The proposed converter connected by two capacitors in parallel with switching devices. The converter reduce the switching loss and switching noise and voltage stress at switching instants. This paper describes the operating principle of the proposed LC and LCC-Type Load Parallel Resonant DC-DC Converter Using ZVS capacitors. The analysis of the proposed circuit are described of using the normalized parameters to be required in all the design steps. Also, the principle of basic operating and the characteristics of driving were estimated switching frequency and the parameter. And, the data fur designing got by the characteristic values example of the design's method was proposed. And, this paper conform a rightfulness of theoretical analysis by comparing a theoretical values obtained from simulation results and experimental values obtained from experiment using MOSFET as switching device.

부모의 양육태도가 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of parents' child-rearing attitudes and satisfaction with university life on Korean and Chinese university students' self-efficacy based on the survey. According to the study, the group differences between Korean and Chinese students(X2 verification) are as follows. First, regarding the difference in how Korean and Chinese students perceive child-rearing attitudes, the obvious distinction between parents' encouraging atmosphere and autonomy can be observed. Second, Chinese students show a higher approval rating on the life satisfaction indexes such as education service, administration service, physical environment, and in order to demonstrate how Korean and potential for development compared to Korean students. Especially, Chinese students seem to be more satisfied with physical environment and education service. Third, when it comes to the understanding of the self-efficacy, Chinese students tend to be positively aware of self-confidence and self-control efficacy. It is suggested that the higher parents' child-rearing attitudes, autonomy, the level of encouraging attitudes and rationality, the more the Chinese students feel satisfied with their lives while parents' child-rearing attitudes have little influence on the way Korean students feel satisfied with their lives. As a result, there is a clear difference in the way parents' child-rearing attitudes affect the Korean and Chinese students' self-efficacy. With respect to the relationship between the life satisfaction and their self-efficacy, there is no difference between Korean and Chinese students. This study would pave the way for confirming the relationship between the necessary educational environment and parents' child-rearing attitudes. In addition, it would lay the foundation for the further study on the improvement of satisfaction with the education.

Conditions for processing dried condiments with bloody clam were investigated. The enzymatic hydrolysis for 1 hour was more profitable than hydrothermal extraction to develop flavoring matters from bloody clam. As a result of omission tests, nucleotides were predominated in the taste compounds of bloody clam hydrolysates rather than free amino acids, and the contribution of nucleotides and free amino acids to the taste of bloody clam hydrolysates was remarkable. The major flavoring components of bloody clam hydrolysates were free amino acids and oligopeptides below 500 dalton. When bloody clam hydrolysates were separated with membrane(molecular weight cutoff 500 dalton) for recovering flavor, recovering yields of amino type nitrogen were 92.4%. Proximate compositions of dried condiments prepared with protease hydrolyzed bloody clam were moisture content 3.6%, total nitrogen were 71.2% amino nitrogen were 47.8%. And drying yield, solubility and absorption rates at Aw 0.88 were 21.4%. 86.3% and 6.6%, respectively.

The method of the Pretreatment with hydrogen peroxide and ammonia was investigated as a means of fractionating waste newspaper. The main feature of this process is pumping ammonia water into a packed­bed 2 reactor after the prereaction of newspaper with hydrogen peroxide. To increase the enzymatic digestibility of treated newspaper, the effect of temperature was studied. The extent of delignification was not dependent on the temperature significantly. The cellulose content, however, was increased. The enzymatic digestibility of the newspapers which were pretreated at 170-170℃ of reaction temperature was substantially higher than that of untreated newspaper.

영지버섯 생장점 단백다당체 GLB의 대식세포 활성화 효과

In the previous study we described the antitumor activity of GLB. a protein-polysaccharide fraction of the growing tips of Ganoderma lucidum, against sarcoma 180 solid tumor in ICR mice. In this study we investigated the stimulatory activity of GLB on macrophages. When analyzed using a flow cytometer. GLB (100 ㎍/㎖) was found to increase the phagocytic activity of the BALB/c mouse peritoneal macrophages as well as chicken macrophage BM2CL cells against FTTC-labeled C. albicans by 55.2% and 21.2%, respectively. GLB also increased the spreading and the expression of MHC class Ⅱ molecules of BM2CL cells as well as the mouse peritoneal macrophages. From these results, it is clear that GLB is a strong stimulator to the macrophages.

영지버섯 생장점 단백다당체 GLB-A, GLB-B의 항암효과 및 면역 활성에 관한 유세포 분석학적 연구

In the previous study we described the antitumor effect of GLB, a protein-polysaccharide fraction separated from the growing tips of Ganoderma lucidum, against sarcoma 180 solid tumor in ICR mice. In this study, we separated an acidic protein-polysaccharide fraction. GLB-A, and a basic protein-polysaccharide fraction. GLB-B, from GLB by differential precipitation, and elucidated their antitumor and immunomodulatory activities. When ip injected at the dose of 50 ㎎/㎏/day into the ICR mice. GLB-A and GLB-B inhibited the growth of ip implantated sarcoma 180 cells by 32.4% and 21.0%, respectively. Of these, GLB-A increased the % lymphoblast in the spleen of the tumor-bearing and the mormal mice by 20.9% and 123.0%, and the CD4/CD8 ratio by 73.3% and 22.4%, respectively. GLB-A also increased the expression of CD25 (IL-2 receptor α chain) in normal mice by 82.0%. These results strongly suggest that GLB-A is a promising candidate for antiumor immunomodulatory medicine.

The purposes of this article are to find the general trends of unmarried men and women's mate selection conditions, to estimate the differences according to related variables and to analyze the effects of significant variables influencing on mate selection. The samples were selected from the unmarried 164 men and 235 women living in Kwang-ju. The major findings are as follows; 1. All scores of mate selection conditions were higher than medium. Especially in desirable spouse conditions, women's were higher than men's. Move valued spouse conditions were women's apperance, health, family background in men and all conditions in women. Women desired more similar and interactional conditions than men. 2. External and internal conditions were significantly different from age, work in men and age, father's and mother's age in women. Homogeneous and interactional conditions were significantly different from sex role attitude, premarital sexual experience in men and age, education, work, father's age, love necessity of marriage, sex role attitude, premarital sexual experience in women. 3. External and internal conditions were influenced by work in men and mother's and father's age in women. Homogeneous conditions were influenced by premarital sexual experience, necessity of marriage in men and age, premarital sexual experi-ence, necessity of marriage in women. Interactional conditions were influenced by sex role attitude, father's age in men and sex role attitude, education, work in women.
