Now a days the whole world is trying to solve the environment and energy problems because of increased concern about them. Though Sustainable Housing becomes more concerned for improving life quality by inducing the sustainable and environment-friendly technologies actively, as a matter of fact, the related assessment standards and data are insufficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to derive the assessment standard and measurement methode by analyzing diverse element technologies to prevent indiscreet use of them. To do so the Pilot Project was planned and constructed properly, and it was designed for and applied to the Total Monitering System which can analyze and evaluate the quantified data in real time. In addition, the measured data from the Pilot Project will be applied variously by being saved into the database for a long time.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the environmental-friendly properties of Nak-An folk village by using green building certification of residence and suggest the environmental-friendly elements necessary for the development of green building certification. For this purpose, a field survey has been conducted to the Nak-An folk village. In this survey, the environmental-friendly properties including land use, transport, energy, material & resource, water, environmental pollution, maintenance, ecology, indoor environment, and another traditional planning elements are investigated to the Nak-An folk village by using green building certification of residence. As a result, environmental-friendly properties on land use, transport, and ecology are applied to the Nak-An folk village very well, but another environment¬friendly properties are applied to partial element or not to whole element because of different criteria used in remodeling of apartment and high-rise apartment and so on. In addition, new five traditional environment-friendly elements are suggested. It is considered that this result will be useful for development of green building certification of residence and further study on the estimation of environmental-friendly properties in traditional village.
축소모의구조체를 이용한 완충재 탄성계수와 경량바닥충격 진동저감량과의 상관성 분석

Dynamic stiffness of resilient materials have a close relation with the floor impact sound reduction. In this study, to examine the correlation between the dynamic stiffness and the light-weight floor impact vibration reduction level by using the reduced-scale model structure, 14 resilent materials were measured. And to verify the availability of H type (Flat) reduced-scale model structure, the verification experiment was carried out at the standard test laboratory. Dynamic stiffness of resilent materials were measured before this study and these results were used in this study. The results showed that the availability of H type (Flat) reduced-scale model structure were verified and the correlation between the dynamic stiffness and the light-weight floor impact vibration reduction level was high.
