      • Origin about chemical shift of organic thin films

        유무기 하이브리드 SiOC 박막은 차세대 유력한 저유전상수를 갖는 박막이다. SiOC 박막의 결합구조는 FTIR 분석기를 이용하여 화학적 이동이 일어나는 것을 확인하여 분석하였다. 유기화학분야에서의 일반적인 화학적 이동은 red shift에 해당하지만, 하이브리드 타입의 SiOC 박막은 red shift 뿐만 아니라 특이한 경우에 해당되는 blue shift도 관찰되었다. 화학적 이동의 원인은 전기음성도가 큰 원소가 주변에 존재하는 수소결합사이의 상호작용 때문인데, SiOC 박막에서 blue shift는 전자를 많이 포함하는 메틸그룹이 증가함으로 생기는 기공을 만드는 원인을 제공한다. SiOC 박막의 결합구조 역시 2가지 유형의 화학적 이동에 따라서 cross-link 구조와 case-link 구조의 두가지 유형으로 나타난다. 유량비와 증착할 때 주어지는 열에너지에 따라서 두 가지 결합구조를 나타낸다. cross-link 구조와 cross-link breakage 구조는 박막의 유전상수가 낮아지는 원인 서로 다르며 화학적 물리적인 특성 또한 다르게 나타나는 것을 증명하고 있다. Si-O-C cross -link 구조는 red shift의 원인이 된 수소결합에 의한 원자사이의 길이가 길어지는 효과에 의해 표면접착력이 개선되며, 유전상수 역시 감소하였다. Organic-inorganic hybrid type thin films are the next generation candidates as low-k materials. SiOC films are analyzed the bonding structure by the red and blue chemical shift using the fourier transform infraredspectra. Conventional chemical shift of organic chemistry is a red shift, but hybrid type SiOC films were observed the red and blue shift. The chemical shift originates from the interaction between the C-H bond and high electronegative atoms, and the blue shift in SiOC films is caused by the porosity due to the increase of the electron rich group such as much methyl radicals. The bonding structures of SiOC films are alse divided into the Si-O-C cross-link structure and the Si-O-C cage-link structure due to the chemical shifts. The Si-O-C cross-link structure progressed the adhesion attributed to the C-H bond elongation in the reason of the red shift, and the dielectric constant also decreases.

        In order to apply the asset management into the bridge maintenance, the current level of service of each bridge should be first investigated. This study evaluated the level of service of bridges under the service in the field. Depending on the evaluating personnels' prior experience and information the level of service could be varied. The weight factor for each performance measure may need to be re-examined for better incorporation of the importance of structural behavior or condition of bridges. In addition, the current evaluating criteria is more like qualitative rather than quatitative, and hence may cause deviations between the evaluating personnels. Therefore, there is a strong research intends on the development of a specific quantitative criteria.

        Positive Parity States and Some Electromagnetic Transition Properties of Even-odd Erbium Isotopes

        The positive spin states of even-odd erbium isotopes (<sup>159,163,167</sup>Er) were studied within the framework of the interacting boson-fermion model. The calculated positive low-spin state energy spectra of the odd Er isotope were found to agree quite well with the experimental data. The B(E2) values were also calculated and compared with the experimental data.

The cultural heritage of this shape represented attractive part of the tourists offer.

      • 국산 저가형 실리카퓸을 이용한 고성능 콘크리트의 물리적 특성 분석

        In this study, as part of a research on the development of economical high-performance concrete with high strength and high quality, the physical properties of high-performance concrete were analyzed by substituting a certain amount of low-cost domestic silica fume exempted from the re-importation type distribution structure of the domestic production and the existing high-priced silica fume distribution structure. Performing tests to identify the physical properties of the fresh and hardened concrete and durability analogy of the concrete which use low-cost domestic silica fume and imported silica fume, the chloride ion penetration resistance test result showed that the strength difference between the low-cost silica fume and the imported silica fume is not big but the strength of the low-cost silica fume was measured higher than the imported silica fume. The chloride ion penetration resistance of all variables was measured as “very low”. Since the low-cost domestic silica fume can be used as a high-performance admixture of concrete, the results suggest that it is possible to produce a more economical high-performance concrete.

        本 試驗은 땅콩 品種間 種子休眠性의 差異와 生長調節劑인 IAA, NAA, IBA가 休眠打破에 미치는 影響을 究明코저 實施하였다. 1. 땅콩 品種의 種子休眠性의 差異는 크게 休眠性이. 强한것, 中間인것,그러고 弱한 것으로 나눌 수 있었다. 2. 葡蔔,大粒種인 品種은 休眠性이 强했고 直立, 小粒種 品種은 休眠住이 弱했으며 中間型인 品種은 休眠性도 中間程度였다. 3. 生長調節劑處理는 休眠性이 强한 品種에서만 發芽促進 效果가 있었고 生長調節劑間에는 그 效果의 差異가 거의 없었다. This experiment was Conducted to study the effect on the varietal difference of seed dormancy and IAA, NAA, IBA of growth hormone to dormancy breaking of peanut. 1. On the varietal difference of seed dormancy in peanut was divided a little over of great dormancy midway and weak. 2. Varietal for runner type and in large grain group was great dormancy, Erect type and in small grain group was weak, Middle type and in midway grain group was midway of degree. 3. Growth hormome treatment was effect of germination development of varietal of great domancy, growth hormone a little not difference of the effect.

        1.Development of science has mainly accomplished through experiment or test. The science of agriculture has developed through experiment and closely connected with temperature, light, soil, and fertilizer. And the experiments have much examples earring out through field experiment. Therefore, it is considered now in detail about varience of field before experiment. 2.In this experiment, the plants in border rows showed vigorour growing. 3.In the shallow-plowed fields, the growing of the second raws was less vigorour than that of herder rows, but there were no singificant differences betwen the seconed rows and centeral part. Meanwhile, in the deep-plowed hield, the growing of the border row plants was as twist vigorour as that of the 2nd rows, and the central plants were less vigorour than the second row plants in growing. At the same time, it was observed that, in the central part plants, the weight of harvested rice of deep-plowed fields was than that of shallow-plowed fields.

        This experiment was conducted to study the effects of seeding date on the growth, yield components and yield of peanut. The obtained results was summarized as follows ① Number of days to germinating were shortened for 7 and 11 days when seeding date was May 10th and May 30th compared to April 20th. ② Flowering date was not difference among each seeding date, but was early 8 days at April 20th compared to May 30th in seeding date. ③ The length of main stem was tendency increased by seeding date delayed. ④ The shelling ratio was increased by seeding date delayed. ⑤ Weight of 100 grain was shown the heaviest in seeding date of May 10th, but decreased by late or early than those. ⑥ The grain yield was increased by seeding date delayed order as follow, April 20th<May 10 th<May 30 th.

        Ultrasonic Detection of Chloride Ions and Chloride Binding in Portland Cement Pastes

        Chloride ions diffuse through the concrete cover and interact with the cement hydration products. As a result, some chloride ions become chemically and/or physically bound. Free chloride ions are the primary cause of steel corrosion in reinforced concrete structures. In this study, ultrasound was used to detect the presence and binding of chloride ions in cement pastes that contained supplementary cementing materials. Four cement pastes with w/c ratio of 0.55 were prepared and cast into cylindrical specimens that were moist cured for 254 days before being oven dried at 105 ℃. The dried specimens were vacuum-saturated with NaCl solutions at various concentrations. Through-transmission ultrasonic measurements were performed as a function of time using 500 kHz longitudinal wave transducers. The results indicated exponential relationships between energy/amplitude weighted average frequency and the amount of chloride chemically bound by the cement pastes.
