        5-Bromo-methypent-2-ene(??)를 출발물질로하여 farnesol인(2E, 6E)-3, 7, 11-trimethyldodeca-2, 6, 10-trien-1-ol(??)의 입체선택적 합성을 수행하였다. 5-Bomo-2-methylpent-2-ene (??)을 요오드화 시킨후, 5-lithio-2, 3-dihydrofuran과 반응시켜 5-(4-methyl-pent-3-enyl)-2, 3-dihydrofuran(??)을 얻었다. Dihydrofuran ??를 MeMgI와 Ni(0)-촉매 짝지음 반응시켜 (3E)-4, 8-dimethylnona-3, 7-dien-1-ol(??)을 72%의 수율로 얻었다. 알릴알코올 ??를 4단계를 거쳐 (5E)-6, 10-dimethylundeca-5, 9-dien-2-One(??)으로 변환시켰다. 화합물 ??을 벤젠 용매하에서 dimethylmethoxycarbonylmethylphosphonate와 반응시킨 다음, 에탄올 용매하에서 NaBH₄ 환원시켜서 (2E, 6E)-3, 7, 11-trimethyldodeca-2, 6, 10- trien- 1- ol(??)을 얻었다. Dihydrofuran 4와 MeMgI와의 Ni(0)-촉매 짝지음반웅이 본 연구의 farnsol(??)와 합성에서 중요 단계이다. Stereoselective synthesis of farnesol (2E, 6E) -3, 7, 11-trimethyldodeca-2, 6, 10-tiren-1-o1 (?) , was carried out using 5- bromo-2-methylpent-2-ene (??) as a starting material. After conversion of 5-bromo-2-methyl-pent-2-ene (2) to the corresponding iodide compound, 5-(4-methylpent-3-enyl)-2, 3-dihydrofuran(??) was obtained by alkylation of 5-lithio-2, 3-dihydrofuran with 5-iodo-2-methylpent-2-ene. Ni(0)-catalyzed coupling reaction of the dihydrofuran ?? with MeMgI was proceeded to give (3E)-4, 8-dimethylnona-3, 7-dien-1-ol(??) in 72% yield. The resultant homoallylic alcohol ?? was converted to the (5E)-6, 10-dimethylundeca-5, 9-dien-2-one (??) in 4 steps. Compound 8 was condensed with dimethylmethoxycarbnylmethylphosponate in benzene followed by NaBH₄reduction in EtOH to yield (2E, 6E)-3, 7, 11 -trimethyldodeca-2, 6, 10-trien-1-ol(??), Ni(0)-catalyzed coupling reaction of MeMgI with dihydrofuran ?? was a key step in this synthesis of farnesol(??).

        Recently, We are using B-ISDN(Broadband Integrated Services Digital Network) with backbone based on ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode), the rapid incresement of user for Mobile Computing application and conversion to radio ATM networks had brought by mobile phone, portable computer spread using and extension of multimedia service brought multimedia mobile communications service to increasing the demands. ATM networks gives communication services based on protocol stack with communized the features of wire ATM-network on the whole' structure and has structure supported migratory in radio section. In this paper, we are going to look at services of authentication, access control, confidentiality, integrity and key exchange which are used with solution for privacy detection from an intrusion of persons privacy by illegal intrusion and every threat to user and service suppling company. And we are studying existing mechanism about security service, authentication protocol and data integrity supply in connection with packetization and depacketization about protocol. We are supposed to look at the features of existing wire ATM network, security service application in three plane in chapter 2, the features and basic structure about wireless ATM network which is extended to radio section based on wire ATM comparison and analysis about authentication protocol applied to security constituent matters which should improve in chapter 3. we are propose about security authentication protocol in control plane, one of wireless ATM protocol reference model in chapter 4, results and study direction about proposed contents in chapter 5.

      • Fluoroquinolone계 항생제의 경구투여에 따른 양식넙치 및 조피볼락의 체내 잔류량의 변화

        The residue depletions of fluoroquinolones were investigated in the olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) and black rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) after 840 hours treatment with medicated feed at a dose 20 mg/kg·bw/day The bloods of samples were taken at 5, 10, 24, 48, 72, 120, 168, 216, 312, 480, 720, 840 and 960 hour after treatment. Fluoroquinolones concentrations were detected by high performance liquid chromatography equipped with UV detector. The recovery rates of fluoroquinolones in fish samples ranged 91.95~99.69%, 93.43~97.54% and 92.99~97.87% for the concentration of 0.1, 0.5, 1.0 ㎍/g, respectively In the blood of olive flounder, the concentrations of ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, norfloxacin and sarafloxacin detected at 10, 10, 24 and 24 hour after treatment were 6.433 ㎍/g, 6.065 ㎍/g, 11.8334 ㎍/g and 10.3168 ㎍/g as maximum level, respectively In the black rockfish, ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, norfloxacin and sarafloxacin at 24, 24, 24 and 10 hour after treatment were 8.2634㎍/g, 8.0276㎍/g, 7.2888㎍/g and 9.3787㎍/g as maximum level, respectively On the other hand, ciprofloxacin enrofloxacin, norfloxacin and sarafloxacin were not detected at 840, 480, 720 and 720 hours after treatment in the olive flounder, and at 720, 480, 720 and 480 hours after treatment in the black rockfish, respectiveley.

      • 케나프 TMP, CTMP의 섬유 특성

        Thermomechanical pulp (TMP) and chemical thermomechanical pulp (CTMP) of kenaf cultivated in Korea were manufactured and their fiber properties were investigated. TMP made of the core part of kenaf showed various geometric types of fibers such as rectangular, spindle, and cylindrical forms. The most TMP made of the outer part of kenaf were composed of bast fibers, where no damages on the surface and cutting section of bast fibers was found. CTMP made of the core showed that some fibers were damaged. However, the fibers in CTMP made of the bast were observed not to be damaged. The TMP made of the core showed sound fibers, but the CTMP made of the core showed some damaged fibers. The TMP made of the bast showed curl indexes higher than the CTMP made of the bast, and most of fibers were not damaged in both TMP and CTMP pulps.

        Retinoic Acid 가 Bromodeoyuridine 표지 Hep G2 간암 세포주의 세포 주기 역동성에 미치는 효과

        Objectives: Measuring the total cellular DNA and BrdU content simultaneously by using the monoclonal antibody to BrdU and propidium iodide (PI) has been possible. So it has been advanced that the making a correct diagnosis and the predicting a prognosis in cancer as well as the evaluation of the responses of anti-cancer therapy, We intended to exam new anticancer chemotherapeutic agent, retinoic acid (RA) which has been reported to show antiproliferative effect and also differentiation-inducing effect on tumor cells, for the treatment of the hepatocarcinoma prevailed in our country. This study was designed to probe beneficial effects of RA for preventing tumor recurrence and secondary metastasis through the application of it to recently wide spreaded chemoembolization therapy in heaptomas. Methods: A semi-logarithmic plot of the proliferation was made in Hep G2 cells, and the changes of the proliferative activities from adding RA to the medium were evaluated in according to various concentrations of it. After staining the Hep G2 cells with fluoroscence conjugated anti-BrdU and PI, the tumor cell kinetics was analyzed and the effects of RA on the changes of the kinetics were also evaluated in the univariate and bivariate distribution of flowcytometric measurement of DNA content/BrdU incorporation. Results: Hep G2 cells stained with FITC conjugated anti-BrdU and with propidium iodide (PI), were anal- yzed in the distribution of bivariate BrdU/DNA content or univariate DNA content to investigate the tumor kinetics. Data from this expreiments showed that actual doubling time (Td) is 51 hrs, potential doubling tiem (Tpot) is 29 hrs, the mean DNA synthesis time (Ts) is 9. 3 hrs, the labelling index is 27.6%. From the evaluation of the effects of RA, known to enhance the differentiation and inhibit the growth of tumor cells on Hep G2 cells, RA inhibited the proliferation of Hep G2 cells significantly and the inhibition lasted for 10 days. To understand the growth inhibition of RA on Hep G2 cells in terms of tumor cell kinetics, bivariate BrdU/DNA content distributions were analyzed. Early stage of culture (day 1) showed increase in S phase percentage of cells and decrease in Go/G1 phase. But late stage of culture (day 4) show decrease in S phase percentage of cell to minimum and increase in Go/G1 phase at either 1 μM or 0.1 μM concentration of RA as compared with those of control. The influences on cell cycle and the antiproliferative effect were more pronounced at 1 μM than at 0.1 μM concentration. Conclusion: These results demonstrated that RA inhibits the proliferation of Hep G2 cells and the anti-proliferative effect is suggested to be driven from arresting cell cycle progression from Go/G1 to S-phase in tumor cell kinetics.

        Retinoids (vitamin A and vitamin A derivatives), such as retinol (ROL) and retinoic acid (RA), have received a great deal of attention by the cosmetics industry for their use as anti-wrinkle agents. However, neither RA nor ROL are widely used due to skin irritation and poor photostability, respectively. For this reason, safety and photo-stability have been important issues for the continued development of RA or ROL derivatives. To improve the photo-stability of retinol, a new hybrid, retinyl retinoate, was synthesized with a condensing reaction to form an ester bond between ROL (which has a hydroxyl end group) and RA (which has a carboxyl end group); the biological activity of the hybrid was also analyzed. Retinyl retinoate, a novel hybrid derivative, has better chemical stability, reduced skin irritant properties, and higher skin regeneration activity than either ROL or RA alone, and is thus a promising anti-wrinkle agent.

      • Statistical Evaluation of Smoke Analysis Technique through Asia Collaborative Study V.

        This study was conducted to evaluate the techniques or analyzing tobacco smoke by statistical treatment method for the analytical data through Asia Collaborative Study V. In addition to five smoke components analysis, consisting of TPM, water, nicotine, NFDPM, and puff count of four cigarettes samples, statistical parameters such as mean, standard deviation, box-and-whisker plots, h plots, k plots, regression coefficients, reproducibility (R), and repeatability (r) were also calculated. Analysis of water content of cigarette smoke was the most difficult task, whereas puff count analysis was the easiest as well recognized by all laboratories. Analysis of nicotine and puff count accounted for both the lowest and the highest variation among four parameters. The water coefficients indicated more randomness or variation in the slops. The NFDPM data exhibited both types of deviations from linearity. Water content of sample D indicated the highest difference between two single results and between two interlaboratory test results. As a whole, KGTRI ranked higher in the analytical techniques for statistical evaluation of results when compared with the practices of 28 other laboratories.
