        XML 기반의 교육용 동적적응 하이퍼미디어 시스템 설계

        이 논문에서 설계한 웹 기반 교육용 동적적응 하이퍼미디어 시스템에서는 영역 모델과 사용자 모델을 구조화하기 위해 XML을 기반으로 하는 마크업 언어를 정의하낟. 이러한 마크업 언어는 웹 기반 교육용 적응형 하이퍼미디어 분야에서 자료를 구조화하기 위한 간단한 방법론을 가지고 쉽게 확장될 수 있고 저작될 수 있다. 또한 사용자의 브라우징 행위에 따라 자동적으로 하이퍼텍스트 네트워크를 재구성하는 학습 규칙을 제안하였다. 사용자 각각의 동적 이해 과정을 통해 하이퍼 미디어 콘텐츠를 프리젠테이션 할 수 있는 기능을 포함하고 있다. 사용자 프로필은 사용자 모델 안에 포함되어 있고, 하이퍼미디어 콘텐츠인 영역 지식은 개념 기반의 영역 모델 형태로 설게되었으며, 제안된 학습 규칙에 따라 동적으로 재구조화가 이루어진다. The problems of developing web based adaptive hypermedia for education using XML are discussed in this paper. We define two different markup languages using XML. The one structures the domain model and the another describes the user model. These language can be easily extended and authored, with the result of obtaining a simple methodology for data structuring in the field of web based educational adaptive hypermedia. Also, We have suggested three learning rules that automatically restructures hypertext networks according to their user browsing behavior. The user profile is contained in a user model, while the knowledge about the domain can be represented in the form of a concept based domain model. Accordingly,

        심한 안검하수에 있어서 측두근막과 Tutoplast Dura를 이용한 전두근 현수법

        Patients with a poor or total absence of levator function require correction of their ptosis by a sling procedure. The aim of the procedure is to utilize the action of the frontalis muscle to mechanically raise a droopy eyelid Frontalis suspension procedure using a temporalis fascia or Tutoplast Dura was performed on 36 ptotic eyelids of 23 patients(age range 2-37 years) with a poor or absent levator function. The author used a surgical technique based on a modified Fox`s method. Satisfactory results were achieved in 42 lids according to the criteria of Jordan after an average follow-up of 23 months. No serious complication was seen immediately postoperative and during the follow-up period. Temporalis fascia and Tutoplast Dura appear to be effective and safe alternative sling materials for frontalis suspension surgery.

      • Phanerochaete chrysosporium의 액체 배양 및 Lignin Peroxidase 생산

        This study characterizes the growth of white rot fungi Phanerochaete chrysosporium IFO 31249 and lignin peroxidase(LiP) activity in different submerged culture media. P. chrysosporium was grown in the form of pellet of various sizes from a spore inoculum under shaking liquid culture condition. While the growth of mycelia was higher under the nitrogen-sufficient culture than under the nitrogen-limited culture, ligninase activity was relatively lower. The lignin peroxidase appeared in nitrogen-limited culture and was suppressed by excess nitrogen. High level(40U/l) of lignin peroxidase activity was obtained in the growth medium containing 1.5mM veratryl alcohol, a secondary metabolite of P. chrysosporium. Lignin peroxidase production was not observed under conditions of nitrogen sufficiency or in balanced media, suggesting that control parameters could increase the activity by manipulating the secondary metabolism.

      • 고속철도 건설과 관련하여 지하수위 분포를 이용한 지하수환경 변화 분석

        This study is aimed for estimating change of groundwater environment in relation to constructing Honam express railway in Cheonan-Iksan section. This study was conducted by measuring depth to water and by calculating groundwater level anomaly. Depth to water ranges from 0.03 to 21.1 m and ranges from 0.17 to 227.95 m mean sea level. Distributions of depth to water, of groundwater elevation and of groundwater level anomaly were analyzed to estimate water-level change due to express railway construction. High water-level anomaly section is found in Jangjae(Cheonan)-Daejeon-Iksan section with anomaly index 85.39. High water-level change is anticipated in 22.22-24.19 km, 25.1-25.53 km, 25.53-26.46 km, 26.46-27.77 km, 28.7-29.29 km, 30.18-30.26 km, and 30.26-32.4 km sections from the start of Jangjae(Cheonan).

      • 不織布의 構成條件에 따른 壓縮彈性의 變化에 관한 硏究

        Lately, non-woven fabric is used for materials of industry, and the uses of the fabric are increasing continuously. The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference of compressional properties in various structures of non-woven fabrics and is to research into the effective forming conditions to improve the quality of above fabric. The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1) If non-woven fabric has same packing factor, the works of compression and recovery are increasing proportionally by the increase of thickness. 2) If non-woven fabric has same thickness, compressibility is decreasing proportionally by the increase of packing factor. 3) The compressional properties of non-woven fabric are related deeply to the properties of composed fibres. The good compressional properties are obtained when composed fibre has a good elastic recovery. From the above results, it is recognized that suitable fibre, thickness and packing factor are very important conditions in manufacturing of non-owven fabric.

        수도관의 생물막 형성에 미치는 잔류염소와 파이프 재질의 영향

        This laboratory study examined the impact of free chlorine residual and pipe material on the formation of biofilm in drinking water distribution pipe surfaces. Result of heterotrophic plate counts(HPC) of the biofilm in the tap water- supplied reactor averaged 2.17×105CFU/cm2 on PVC and 2.43×105CFU/cm2 on STS 316, respectively. HPCs on the surface exposed to the tap water containing 0.2mg/L of free chlorinne residual averaged 4.24×104CFU/cm2 on PVC and 6.54×104CFU/cm2 on STS 316, respectively Average of HPC/Total direct counts in the tap water-supplied reactor ranged from 1.08%(PVC) to 1.26%(STS 316) and from 0.38%(PVC) to 0.65%(STS 316) in the reactor supplemented with disinfectant, resfectively. No correlation was observed between disinfectant addition and biofilm density. With regard to the biofilm formation, little difference existed between PVC and STS 316. Yellow and red pigmented bacteria were the dominant expressions in bulk fluid, whereas non-pigmented bacteria were found dominant in the biofilm. Pink/red pigmented bacteria were found to be facultative anaerobic, while yellow pigmented bacteria and non-pigmented bacteria were found to be obligate aerobic.

      • 도시지역 지하수 오염취약성 평가방법의 적용성 연구

        According to favorable water quality, groundwater is used as subsitutive water resources for surfare water. However, groundwater is contaminated more and more due to industrialization and population increase. This study assesses groundwater vulnerability to contaminants in 12 dongs (administrative districe) of Changwon city using with DRASTIC. DRASTIC was originally applied to the situations that contamination sources are on ground surface, and contaminants flow into groundwater with infiltration of rainfall. In addition to DRASTIC factors, groundwater contamination in urban area is also related with overpumping and with lowering of water level. Correlation coefficient between mumimum values of DRASTIC index and unfitness rate to drinking water quality for 10 dongs is low as 0.40. On the contrary, the correlation coefficient between minimum values of DRASTIC index and groundwater discharge rate and that between minimum values of DRASTIC index and well distribution density are 0.70 and 0.87, respectively. Thus, to evaluate the potential of groundwater contamination in urban areas, it is necessary to consider other factors such as groundwater abstraction rate and well density per unit area with ratings and weights as well as existing six DRASTIC factors.

        This study is aimed for estimating hydraulic parameters using the Cooper-Bredhoeft-Papadopulos, the Hvorslev, the Bouwer & Rice analyses of data obtained by the slug test, and for characterizing hydraulic properties at the test holes in relation to drill core data. The study area was divided into four subareas far which the hydraulic characteristics was considered. The relationship among hydraulic parameters obtained by the three slug test analyses was also considered. The difference of hydraulic conductivity estimates between the injection slug test and the withdrawal slug test seems to be caused by the permeable fracture distribution around the test hole and the disturbance of fine materials in the fractures induced by the pressure variation due to slug injection and withdrawal. The hydraulic conductivity estimates calculated by the Cooper-Bredhoeft-Papadopulos, the Hvorslev and the Bouwer & Rice analyses range from 10-8 to 10-5m/sec, and the average ranges from 10-7 to 10-6m/sec.

      • 웹 미디어 시스템을 위한 확률 분포 함수와 사용자 프로파일에 기반 한 동적 적응 모델

        이 논문에서는 웹 미디어(웹 기반의 하이퍼미디어) 시스템에서 이산 확률 분포 함수와 사용자 프로파일 기반의 동적 적응 모델을 제안하였다. 이 모델은 응용 영역을 동적 적응 객체의 가중치 방향성 그래프로 표현하며, 사용자 행위를 이산 확률 함수를 동적으로 구축하는 접근 방식을 이용하여 모델링한다. 제안한 확률적 해석은 웹 미디어 구조에서 사용자의 탐색 행위를 추적하여 사용자 행위에 대한 잠재적 속성을 나타내는데 사용될 수 있다. 이러한 접근 방식은 사용자에게 가장 알맞은 프로파일을 동적으로 할당할 수 있다. In this paper we proposed dynamic adaptive model based on discrete probabilistic distribution functions and user's profile for web media systems(web based hypermedia systems). The model represented that the application domain is modelled using a weighted direct graph and the user's behaviour is modelled using a probabilistic approach that dynamically constructs a discrete probability distribution functions. The Proposed probabilistic interpretation of the web media structure is used to characterize latent properties of the user's behaviour, which can be captured by tracking user's browsing activity. Using that distribution the system attempts to assign the user to the best profile that fits user's expectations.

      • 레슬링선수들의 체중감량에 따른 섭취열량과 신체조성의 변화

        This study was to find out calorie intake and body composition changes in accordance with weight loss of wrestlers. The wrestlers were divided three groups : no weight loss groups, 5∼7% weight loss group and over 7% weight loss group. And they were observed three : before weight loss, at measuring weight and before games. The following are the conclusion of this study: 1.The changes of calorie intake 1) Before weight loss, the percentage of the daily intake to the daily energy expenditure was 57.7% for the no weight loss group, 47.2% for the 5%∼7% weight loss group and 53.7% for the over 7% weight loss group. 2) The calorie intake of each group per meal: the no weight loss group intake 1,118kcal before weight loss, 760.9kcal before weight measurement and 1026.8kcal from after weight measurement to before games, and the 5∼7% weight loss group intake 955.4kcal before weight loss, 483.1kcal before weigh measurement and 880.4kcal from after weight measurement to before games, and the over 7% weight intake 959.3kcal before weight loss, 339.4kcal before weight measurement and 872.7kcal from after weight measurement to before games. 3) The ratios of calorie intake(protein : fat : glucose) : the no weight loss group showed 16.7∼35.1% : 20.8∼23.8% : 44.1∼60%, the 5∼7% weight loss group showed 15.5∼26.6% : 22.2∼23.7% : 50.6∼62.3% and the over 7% weight loss group showed 15.0∼30.2% : 19.6∼27,6% : 50.7∼59 4%. 2.The changes in body composition 1) After weight loss, weight and BMI changes in accordance with weight loss among groups showed meaningful differences in all circumstances : weight, before games versus at measuring weight and before weight loss versus before games.(p≤.001) 2) In the changes of total body water, protein, mineral, fat mass and %fat in accordance with weight loss among groups, when we compared those of before games with those of at measuring weight, we found that the over 7% weight loss group showed a meaningful increase over the no weight loss group.(p≤0.5) 3) In the changes within groups, though we found no meaningful difference, total body water, protein and mineral of before games were less than those of before weight loss, and fat mass and %fat of before games were higher than those of before weight loss. According to the results of this study, the wrestlers lost their weights intensively in three days before games by eating less and when lean body mass was restored, the level was lower than before weight loss. Therefore, these results intake the weakness of exercise capacity, long-term weight loss plan is more helpful than short-term weight loss, and for the enhancement of exercise capacity systematic plan and training of the weigh loss should be done.
