Effect of Asymmetric Hot Rolling on the Texture Evolution of Fe–3%Si Steel

In Fe–3%Si steel, the hot rolling process affects not only the hot rolling texture but also the primary recrystallization texture. Here, the effect of asymmetric hot rolling was studied by comparing the difference in the texture evolved between asymmetricand symmetric hot rolling. The effect of asymmetric hot rolling on the texture of primary recrystallized Fe–3%Si steel wasalso studied. The symmetric hot rolling of Fe–3%Si steel produces a rotated cube texture at the center but Goss and coppertextures near the surface. Asymmetric hot rolling tends to produce Goss and copper textures even at the center like thetexture near the surface. After primary recrystallization, the dominant texture at the center changes from {001} <210> to{111} <112> and the new texture has a higher fraction of the grains which make the low energy boundary with Goss grainsthan that of symmetric hot rolling.

The study was conducted to evaluate the difference of life style, subjective symptoms and health cognition depending on the Sasang Constitution in the industrial workers. The results were as follows ; Constitutional distribution among exposed group were Tae-eum In(38.4%), So-eum In(35.2%), and So-yang In(26.4%) and it was turned out that Tae-eum In took a higher portion of Sasang constitution than other constitutions in technician workers. 'Exercise' and 'Obesity' were found most in Tae-eum In, In So-eum In there were many 'Normal' weight and 'Having digestive disorders' were found most in So-eum In. There were no significant difference in the health cognition among the constitutions. The closer to 'normal' weight, the higher prevalence in 'having' concern about health condition and the more 'normal' condition in sleeping, the higher prevalence of 'having' self-confident in present health.

The posterior nasal bleeding sometimes develope a life threatening situation because of its limited access and the profuse vascular network of the bleeding area. There are various methods of hemostasis including packing, cautery, and arterial ligation those vary in effectiveness. But sometimes patients cannot tolerate these methods or show rebleeding sign. So, if all of these methods are not successful, we should consider the further treatment. The selective angiographic embolization has various advantages such as rapidness, repetition, good visualization, and being performed under local anesthesia, therefore it can provide useful way in patients with massive, intractable posterior nasal bleeding. We report a case of angiographic embolization for intractable posterior nasal bleeding patient and review the effectiveness of the this treatment.

The servo system requires faster and more accurate dynamic response. In many control techniques for servo system, the P-I control is mainly used to obtain precious response. But in the response-characteristic of the position control system controlled by the P-I controller, the transient response is more increased and settling time get longer. This paper proposed an algorithm using neural network for compensating error signal in the P-I controller. To show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, the computer simulation is performed to mathematical model of DC motor.
실내 기후동에서 개인형 국소냉방 장치의 기류 및 온도 분포해석

Numerical simulation is performed by the commercial code FLUENT for individual air condition system to calculate the velocity and temperature profiles around worker in climate room. The main calculation region is the space of ㄱ shape between wall and worker in the individual air condition system. The fresh air is emitted from 3 inlet attached on the right, left and center wall. Because the comfort of worker is closely related with the velocity and temperature of wind, these data are key role for design of the individual air condition system. This work is previous study for evaluation of thermal comfort of workers in room without much experiments according to metabolism and heat emission of human body. Numerical simulation results are as followings, 1. There is an possibility of the thermal comfort of worker is gotten worse due to the presence of dramatic change of wind velocity around worker. 2. Temperature gap exists in worker's body between top and bottom according to fresh air inlet velocity and position which is right, left and center of wall. 3. Calculation results of the skin temperature of worker are key data for evaluation of thermal comfort with experimental data in climate room. 4. Optimum condition of temperature, direction and velocity of fresh air will be obtain by numerical simulation for energy effective individual air condition system.
다양한 절삭이송속도로 가공한 A1 7075-T6 소재의 쇼트피닝 전후 피로수명에 관한 연구

Aluminum alloy 7075-T6 is ideally used for highly stressed parts such as aircraft components because of its excellent strength to weight ratio. This paper presents a study on the effect of feedrate changes on the fatigue life of A1 7075-T6 specimens before and after shotpeening. For this purpose, five groups of specimens, each of which consists of eight specimens, were first machined at five different feedrates (0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20 0.25mm/rev). Half of eight specimens in each group were then peened and the others remained un-peened. Finally, the fatigue life of each specimen was measured by using 4-point rotatry bending machine. In this paper, comparison of fatigue life among ten sets of specimens is presented. One observation is that the fatigue life of unpeened specimens are inversely proportional to the feedrates. On the other hand, the fatigue life of peened specimens are similarly improved regardless of feedrates except 0.05. Based on the results, it is concluded that shotpeening may improve the fatigue life of Aluminium alloy regardless of feedrates. Therefore, machining productivity may also be increased by choosing higher feedrates for structural conponents that need to be strain-hardened by shotpeening after machining

2-Alkoxy-4-acetamidobenzthioamide was synthesized by reaction of hydrogen sulfide with 2-alkoxy-4-acetamidobenzonitrile which was dehydrated from 2-alkoxy-4-acetamidobenzamide by thionyl chloride or phosphorus pentoxide. 2-Alkoxy-4-acetamidobenzthioamide was obtained by hydrolysis of 2-Alkoxy-4-acetamidobenzthioamide with 10% hydrochloric acid solution.
