        대학생의 지각된 여가능력이 여가심취도, 여가만족도, 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

        The education in modern society is being asked developed human being of whole-educated man who is to seek harmonious growth of body and soul. It is obious thougth the leisure life related their each companions leisure activity that life features of a university student is most well shown. It is certern that time of leisure activity is unique one which university student in Korea for oneself can go to operate their life and free from environmental and situational stress. Perticulary, In the university life, companions leisure activity is to be opportunity which is build up experience filling up needs of self-growth adapted at the social and cultural role in the field of creative activity. It is deplored that Increasing leisure time isn`t used tea be correspond to leisure essential that Robert Huchinson warn, If man don`t destory oneself with automic bomb, man for oneself can be ruined by leisure coming from automic period and It is warned against anti-leisurization that Godbey insisted on that Even though leisure time coming into modern age increases, the true meaning leisure is going to disappear more and more, and spontaniously these situations were evidence to the contrary that cultivation of subjective leisure ability toward leisure is needed to learn the ropes in the school life preparing for a stage of social education. So, The objective of this study is to evaluate level of individual subjective leisure ability based on accomplishing smoothly leisure activity, and set free from obligation and restriction, take in efficiently influences of social, organizational and environmental constraints in pleasuring leisure time, devote in true self and value expression, and posse ability and attitude cultivating wothly life of a member of society for the future social life. According to perceived competence and control which is a central element of attributive theoretic analysis of leisure and recreation studied by Iso-Ahola(1980), this study is purposed to exemining closely a degree of influence extended to leisure and life satisfaction with sub-factors. As a result of searching casual relation among leisure ability, leisure involvement, leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction, perceived leisure competence and leisure control of university students are shown to effect directly and indirectly, but only indirect effect to life satisfaction. Also, leisure involvement and leisure satisfaction is testified to principle mediatied factors connected with leisure ability and life satisfaction of university students. As a result of analyzing correlation among whole factors, Leisure competence of university student is proved to correlating with very high leisure control(r=.653), leisure involvement(r=.317), and leisure satisfaction(r=.247), whereas, not correlated with life satisfaction(r=.047). Also, leisure control correlated with high leisure involvement(r=.277), leisure satisfaction(r=.187), but not correlated with life satisfaction(r=.033).

        Anthocyanin의 Delphinidin이 MDA-MB-231 유방암세포에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 블루베리에 포함된 anthocyanin 중 delphinidin이 인간 유래의 MDA-MB-231 유방암세포의 성장을 억제시키고 apoptosis를 유발하는지 살펴보고 in vivo 실험에서도 항암효과가 나타나는지 확인하였다. 그 결과 cell viability를 보기 위한 MTT assay에서는 농도 의존적으로암세포의 성장을 억제시켰으며, apoptosis의 확인을 위한 DAPI stain에서 농도 의존적으로 chromatin condensation이 유의적으로 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 western blot에서 암 억제 유전자인 p53 단백질이 증가하였고, anti-apoptotic 분자인 Bcl-2 단백질과 p-GSK3β 단백질은 감소하였다. In vivo 실험에서는 대조군과 비교해 10 mg/kg delphinidin을 투여한 군에서 종양의 크기가 감소하였으며, TUNEL assay를 통해 apoptosis 세포 또한 통계학적으로 유의적인 증가가 관찰되어 종양 억제 효과를 확인하였다. 이상의 결과들로 볼 때, MDA-MB-231 유방암세포에서 delphinidin은 암세포의 증식을 억제시키고, apoptosis를 유발시키는 효과를 보이므로 암 예방제나 치료제로 개발될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This research showed that delphinidin, an anthocyanin present in blueberry, induced apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells as well as mediated anti-cancer effects in vivo. As a result, growth of cancer cells as assessed by MTT assay decreased in a concentration-dependent manner. Chromatin condensation by DAPI staining significantly increased in a concentration-dependent manner, indicating apoptosis. The level of p53-protein increased while those of anti-apoptotic molecules (Bcl-2, p-GSK3β) decreased in the western blot. Tumor size decreased in cells treated with 10 mg/kg of delphinidin compared with the control group in vivo. Cell apoptosis assessed by TUNEL assay significantly increased, and tumor inhibitory effect was confirmed. Therefore, delphinidin can be developed for cancer preventive medicine due to its growth inhibitory effects and induction of apoptosis in human breast cancer cells.

      • Age-Associated Changes in the Vascular Renin-Angiotensin System in Mice

        <P><I>Background</I>. This study evaluated whether the change in the renin-angiotensin system (RAS) is associated with arterial aging in mice.<I> Methods</I>. Histologic changes and expressions of transforming growth factor-<I>β</I> (TGF-<I>β</I>), collagen IV,<I> fibronectin</I>, angiotensin II (Ang II), angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2), angiotensin II type 1 receptor (AT1R), angiotensin II type 2 receptor (AT2R), prorenin receptor (PRR), Mas receptor (MasR), endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), NADPH oxidase 2 and oxidase 4 (Nox2 and Nox4), 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG),<I> 3-nitrotyrosine</I>, and superoxide dismutase 1 and dismutase 2 (SOD1 and SOD2) were measured in the thoracic aortas from 2-month-old, 12-month-old, and 24-month-old C57/BL6 mice.<I> Results</I>. Twenty-four-month-old mice showed significantly increased aortic media thickness and expressions of TGF-<I>β</I>, collagen IV, and fibronectin, compared to 2-month-old and 12-month-old mice. The expressions of PRR, ACE, and Ang II, and AT1R-positive area significantly increased, whereas expressions of ACE2 and MasR and AT2R-positive area decreased with age. The expressions of phosphorylated serine<SUP>1177</SUP>-eNOS, SOD1, and SOD2 decreased, and the 8-OHdG-positive area and the 3-nitrotyrosine-positive area increased with age. The expression of Nox2 significantly increased with age, but that of Nox4 did not change.<I> Conclusions</I>. The enhanced PRR-ACE-Ang II-AT1R axis and reduced ACE2-MasR axis were associated with arterial aging in mice. </P>

        CAD/CAM을 이용한 구치부 전부도재 고정성 국소의치 지르코니아 코어의 연결부 설계에 따른 파절강도

        Statements of problem: Zirconia core is used for posterior fixed partial dentures because it's good mechanical properties. Stress is concentrated on connectors in fixed partial dentures, so the proper design of connector areas is needed for adequate mechanical long-term properties of any prosthesis. The area of connector is critical, but tooth size and surrounding soft tissue limit the connector design. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare fracture strengths between different connector designs of zirconia core for posterior fixed partial dentures manufactured with CAD/CAM system and determining the optimal connector design satisfying strength and hygiene. Material and method: The following four groups of 40 posterior fixed partial denture specimens(each group 10) were fabricated as followed; group 1 vertical height of connector is 3mm (control group, all groups have the same condition); group 2, lingual vertical 1mm reinforcement on connector; group 3, lingual vertical 2mm reinforcing on connector and group 4, lingual vertical 3mm reinforcing on connector. Specimens were subjected to compressive loading on the central fossa of pontic by instron. SEM was used to identify the initial crack and characterize the fracture mode. Results: The results were as follows: 1. The mean fracture load of the non-lingual reinforcing group was 1212N and the lingual vertical 1mm reinforcing group was 1510N, the lingual vertical 2mm reinforcing group was 1882N, the lingual vertical 3mm reinforcing group was 1980N. 2. The reinforcing groups were statistically significant compared to non-reinforcing groups(P<0.001). 3. There were 2, 3mm reinforcing groups that were statistically significant compared to 1mm reinforcing groups(P<0.001), and the 3mm reinforcing group was not statistically significant compared to 2mm reinforcing groups(P>0.05) 4. Fractures were initiated in gingival embrasures of connectors and processed to the loading site. Conclusion: In this study, lingual reinforcement of connector for improved strength of zirconia based fixed partial denture is nessasary. And long-term study for clinical application is required

        The 3D-QSAR study of quinolinediones which showed potent inhibitory effect on the acetylcholine induced vaso-relaxation of rat aorta with the endothelium was conducted by CoMSIA. The statistical result, cross-validated q² (0.741) and r² (0.960) values, gave reliability to the prediction of inhibitory activity of this series.
