open system perspectives I highly desirable for the development of organization in theories as well as in practices.
