        중소벤처기업 컨설팅특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구: 컨설팅성과의 매개효과를 중심으로

        [연구목적] 경영환경 변화에 대응하여 컨설팅특성과 컨설팅성과의 경영성과에 대한 직접효과와 컨설팅성과의 매개효과를 실증연구하고, 그 결과를 토대로 중소벤처기업의 경영컨설팅 성과 향상을 위한 학문적․실무적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. [연구방법] 국내외 문헌을 검토한 후 연구모형과 가설을 수립하였다. 최근 3년 간 경영컨설팅을 경험한 중소벤처기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 자료의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검토한 후 구조방정식모형분석으로 연구가설을 검정하였다. [연구결과] 첫째, 컨설팅역량과 기업참여도 및 컨설팅활용도가 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 컨설팅완성도는 컨설팅활용도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 컨설팅역량은 컨설팅성과를 통해 경영성과에 간접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 컨설팅역량과 기업참여도는 컨설팅완성도를 통해 컨설팅활용도에, 컨설팅완성도는 컨설팅활용도를 통해 경영성과에 각각 간접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 중소벤처기업은 경영컨설팅에서 컨설팅특성과 컨설팅성과의 경영성과에 대한 직접효과는 물론 컨설팅성과의 매개효과를 활용하여 당초 설정한 경영 목표를 효율적․효과적으로 달성할 수 있음을 실증함으로써 새로운 경영환경에서 중소벤처기업 경영컨설팅의 유효성을 재확인하였다. [Purpose] This paper empirically studied the direct effects on management performance of consulting characteristics and performance with the mediating effect of consulting performance to suggest effective ways to improve management performance of SMVBs. [Methodology] After reviewing related papers, this study established a research model and hypotheses. The questionnaire survey was conducted for SMVBs that had recently experienced management consulting. Its reliability and validity were tested by SPSS 22.0 and the research hypothesis were tested by AMOS 22.0 for SEM analysis. [Findings] First, consulting competency, company participation and consulting utilization had a positive effect on management performance. Second, consulting completion had a positive effect on consulting utilization and an indirect effect on management performance through consulting utilization. Third, consulting competency had an indirect effect on management performance through consulting performance. [Implications] SMVBs can improve the targeted management consulting performance through mediation effect of consulting performance as well as the direct effects of consulting characteristics and performance.

        Effect of Highly Pressurized Hydrogen Gas Charging on the Hydrogen Embrittlement of API X70 Steel

        During the use of API X70 steel as a pipeline structural material for the transportation of natural gas,hydrogen embrittlement can occur due to the hydrogen contained in natural gas. The aim of this study is toinvestigate the effects of the hydrogen content under high-pressure hydrogen gas conditions on the hydrogenembrittlement of air-cooled API X70 steel. The air-cooled API X70 steel was manufactured by hot rollingand was then air-cooled to room temperature. Tensile test specimens were held for 0 h, 1000 h, and 2000 hwithin a pressure vessel filled with 100% hydrogen gas at a gas pressure of 10 MPa, with the tensile teststhen performed at room temperature. The microstructure of the API X70 steel consists of coarse polygonalferrite, coarse pearlite, and fine acicular ferrite. The yield and tensile strength increased and elongationdecreased considerably after a holding time of 2000 h compared to those of 0 h and 1000 h within the pressurevessel. The morphology of the fracture surface changed from ductile to brittle upon hydrogen gas charging. Secondary cracks were observed in both of the hydrogen-gas-charged specimens. No external cracks wereformed on the surface of the tensile-tested specimen with a 0 h holding time; however, many external crackswere observed on the specimen surface subjected to hydrogen gas charging.

        유교적 본원 가치와 로컬리티의 왜곡 ―근대성 성취 과정의 집중 문제를 중심으로―

        한국의 근대화는 우리에게 괄목할만한 성취를 안겨 주었지만, 그 이면에 중앙 편중, 이분법적 사물 접근, 획일화, 주변화, 타자화의 “결여의 공간”을 낳았다. 한편 유교는 근대화 과정에 중요 이념적 요소여서 그 성취에 정신적 지주 역할을 하였을 뿐만 아니라, 결여 현상에 일정 부분 잘못 이용되기도 하였다. 이 같은 문제의식에서, 이 논문은 두 층위의 유교, 지배 이념적 정치 유학과 본원 유교에 주목하여 그 성찰을 요청한다. 또한 “실학”으로서 유교가 결코 바람직하지 않은 현대 한국의 중심화 해소에 어떤 역할을 할 수 있을지도 모색해 본다. 그렇게 함으로써 오늘을 사는 한국적 공간에 내재하는 오도된 가치, 국가 아이덴티티, 중앙 집중으로부터 비롯된 본원 가치-문명적 가치(유교)뿐만 아니라 사물이나 장소 가치-의 왜곡된 인식에 대하여 접근한다. 아울러 이 논문은 우리 사회에 만연된 사물이나 지역이 지닌 가치 발현의 문제, 근대화 과정에 만들어진 집중, 쏠림 현상을 벗어나기 위한, “탈중심”의 대안은 없는지에 관한 검토한다. Korea has brought the remarkable modernization which is led by the government, but on the other hand it brought about many negative results such as nation-centralism, the logical dichotomy, standardization, marginalization, lack of space, and so on. In the process, Confucianism not only have played the part of the mental leader in achievement but also misused in formation of “lack of space” as a negative results partly, From these critical mind, this thesis asks for the reflection of Confucianism in the focus of two level that are Political Confucianism and Authentic Confucianism. At the same time we try to find the role of Confucianism as a practical science in solving the negative results of modernization. As a result, we describe the cause of the distortion of Authentic Confucianism inherent in Korean contemporary society. Additionally, this thesis analyzes the possibility of Authentic Confucianism as an alternative value to nation-centralism which has brought about political inequality and social polarization.

        NIR dye-loaded mesoporous silica nanoparticles for a multifunctional theranostic platform: Visualization of tumor and ischemic lesions, and performance of photothermal therapy

        We report the fabrication of multifunctional theranositic biomaterials via non-covalent, rapid, andeffective encapsulation of 1,10dioctadecyl-3,3,30,30-tetrametylindotrucarbocyanine iodide (DIR)onto mesoporous silica nanoparticles by coating the surface of polyethylene glycol (PEG-DIR@MSN). PEG-DIR@MSNs exhibited great stability with excellent biocompatibility and photothermal conversionproperties. PEG-DIR@MSN allowed for not only the detection of various types of tumor and ischemiclesions but also photothermal therapy against breast cancer in living mice, suggesting that PEGDIR@MSN is a valuable multifunctional theranostic platform.

        황윤석 한시에 나타난 가족애의 양상 -「월주가」를 중심으로-

        본고는 이齋 黃胤錫(1729∼1791) 한시를 전반적으로 분석하는 과정의 한 단계로 이재가 가족애를 한시 속에서 어떻게 형상화되고 있는지 「월주가」를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이재는 벼슬을 위해 생애의 많은 시간을 고향을 떠나 지냈기에 스스로를 나그네로 상정한 경우가 많았고 자신을 노래한 「월주가」 1장에서도 그런 모습을 보였다. 2장에서는 비록 벼슬을 하지는 못했지만 선비로서의 자세를 유지했던 아버지를 추모하고 고향에 머물며 효도하지 못한 아쉬움을 노래했다. 이재에게 아버지는 스승과 같은 존재여서 이재가 관직생활 중에 어떤 문제에 직면할 때면 아버지에게 조언을 구하기도 했다. 3장에서는 몸이 상하는 것도 잊고 가문의 일을 돌보셨던 어머니를 노래했다. 어머니는 벼슬을 위해 고향을 떠나있는 이재의 마음을 편히 해주려고 늘 노력하셨고 이런 어머니를 이재는 늘 그리워했다. 4장에서는 동생 황주석을 노래했다. 황주석은 두 살 아래의 동생이었지만 이재에게는 知己와 같은 존재여서 항상 좋은 조력자가 되어주었다. 5장과 6장에서는 가난한 삶을 살았던 두 명의 누이를 노래했다. 일곱 살 연상인 누나와 다섯 살 아래인 여동생은 늘 그립고 마음이 쓰이는 존재였다. 7장은 헌신적으로 자신을 도와준 아내를 노래했다. 이재는 평생 자신을 위해 노력만 하다가 세상을 떠난 아내에게 감사한 마음을 가지고 있었고 때문에 숙배하기 전날 꿈속에서 죽은 아내를 만나기도 했다. 8장과 9장은 자녀들을 노래했다. 일찍 세상을 떠나 애끊게 만든 자식도 있었지만 살아남아 장성한 2남 2녀의 자녀는 이재에게 삶의 원동력이 되어주었다. 남겨진 일기와 시 내용만 보면 이재는 거의 완벽한 부모 아래에서 교육받았고 聖人에 가까운 아내와 동생의 도움으로 삶을 영위했던 것으로 보인다. 그런데 과연 그랬을까? 이재의 시 속에서 가족에 대한 감사와 사랑의 내용이 주를 이루는 이유는 이재가 평소에 부모님을 비롯한 가족들과의 사이에서 서로의 고마운 점은 부각해서 보고, 서로의 단점은 가볍게 보려고 노력했기 때문이라고 생각된다. 일찍 떠나보낸 자녀에 있어서도 그 비통한 마음이야 이루 말 할 수 없겠지만, 살아남은 나머지 자녀들에 대한 애정과 관심으로 그 슬픔을 극복하며 삶을 영위해 갔으리라 짐작할 수 있다. 이처럼 가족에게 감사하는 긍정적이 태도를 유지하고 있었기 때문에 장기간에 걸친 객지생활의 어려움 속에서도 길을 잃지 않고 한 가정의 가장으로서 또한 한 국가의 관료로서의 삶을 건전하게 개척해 나아갈 수 있었던 것으로 보인다. This paper has examined that the shape of the family affection in the Chinese poetry of Hwang, yun-seok(1729∼1791). And it based on the 「Wuoljuga」. This is one stage of the process of overall analysis of his poetry. Hwang, yun-seok was living away from home a lot of time for the government post. So it was often assumed himself to travelers. And it was so in Chapter 1 of 「Wuoljuga」. In Chapter 2, in memory of his father, he sang the chagrin that could not be filial piety. His father was not a public official. However, his personality was great. His father was the same as the teacher. So he asked his father to solve the problem in public life. In Chapter 3, he sang a mother who has endeavored the household matters. She did a lot of housework, so it damaged her body. She was always striving to ease his mind. Because he has left the home for a government service. So he always missed his mother. In Chapter 4, he sang the brother, Hwang, joo-seok. He was two years younger than Hwang, yun-seok. However, he was a friend. So he always helped Hwang, yun-seok. In Chapter 5 and Chapter 6, he sang two sisters. His elder sister was five years older than him and His younger sister was five years younger than him. He always missed and loved his sisters. In Chapter 7, he sang his wife. She was devoted to help him for all her``s life long. So he was grateful to his wife. He met his wife who was passed away several years ago in a dream before the appointment. In Chapter 8 and Chapter 9 he sang his children. Some of his children were died young. So he was very sad. But the others grew up normally so they became the motive power of his life. According to Yijaenango and poetry, He was educated by perfect parent and saintly wife and wonderful brother helped him. But was that true? There were only gratitude and love to the family by the materials. That’s because, I think, he always wanted to find it in his``s heart to thanked to his family and did not wanted to look for the bad from his home and family. He lost one son and two daughters but he overcome the sorrow of loss and lead his life. I guess that he could overcome the sorrow of loss with an affection and attention to living children. Thus, he had a positive attitude and always thanks to his family. So, I guess, he could raise his family and could have been in public office for 20 years in spite of living away from home for a long time.

        Comparative evaluation of bioremediation techniques on oil contaminated sediments in long-term recovery of benthic community health

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>While various bioremediation techniques have been widely used at oil spill sites, the in situ efficiency of such techniques on recovering the benthic communities in intertidal areas has not been quantified. Here, the performance of several bioremediation tools such as emulsifiers, multi-enzyme liquid (MEL), microbes, and rice-straw was evaluated by a 90-days semi-field experiment, particularly targeting recovery of benthic community. Temporal efficiency in the removal of sedimentary total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH), reduction of residual toxicity, and recovery of bacterial diversity, microalgal growth, and benthic production was comprehensively determined. Concentrations of TPH and amphipod mortality for all treatments rapidly decreased within the first 10 days. In addition, the density of bacteria and microphytobenthos generally increased over time for all treatments, indicating recovery in the benthic community health. However, the recovery of some nitrifying bacteria, such as the class Nitrospinia (which are sensitive to oil components) remained incomplete (13–56%) during 90 days. Combination of microbe treatments showed rapid and effective for recovering the benthic community, but after 90 days, all treatments showed high recovery efficiency. Of consideration, the “no action” treatment showed a similar level of recovery to those of microbe and MEL treatments, indicating that the natural recovery process could prevail in certain situations.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Residual hydrocarbons and amphipod toxicity rapidly decreased within 10 days. </LI> <LI> Quick recovery found for most of the bacteria, but some remained incomplete at >90 d. </LI> <LI> Microphytobenthos community took more than 90 days to recover against oil exposure. </LI> <LI> Combination of microbe treatments were effective for recovering the benthic community. </LI> <LI> “No action” showed comparable recovery to others, indicating prevailing natural recovery. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

      • C1 Compound Biosensors: Design, Functional Study, and Applications

        <P>The microbial assimilation of one-carbon (C1) gases is a topic of interest, given that products developed using this pathway have the potential to act as promising substrates for the synthesis of valuable chemicals via enzymatic oxidation or C–C bonding. Despite extensive studies on C1 gas assimilation pathways, their key enzymes have yet to be subjected to high-throughput evolution studies on account of the lack of an efficient analytical tool for C1 metabolites. To address this challenging issue, we attempted to establish a fine-tuned single-cell–level biosensor system constituting a combination of transcription factors (TFs) and several C1-converting enzymes that convert target compounds to the ligand of a TF. This enzymatic conversion broadens the detection range of ligands by the genetic biosensor systems. In this study, we presented new genetic enzyme screening systems (GESSs) to detect formate, formaldehyde, and methanol from specific enzyme activities and pathways, named FA-GESS, Frm-GESS, and MeOH-GESS, respectively. All the biosensors displayed linear responses to their respective C1 molecules, namely, formate (1.0–250 mM), formaldehyde (1.0–50 μM), and methanol (5–400 mM), and they did so with high specificity. Consequently, the helper enzymes, including formaldehyde dehydrogenase and methanol dehydrogenase, were successfully combined to constitute new versatile combinations of the C1-biosensors.</P>
