      • 抵抗性 벼 品種을 加害할 수 있는 벼멸구 生態型에 관한 硏究

        A series of experiments were conducted to investigate the distribution ratio of the biotypes of brown planthopper(BPH), Nilaparvata lugens Stal, migrated into the rice field of Korean peninsula from southern Chinese continent during the rice crop growing season, the feeding amount, and the emergence rate of BPH biotypes fed on 60 to 70-day-old rice cultivars with different resistance genes. The percent biotype distribution of the female BPH collected in southern coastal regions of Korean peninsula showed that in 1986, 1987, and 1988 the BPH biotype-1 was predominant species accounting for 61.2%, 59.7%, and 52.4%, respectively. Whereas biotype-2 was 21.9%, 29.7%, and 26.2%, and biotype-3 was 17.0%, 12.6%, and 21.4%, respectively. Since Indonesian rice cultavars, IR 36, Cisadane, and Krueng Aceh, to the BPH female adults collected in southern coastal regions of Korean peninsula were shown partially susceptible reaction, the primary source seems to be migrated from the tropics to Korea by way of southern China and the subtropics. The feeding amount of biotype-2 on Cheongcheongbyeo with resistant Bph 1 gene and biotype-3 on Milyang 63 with resistant bph 2 gene was as high as Milyang 23 with no resistant gene. But Gayabyeo with resistant Bph 1 and bph 2 gene was highly resistnat to biotype-1,2,and3. The emergence ratio of the three BPH biotypes on Milyang 23 was higher than on the other rice cultivars, and that of biotype-2 on Cheongcheongbyeeo and biotype-3 on Milyang 63 was as high as on Milyang 23.

      • 水稻品種에 따른 벼멸구 生態型의 攝食行動에 관한 硏究

        水稻品種에 대한 加害能力을 달리하는 벼멸구(Nilaparvata lugens Stal) 生態型에 대한 水稻品種의 幼苗 및 幼齡別 抵抗性反應을 調査하고, 또 벼멸구 生態型들이 우리나라에 얼마나 飛來해 오는지를 調査한바 그 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 水稻幼苗의 抵抗性反應은 東津벼가 生態形-1,2,3 모두에 感受性이었고, 三剛벼와 密陽 63號는 生態型-2와 3에 各各 感受性이었다. 그러나 伽倻벼는 生態型-1,2,3 모두에 抵抗性이었다. 2. 苗齡에 따른 水稻品種別 甘露排泄量의 差異는 生態型에 따라 苗齡別로 多樣하게 나타났다. 3. filter paper위에 나타난 甘露排泄面績과 排泄된 甘露의 무게와는 서로 相關이 있었다. 즉 東津벼는 生態形-1,2,3에서, 三剛벼는 生態型-2에서, 密陽 63號는 生態型-3에서 甘露排泄面績과 무게가 모두 높게 나타난 反面, 伽倻벼는 生態形-1,2,3 모두 낮아 抵抗性反應을 보였다. 4. 벼멸구 生態型 分布比率은 採集時期 및 地域間에 약간의 差異는 있었으나, 生態形-1,2,3이 各各 57.0%, 25.1%, 18.0%였다. The reaction of the varietal differences in resistance to the brown planthopper(BPH), Nilaparvata lugens Stal, biotypes by using the rice seeding responses, the feeding amount of the three BPH biotypes fed on 30 to 70-day-old rice cultivars with different resistance genes, the distribution ratio of the BPH biotypes migrated from southern Chinese continent into the southern costal regions of Korea were tested. According to the reponses of rice seedling to the three BPH viotypes, Dongjinbyeo(no resistant gene)was shown highly susceptible to their nymphs, Samgangbyeo(Bph-1 gene)was susceptible to the biotype-2, and Milyang 63 was susceptible to the biotype-3, But Gayabyeo(Bph-and bph-2 gene)was hightly resistant to their nymphs, Based on the reaction of the varietal differences in resistance to the BPH biotypes on 30 to 70-day-old by using the honeydew excretion test, the rice cultivars with Bph-1 gene including Samgangby대 were resistant to biotype-1 and 3, but susceptible to biotype-2, and those with bph-2 gene like Milyang 63 were susceptible to biotype-3, but resistant to biotype-1 and 2, But those with Bph-1 and bph-2 gene like Gayabyeo were highly resistant to biotype-1, 2, and 3. The percent biotype distribution of the female BPH colleted in the southern coastal regions of Korea showed that the BPH biotype-1 was predominent accounting for 57.0%, biotype-2 was 25.1%, and biotype-3 was 18.0%

      • 저유량 마취를 위한 전자제어식 기화기 개발

        For the environmental safety of the operating room and patient healthcare, the closed type rebreathing system is widely adopted. In order to reduce the anesthesia gas during surgery, the mixing ratio of anesthesia gas with breathing air should be precisely controlled. Generally, the breathing air passes through the vaporizer to mix the anesthesia gas, but there is a difficulty in controlling the mixing ratio precisely. In this paper, the stand-alone style vaporizer is designed and the operating characteristics are investigated. The vaporizer measures the temperature and pressure in the vaporizing chamber and chamber temperature is precisely controlled by proportional controlled heater. Exact quantity of anesthesia media is feeded by PID controlled peristaltic pump and vaporized gas is mixed with breathing air flow by PWM controlled solenoid valve. The experimental result shows that the vaporizer has an excellent command following performances that it can be applied to the low flow anesthesia system.

        III급 부정교합을 지닌 6-14세 아동의 중두개저각에 따른 안면두개골의 형태적 특징 : 측두방사선규격사진을 이용한 횡단누년적 연구

        부정교합의 분류가 치아의 위치적 관계에 의해 구분되면, 동일한 집단에 속하더라도 이들의 안면두개골은 서로 다른 구조적 관계를 지니고 있어 이들을 동일시 할 수 없으며 안면 두개골의 형태적 특징에 의한 분류가 필요하다. 저자는 6-14세사이의 Ⅲ급 부정교합 아동 135명의 측두방사선 규격 사진을 7,9,11,13세의 연령으로 구분한 후, 중두개저각 40.3˚를 기준으로 이보다 작은 집단 (하악전돌효과군)과 큰 집단(하악후퇴효과군)으로 분류하여 각 집단의 안면두개골의 형태적 특징을 횡단 누년적으로 비교 평가하였다. 모집단의 39.3%가 하악전돌효과군으로, 60,7%가 하악후퇴효과군으로 나타났으며, 두개저, 비상악복합체, 상악골 및 하악골의 전후방적 길이 그리고 전안면 높이와 후안면높이 등의 수직적 길이가 하악후퇴효과군에서 크게 나타난 것으로 미루어 Ⅲ급 부정교합 아동의 많은 수가 좁고 긴 얼굴형(leptoprosopic faceform)에서 찾아볼 수 있는 형태적 특징을 많이 지니고 있으며, 두 군간에는 형태적, 구조적인 차이와 함께 시기적으로도 각기 다름 성장양태를 보이는 것으로 가늠된다.. It is well known that there are different craniofacial skeletal groups in the same malocclusion types. The present study was performed to determine morphologic sub-groups in Korean children with Class Ⅲ malocclusions, and to find out morphological differences between subgroups by means of a cross-sectional longitudinal cephalometric study. In this study, 135 children aged 6 to 14 year-old with untreated Class Ⅲ malocclusions were selected. The samples were divided into two groups depending on the angulation of middle cranial fossa(MCF). That is, when the MCF of an individual was measured smaller than 40.3, he/she was tossed into mandibular protrusive-effect group(MREG), while when an individual was measured larger than 40.3, he/she was tossed into mandibular retrusive-effect group(MREG). There after, the grouped samples were divided into 4 age groups (7,9,11 and 13 year-old). Thirty four linear and angular measurements on the tracings of lateral cephaloradiographs were measured, and the morphological characteristics and differences were compared and analysed by means of Wilcoxon test. It was found that Korean children with Class Ⅲ malocclusions were divided into two groups, in which 39.3% were belonged in the MREG and 60.7% were in the MREG. In the MREG, anterior-posterior length of cranial base, nasomaxillary complex, maxilla and mandible were larger than the MREG. And although there wass mo difference in the total length of mandible (Co-Gn), mandibular body length (Go-Gn) was larger in the MREG during the majority of the observed periods. These results would suggest that a majority of the samples, 60.7%, demonstrated many of configurations of craniofacial skeletal relationships that can be found in the leptoprosopic faceform.

      • "국민윤리" 敎科內容의 模型設定에 關한 一硏究

        Based upon the point of view that man would be able to get self-perfection only in community and that, on the other hand, just the man is the origin of vitality of community, writers believe that value education program is needed an useful in the university curriculum. And they found that in substantial character the value education program means the instruction which is not only for a student to adapt himself to the system of the community, but also criticize the system of the community in order to realize the best social conditions. Then, it is important to establish the substantial object of "National Ethics" and to constitute the contents of curriculum of it, which is suitable to accomplish the object of "National Ethics." According to the view mentioned above in this paper, writers attempted to establish a model of contents of "National Ethies" as a university curriculum. Writers think that the substantial object of "National Ethics" must be established with reference to the most important problems for the nation to be solved. Writers believe, therefore, that such problems as ① Primitive Unification, ② Industrialization ③ National Welfare ④ Abundance upon which discoursed A.F.K Organski in his "This Stage of Political Development," or as ① State-Building ② Nation-Building ③ Participation ④ Distribution of which stated G. A. Almond and G. B. Powell in their "Comparative Politics: Developmental Approach," are the most important for us to solve: because the history of modernization of Western Europe would suggest an End-State model for the underdeveloped nations. The following conclusions were derived from the present study: First, a statue of a human being as the substantial object of "National Ethics" is one who eager to solve and accomplish such problems mentioned above. Second, according to the suggestions of the history of modernization of Western Europe, the contents of curriculum of "National Ethics", which would be able to accomplish the substantial object of the "National Ethics," must be constituted with the contents which cultivate the patriotism. And from the history of modernization of Western Europe writers find out the facts that such modern spirits as positivism, rationalism and so forth rested on the basis of their traditional thought. And so, Koreanic modern spirits must be derived from her traditional thought. Then writers conclude that the contents of "National Ethics" must be constituted with "Korean thought" and the thought of "Chyung-Hyo" which is one of the Korean traditional morals. Third, writers concluded that it is reasonable to exclude the chapter of "The Philosophy of Political Science" and "Criticism of Communism" from the contents of curriculum of "National Ethics," which is contained in present text of "National Ethics," and to treat each one as a independent subject if it is possible. Fourth, a system of "Korean Thought" which is stated in this paper is an example for further study.

      • 국내무연탄 연소에 따른 순환유동층내의 열전달 특성

        순환유동층 시험연소로에서 국내무연탄의 연소에 따른 연소로 내벽의 열전달 특성을 고찰하였다. 연로소의 온도변화 및 층밀도의 변화에 따른 전열계수의 변화를 측정하였다. 한편 전열모델을 구성하고 그 계산치를 실험결과와 비교하였다. 또한 복사 전열에 대한 고찰을 통해 순환유동층 열전달에 미치는 복사의 영향을 추정하였다. Bed to wall heat transfer in a both scale circulating fluidized bed was studied. Domestic anthracite was burned to heat the combustor. Variation of heat transfer rate with combustor temperature, bed density was monitored. Test result was compared with a proposed heat transfer model and radiation effect in heat transfer was predicted

      • 폐플라스틱 유동층 열분해 공정연구

        Process characterization of waste plastics pyrolysis in a bench scale fluidized bed test unit was investigated. Feasibility of commercial scale process such as proper feeding system and reaction control ability were analysed and confirmed based on the reaction characteristics varying with the plaxtics and system assemblies. Eight pure or waste plastic samples were collected from the industrial waste plastics generation source in Korea. Selected samples were HDPE, LDPE autobovile interior, XLPE electric wire coat, synthetic rubber, EVA shoe sole, PS(monomer and styrofoam) and ABS. The pattern of decomposition reflected composition and molecular structure of plastics. Decomposition of polyolifin produced linear paraffinic and olefinic compounds. Recovery of styrene monomer and aromatic compounds were attained from the phrolysis of PS and ABS. However, secondary reaction was monitored was monitored even from the pyrolysis of aliphatic samples of XLPE and EVA.
