SC 합성 기둥-철골 보 접합부의 내진성능에 관한 실험적 연구

Steel-concrete composite column is a recently developed composite system, in which the two opposite flanges of H-shape section are connected by welded links, and vacant space enclosed by the flanges, web and links is filled with concrete. The purposes of this paper are to suggest efficient moment-connection details for SC composite column system and to verify their seismic performance. Two types of SC composite column-steel beam connections were proposed; one for strong axis of column and the other for weak axis of column. Cyclic loading tests for two full-scaled specimens were performed according to the standard loading history of SAC(2000). Moment-connection detail for strong axis of column showed sufficient seismic performance required for SMRF(special moment resisting frame). However, connection detail for weak axis of column exhibited inferior seismic performance than that for strong axis of column, which satisfied the requirements for OMRF(ordinary moment resisting frame). Additional studies are needed to increase elastic stiffness and seismic performance of connection detail for weak axis of SC composite column.

Recently, Radon has been gotten attention for problems of Nuclear Generating Station and a variety of nuclear. It is naturally arises that is accumulated in the interior through the soil with radioactive materials. People exposed to indoor a Radon increase the high risks of lung cancer. The data are consisted of regional Country, The Location, Average Radon pCi/L, Geo Mean and Geo S.D etc. The research is experimented using E-M algorithm. The research result appears to make a division of soil distance, regional and cluster. It requires in effort to minimize exposure to people who live in areas with high radon levels. A country must apprise to people about Radon risk and needs to work out measures plan.

SVM is analysis capability for performing error generalized in a direction to a minimum is evaluated as excellent. By analyzing the SVM-based regression and general multiple regression analysis to compare the performance SVM.

A study off riction welding of high speed steel(SKH 51) bar for blade side to carbon steel (STC 3) bar for shank side was carried out experimentally through tensile test, hardness test, microstructure, and acoustic emission(AE) test.<br/> So, this paper deals with optimizing the welding conditions and the real-time quality (strength) evaluation of friction welded joints by acoustic emission technique.<br/> The results obtained are summarized as follows :<br/> (1) For friction welded joints of SKH 51 to STC 3 steel bars, the total upset (U) increases linearly with an increase of heating time (t₁).<br/> (2) The determined optimum welding conditions are heating time (t₁) 7~9 sec, upsetting time (t₂) 5 sec, heating pressure(P₁) 12 ㎏f/㎟, upsetting pressure(P₂) 15 ㎏f/㎟ and rotating speed(n) 2,000 rpm, resulting in a computed relationship between the tensile strength of the joint σ (㎏f/㎟) and the heating time t₁ (sec) as the following : σ=2.39t₁<SUP>1.382</SUP><br/> (3) The quantitative relationship equation between AE cumulative counts(N) and the tensile strength(a) of the welded joints friction-welded under the obove optimal condition is computed as the following : σ=0.07N<SUP>0.61</SUP><br/> (4) From the quantitative relationship between the accumulated AE total count and the welding strength, it was confirmed that the nondestructive real-time evaluation of welding quality(strength) could be possible.

Background: This study was conducted to identify the association between sleep duration and suicidal ideation among farmers in Korea. Methods: We used Safety for Agricultural Injuries of Farmers cohort data collected from September 2015 to June 2018, which was an agricultural survey on the health and behaviors of adult farmers in Jeju island, Korea. Results: A total of 964 participants were included in the analysis, and 3.7% of them were identified with having suicidal ideation. The frequencies of average daily sleep duration of <6 h (short sleep), 6-8 h (normal sleep), and >8 h (long sleep) were 24.4%, 70%, and 5.6%, respectively. Multivariate analyses revealed that short sleep duration was significantly associated with suicidal ideation compared with normal sleep duration (odds ratio = 2.49, 95% confidence interval = 1.07-5.77). Conclusion: Our findings suggest that short sleep duration in farmers result in higher suicidal ideation. Because individuals who have suicidal ideation often commit suicide, careful monitoring is required to prevent suicide in farmers with short sleep duration.
