Currently, EMS(Energy Mangement System) database is implemented by relational concept but, It is hard to describe the characteristic of power system data which require real time management and composite type. This paper present the way how to design conceptual schema for EMS database using ovject-oriented concept which is free to decribe composite data type and support inheritance concept.
ILP 프로세서에서 2-단계 데이터 값 예측기의 Aliasing에 대한 효과

To exploit instruction level parallelism(ILP) in ILP processor, it is necessary to overcome the limits of data dependency among instructions. The data value prediction is a method to remove the limitation. In this paper, two-level data value predictor and hybrid data value predictor are studied. And the performance of those schemes are compared and analyzed. Also, the effects of aliasing on PHT(Pattern History Table) are measured and analyzed. As a result of experiment, it is shown that is there ware occurred aliasing of about 88%-98% in two-level and hybrid predictor. But the aliasing's hit ratio is reduced about 50% when XOR was applied on PHT.
철근콘크리트 구조의 고층건물에서 전단벽과 골조의 상호작용에 관한 연구

This research is associated with the theoretical analysis of the interaction of shear wall-frame in high rise concrete buildings. In this research, the lateral deflection of the shear wall is approximated by polynomials with unknown coefficients, which are derived from boundary conditions and by calculating the flexural stiffnesses of shear wall and frame. Theoretical analysis has been carried out by considering the lateral shear distribution on shear wall and frame and the continuity of lateral deformation under the assumption of slab diaphragm action. The results calculated by the approximate methods presented in this research show good agreements with the computed values by stiffness matrix method. The approximate methods evaluate the shear wall-frame interaction satisfactorily and could be used in the preliminary structural design of shear wall-frame concrete buildings.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of absorbable atelocollagen sponge on healing of hard tissue of buccal dehiscence defects in mongrel dogs. The mandibular second and fourth premolars of 12 dogs were extracted. Group 1 and Group 2 consisted of dogs without and with an inserted atelocollagen sponge after extraction with buccal plate preservation ; Group 3 and Group 4 consisted of dogs without and with an inserted atelocollagen sponge after removing two thirds of the buccal wall. At 10 weeks, Group 4 presented a significantly greater increase in the height of the alveolar bone crest than that of Group 3. Histologically, Group 2 and Group 4 showed better new bone formation ability than Groups 1, 3 at 6 weeks after extraction. The new bone formation ability of Group 3 was the poorest at 10 weeks. The results showed that the transplantation of absorbable atelocollagen sponge in the extraction socket can promote new bone formation and compensate marginal ridge reconstruction.

Purpose: This study examined the width of keratinized gingiva and attached gingiva after an apically repositioned flap (APF group), APF combined with free gingival grafts (FGG group), and APF combined with collagen wound dressing (Collatape® group), both clinically and histomorphometrically. Materials and Methods: The right and left maxillary canine areas of eight mongrel dogs were used (16 surgical sites). In the maxilla, the canine areas were used as experimental sites. Three different surgical techniques were performed on the sixteen canine areas(apically repositioned flap; APF group, APF combined with free gingival grafts; FGG group, and APF combined with collagen wound dressing; Collatape® group). After 6 weeks, clinical and histomorphometric evaluation were done. Results: The FGG group showed more attached gingiva and a more favorable physiological appearance than the other groups. However, there was no significant difference in keratinized gingiva and attached gingiva among the three groups. According to the results of the histomorphometric examination, keratinized gingiva were formed in all groups. The FGG group showed thicker epithelium and connective tissue than the APF group. Collatape® group showed thicker connective tissue than the APF group. Conclusion: The clinical and histomorphometric results suggested that APF combined with collagen wound dressing promotes more favorable healing of the keratinized and attached gingiva.
인장을 받는 철근 콘크리트에서 철근과 콘크리트 사이의 상호 거동에 관한 연구

The interation between reinforcement and concrete is one of the important assumptions in reinforced concrete construction. The classical theory assumes that this interation allows for no displacement between concrete and reinforcement. In this study, it is suggested to find out the behavior of ribbed steel and concrete by finite element method and experimental method, when reinforced concrete is tensioned. In finite element method, it's assumed that bondage is consist of three components, chemical adhesion, friction, and interlocking friction. The displacements of arbitrary points can be found with a second degree interpolation between the displacements of 6 nodes. As the result, it is obtained non-linear relation between steel and concrete. The slip depends on the rib factor K. And there is no slip when K is over 0.01.
흰쥐 위내 Mild Irritant 투여로 인한 적응성 세포보호작용과 위점막내 Prostanoid치와의 관계

The term adaptive cytoprotection means the protective effect of the gastric mucosa following oral administration of mild irritants. It was suggested that increases in endogenous Prostaglandins (PGs) might be involved in the cytoprotective effect. However many researchers suggest the other possible mechanisms which are not dependent on the PGs. In this study we studied the possible role of the endogenous PGs and what kind of PGs are involved in the adaptive cytoprotection after oral administration of mild irritants; 15% ethanol, or 0.35N HCI followed by necortizing agents; 90% ethanol, or 0.6N HCI respectively. And we examined the changes of PG contents according to the time sequence after HCI or ethanol. The results were as follows. 1. The gastric lesion scores of 0.35N HCI plus 0.6N HCI treated group were decreased significantly at 30 min, 60 min, (p<0.05), and in 15% ethanol plus 90% ethanol treated group were decreased significantly at 60 min (p<0.001). 2. The PGE_2 contents in the rat mucosa of 0.35N HCI plus 0.6N group was significantly increased compared with 0.6N HCI treated group at 30 min, 60 min, respectively (p<0.01, p<0.005) but no statistical difference at 120 min, and in ethanol treated groups the level of PGE_2 in the tissue 15% ethanol plus 90% ethanol at 60 min (1505.63 ± 358.77 ng/g tissue) (p<0.01) showed significant difference compared with 90% ethanol treated group (1074.43 ± 209.8 ng/g tissue). 3. The TxB_2 contents in the 0.35N HCI plus 0.6N HCI group were significantly increased compared with 0.6N H Cl only group, at 30, 60, 120 min but in case of ethanol administration, the level of TxB_2 in 15% plus 90% ethanol group showed no statistical difference compared with 90% ethanol group. 4 .The 6-keto PGF_(1α) contents were increased in the 15% ethanol plus 90% ethanol significantly at 30 min than 90% ethanol only group. 5. The PGF_2α contents at 30 min, 120 min, 121.67 ± 40.32 (ng/g tissue), 82.00 ± 21.90 (ng/g tissue) in the 0.35N HCI plus 0.6N HCI were significantly increased than those of 0.6N H Cl treated group, 94.71 ± 27.84 (ng/g tissue), 53.38 ± 16.94 (ng/g tissue) (p<0.005, p<0.01). Although the level PGF-(2α) was increased in the 15% ethanol plus 90% ethanol group, the significance was absent compared with those of 90% ethanol only group. In conclusion, the gastric lesion scores of treated with mild irritants group were decreased significantly and the endogrnous PGs were increased significantly.
