        A spoiler is one of most important factors for secure Aerodynamic performance and recently is not any more option part for MPV/SUV/Hatchback, by reducing strength of rear wake zone and optimizing flow separation of a roof end to prevent increasing drag. Until now, Blow method in mold has been seen as a typical one for spoiler. But, most of automobile companies use the Injection type for reduction of cost and weight and for getting more complicated design. In this study, we can set a standard of engineering design in optimized position and distance between mounting hardware and in evaluating the stiffness for opened shaped spoiler as well as large sized exterior parts with high stiffness material and see the higher quality of it with panel and other parts than blow method typed one.

      • IIHS 성능개선 및 경량화를 위한 135㎏f/㎟ 초고장력 강판 백빔 적용

        The Bumper is one of the most important parts of automobile related to the style and safety. According to the Consumer Report, the styling and design of exterior and the safety were marked at the 3rd and 4th grade in 2004 as factors that consumers consider essentially to buy cars. Particularly, the JIHS test influences our consumers about which one they should buy in the market of North America. And the bumper must pass the regulation test of their country as well. And the minimization of its weight is also the main issue to every car maker which can result to improve fuel rate so that cars can reduce pollutants. In these reasons, high strength steels is essential for a back beam in order to be sufficient to the safety and lightening of cars. This paper will introduce the ultra high strength steel back beam and what will be the advantage of high strength back beam, especially as to 80㎏f/㎟, 100㎏f/㎟ and 135㎏f/㎟ strength steel in the JIHS test.

        It is common to use the Trailer hitch system to carry a small cart, bicycles, a boat and even car. And most of them are attached on side members of a vehicle as after-market products. But it is hard work to detach a muffler and rear bumper because of huge size and crossing layout, and make a trouble to decline the fuel efficiency and an attractive unique appearance of car. So a vehicle like SUV, MPV and SUT has been sold as attached a hitch receiver by car makers. Recently a receiver is being put to use for disable person and elder people. This paper shows consideration points for developing rear bumper and beam system integrated variable hitch receiver.

      • Analysis of hill road vibration for 3cylinder powertrain

        At the hill road, during the launch, we can get the severe body vibration such as seat track, steering wheel and even interior noise. Especially for the 3cylinder, it could be worse than 4cylinder due to the 1<SUP>st</SUP> order imbalance. It means, in the case of 3cylinder, there are two kinds of sources, 1<SUP>st</SUP> and 1.5<SUP>th</SUP> orders. This study deals with assessment process for root cause. First step is to define the source - higher axle torque and imbalance level. Higher axle torque at the hill can make higher tractive road load and input force to the engine mount. Measured axle torque characteristic well matches with seat track vibration. Engine 1.5<SUP>th</SUP> order gas torque fluctuation at the hill is also much higher than at the flat road. Another source is 1st order imbalance which is 3cylinder specific issue. Second step is to look for the path – engine mount stiffness change and powertrain rigid body mode. Engine mount stiffness increased at the hill due to the higher axle torque. It can change powertrain rigid body mode at hill with stiffer engine mounts which can be increased up to max axle torque, or max input source. Additionally, through the 12DOF analysis using measured mount stiffness under the hill road condition, yaw mode at the hill is closed with issued frequency for the 1<SUP>st</SUP> order. So, powertrain rigid body mode could be one of the reason to increase the body vibration at the hill. Regarding body sensitivity, there is no changes even for the higher, almost double mount stiffness. However, it does not exactly reflect the hill road condition during the test. Further study is required. Therefore, source wise, we need to check the powertrain rigid body mode and higher gas torque fluctuation at hill. Path wise, we should check the engine mount stiffness change at the hill.

      • 온라인 게임 과몰입 이용자들이 겪은 게임 통제 경험: 근거이론 중심

        본 연구의 목적은 온라인 게임 과몰입을 겪었던 이용자들이 경험한 심리적, 사회적 변화를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 Strauss 와 Corbin 이 제시한 근거이론 방법론을 적용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구참여자는 과거 온라인 게임 과몰입을 경험했고 현재는 긍정적인 게임 이용을 하고 있는 성인 3 명이었으며 이들을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였다. 연구 결과로 첫째, 총 372 개의 개념은 25 개의 하위 범주로 통합되었고 이는 다시 12 개의 범주로 도출되었다. 둘째, 패러다임 범주분석 결과, 중심 현상으로 ‘게임 통제’가, 인과적 조건으로 ‘게임을 중독으로 보는 시각’이, 맥락적 조건으로는 ‘게임과 플레이어 간의 관계’가 나타났다. 그리고 작용/상호작용전략으로는 ‘통제를 위한 개인적, 사회적 시도’가, 중재적 조건으로 ‘게임과 사회의 관계’가, 마지막으로 결과로는 ‘긍정적 혹은 부정적 영향’이 도출되었다. 셋째, 중심현상인 ‘게임통제’는 사회문화적 시각에 의해 무의식적으로 내재화된 결과이며, 게임 이용자는 게임 이용 시간이 지남에 따라 ‘게임 통제’에 대한 태도와 인식을 다르게 갖고 있었다. The purpose of this study is to explore the psychological and social changes by online game users who experienced overindulgence. Grounded theory research method by Strauss and Corbin is employed in this study. Three informants, having had previous experience in online game overindulgence but now experiencing positive game playing manner, were participated in in-depth interview. As a first result, 372 concepts are combined into 25 sub-categories, and then integrated into 12 categories. As a second result, category analysis by paradigm indicates that central phenomenon is ‘game control’, causal condition is ‘perspective on game as addictive matter’, and contextual condition is ‘relationship between game and game player’. It also derives ‘personal and social try on game control’ as action/interaction condition, ‘relationship between game and society’ as intervening condition, and ‘positive or negative effect’ as a consequence. As a final result, ‘game control’ is unconsciously internalized phenomenon affected by sociocultural perspective, and different attitude and awareness on ‘game control’ are shown by game users as time for playing game passes.
