Zur Festectzugn des Burgerliches Gesetzbuch im Deutschland hat der Art, 120 der Gewerbeordnung fBur das Deutsche Reich in der fassung vom 26. Juli 1990 als des Grund der Entschadigung fu den Arbeitsunfall eine groβe Rolle gespienlt. Es war aber fur den zunehmende Arbeitsunfall nicht genugend entschadigt geworden. Im jahr 1888 wurde dann das Burgerliches Gesetzbuch von Deutschland offentlich bekannt gemacht. Doch war die Festsetung zur Fursorgepflicht wriklich inder acht Texte zum Dienstvertrag gar nicht ausdrucklich erwahnt. Deshalb hat der Art. 617 und 618 in der Wirking von Otto Friedrich von Gierke und Anton Menger Feststellt werden, so haben die ganzen Entschadigungen verwirklicht werden. In dieser Arbeit wird dieser Feststellungsverlafu unter den damalige gesellschaftliche hintergrund und die Gesetzgebungsmate realen in folgender Reihenfolge geschrieben. Ⅱ. Die Stellung zum Arbeitsunfall vor der Gesetzgebung des Burgerlichen Gesetzbuch Ⅲ. Der Feststellungsvorgang der Fursorgepflicht und der historische hintergrund im Burgerlichen Gesetzbuch Ⅳ. Die Interpretation des Art. 618 vom burgerlichen Gesetzbuch Ⅴ. Schluβ Es gibt aber noch viele kommentierende Probleme, dazu wird es beider nuchsten Gelegenheit weiter untersucht werden.

유리에 관한 연구에 있어 점도는 가장 중요한 특성중의 하나로 여겨지며, 용융 상태, 작업 온도, 서냉 온도 또는 결정화 속도에 등과 같은 인자와도 크게 관계가 있다. 특히 각기 다른 조성을 가진 유리에서도 점도는 매우 다양하며, 온도에 크게 영향을 받는다. PbO-SiO_2 이성분계 유리에서는 PbO가 첨가됨에 따라 점도의 온도의존성이 커지고 표면장력이 감소하였다. 온도와 시간에 따른 spreading ratio를 비교한 결과 PbO의 함량이 증가함에 따라 유동성이 증가하였고 온도에 따른 유동성의 증가율도 크게 증가하였다. 그리고 일정한 온도에서 시간의 경과에 따른 유동성의 증가율은 감소하였다. The viscosity of a glass is one of the most important properties. It determines the melting conditions, the temperatures of working and annealing, fining behavior and devitrification rate. The viscosities of different glasses vary enormously with composition and are strong functions of temperature. On adding PbO in the PbO-SiO_2 binary system, the temperature dependence of the viscosity was large, the surface tension decreased. In the temperature and time dependence of spreading ratio, the spreading ratios of glass increased with increase PbO content and the rate in its increase decreased with time at constant temperature.

As concrete is prevented from shrinking freely, tensile stresses develop which frequently result in cracking. Cracks in reinforced concrete structures reduce overall durability by allowing the penetration of water and aggressive agents, thereby accelerating the deterioration of the reinforcing steel. Highway pavement, bridge decks, and industrial floors are especially susceptible to this type of deterioration since these structures exhibit high rates of shrinkage and are frequently exposed to aggressive environmental conditions. The objectives of this investigation included the implement of experimental procedures for assessing shrinkage cracking behavior on recycled aggregate concrete, the selection of replacement rate and mix composition on recycled aggregate concrete. Specifically, the influence of a shrinkage reducing admixture(SRA) and recycled aggregate concrete was investigated. The shrinkage reducing admixture substantially reduces free, shrinkage and restrained shrinkage cracking while providing similar mechanical properties. Restrained shrinkage experiments were developed and shrinkage cracking was shown to be size dependent and recycled aggregate replacement rate. A mechanical properties experiment approach was developed to predict the behavior of a variety of recycled aggregate concrete specimens. This experimentally approach was used to successfully explain experimental results from a variety of mixture compositions and recycled aggregate concrete. This experiment was used to demonstrate the influence of material and structural properties on the potential for cracking.

To investigate the clastogenicity of taxol and its precursor, 10-aleacetyl baccatin III, we performed chromosomal aberration assay with chinese hamster lung cells in vitro. The IC$_{50}$ values of taxol and 10-deacetyl baccatin III were determined as $1/16 \times 10^{-4}$ M (5.34 $\mu$g/ml) and $1 \times 10^{-2}$ M (560 $\mu$g/ml) in MTT assay, respectively. It means that the cytotoxicity of taxol revealed 100 times more cytotoxic than 10-deacetyl baccatin III in chinese hamster lung cell line. Nevertheless the strong positive genetic toxicity of taxol in the bone marrow micronucleus assay in vivo which was recently reported, we observed weak positive clastogenicity of taxoi only in the absence of metabolic activation system in the concentration ranges used in this experiment. Moreover, to clarify the involvement of metabolic fate of taxol because of its strong positive result in vivo, 10-deacetyl baccatin III which is a precursor in taxol synthesis, also subjected in chromosomal aberration assay in vitro. However, we observed no clastogenicity of 10-deacetyl baccatin III in this experiment. From above results, it was suggested that the esterification at C-13 appears to be relative for its genetic toxicity in chromosome aberration using chinese hamster lung cell in vitro.
