      • 입제의 수면처리에 의한 주요수도해충의 동시방제

        본 시험은 유기인계 살충제인 Terracur P입제 및 Lebaycid 입제와 유기염소계 살충제인 상감마입제$(\gamma-BHC 입제)$를 수면시용 하였을때 수도요해충인 이화명충, 끝 동매미충, 애멸구 및 흰둥멸구에 대한 동시방제가능성과 방제적기를 구명하고 약제간의 방제효과를 비교코저 실시하였다. 얻어진 시험결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 약제처리후 부화직후 이화명충 접종 시험에 있어서 상감마와 Terracur P는 높은 살충율을 보였으나 Lebaycid의 살충율은 낮았다. 約 $50\%$ 살충력 잔효일수에 있어서 상감마는 8-14日이었고 Terracur P는 6일간이었다. 2) 당초 계획된 방제적기에 관한 정보는 얻을 수 없었다. 즉 주어진 일간격이 좁아 유의한 차를 얻을 수 없었다. 3) 1,2화기 이화명충에 대한 방제효과는 Terracur P=상감마>Lebaycid의 순이었다. 4) Terracur P와 Lebaycid 입제의 처리는 끝동매미충의 방제효과가 좋았으나 상감마$(\gamma-BHC 입제)$의 방제효과는 기대할 수 없었다. 끝동매미충에 대한 Terracur P와 Lebaycid입제의 잔효력은 30일 이상이었다. 5) 애멸구와 흰등별구에 대한 시험은 충의 서식밀도가 낮기 때문에 약제간 방제효과를 얻을 수 없었다. 6) 공시약제중 Terracur P와 Lebaycidd입제는 이화명충과 끌동매미충의 동시방제제로서 사용할 수 있을 것 같다. This experiment was conducted to find out the simultaneous control effect of granulated insecticides on the several major rice insect pests in Korea. The granulated insecticides used were Terracur P$5\%$ (one of the phosphoric insecticides), Lebaycid $5\%$, and Sang-gamma (gamma-BHC) $6\%$. Those insecticides were broadcasted by hand on the paddy field at the ratio of 3kg. in June and 4kg. in August per 10 a, and the date of insecticidal application was based on the maximum moth occurrence of the rice stem borer in 1969. The rice insect pests tested in this study were rice stem borer (Chilo suppressalis W.), green rice leafhopper (Nephotettix bipunctatus cincticeps U.), smiller brown planthopper (Laodelphax striatellus F.), and white back planthopper (Sogotella furcifera H.). For the study of residual effectiveness of the insecticides, the rice stem borer larvae just hatched from the eggs were installed on the sheath of rice plants collected from the paddy field after insecticidal treatment, and the mortality was made at 48 hours after installation. High mortality was observed in Terracur P and Sang-gamma treatments and low mortality in Lebaycid treatment. The duration of residual effects giving about 50% mortality was about 14 days in Sang-gamma and about 6 days in Terracur P treatments. The study on the effectiveness of the insecticides to the rice stem borer in the paddy field was made by the number of dead blades and white heads of the rice plants injured by the larvae, and the number of survival larvae in the straws after crop harvest. The order of insecticidal effectiveness to the rice stem borer was Terracur P=Sang-gamm>Lebaycid. The study on the effectiveness of the insecticides to the leafhoppers and planthoppers in the paddy field was made by the population density by sweeping (5 times) at the given day intervals after treatments. Terracur P was highly effective for the control of the green rice leafhoppers and Lebaycid was moderately effective, but Sang-gamma seemed not to be effective. The effectiveness of the insecticides tested to the planthoppers was not clear, and it seemed to related with the low insect population density. Study on the determination of proper timing of insecticidal application was not also made clear, and it seemed to be short in the range of day intervals in the insecticidal application. For the study on the control effects of the rice insect pests, rice yield per 100 hills per plot was observed. There was no statistically significant difference among the treatments in rice yields, but the order of yield (Terracur P>Sang-gamma>Lebaycid>Control) was paralleled with the tends of control effects above mentioned. In a view point of simultaneous control of the rice stem borers and green rice leafhoppers by the application of granulated insecticides, Terracur P and Lebaycid were more effective than Sang-gamma which have been used.

      • 슬라이딩 섹터를 갖은 가변구조제어를 이용한 추적제어

        제어이론의 중요한 문제는 유한시간 안에 정해진 수준의 오차 안에서 상태가 원하는 궤적을 따라 이동하도록 플렌트를 제어하는 것이다. 본 논문은 슬라이딩 섹터를 이용한 새로운 추적제어 방식을 제안하며, 슬라이딩 섹터에 라아프노프 함수를 이용하여 안정도를 분석한다. 시스템에 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 슬라이딩 섹터 제어가 채티링을 줄일 수 있는 것을 확인한다. A problem of major importance in control theory is that of controlling the plant in order to have the state tracking a specific reference trajectory within a prescribed level of tracking error in a finite time. In this paper, new methods of the tracking control using the sliding sector is proposed. This paper analyzes the stability, using Lyapunov function on the sliding sector. Through the computer simulations for the system, it is verified that sliding sector control is capable to reduce the chattering.

        Local self-sufficiency promotion center began to operate with the enforcement of the law for the securing of the least life of the people from October, 2000. It was made for the support of self-sufficiency of the poor who could work. As of December, 2006, 242 local self-sufficiency promotion centers are operating nationally. Their main business is to look after the patient, to repair the house, to clean, and to reuse the food. But now besides of these business, it widened its range from farming, eating out, helping mother who deliver a baby, and assisting the education of the disabled, to taking care of the old. The achievement of self-sufficiency business have inspired the will of life of the workers who took part in the self-sufficiency business and have promoted the vitality of them as components of the society by accepting their joining the social life in their community. This study has grasped the present condition of Chungbuk Association of Self-Sufficiency Promotion Center for the last 7 years and estimated its achievement and discussed the plan for the development of it.

      • Methylcyclohexane과 Methyl Acetate의 초음파 흡수측정

        Methylcyclohexane의 축-적도형 이성체간 및 methyl acetate의 cis-trans형 이성체간의 신뢰성 높은 활성화에너지(△H^(*))와 에너지차(△H)를 구하기 위해 초음파흡수측정을 주파수 0.1-10MHz, 온도 5-60℃에 걸쳐 행하였다. 측정법으로는 0.1-10MHz의 범위에서 정확도 좋게 초음파흡수측정이 가능한 plano-concave공명법을 사용하였다. 그 측정결과 methylcyclohexane과 methyl acetate이성체간 활성화에너지를 각각 △H^(*)=10.0kcal/mol, 6.6kcal/mol으로, 이성체간의 에너지차를 각각 △H=1.8kcal/mol, 3.4kcal/mol으로 구하였다.

        A sliding sector is defined as a subset the state space, inside which some norm of state decreases with zero control input. The variable structure controller with sliding sector is designed to transfer the system state from the outside to the inside of the sliding sector in a finite time and enable the system state stay inside the sliding sector, and the resulted VS control system is quadratically stable. The simulation results are its effectiveness.

        평판하 연기선단의 가시화

        수평 평판과 충돌하는 제트에 의해 생성되는 연기유동을 관찰하기 위해 질소가스에 kerosene연기입자를 뛰워 유동장을 가시화하였다. 광원으로는 아르곤-이온 레이져 평면광이 사용되었다. Kerosene smoke의 산란 광에 의한 수직평면 상(image)과 수평평면 상을 고속 CCD 카메라와 비디오 카메라로 녹화하였으며, 얻어진 영상으로부터 연기 선단의 순간속도 및 평균속도를 측정하였다. The flow induced by a vertically impinging circular jet under a horizontal plate is investigated by visualization technique, using kerosene smoke in nitrogen gas to visualize the vortex flow and impinging flow. The light source was the sheet beam of Ar-Ion laser. The vertical and horizontal images scattering of kerosene smoke were recorded by the high speed CCD camera and the video camera. The instantaneous velocity of the smoke front were measured from the acquisited images.

        To improve efficiency, ITO/InP solar cells were firstly fabricated and characterized by employing ammonium sulfide passivation technique. Indium Tin Oxide was rf sputtered on the Zn doped (100) p-InP substrate. Our results showed that the short-circuit current was greatly increased and the open circuit voltage was also enhanced. Therefore, the expected performance improvement could be achieved.

      • 설갑상선 : 1 예 보고 A Case Report

        갑상선 조직 전체가 설기저부에 발생한 이소성 설갑상선 증례를 경험하였기에 그 방사선학적 소견을 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. 증례는 59세 여자 환자로 40 일전부터 발생한 음성 변화를 주소로 내원하였다. 이학적 검사에서 설 기지부 중앙에 회백색의 격막에 둘러 쌓인 3 cm 가량의 종괴가 있었으며, 종괴는 내장으로 돌출하여 구인두를 막고 있었다. 경부 전산화 단층촬영 측면 정찰 촬영에서, 설 기저부에 후방으로 돌출하여 구인두를 막고 있는 경계가 분명한 연부조직 종괴가 보였으며, 전산화 단층촬영 동맥기와 정맥기에 주변의 혈관과 비슷한 강하고 균일한 조영증강을 보이는 장경 2.5 cm의 원형 종괴가 있었다. 또한 갑상선이 있어야 할 경부 전방 공간에서 정상 갑상선 조직은 전혀 보이지 않았다. 설 기저부의 종괴에서 생검을 시행하였으며 병리 검사에서 갑상선 조직으로 진단되어 설갑상선으로 확진되었다. The authors report a case of ectopic thyroid that whole thyroid tissue was replaced by lingual thyroid. A 59-year-old female presented with dysphonia duration of 40 days. On physical examination, there was a 3 cm sized well encapsulated whitish mass protruding to oral cavity in milline of tongue to base. Computerized tomography of neck revealed homogeneously enhancing well marginated 2.5 cm sized round mass in the cecum of tongue base on arterial and venous phase. And there was no normal thyroid gland in lower anterior neck.

      • 고속가공용 엔드밀 형상설계 S/W 개발

        The tool geometry parameters and cutting process have complex relationships. Until now, various cutting test were needed to acquire optimal design of end mill for the purpose of high speed machining, due to the insufficient knowledge about cutting process in high speed machining. Using various tools with different geometry, relationships between tool geometry parameter (rake angle, clearance angle, length of cutter) and cutting process (cutting force, surface accuracy, surface roughness) have been studied. Acquired data can be used to design optimal tool for high speed machining and to develop a software for design of end mill geometry.

      • 홍삼 첨가가 전통 막걸리의 품질 특성과 생리기능성에 미치는 영향

        고부가가치를 가진 전통 막걸리를 개발하기 위하여 홍삼의 첨가가 막걸리의 품질과 생리기능성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 먼저 찐쌀 덧밥에 시판효모인 Fermivin을 0.5%, 시판입국을 g당 35당화력(sp)으로 혼합하여 술덧을 제조한 후 0.1% 홍삼분말을 첨가하여 25에서 10일간 발효시킨 홍삼막걸리를 제조하였다. 홍삼막걸리의 에탄올함량은 9.3% 이었고 기호도도 우수하였다. 또한 홍삼막걸리의 항고혈압활성 안지오텐신전환효소(ACE) 저해활성이 72.5%로 매우 높았으나 항산화 활성은 15.5%로 낮았다. The goal of this study was to develop a highly valuable Makgeolli containing various bioactive compounds with good acceptability. The effect of red ginseng on the quality and physiological functionality of Makgeolli were investigated. Red ginseng Makgeolli (Rg makgeolli) prepared by addition of 0.1% red ginseng powder into the rice mash containing 0.5% Fermivin(commercial alcohol fermentation yeast) and ipguk(36 saccharogenic power per g) showed 9.3% of ethanol content and high acceptability even though it’s ethanol content was 3.4% lower than that of makgeolli without red ginseng(12.7%). The Rg makgeolli was also showed 72.5% of high antihypertensive angiotensin I-converting enzyme inhibitory activity and 15.5% of antioxidant activity.
