Objective : The purpose of this study was to evidence the effect of Dong-Shi Acupuncture by improving degree of forty four patients who have received a Dong-Shi Acupuncture therapy at Dong Eui oriental hospital OPD and chiefly complained for neck pain and related symptoms. Materials and Methods: Forty four patients were diagnosed with physical inspection and radiography, and investigated into the effect of treatment sharing before treatment and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment by Dr. Kim's method. Results and Conclusions: The conclusion of this study was that improving degree of forty four patients who have received a Dong-Shi acupuncture therapy for all items and excellence of the Dong-Shi Acupuncture was evidenced.
STUDY ON MANUAL IMPROVEMENT FOR COOPERATIVE INVESTIGATION OF INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL OFFENSE

세계국가들이 다문화체제로 전환되면서 개방화, 국제화가 급속히 추진되고 4차 산업화의 물결에 따라 인공지능로봇, 첨단 드론장치의 개발 등과 같은 혁신 정보통신 기술이 경제사회 전반에 융합되어 과학 공상이 현실로 다가오며 변혁의 바람을 가져오고 있다. 이에따라 첨단 범죄들이 지능화, 기동화 되고 있으며 국제적 인적 교류협력으로 인터폴공조수사 정보교류 역시 큰 변화를 주고 있다. 각종 신기술을 접목시킨 국제범죄가 국경을 넘나들며 기승을 부 리고 확산되면서 다문화 배경으로 해외로 도피하는 범죄자들도 날로 급상승하고 있다. 이러 한 현실 속에서 인터폴이 국제성 범죄를 저지르고 해외로 도피한 범법자들을 신속하게 검거 송환하기 위해서는 무엇보다 전 세계 인터폴 회원국과 연계를 통한 인터폴 국제공조수사가 큰 역할을 해야한다. 각종 국제범죄를 수사하고 해외로 잠적한 범법자를 송환 수사하는 일은 외교적 기술이 요구되고있다. 이를 위해서는 국가 간에 요구되는 각종 법률적, 제도적, 문화 적 이해를 합류한 업무의 매뉴얼 제도개선이 시급하고 관련 국가의 경찰 및 사법기관과 상 호 협력 새로운 패러다임의 매뉴얼 정립이 요구되는 현실이다. 국제화시대 인터폴 국제공조 수사 업무 매뉴얼을 보안수정 하기 위해 국제학술 인터폴대회 등 다방면의 교류협력을 지속 적으로 추진하고 있지만, 실효성없는 친교행사로 그쳐서는 안 된다. 경찰청 통계에 따르면 필리핀 내 한국인 피살사건 피의자를 검거하는 등 해외에서 우리국민을 대상으로 발생한 각 종 범죄를 다수 해결하였고, ’17년 국외도피사범을 297명이나 국내로 송환하는 등 소기의 성 과를 거두고 있다. 이러한 성과는 한국경찰 인터폴 수사 매뉴얼에 따른 인터폴 경찰관의 실 질적인 국제공조수사 각종 국제범죄 해결과 국외도피사범의 송환이 수행되고 있기 때문이다. 국제범죄를 효율적으로 예방하고 진압하기 위해서는 국내는 물론이고 형사사법 분야에서의 국제적 공조 매뉴얼이 상호보완적으로 재정립되어야한다. 이에 본 연구는 국제적 수사공조 의 현황과 현행 국내 매뉴얼을 조명해보고 국제적 매뉴얼이 상호 보완 정립되고 향상되기를 기대한다. With the switch to multi-cultural systems in international society and the wave of the fourth industrialization, there have been such revolutions as the accelerated opening and globalizing of nations and the convergence of innovative information and communication technologies like development of AI robots and cutting-edge drones into economic fields so that the scientific fiction may be materialized. Accordingly, high-tech crimes have been intellectualized and mechanized to bring about a big change in intelligence exchange for Interpol Joint Investigation by more international exchange and cooperation of human resources. Rampant and expanding international crimes equipped with various new technologies across borders have caused a sharp increase of criminals escaping to multi-cultured foreign countries. In this situation, it is indispensable for Interpol international joint investigation to play a key role through the cooperation among Interpol member states for prompt arrest and repatriation of international criminals who have escaped overseas. Diplomatic techniques are required for repatriation and investigation of international crimes hiding out overseas, for which are needed an urgent improvement of manual system with shared appreciation of diverse laws, structures and cultures of different nations and an establishment of efficient new paradigm manual for collaboration among polices and judicial authorities of concerned nations. There have been continuous exchange and cooperation in many fields among them such as international seminars hosted by Interpol for supplementation and updating of the manual for Interpol International Cooperative Investigation, which have been invalid. The statistics of Korean National Police Agency shows the achievement of expected results that several overseas crimes against Koreans have been solved, including the arrest of suspected murderers of Koreans in the Philippines and the repatriation of 297 criminals on the run overseas in the year of 2016. This outcome is thanks to the practical international joint investigation and repatriation of criminals on the run in foreign countries based on Interpol Investigation Manual adopted by KNP. For an effective prevention and suppression of international crimes, the cooperation manual in criminal field should be reestablished through supplementation and updating not only domestically but also internationally. This study has looked into the current conditions of international joint investigation and the existing Korean manual for international cooperative investigation to realize a improved international manual through supplementation and reestablishment.
Therapeutic responses and prognosis in adult-onset Still's disease.

<P>To date, the treatment of adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD) has been largely empirical; therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the response to therapy and prognostic factors of AOSD. Fifty-four Korean patients with AOSD were enrolled based on Yamaguchi's criteria. We retrospectively analyzed the treatments and prognosis. Thirty-nine patients (72.2%) were female, and the average age at disease onset was 37.3 years. Twenty-nine patients had a monocyclic disease (53.7%), five had a polycyclic (9.3%) and fifteen had a chronic articular disease (27.7%) and five died (9.3%). The elevated ESR and corticosteroids refractoriness were associated with poor prognosis (P = 0.023 and P = 0.009, respectively). The patients that died were older than those survived (49.2 ± 11.8 vs. 42.2 ± 14 year old, P = 0.024). Forty-two patients were treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; however, they also needed corticosteroids and intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG). Among 50 patients treated with high-dose corticosteroids, 21 patients (42%) were resistant to corticosteroids and treated with IVIG or anti-tumor necrosis factor (TNF) agents. Of the 23 patients medicated with IVIG, the prognosis was better in IVIG-responsive patients, indicating a therapeutic effect. Methotrexate was the most commonly used disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (27 patients, 50%), and the corticosteroid requirements were lower in the methotrexate-responsive patients. Approximately half of AOSD patients had a poor prognosis and were corticosteroids resistance. An elevated ESR and non-response to corticosteroids were associated with poor prognosis. Patients who died were older than those survived.</P>
p-Channel Oxide Thin Film Transistors Using Solution-Processed Copper Oxide

<P>Cu<SUB>2</SUB>O thin films were synthesized on Si (100) substrate with thermally grown 200-nm SiO<SUB>2</SUB> by sol–gel spin coating method and postannealing under different oxygen partial pressure (0.04, 0.2, and 0.9 Torr). The morphology of Cu<SUB>2</SUB>O thin films was improved through N<SUB>2</SUB> postannealing before O<SUB>2</SUB> annealing. Under relatively high oxygen partial pressure of 0.9 Torr, the roughness of synthesized films was increased with the formation of CuO phase. Bottom-gated copper oxide (Cu<SUB><I>x</I></SUB>O) thin film transistors (TFTs) were fabricated via conventional photolithography, and the electrical properties of the fabricated TFTs were measured. The resulting Cu<SUB>2</SUB>O TFTs exhibited <I>p</I>-channel operation, and field effect mobility of 0.16 cm<SUP>2</SUP>/(V s) and on-to-off drain current ratio of ∼1 × 10<SUP>2</SUP> were observed in the TFT device annealed at <I>P</I><SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB></SUB> of 0.04 Torr. <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Aiming to optimize SnO<SUB>2</SUB>-NiO nanocomposite sensors for detection of hazardous gases, a series of xSnO<SUB>2</SUB>-(1-x) NiO composite nanowebs with different compositions (x=0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, and 0.9) were synthesized using an electrospinning process. The formation of long and continuous SnO<SUB>2</SUB>-NiO nanowebs was verified. Depending on the composition, xSnO<SUB>2</SUB>-(1-x) NiO composite nanowebs showed either <I>n</I>-type (SnO<SUB>2</SUB>-rich composition) or <I>p</I>-type (NiO-rich composition) gas-sensing behavior. The best sensing performance was obtained for the nanowebs of 0.5SnO<SUB>2</SUB>-0.5NiO. The presence of plenty of <I>p</I>-<I>n</I> heterojunctions along with the high oxygen adsorption property of NiO were the main reasons for the high response to the NO<SUB>2</SUB> and C<SUB>6</SUB>H<SUB>6</SUB> gases at this optimized composition.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> We optimized SnO<SUB>2</SUB>-NiO nanocomposite sensors for detection of hazardous gases. </LI> <LI> Depending on the composition, SnO<SUB>2</SUB>-NiO composite nanowebs showed either <I>n</I>-type or <I>p</I>-type behavior. </LI> <LI> The <I>p</I>-<I>n</I> junctions, NiO with high oxygen adsorption capability, and crystallographic defects generated by possible substitution of Ni<SUP>+2</SUP> in Sn<SUP>+4</SUP> were the main reasons for the efficient sensing. </LI> </UL> </P>
The Development and Performance Analysis of a Ground Control System for an Unmanned Airship

<P>A control system and ground pilots who operate the system are necessary to control an unmanned vehicle. This paper describes a Ground Control System(GCS) of the unmanned airship developed at KARI. The system is capable of mission planning, real-time data processing, remote real-time data analysis, and data storage and extraction. We estimate the performance of the system and verify its reliability using real-time simulation software. The software relies on a priority-based multitasking algorithm. No task has delay time and deadlock with semaphore, all of the ground system works in stable during the test flight.</P>
