沓田輪換沓의 콩 生育 및 水量에 미치는 土壤酸度 補整과 根瘤菌 接種效果

沓田輪換沓에 콩을 栽培할 경우 石灰施用에 의한 酸度補正과 根瘤菌 接種의 효과를 검토한 바, 시험결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 沓田輪換沓 콩재배시 根瘤着生 程度는 1년차에 비하여 3년차 沓田輪換沓에서 높았으며 콩의 生育初期에 비하여 開花期에는 그 차이가 더 컸으며, 품종간에도 根瘤着生에 차이가 인정 되었다. 2. 3년차 沓田輪換沓에서는 有.無限型 共히 石灰 無施用區에서는 根瘤接種 효과가 인정되었으나 石灰施用時는 根瘤接種의 效果가 인정되지 않았다. 3. 石灰施用과 根瘤接種이 콩의 初期生育에는 크게 영향하지 않았고, 開化期에는 이들 형질의 대부분이 石灰施用에 南海콩에 비해 無限型인 Williams 79에서 증가폭이 더 컸다. 4. 成熟期의 收量構成 要素 및 收量性이 石灰施用에 의하여 증가하였는데, 品種別로는 南海콩에서 보다 Williams79에서 더컸다. 또한, 2품종 共히 根瘤接種의 效果는 石灰 施用時에는 없었으나 石灰 無施用時에는 根瘤接種의 效果가 認定되었다. 5. 石灰 및 根瘤接種에 關係없이 1년차 對比 3년차의 沓田輪換沓에서 收量構成 要素 및 收量性이 높아 沓田輪換 栽培의 年次增加에 依해 콩의 生育은 良好해지는 것으로 나타났다. The effects of liming and inoculation of nodule bacteria on the growth and yield of soybeans in the 1st and 3rd year paddy-upland rotated paddy fields was investigated. Compared with the 1st rotated field, the degree of nodulation was much higher in the 3rd rotated one with greater difference at flowering stage than at the early stage of soybean growth. At the same time, greater difference in the degree of nodulation was also recognized between soybean varieties. In the 3rd year rotated field, a great deal of nodulation effect was recognized in the no-limed field but not in the limed one. The growth of soybean was not much affected by liming and nodulation at early stage but it was much increased by liming at flowering stage, especially in Williams 79, indeterminate type variety. Most of yield components and yield of soybean at maturity was much increased by liming with greater in Williams 79 than in Namhaekong. Nodulation effect on the yield components and yield was great in the no-limed filed but not in the limed one for both varieties. The yield and yield components of soybean, without no relation with liming and nodulation, was much great in the 3rd year rotated paddy fields than in the 1st year one, which was inferred that the more rotated fields the more yield and better growth of soybeans could be possible in the paddy-upland rotatonal soybean croppings.

Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) is the structural service network applicable to all kinds of networks such as Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), and Public Land Mobile Network (PMMN) AIN IP, independent network component composing AIN, is connected with Service Switching Point (SSP). It supports to perform intelligent network services by offering special resources which is necessary for effective information interaction with IN service users. such as Dual Tone Multi-Frequency Digit (DTMF), fixing / editing / customized-recorded type of announcement, speech synthesis, speech recording, speech recognition, audio conference bridge, information distribution bridge, and protocol converter. It is urgent to develop database model which manages and operates data in AIN IP. But, the database, used in AIN IP, is not general prupose DBMS, but the database which can manage multimedia data for special usage. Research and development about such a database model for special usage have not been progressed in domestic/foreign research areas. But, since the research about component techniques for developing database model for special usage is advanced, it is necessary to develop new model which unifies such component techniques.

It is the purpose of this paper to discuss the aspects of the transition of picture space in the western art history-from ancient Egyptian art to the Baroque art-and thereby to help understand some essential characterisitcs of modern painting. At first, I explicated the general concept of picture space from the aesthetical and perceptual standpoint suggested by Rudolp Arnheim and N. Hartman. Secondarily I discussed more particularly characteristics of picture space in ancient Egyptian painting, ancient Greek painting, Mediaeval painting, Renaissance painting and Baroque painting. I believe that the works of art reveal to us a vision of the external world, and therefore, in these discussing, I intended to research into social aspects, religion and historical background. Finally I suggested the characteristics of picture space in the contemporary art. According to the discussions above-mentioned, we shall come to recognize that the two types of contrasted picture space-plane and three-dimensional-alternate period by period. We shall be able to regard that the transition is caused by the conflict between the illusional depth and the objectively two-dimensional painting surface. That is to say, illsionism was excluded, or illusionism was sought for the different purpose-sometimes to exprese the reality of things, sometimes to embody ideals, and sometimes to explore the unknown and sometimes even to attempt to create a new order of reality.
당뇨병이 백서의 이하선에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study was to observe microscopic change of salivary gland tissue, which is a cause of xerostomia in diabetic condition : for this target, the author injected streptozotocin 0.1 ml/100 gm b.w. on the rat, Sprague Dawley, to induce diabetes, and then observed microscopic changes in parotid gland tissue using light microscopy and electron microscopy. The results were as follows: 1. Parotid gland tissue of the diabetic rat was atrophied or degenerated in lapse of experimental time, but began to repair from 14 days after diabetic induction. 2. In the basal lamina of the vessel of parotid galnd tissue in the diabetic rat. lamina lucida was discontinued and lamina densa was increased in thickness, but the number of capillary was gradually increased and dilated. 3. In acinic and intercalated ductal cells of parotid gland in the diabetic rat, changes of mitochondria, RER, secretory granule. free ribosome were prominent. In conclusion, the present study demonstrated that degenerative changes of the parotid gland tissue were due to not completely thickening of the basal lamina of vessels, but many other causal factors, because thickness of the basal lamina of vessels was not related with degenerative changes.
회충 각피에 대한 호산구와 조직 비만 세포의 반응에 관한 실험적 연구

The tissue mast cell is important cell in the IgE-mediated hypersensitivity reaction and it's functions are partly regulated by the eosinophil. The author had carried out an experiment using cuticular antigen obtained from adult Ascaris lumbricoides to observe the changes of the tissue mast cell, neutrophil, macrophage and eosinophil at the injection site of the adult albino rats. The primary responses of the above cells were observed at 1,3,5,7 and 9 days after injection and the secondary responses were observed 30 minutes and 24 hours after reinjection at 9 day after primary injection. The results obtained were as follows: 1. In the primary response, the neutrophils were increased at the 5th and 7th day after injection and the macrophages were markedly increased at 9th day. 2. Only minimal increases of eosinophils and lymphocytes were noted in primary response. 3. The tissue mast cells were progressively increased to 5th day in primary response, and at 5th day the maximum increase was noted. 4. In secondary response, marked and immediate increase of eosinophil was found after reinjection, while the number of tissue mast cell was decreased. Above responses of albino rat to cuticular antigen of Ascaris lumbricoides seems to be mediated by Type Ⅰ hypersensitivity.
하악골에 발생한 거대한 cemento-ossifying fibroma의 치험례

The cemento-ossifying filbroma is a well-demarcated and occasionally encapsulated neoplasm composed of fibrous tissue that contains varying amounts of calcified tissue resembling bone, cementum, or both. The greatest number of cases are encountered during the third and fourth decades of life and there is a definite female predilection, with female-to-male ratios as high as 5 : 1 being reported. The mandible is involved far more than the maxilla, and 90 percent of all cases are located in the mandible. The mandibular premolar-molar area is the most common site. Radiographically, the lesion is most often well defined and unilocular. Depending on the amount of calcified produced in the tumor, it may appear as completely radiolucent : more often it shows varying degrees of radiopacity. Some lesions may be largely radiopaque with a radiolucent halo. On microscopic study, the tumor is composed of fibrous tissue of varying degrees of cellularity containing calcified material. This may be in the form of trabeculae of osteoid and bone or basophilic ovoid calcifications that resemble cementum-like material. Admixture of the two types of calcifications are commonly seen. On this case, large cemento-ossifying fibroma has grown in the mandible and this lesion was treated by complete surgical excision and posterior iliac bone graft. A review of literature and a report of a case of cemento-ossifying fibroma are presented.
