        Today with the keen development of science the basic subject of mathematics is advancing quickly too so that effective guidance is necessary. Accordingly for effective guidance in mathematics practice, purpose, content and basic principles must be established and after the examination of an adequate text guidance must be given with various techniques. Accordingly it will be more effective and give more efficient practive if, among the exixting forms which are able to guide with emphasis on the student, teacher, a combination of both, simple test methods, the most effective method is employed, namely, with the teacher central to develop the practice in accordance with the purpose. To achieve this, guidance must be that which involves text research and enthusiasm which does not avoid the focus on practice.

        영병에 關한 文獻的 考察

        영병은 頸部의 結候兩側에 腫瘍이 발생되는 질병을 總稱하는 것으로 包括的인 면으로 볼 때 西洋醫學적으로 볼 때 甲狀腺腫大와 같은 것으로 본다. 이러한 병에 對하여 이미 오래전부터 地理적 環境과의 相關關係를 言及하였을 뿐만 아니라 좀더 나아가서는 情志失調도 이병을 일으키는 主要原因이 된다고 보았다. 現代醫學에 있어서는 甲狀腺腫大는 갑상선기능항진증에서 볼수 있는 것으로 보아 영병과 갑상선기능항진증과의 密接한 關係가 있음을 暗示해 주고 있다. 이와같이 古典적인 病名과 現代적인 症狀과의 比較分析을 위해 文獻考察方法도 韓醫學發展에 寄與할것으로 思慮된다. Goiter means all diseases causing tumor on the both sides of Adam's apple, and in the western medicine it is similar to tumefaction in thyroid gland. In the past the correlation between geographical features of deficiency of the kidney Yin as an important cause. In the present medicine, they suggest there should be close relation between goiter and hyperthyroidism. Therefore the comparative literature study on the ancient names of disease and present symptoms will contribute to the development of the Korean oriental medicine. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. In the past, the stagnation of qi and phlegm due to soil and water-borne diseases, and damage on being the response of the mind to the environmental stimuli was considered as the greatest causes of goiter, whereas in the present they give attention to goiter's symptoms caused by deficiency of Yin and think of deficiency of the kidney yin as important cause. 2. The ancient medicine books described the symptoms centering on the outer signs having tumefaction of diffuse on the neck, however modern oriental medicine writes symtoms of the whole body caused hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency inqi goiter addition to the outer symtoms and they are very similar to hyperthyroidism. 3. For the treatment, according to the treatment for the differentiation of symptoms and signs, they mainly use smoothing the liver and regulating the circulation of qi for the stagnation of qi; promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis for the blood stasis; resolving sputum and softening hard masses for the lumps of phlegm; removing heat phlegm for the stagnation of phlegm fire, however in recent books we can find many ways for the nourishing Yin and prescription.

      • 玄蔘의 Saponin 成分 檢索 : on the Saponin of the Radix

        Crude saponin(100g) were obtained by extracting the radix(5kg) of Scrophalariae koraiensis Nakai. Crude saponin were positive in the Liebermann-Burchard test. We observed 5 sports by TLC using BuOH saturated with H_2O : ethyl acetate : water(4:1:5, upper phase) as solvent and 1% Ce(SO_4)_2 in 10% H_2SO_4 as a color former. We divided into 3 fractions by common column chromatography using BuOH saturated with H_2O : ethylacetate : water(4:1:5, upper phase) as solvent.

      • 레이저가공기를 이용한 SAPH400의 절단특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 자동차 구조용 열간 압연강(SAPH400)의 몇 가지에 대한 최적의 절단 가공 조건을 구하기 위한 실험이다. 현재 대부분의 절단가공은 기계적인 방법이 활용되고 있으며,절단속도와 정밀도,금형제작,공구수명 등의 문제점이 많아 CO₂레이저 가공기를 이용하여 이를 해결하고자 하였다. 실험은 유입가스의 압력,절단속도 및 출력의 변화를 주었을 경우 절단면의 조도와 폭에 어떤 영향을 주는가를 연구 · 분석하였다. 실험결과 출력,절단속도 및 절단가스압력을 변화시켰을 때 출력은 1500W,절단속도는 1100mm/min. 절단 가스압력은 0.5kgf/㎠마 일 때 가장 양호한 표면 거칠기 값 18.06㎛을 나타냈다. This study aims at making experiments to fine the optimum cutting processing conditions of some sheets in common use of Steel Automobile Press Hot 400(SAPH400). Current mechanical methods for cutting processing of most have several problems in relation to cutting speed, precision, manufacture of metal mold and life of tools, which we tried to solve by using the CO₂ Laser Machining. We studied and analyzed what effects on the roughness and width of a section changes in the pressure of blowing gas, cutting speed and power according to the quality and thickness of the material might exert. The results from this experimental study are summarized as follows, when power, cutting speed and gas pressure were changed, the finest value of surface roughness, 18.06㎛ was attained at power of 1500W, cutting speed of 1100mm/min and gas pressure of 0.5kgf/㎠.

However, one of the main disadvantage of Plasma Hot Machining is the contamination of machined sufaces by melting spatter of the work piece. In this paper we investigate the effect of plasma heating point on machining suface contamination.

      • 臨海工團 廢水가 沿岸海水에 미치는 影響에 관한 硏究 : 영양염류를 中心으로 on the nutrititional salts

        This is the conclusion of the study on some nutritional salts included in the wastewaters and the sewages through 2 years, from 1986 to 1987. These are the wastewater being treated and discharged to the neighboring kwangyang Bay from the factories which are discharging the wastewater in the internal area of Yeochon Industrial Estate(Y.I.E), the sewage of Ssangbong area, the external area of Y.I.E, being discharged to the neighboring kamak Bay, the water treated by the night-soil treated plant in Yeosu city, the wastewater of Factory-H in this area and the sewage of the Yeondeung stream being flowed into Yeosu Harbor. 1. In Contents of PO_(4)-P and TKN in the wastewater being treated and discharged to the kwangyang Bay from 14 factories in Y.I.E the PO_(4)-P showed respectively 2.348mg/l at factory D and 2.020mg/l at factory A-I (main plant), and TKN showed 38.862mg/l and 71.337mg/l. These are the highest contents compared with the other factories. In the other factories, PO_(4)-P is 0.08-0.149mg/l and TKN is 0.350-11.994mg/l. 2. The ratio of treatment on PO_(4)-P and TKN by the current wastewater treatment is irregular and the average ratios of treatment in general show 85.4% in PO_(4)-P and 66.4% in TKN. 3. The loading amounts of the nutritional salts loaded the neighboring kwangyang Bay from the waste and treated waste of 14 factories in Y.L.E are 16.77kg/l, in PO_(4)-P and 484.46kg/l each when the water is originally wasted. 4. The contents of the nutritional salts in the Ssangbong sewage A and B of the external area Y.I.E discharged to kamak Bay, the treated water of the night-soil treated plant in Yeochnn city and the waste and treated water of factory-H in Yeosu are as follows. PO_(4)-P are 0.689mg/l, 1.085mg/l, 1.103mg/l and 0.0027mg/l in order and TKN are 15.654mg/l, 24.194mg/l, 28.675mg/l and 0.980mg/l. 5. The contents of PO_(4)-P and TKN in the Yeondeung stream which han an indirect influence on kamak Bay are 0.884mg/l and 15.234mg/l each, and the loading amounts by one day are 38.633kg and 665.756kg. 6. According to the measurement result, the entire area of kamak Bay close by the land also is the same. But the other areas belong to the Eutrophicated sea area.

        과학 교사의 탐구수업에 대한 선호와 실제 차이 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analysis of difference between preferences and actual science teachers' an inquiry based instruction. Data were gathered though preferences questionnaire and practice questionnaire of the country from 363 science teachers. Preferences questionnaire and practice questionnaire were gathered different termination of question composed the same contents. Recognition for inquiry based instruction, student behavior, teacher behavior, data collection and inflection composed 4 categories, Likert 5 steps compared with difference preference and practice of each question. The results were as followings: First, teachers preferences inquiry based instruction and an practice condition of education came out meaningful of difference to inquiry based instruction(p<0.05). Also variable of teachers came out practice mean lower than preferences mean an inquiry based instruction. Accordingly, one of the reason haven't constituted to inquiry based instruction different preferences and practice. Second, especially student behavior in 4 categories of inquiry based instruction came out the lowest preferences mean and practice mean. Third, science teachers "they have to set up enough to scientific knowledge in relation to instruction" show up the highest preferences mean (4.5 point) to question "I have progressed to include to conceptual foundation of science" came out the highest practice mean (4.0 point) to question. On the other hand, teachers came out the lowest role of coagent and experiments with explain terms to preferences mean (3.6 point) as colleague researcher and institution came out the lowest practice mean (2.6 point) to question in relation to conduct of unity inquiry process. 본 연구의 목적은 탐구수업에 대한 과학 교사들의 선호와 실제 차이를 분석하기 위한 것이다. 탐구수업에 대한 인식,학생행동,교사행동,자료수집 및 활용 4개의 범주로 설문지를 구성 하였다. 과학교사들이 선호하는 탐구수업과 실제 교육현장에서 이루어지고 있는 탐구수업은 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다 (p<0.05). 또한 교사의 변인 모두에서 실제 평균이 선호 평균보다 낮게 나타났다. 따라서,탐구수업이 이루어지지 않는 이유 중 하나는 선호와 실제의 차이 때문이라 할 수 있다. 그리고 탐구수업의 4개 범주 중 특히 학생 활동에서는 선호와 실제의 평균이 모두 낮게 나타났다. 또한 과학 교사들은 ‘교사는 수업 내용에 관련된 과학적 지식 을 충분히 갖추고 있어야 한다’의 문항에서 선호 평균(4.5점)이 가장 높게 나타났으며 ‘나는 과학의 기본 개념’이 포함 ‘되도록 수업을 진행한다’의 문항 에서는 실제 평균(4.0점)이 가장 높게 나타 났다. 반면에,교사들은 수업에서 동료조사자로서의 역할과 직접 실험을 통한 용어 설명에서는 선호 평균(3.6점)이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 그리고 수업에서 학생들의 통합탐구과정의 수행에 관한 문항에서는 실제 평균(2.6점)이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 교사들이 탐구수업에 대한 의욕이 강해야 실제 수업에 반영될 수 있을 것이며 탐구수업은 결국 탐구를 가치 있게 여기는 교사에 의해 실천될 수 있다. 과학 지식과 함께 과학 과정과 기능을 과학 수업의 목표로 인식할 수 있는 탐구지향적인 교사 양성을 위한 교육과 학생틀을 탐구적인 방법으로 지도할 수 있도록 과학 교사에 대한 연수가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

      • 漁船用 SSB 無電機 運用上의 問題點에 關하여 : 群山港 船籍 漁船을 中心으로

        The operating condition by the questions of masters and trouble rate of SSB transceiver equipped in fishing vessel by the radio log of the radio maintenance center of Gunsan Fisheries Cooperation during 1977-1979 (3years) were studied. The results were as follows. 1.The trouble rate of SSB transceiver equipment showed 25.97% in power source,23.62% in output stage, 19.33% in receiving part, 14.5% in transmission amplifier, 11.05% in microphone, 3.04% in antenna, and 2.49% in switch in turn. They were classified in the internal trouble rate (71.12%) and external trouble rate (23.2%). Also, The trouble according to season was occured more in summer (23.2%) than in winter. 2.According to the questions, 81.7% of the operators answered that they didn't have a ability for maintenance and 92.9% of the operators answered that they didn't have spare part for maintenance radio telephone equipment. So it is difficult to repair SSB transceiver equipment on board on a voyage. 3.As the operators who control radiotelephone within 30 watts has been communicated with the Easters China Sea and R.O.K., smooth communication for promoting of the safety of life at the sea is difficult situation. 4.In order to decrease the trouble rate and seek more smooth communications on the safety life at the sea, The technical education (1-8 weeks) is absolutely required to the radio operators who board in fishing vessels as well as ocean going officers. Also, It should be strenthened to improve the quality of SSB transceiver for vessel and to establish DC. Automatic Voltage Regulator in the system of power source.
